Alesa was born in the capital of Belarus, Minsk, into the family of a military man. The girl's mother was an accountant. In addition to Alesa, the family had an older brother, Ivan. Parents have always been together since their youth. After the birth of the girl, the father was sent to serve in the city of Brest, where the whole family moved. After Alesa graduated from first grade, they returned to Minsk again.
The girl grew up as a happy child, whom everyone loved very much. From an early age, the girl began to show creative abilities. In kindergarten she took part in productions and always played the main roles. The little girl organized concerts for the guests: she sang, danced and recited poetry.
From an early age, Alesa knew that she only wanted to be an actress and nothing else. While studying at school, the girl took an active part in the life of the educational institution: she led all festive events, sang and danced at them, participated in KVN and various events where artistic talent was needed.
The parents decided to develop their daughter’s talents and, at the age of seven, enrolled Alesa in the Rond theater studio, where she studied with pleasure for ten years. The artistic director of the studio was Irina Vasilievna Markova, who revealed the girl’s acting abilities.
At the same time, the talented girl studied vocals and choreography. As a child, I really loved watching the program “Morning Star”, where talented children performed. I always imagined myself in the place of little artists.
At the age of 11 , Alesa made her film debut, starring in the short film “Joke” (the role of Wanda). The director of the film was Andrei Kudinenko, who found the girl in a theater studio and offered her the role. Filming the film captivated Alesa, and she began to strive even more for her cherished goal - to become an actress.
In high school, from 2003 to 2004, Alesa worked as a TV presenter on the BT channel (Belarusian Television) in the youth program “5*5”.
In 2004, after graduating from school, the girl goes to Moscow to fulfill her childhood dream. Alesa enters two theater universities at once: VGIK and VTU named after Shchukin. But the girl’s choice fell on VGIK , since she really wanted to study with the head of the course, People’s Artist of the Russian Federation (1997), Alexander Sergeevich Lenkov (1943-2014).
He supported his students in everything, raised, taught and guided, instilled self-confidence and inspired. For the entire course and for Alesa, he was a creative dad who helped each student of the course become a creative unit in the acting world.
During her student years, in parallel with her studies, she began acting at the Stanislavsky Drama Theater (from 2007 to 2008). She took part in the productions: “Eugene Onegin” (the role of Tatiana) and “Romeo and Juliet” (the role of Juliet). In 2008, Alesa graduated from a theater university with honors and became a professional actress.

On March 6, Alesa Kacher gave her husband the long-awaited heir. According to the actress, Vakhtang really dreamed of a son, so he was especially happy when he found out the sex of the child. The proud father named the baby Alexander. “I gave my husband the opportunity to name his first child, because our views on names differed. In Russia, all Alexanders are called Sasha, and in Georgia they are called Sandro, and I really like that,” shared Alesa. Despite the difficult birth, the heir was born strong and healthy: his weight was 3590 grams and his height was 52 cm. At the clinic, the new mother was helped to quickly recover after childbirth, and also talked about the first care of the newborn.
As the actress admits, the couple did not make a formal discharge. They invited only a narrow circle of close people to the family event. “We didn’t make a grand celebration because our baby is very small.
