Lyusya Chebotina in childhood
The musical inclinations in the girl were noticed at an early age, when she was still going to kindergarten. On the advice of the teacher, little Luda’s parents decided to send her to a music school. Already at such a young age, the girl loved to sing and dance. Despite the fact that the Chebotin were not particularly interested in modern art, they did their best to help their beloved daughter improve herself.
In 2005, the Chebotin decided to move to the capital region. In Moscow, Lyuda continues to be interested in music. In 2009, she was lucky enough to receive an invitation to film one of the episodes of the humorous television magazine “Yeralash”. At the same time, the future singer began to take an interest in ballet, but in 2010, her parents insisted that Luda continue to study the art of music.

After passing school exams, the girl enters the Moscow Pop and Jazz College , where she masters “musical science” with excellent marks.
During her student years, Lyudmila became interested in the work of American performer Whitney Houston . She tries in every possible way to imitate her idol, sings a lot, and records her vocals. The girl posts the resulting songs on the Internet. Thanks to a happy coincidence, the organizers of the Ukrainian television project “ Voice of the Country ” pay attention to the talent of the future singer. Such a significant event took place in 2015.
Luda Chebotina before she became famous
As the girl later recalled, she was crazy about Nikita Alekseev , and dreamed of meeting him. After much persuasion, the parents allowed their beloved daughter to go abroad to participate in a television show. Lyudmila successfully passed the casting, and at the “ blind audition ” she performed a piece of music called “ Chandelier ,” which “hooked” the jury. As a result, Svyatoslav Vakarchuk became the mentor of the young performer. Under the leadership of the frontman of the group " Okean Elzy ", Luda reaches the finals of the television show.

Music career
Lyusya Chebotina gained fame thanks to her cover version of the song “Teddy bear” by the group Kadebostany. The singer’s friends and parents advised her to post a video of the re-sings online. The girl did just that, and in the morning she discovered that her video had been posted on several public pages. Over the next couple of months, the number of her subscribers increased to 100 thousand people.
Lucy tried her hand at the Ukrainian show “The Voice”
At the same time as promoting her own page, Lucy tried to participate in music television shows. She went to auditions for the Russian show “The Voice” three times, choosing unusual compositions to perform, but she failed to hook the jury. Then Lucy decided to try her hand at the Ukrainian show “The Voice”.
To perform at the blind audition, the girl chose the song “Chandelier” by singer Sia. Two members of the jury – Potap and Stanislav Vakarchuk – liked the girl’s performance. Lyusya decided to join Vakarchuk’s team and, under his leadership, performed 4 compositions. Lucy dropped out of this project after the first live broadcast.
During this period, Lyudmila begins to perform compositions of her own composition. Her very first works:
- "No problem";
- "Freebie";
- “You’re just your...”;
- "Let's forget."
Lyusya also recorded joint music tracks with Dzhigan (“Let Go”) and Alexander Fomenkov (“Breathing”).
Lyusya Chebotina joked with her subscribers by posting a post “after plastic surgery”
The next TV show in which the girl decided to take part was the 2nd season of the show “Main Stage”. Lyusya performed the song “The Hijacker” by Irina Allegrova, who was sitting on the jury at that moment. Irina liked the slow variation of the song, as did another jury member, Diana Arbenina. However, Lucy still did not manage to stay in the project for a long time.
In 2020, Chebotina took part in the New Wave competition. The girl performed her own song “Pina Colada”, Alena Sviridova’s song “Poor Sheep” and “Wind Of Change” by the Scorpions group. Despite the fact that the main prize went to another participant, Lucy was noted as the most stylish participant in the competition and was awarded a prize - a certificate for a photo shoot.
The singer’s decision to take part in the Indian TV show “Dil Hai Hindustani” was unusual, where contestants sing songs from Bollywood films in the original language. Lyudmila says that she and her mother have long been fans of Indian films, and therefore it was especially important for her to represent Russia in this competition.
At the end of 2020, Lyusya Chebotina also became one of the jury members of the children's talent competition “Who are you?”
In addition to her musical career, Lucy also took part in filming. Thus, she has several filmed episodes for the video magazine “Yeralash” and a cameo role in the musical “Toothy Nanny”.

