An ambulance soon arrived at the scene. Relatives immediately rushed to the hospital. The young man received many bruises and fractures. However, the guy’s life was not in danger.
After some time, the doctor called the actress and her daughter to his place. There he told the terrible news that the guy’s leg should be amputated immediately. This is the only way to save his life. The women had no choice and agreed. Galina Alexandrovna is very sorry for her grandson, but the most important thing is that he is alive.

79-year-old Galina Aleksandrovna Polskikh is a talented Russian and Soviet actress. She has a lot of roles to her credit. However, the artist’s personal life is not as smooth as in the movies. Many years after her husband's death, she almost lost her only grandson.

Therefore, she sees nothing wrong with the fact that she raised her grandson Philip until he was five years old.
When the boy grew up, he became interested in a real man's job - engineering. Philip dreamed of working as a designer of new motorcycle models. He even managed to enter a British university for a relevant specialty, and his parents, after much persuasion from Philip, gave him his own motorcycle. In the summer of 2011, the guy returned home for vacation. Early in the morning he decided to ride a motorcycle. Unfortunately, he failed to control the car and crashed into a bump stop.
“I blame myself for what happened. Even then, his friends said that the wheel was acting up. Well, nothing: the main thing is that he’s alive! We’ll cope somehow,” says Galina Polskikh.
After the tragic news, my grandmother and mother immediately arrived at the hospital. I had a long and difficult conversation with the doctor. It turned out that Philip had numerous fractures. His life was not in danger, but his leg had to be amputated.
The actress always believed that Philip was the main man in her life. However, fans of the Soviet star are sure that there was another one. He was the first husband - Faik Hasanov. Galina Aleksandrovna lived with him in a happy marriage until his tragic death: Faik was hit by a tram not far from the film studio where he was filming his film. In Hasanov’s marriage with the Polskikhs, the actress’s eldest daughter, Irada, was born.
Then the star married the son of the owner of Mosfilm, Alexander Surin. They got married in 1967. They broke up without living together for even a year.
“Probably out of boredom, I agreed to marry Alexander. Only later did I realize that we are completely different people,” shares Galina Aleksandrovna.
The actress left Surin, already pregnant with her daughter Maria, who in 1992 would give the famous grandmother a grandson, Philip.
The artist’s personal life never worked out that way. Now she continues to act in films, and devotes all her free time to her family. When asked about the future, she modestly replies that at her age there is nothing to expect and she can only live in memories.
