In his youth he refused to act in “Brother”
A still from the series “Univer”
- What is more difficult for you – working in the theater or on the set?
— In both theater and cinema, it is important for an actor to find his director, and for a director to find an actor. Those who haven’t found it are problematic people, complex people. I am a complex person, unfortunately. I haven't found my director.
You know, when I was still a student, I was scared and refused to act with Alexei Balabanov in “Brother.” I won’t say that they offered me a big role, no, we were students then, young, with impudent eyes, and we could have played some bandit in this film.
But it was Balabanov! And I was scared...
My classmate went to see him, then he said, “he drinks so much, we didn’t smell that much”... Then I really regretted it, because Balabanov is one of the great directors of our time.
Well, then it didn’t work out, I didn’t find my person either in the theater or in the cinema who would offer me the very role that would suit me.
Joaquin Phoenix waited for “The Master,” waited for “Joker,” “for his guys.” And in Gus Van Sant’s film you can see that there is “chemistry” there. And “chemistry” decides a lot in our business. Not ratings, not popularity - the most important thing in our profession is the trust of one person to another.

He was born in Agapovka, but spent significant time in Kurgan, which he often remembers with nostalgia and tells funny stories about his relatives and friends.
A simple village guy, not distinguished by intelligence or quick wits (= 60), but he plays chess very well. He is trusting, kind and simple-minded, which is why his friends often make fun of him. Quite often Kuzya expresses his thoughts and feelings with the phrases “ Loss of losses!”
", "
Damn, damn!

Tochnyak
" and other similar words.
He had a long affair with Alla Grishko.

Cunning; telling tall tales, he takes money from Kuzya and knows how to blackmail, but sometimes he shows nobility. He has a good sense of humor, but does not know the value of his jokes. At times he tends to become paranoid.

Anton is a boor, an insolent person, a snob and a pretentious “major”. Likes to drink, abuses anglicisms. He treats people conscientiously, skillfully playing on their weaknesses and character traits. Arrogant, cunning, resourceful, spoiled. Convinced of his superiority over the others, he does not hide his contemptuous attitude towards the other inhabitants of the dorm. After his father stopped providing him with finances, he did not become more down-to-earth, but felt all the unfavorability of his situation.

Biography
The famous actor Alexey Vladimirovich Klimushkin was born in Leningrad on May 2, 1965.
When he was a boy, he dreamed of flying into space. But after graduating from school, Alexey chose between ordinary educational institutions - a nautical school and an institute of railway transport. In the end, he chose the second option, since the institute was within walking distance from the house where he lived. A year later, Klimushkin decided to leave the railway institute, realizing that he would not work in his specialty. He got a job at the Youth Theater, but not as an actor - first as a watchman, and then as a lighting technician, after which he was drafted into the army.
After serving in the navy, Alexey again applied to a theater university. In 1987 he was accepted into the theater institute. At LGITMiK, Klimushkin became friends with Dmitry Nagiyev and Igor Lifanov. Classmates created a trio with the self-explanatory name “Little Red Riding Hood”. From that moment on, they did not celebrate a single skit party or student holiday separately. In 1992, Alexey received a diploma from the institute; he managed to carry on his friendship with his comrades to the present day.
