When holding a concert, it is necessary to take into account a lot of nuances: free dates in the schedule of Zurab Matua and Co, the amount of the fee, as well as the household and technical rider.
The cost of organizing an event depends on a number of factors that need to be taken into account. The final amount will be affected by the location of the artist, the class and distance of the flight (moving), and the number of team members. Since prices for transport services, hotels, etc. are not constant, the amount of the artist’s fee and the cost of his performance must be clarified.
Our company has been operating since 2007, and in all this time we have never let our clients down - all our performances took place. The contract for the performance with Zurab Matua and So will be insured.

History[ | ]
“Comedy Club” was created in 2003 by the KVN team “New Armenians”, which included Arthur Janibekyan, Artak Gasparyan, Artur Tumasyan, Artashes Sargsyan, Garik Martirosyan and many others. The idea of the club appeared in 2001.
On television, “Comedy Club” debuted on the eve of 2004 on the MTV channel, but cooperation with the channel did not progress beyond the filming of the New Year’s party. In June 2004, with the assistance of STS producer Alexander Tsekalo, a pilot episode of the show was filmed at the Golden Palace casino for $22,000[4][5], but the channel's general director Alexander Rodnyansky felt that the show did not fit into the STS concept, which was later perceived by the channel's shareholders as Rodnyansky's mistake[6].
Then, according to Arthur Janibekyan, the tape with the pilot episode was sent to almost all TV channels[4]. Somewhat later, Dmitry Troitsky, at that time acting as the general producer of the TNT channel, attended one of the Comedy Club’s performances and, being impressed by the show, invited the club members to sign a contract with TNT[7]. After this, in the fall of 2004, TNT General Director Roman Petrenko called Janibekyan and offered cooperation[4]. So in January 2005, filming of the first programs began, and on April 23, “Comedy Club” went on air on TNT for the first time[5].
On April 15, 2007, TNT aired the hundredth episode of the program. In the same year, a production unit was created, which began to directly produce the program.
Over time, new participants and winners from the “Comedy Battle” competition began to appear in the club; from 2005 to 2014, residents appeared from KVN.
Some special projects are published regularly - for example, from 2006 to 2007, episodes were released on Channel One[8], and since 2011, in the summer - humor festivals from Sochi “Week of High Humor”. In 2014, special issues were published from Sochi, dedicated to the holding of the Russian stage of Formula 1 in this city, in 2020 - from Kazan, dedicated to the holding of the World Aquatics Championship in this city, and in 2020 - from Yerevan, dedicated to anniversary of the city. In 2008, the Comedy TV channel was created (later - TNT-Comedy, TNT4), where various television programs are broadcast. In 2008, the Toonbox animation studio released the animated series “The Real Adventures of Belka and Strelka” [9] based on the script of the Comedy Club participants.
On April 8, 2010, a presentation of the updated “Comedy Club” took place with a new production director (Sergei Shirokov), music and design. On the new stage, musical instruments - a piano and a drum set - took a permanent place. In the center of the stage there is a blue sofa and two armchairs (in 2010-2014). The background is a large screen (in 2010-2011 there was a green background, in 2011-2014 - light red, since 2014 - dark red), on which videos and sections “Good evening, Mars!”, “Foreplay with Sergei Gorelikov”, “Welcome to Russia with Yunusov and Likhnitsky”, “Learning foreign languages with Demis Karibidis”, “Le Havre Upgrade”, propaganda videos by Yegor Batrudov and the series “Mitrich”. At the moment, only “USB” clips and some videos are shown on the screen. From 2010 to 2014, artists called “residents” entered the stage by descending from the second floor on an escalator. Now they come out of the street, where people and stars meet them on stage. The musical accompaniment of the numbers, as well as beats and jingles, are played live.
Roman Petrenko, general director of TNT at that time, said about the new Comedy Club:
As you know, every three to four years, car companies release a new model, longer and sexier, with a more powerful engine and a more beautiful exhaust pipe, and every five years, companies create a concept car. “Comedy Club” is five years old this year, we decided to keep up with leading car manufacturers and release our own concept car - the new “Comedy Club”.
April 1, 2011 - April Fool's Day - Comedy Club residents Andrei Averin, Timur Batrutdinov, Pavel Volya, Mikhail Galustyan, Garik Martirosyan, Alexander Nezlobin, Sergei Svetlakov, Semyon Slepakov and Garik Kharlamov were invited to a meeting with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev to his residence in Gorki[10].
In 2010-2011 and 2011-2012, on New Year’s Day, the “TNT Star at the Comedy Club” award ceremony was held, at which the best projects and actors of the TNT channel were awarded. Since 2020, a special project “Comedy Club Karaoke Star” has been broadcast on New Year’s Eve, in which the channel’s stars and other famous people compete with each other in their ability to sing.