After the competition, the young singer is trying to find a way out onto the professional stage. She records covers for compositions by famous performers, and posts videos Instagram . Oddly enough, the experiment was successful. After the publication of the tracks “ One last time ” and “ Teddy bear ”, in just two months, the number of subscribers increased to 100 thousand people.
Inspired by such an impressive result, Lyudmila continues to work in the same vein. Soon, a number of large VK begin to publish the work of the young singer on their pages. In parallel with recording covers, the girl writes her own songs. Thus was born the debut composition, called “ No Problems ”.

Fans of Lucy Chebotina's supported the independent work of their favorite. In response, the girl promised to work more on her own songs. In a short time, such compositions as “ You’re Just Yours ,” “ Breath ,” “ Let’s Forget ” and “ Pina Colada ” were recorded.
Somewhat later, the singer, together with rapper Dzhigan , finishes filming a video clip for the song “ Let Go .” The work immediately received positive reviews from music critics and a large number of views on YouTube and VK.

It is worth saying that Lyusya Chebotina dreams of collaborating in the musical field with many performers. And part of her dreams come true. The girl became friends with singer Klava Koka and recorded several tracks with her, which were published on the social network Instagram .
In 2020, Lyusya Chebotina is participating in a number of international music competitions. So, she is about " Dil Hai Hindustani ".

Lucy started posting videos with cover versions of popular songs on social networks on the advice of her mother and friends. In an interview, the girl recalls that the first video she shared with subscribers was a cover of the song “Teddy bear” by the Swiss group “Kadebostany”. In the evening, Chebotina uploaded the video to Instagram, and the next morning she discovered that it had gone viral on several public pages at once. In just two months, the number of her followers grew from 6 thousand to 100 thousand.

In parallel with her promotion on the Internet, the girl tried to conquer numerous musical projects. For 3 years she went to auditions for the Channel One show “The Voice”, selected unusual compositions for casting, but the jury remained adamant. Then Lyusya decided to try her luck on the Ukrainian version of the project.
At the “Blind Auditions,” an 18-year-old Muscovite performed the hit “Chandelier” by singer Sia. Two mentors turned to Chebotina at once - Alexey Potapenko (Potap) and Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, frontman of the group “Okean Elzy”. Lyusya chose Vakarchuk.
Lyusya Chebotina in the show “Voice of Ukraine”
Under his leadership, the girl performed on the project the folk song “Chom ti ne prishov”, “Earth song” by Michael Jackson and “Non, je ne regrette rien”, the most famous performer of which was Edith Piaf. Chebotina dropped out of “Voice of Ukraine” after the first live broadcast.
Then the girl took part in the second season of the “Main Stage” project. For the qualifying stage, Lyudmila chose Irina Allegrova’s song “The Thief,” turning this energetic hit into a slow melodic ballad. The choice was risky, because the performer of the original version sat on the jury. However, Allegrova praised Chebotina for her gentle, harmonious interpretation. Warm words addressed to the participant were also heard from Diana Arbenina. However, the girl did not stay on the “Main Stage”.

In 2020, Lyusya took part in the international competition of young performers “New Wave”. The main prize went to another performer, but Chebotina was not left without an award. The portal WMJ.ru noted the fragile girl (her weight is 55 kg with a height of 164 cm) as the most stylish participant in the competition. She was awarded a special prize - a certificate for a fashion photo shoot.
In the same year, a new page appeared in the performer’s creative biography. Lucy took part in the Indian project “Dil Hai Hindustani” - a kind of analogue of “The Voice”, where contestants sing songs from Bollywood films in Hindi.
Song by Lucy Chebotina “Pina Colada”
Performances at competitions and festivals did not crowd out solo work from the singer’s life. In addition to covers, she records original songs. In the first track, “No Problems,” Lucy told the story of her youthful love. It was followed by the singles “You’re Just Yours,” “Pina Colada,” and “Freebie.”
Chebotina also collaborates with other increasingly popular performers - for example, together with DONI, a ward of the Black Star music label, she recorded the song “Rendezvous”. The director of the video, released in 2020, was Rustam Romanov.

In addition, the girl has acting experience behind her. True, Lucy cannot yet boast of an extensive filmography. She starred in episodes of the children's humor magazine "Yeralash", in extras in feature films, and played the little goat Dora in the family musical "Toothy Nanny".
Lyusya Chebotina and her personal life boyfriend
The singer tries not to talk about her personal life . In rare interviews, the girl tells reporters that due to her busy work schedule, she has no time to take care of her personal life. At the same time, Lyudmila once hinted that her heart was already occupied by someone. Rumors spread on the Internet about her affairs with famous video bloggers . But none of them have ever found official confirmation, no matter how much they tried to find out about it.

