Andrey Kaykov: wife and children. Personal life

Personal life of Andrey Kaykov

According to the actor himself, neither girls nor women ever paid attention to him. Despite this, Andrey started a family for the third time. Consequently, there are absolutely no problems in Andrei Kaykov’s personal life.

The artist prefers to spend his free time at football and hockey matches. At the same time, he prefers to sit in the sector that is intended for ordinary fans, and not in VIP seats. It's no secret that he supports CSKA Moscow. According to the filmmaker’s personal admission, he does not know how to drive a car, so he prefers to get to work by public transport.

Kaykov also admits that he really loves Chekhov’s work. My love for the classics began while I was studying at a general education institution. He re-read literally all of the writer’s works.

Despite the fact that the actor is a very open person, he does not like to publish personal photos on the Internet. So, if photographs of Andrei appear on the Internet, then most likely they were posted by his fans.

As a child, the “6 Frames” actor was an inveterate hooligan

Thanks to the top-rated humorous sketch show “6 Frames,” Andrei KAYKOV became a very popular actor. However, his face had become familiar before - in the early 2000s, he advertised chips in a TV commercial, where his eccentric character Vasya took crispy potatoes from girls in various ways. Despite the fact that television viewers know Kaykov mainly as a comedian, Andrei plays serious dramatic roles in the Commonwealth of Actors on Taganka theater, where he has served for 17 years. In life, the father of three sons is modest and very gallant. He is afraid to drive and still takes the subway.

— One of your latest works is the comedy “All inclusive, or All inclusive!”...

— The most striking episode on the set was communicating with a parrot. They brought us a very active one - he constantly shouted at everyone. But that’s not even what struck me. When they brought the ball, the parrot made a terrible noise and began to circle around the cage. It was almost impossible to calm down. As a result, by the end of the day the parrot was so exhausted that when it came time to film my scene with him, he simply froze. We did everything we could with him: we showed him the ball, tickled him, tried to feed him, and splashed him with water. Zero emotions! When everyone was already desperate, our bird stirred up a little and worked through the episode with grief.

— Your Borya Pupenin in “All inclusive...” is trying to steal a pretty young lady from his friend-boss.
Has anything similar happened in your life? - Thank God no! It so happened that I never shared anything with friends, especially girls. Although... I'm lying. Shared! I'm going to the dorm.

— Is it true that as a child you wanted to become a doctor?

— I have a cousin, he is five or six years older. As a child, he had a scalpel and some kind of clamps. We froze frogs all the time. You take it, put it in a jar, put it in the freezer for a while, it sits there. You take it out, put it in the sun, it thaws and starts jumping. The main thing is not to overexpose the frog so that its blood, as I remember now, does not freeze and turn into a crystalline state. Crystals cause blockage of blood vessels and the frog dies. We also wanted to dissect dead dogs. The matter was not completed, but they seriously considered the smallest details of the operation. There were also more harmless episodes in my biography. For example, I inflated balloons with hydrogen and blew them up at a water pump.

Yard punks

— Do you often come to your native Bryansk?

“If you manage to get away for three days twice a year, that’s already a victory.” Of course, I would like to visit more often, but I can’t. I spent my childhood and adolescence in Bryansk. These are the brightest days in life! When I manage to come, I enjoy walking. We have an amazing place there - the Svensky Monastery. Absolutely luxurious nature, ravines, endless views...

— Do you communicate with your classmates?

— My two best friends live in Bryansk - Sergei Yudin and Sergei Chuvin . In 6 Frames I say hi to them all the time. When, for example, I address a character: “Senior Lieutenant Chuvin, come out here!” or “Seller Yudin, go to the checkout urgently!” The guys on the set are already telling me: “Listen, I’m tired of you and your dude!” And Sergei Chuvin himself told me how he once went to a notary and gave him a passport. He looks and says: “Dude. Something familiar surname. In “6 Frames,” aren’t they always talking about you?”

Andrei was able to become a student at a Moscow theater university only on his second attempt

— Were you bullied as a child?
- He grew up like all the yard punks: he climbed basements, roofs, ran to the river. Although I come from a fairly intelligent family - my father worked in the theater all his life, my mother was the head of the library. But the environment influenced me, of course. There was everything: scarecrows, slingshots, and arson. At one time we “fell ill” with stunt work. The film "Stuntmen" was very popular back then. At that time we loved to climb onto balconies. And so I - my parents, by the way, still don’t know about this - went down from the third floor to the first, that is, from my balcony I moved to another balcony, then along the pipe to the canopy of the entrance and jumped down from this roof. They were hanging on the window sills of the fifth floor, their hands clinging to the cornice. In general, if my children do this, I will go crazy! Fortunately, so far they have not shown any inclinations towards such actions. (Andrey has three sons. The eldest, Vasily, from his second marriage with actress Anna Mokhova , is 11. The current wife, 32-year-old Lyudmila, a journalist by training, gave birth to Kaykova seven years ago Valery, and a year and a half later - Nikita. - O. AND. )

— I heard that you had a goal - to read the complete works of Chekhov. Did you manage to get through 30 volumes?

- 70 percent. This is not a chain, I get real pleasure. I have liked Chekhov since childhood. In sixth grade I had already read all of his plays. Although then I didn’t even think that I would become an actor.