- Performed at the “Comedy Club” in 2008, 2010 and 2020. - "United Sexy Boys"
(abbreviated as "USB") is a group that has been parodying pop music since 2010.
The stage image is of a group “banned on all television and radio channels in Russia,” supposedly recording an album a week and filming videos for it. Also, since 2014, in addition to clips, well-known things have begun to be parodied, such as feature films, television series, commercials, cartoons, fragments of news releases and stories from various TV channels, entries in Internet blogs, video and computer games. Since November 2020, they have been heading the “banned pirate channel” USB TV, in which current participants show parodies of music videos, trailers, films, programs, Internet blogs and video games. By the end of the year, the USB group shows video plans for future projects, films, parodies, incidents, and so on. Usually the clips begin with Dyusha Metelkin’s phrase “ USB is here.
Everyone is here: Nikita, Stas, Gena, Turbo and Dyusha Metelkin ” and the sound of inserting a USB flash drive into the computer. Starting in 2020, a new music label “Bad Star” will be presented.
KVN team: “MaximuM” (all group members). Members of the group:
- Nikita (Konstantin Malasaev) - begins each of his phrases with the words: “Oh, I’m Nikita...”, followed by a joke, usually on the metro/homosexual theme. Presumably is "omitted".
- Gena (Dmitry Vyushkin) is constantly silent, but speaks German perfectly.
- Stas (Andrey Shelkov) - begins each of his phrases with the words: “Let me say, yeah...”. Positions himself as the sex symbol of the group. Presumably he is sexually interested.
- Turbo (Sergei Gorelikov) - begins each of his phrases with the words “Listen, presenter!”, often comparing Martirosyan/Volya/Kharlamov with incompatible things and phenomena.
- Dyusha Metelkin (Andrey Minin) is the leader of the group. Exploits the style of clothing and behavior of foreign rap artists. Often he repeats certain phrases and phrases in English, which, based on the “translation” of the remarks, he does not speak very well.
- "Nestroy Band"
. The main composition of the group includes: Alexander Nezlobin, Igor “Elvis” Meerson, Marina Kravets, Alexey Smirnov. Founded in 2010.

Family of Maxim Averin
As stated at the beginning of the article, Maxim Averin’s family had little to do with theatrical creativity. In particular, this concerns his father - he worked at the Mosfilm studio, where he was engaged in scenery and film gluing - it was he who, albeit indirectly, instilled in his son a love for the stage.
Mom, in turn, worked as a tailor, and often helped the father of the family in creating props for the film. Victor Averin wanted to act in films, but due to circumstances, he was unable to make it to the big screens. Therefore, Maxim began to make his father’s dream come true at a young age. As we already know, he was successful in this matter.

Critics of the show believe that it is overly commercialized[14], and the performances of the residents, as a rule, contain toilet humor that is unacceptable in a civilized society. On October 29, 2008, residents of the Comedy Club took part in Alexander Gordon’s television talk show “Gordon Quixote”, where, in particular, they were accused of vulgarity and the use of profanity[15]. In September 2007, the famous satirist Mikhail Zadornov made a statement about the program: “They cannot perform every week: there are no such talents who can write witty and sparkling every week. And they didn’t even switch to vulgarity, to physiology. This is such rubbish! Moreover, the most offensive thing is that they are talented. And they wasted their talent."
[16]. Yakov Shustov in Russian Journal questioned the talent of the participants: “Most club jokes about politics give the impression of being invented by members of the Nashi movement, expelled for mental retardation”[17]. Rock musician Mikhail Gorshenev repeatedly gave a critical assessment of the show, noting the blatant copying of Western ideas: “We didn’t even bother to come up with something of our own or even change it a little. This is a stupid topic for which I personally am ashamed. When I watch these programs ripped off from Western standards, I feel such shame! It’s a shame for the culture!”[18]. Permanent member of the KVN jury, Yuli Gusman, in one of his interviews, rated the subsidiary project “Our Russia” higher than the “Comedy Club” program itself[19].
On September 6, 2013, journalist Sergei Parkhomenko accused the Comedy Club of aiding and abetting fraud in the Moscow mayoral elections for an issue dedicated to the elections, to which only the government candidate Sergei Sobyanin was invited[20].

Instagram and Wikipedia Maxim Averin
To delight fans with footage not only from film sets, but also from everyday life, stars use social networks. Of course, our artist has little time for this, but sometimes photographs appear from his vacation or with friends. Thus, Maxim Averin’s Instagram and Wikipedia are popular among fans, because there you can only find truthful information about the actor’s life.
Also, fans are following the news and are looking forward to some kind of statement about their new lover, because the grounds for this have surfaced more than once thanks to photographs. The only thing is to avoid false information that is easy to stumble upon on the global network. Article found on alabanza
From personal life
Zurab Matua often appears with his fans. The comedian’s wife takes this normally, understanding that her husband’s work involves constant communication, including with the opposite sex. Zurab says that Anastasia, his wife’s name, is the most wonderful woman and does not create scenes of jealousy at every opportunity. He himself notes that he will never betray his wife, she has become his ideal, and he loves only her.
Zurab met Nastya when he worked in clubs in St. Petersburg. He immediately liked the girl, and he courted her for a long time. Anastasia also showed sympathy for the guy, but was in no hurry to talk about it. When the couple started dating, they had no conversations about starting a family. They remained simply in love for several years, and then decided to get married. The wedding took place in Tbilisi, and the bride gave her beloved the national dance of Georgia. Everyone was absolutely delighted with this surprise.
Zurab Matua says that he is very happy in his life. He has a beloved wife and a wonderful job. Matua calls the birth of his children, son Luke and daughter Mary, the most joyful moments.