Way to success
In her last year of college, 18-year-old Lyusya received an invitation to participate in the Ukrainian program “Voice of the Country” (“Voice of the Country”), focused on finding talent. They learned about Lyudmila thanks to the Internet - the girl tried herself as a video blogger, recording videos of songs performed and posting them on her YouTube channel. Her beautiful voice, charming appearance and level of vocals were appreciated by the organizers of the talent show and offered her a casting. Lyudmila understood that vocal competitions for a beginning artist are an excellent school for serving the arts, so she was very happy and, with her mother’s permission, went to Kyiv.
At the blind audition stage, she adequately performed one of her favorite compositions by jazz-funk singer Sia Furler from South Australia - the song “Chandelier” (Chandelier) - and passed the selection. The Muscovite’s mentor was Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, leader of the “Ocean Elzy” group. Among other competition works was the Ukrainian folk song “Chom ti ne prijshov” (“Why didn’t you come”), the song “Non, je ne regrette rien” (“No, I don’t regret anything”) from the repertoire of Edith Piaf. Having no experience on the big stage, the girl became a finalist of the competition, managing to captivate the judges and spectators with her heartfelt and emotional performance.
She returned home inspired by success, with the need and desire to perform, and began to work with even greater enthusiasm on developing her talent. The girl began creating cover versions of famous songs, filming videos and posting them on Instagram. Already the first recordings - “One last time” from the album “My Everything” by American singer Ariana Grande and “Teddy bear” from the single of the Swiss musical group Kadebostany - led to an increase in her fans in a couple of months from six to one hundred thousand. Videos of her cover versions of songs spread across popular public pages on VKontakte.

During this period, Lyudmila began to compose her own compositions. The first of the original songs was “No Problems”, then “Freebie”, “You’re Just Yours...”, “Let’s Forget” appeared. The recording of the song “Let Go,” performed by her together with the famous rap musician with the stage name Dzhigan, as well as the composition “Breath” together with Alexander Fomenkov, was also very popular.
In 2020, the talented performer became a participant in the Russian project “Main Stage”. But this time she managed to pass only one stage of the vocal competition.
During the same period, she performed excellently in Sochi at the New Wave, performing the hit of the German rock band Scorpions “Wind of Change”, the domestic hit by Alena Sviridova “Poor Sheep” and the original composition “Pina Colada”.
The next step in her career was to participate in the Indian television talent competition "Dil Hai Hindustani", where the contestants have to sing songs exclusively from Bollywood films and in the Hindi language. She perfectly represented Russia in a country where she had dreamed of visiting since childhood, because she and her mother are longtime fans of Indian cinema.
At the end of the year, the rising pop star expanded her role by working on the jury and as one of the hosts of the new musical children's reality show “Who are you?!”
The singer's personal life
As for our heroine’s personal life, she tries not to advertise it, but fans constantly monitor her close relationships and love affairs with her exes. It is not surprising that, thanks to her attractive appearance, the girl has always enjoyed interest from the opposite sex.
In 2020, the performer said that she went to conquer the television project “Voice of Ukraine” in order to get to know her idol Nikita Alekseev better. The young man took part in the last season of the popular show, where the unsurpassed Ani Lorak was his mentor. The musician himself treated Chebotina’s work with warmth and respect, “her boyfriend” repeatedly noted her talent and performances, but their relationship failed to reach a new level; they remained good friends.
After this, there were no major changes in her personal life; viewers often attributed her to having an affair with many famous bloggers, but the rumors did not receive official confirmation.
She has her own personal page on the social network Instagram, where the girl posts news from her daily life and her vocal creativity. In her free time, she often tries to travel abroad on vacation with family and friends. In addition, Lucy loves roller skating, draws well, and does photography. To keep himself and his figure in good shape, he constantly visits the fitness center. She likes to read books and prefers science fiction as a genre. He is very afraid of spiders and various small bugs. The network has been discussing her transformation for a long time; she decided to change her appearance a little. There are many photos on the Internet before and after plastic surgery.
