Season 1: Zhanna and Alan Badoev
The project owes its birth to Zhanna Badoeva. She became the ideological inspirer of the new program and took part in the development of the first filming route.
Before the launch of the project, the producers suggested that Zhanna choose her own co-host - that’s how her husband Alan Badoev got into the program.
Brief biography of Zhanna Badoeva
The presenter of “Heads and Tails,” popular today, was born in Lithuania in 1976. Her parents lived in the small town of Mazeikiai, where the girl grew up. Zhanna has 2 higher educations: architecture and directing.
By the way, it was while studying at the directing department that she met her second future husband, Alan.
Badoeva in a travel project
From 2011 to 2013, Badoeva hosted the show “Heads and Tails.” It was during this period that the basic rules of the project were developed, which are still in effect today.
We always threw a coin only in front of the camera,” Zhanna shares the secrets of the project. – Many people think that presenters know everything in advance, but this is not so! Believe me, only on set we understand how we will have to spend the weekend - on a grand scale or on a budget. All emotions - despair and joy when looking at a coin - are absolutely sincere!

Tired of constant travel, Zhanna left the project. But she did not become a recluse and actively takes part in new programs of the Friday channel. She has produced such programs as:
- “#ZhannaGet Married”;
- "Battle of the salons";
- "Dangerous Tour";
- "ZhannaHelp."
Today, the popular TV presenter lives in Italy with her children and her third husband, Vasily Melnichin.
A few words about Alan Badoev
The future presenter of “Heads and Tails” was born in January 1981 in Beslan (North Ossetia). In early childhood, the boy’s family moved to Ukraine. He grew up in the town of Gorlovka, and after graduating from school he entered a university in Kyiv.
Alan Badoev married Zhanna in 2003, when he was already a fairly famous director. At the same time, he was shooting videos for Ukrainian and Russian pop stars.
Alan worked in “Heads and Tails” for one season. After filming ended, he left, citing other more lucrative offers and fatigue from constant travel. During his time working in the program, he had to worry about his wife more than once. For example, once during a hang gliding flight, something went wrong and the device crashed. It’s good that Zhanna escaped with a slight fright, and Alan then tried for a long time to prohibit her from such filming.
Today's day
Now Alan Badoev is producing and filming videos. He has worked with such celebrities as:

- Max Barskikh;
- Philip Kirkorov;
- Irina Bilykh;
- Svetlana Laboda.

The Ukrainian TV show about travel “Heads and Tails” has gained enormous popularity among viewers in the post-Soviet space. The interesting format of the show, creative and bright presenters, as well as a good choice of locations for filming - all this contributed to the fact that over the weekend everyone wanted to go on a new journey, albeit on TV.

Second day in the south of Italy!!! There are so many beauties here... people’s salaries are lower than in the north, and prices in bars and restaurants are also lower!