After filming outdoors, the “six-framers” threw a noble party (in the picture from left to right: RADZYUKEVICH, KAIKOV, DOROGOV and DANILOVA)

— You didn’t manage to get into the theater the first time.
For some, after failure, the fuse disappears. - But I don’t! I just believed that everything would be fine. And I knew that I would do it and be where I should be. There were no decadent moods present. I went back to Bryansk and went to the cultural school. There we were constantly on strike. I tried to abolish the Komsomol organization at the school. Once they staged a play based on Zoshchenko , with music by Grebenshchikov . They thundered throughout the city! A year later I was enrolled in Sliver. (Here is the fateful turn: having failed the exams in Shchuk, Kaikov tried his hand at another university for the second time and entered. Probably, everything in life is not accidental, because otherwise Andrei would not have met his first wife, Evgenia Dmitrieva , and would not have lived with her We've been married for two wonderful years. - O.I. )

Three hour queue

— Do you still live on the same landing with your current wife’s parents?

— I have a very good mother-in-law ( Olga Obmetko , chief administrator of the “Commonwealth of Actors on Taganka” theater. - O.I. ). She is the grandmother of my children, she is ready to do anything for them. What's wrong with the fact that she can always look after them and help? I have no complaints against Olga Genievna.

— Do you often go to the dacha?

— I don’t like country life. All these apple flowers are not mine. Even when I was little and went to the village to visit my grandfather, where my mother was born, I never sat in the garden beds. I disappeared into the attic, the roof, and rode with my older brothers in a cart. I like to relax actively. As a rule, I go to big cities so that I can walk, see, and go to museums.

After participating in Cruel Intentions, the actor reduced smoking to one cigarette a day and began to exercise. “This show is interesting, but I don’t think that actors need to actively participate in such projects - it’s difficult and traumatic,” says KAYKOV

-Where were you last?
— In winter I went to Italy. Recently I went to France on business. He took his eldest son with him. We went to Disneyland - it was crazy! You have to wait three hours for someone to sell you a ticket, then wait until your time is right. My son, of course, liked everything, and so did I. We made a fuss and ended up on some attractions.

— Do you still take the subway?

— I’m terrified of driving a car. And the metro is more reliable: you won’t be late for anything. And then, they taught me how to travel on public transport: you lower your eyes and read.

— Besides “6 Frames,” where are you filming now?

— We recently finished Tumbler-2. I have a funny image of a poet there: awkward pants, disheveled hair. One day I went to the store in this outfit to buy water. What started there! People came in droves, took photographs, and asked for autographs. I try not to refuse anyone. After all, thanks to these people who approach me, I can afford something in this life, they are the ones who give me this opportunity. Therefore, we must somehow thank them.

STRANGE ADDICTION

Kaykov is unpretentious when it comes to food. And his favorite delicacy is cracklings.

- You need to take fatty meat - pork with streaks. Chop it finely and throw it on a hot frying pan. Pour a little oil and, most importantly, add coarse salt. I love eating cracklings with milk. Although both my parents and my wife always scold me for such a strange addiction.

After two years of official relationship, the couple decided to separate. After breaking up, the former lovers decided to remain good friends.

Personal life

The actor is married three times. First, Andrei met classmate Evgenia Dmitrieva at the Shchepkinsky School. The student marriage lasted only two years; the young people parted as good friends.

Kaykov’s second chosen one was fellow actress Anna Mokhova, with whom he lived for seven years. In this union the couple had a son, Vasily.

The third companion, Lyudmila Kaykova, is a journalist, a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University. Lyudmila gave birth to Andrey two sons - Valery and Nikita. “With the birth of children, I had more responsibilities, but also more love. I don't think I'm any different. It’s just that life is now filled with new worries, and for me they are joyful. I really love buying gifts for my sons. And I think about them every minute,” says Andrey. After working in theater and cinema, Andrei Kaykov likes to relax with his close family circle. The artist is also a supporter of an active image, so he loves to travel.

Actor Andrei Kaikov in the theater

After graduating from university, Andrei Kaikov got a job at the Taganka Theater. It is quite remarkable that in this place the young actor immediately got the role of the main character of the leading play. It is worth noting that this role was initially played by Leonid Filatov himself, but due to his age at that time he was no longer able to cope with work in the theater. So the role passed to Andrei Kaykov, and he fully lived up to the expectations placed on him.

Since then, our today's hero has been a permanent member of the Taganka Actors' troupe.

In this context, it is necessary to note the fact that currently the actor plays mainly serious dramatic roles in the theater. This circumstance is very curious against the backdrop of the comedic roles that Andrei Kaikov mainly plays on television.

Developing the topic raised, we note that the actor’s cinematic career almost always proceeded in parallel with theatrical performances. However, in the early years, our today's hero played exclusively episodic characters. Only advertising projects brought some popularity to Andrey. Over the years, he starred in advertisements for such brands as Estiel, Topik, and Lay's. Chips advertising is especially worth noting in this context. After all, it was she who became especially loved by Russian television viewers.

Third marriage of Andrei Kaykov

At the moment, Andrei Kaykov is in an official relationship for the third time. The actor's wife's name is Lyudmila. As you know, she completed her studies at Moscow State University, where she studied the basics of journalism. The married couple is raising two heirs. The chosen ones named the children Valery and Nikita.

In his free time from work, the artist prefers to relax with his family. As previously mentioned, the actor is a fan of football and hockey, so he is not at all averse to attending one or another match with his wife and heirs. According to the filmmaker himself, his family supports him in literally all his hobbies. Sometimes the whole family goes out into nature. This happens when the whole family wants to take a break from the bustle of the city. They also often visit theaters and museums when they are in other localities.

Films, TV series and other projects...

The actor's first popularity came after he starred in an advertisement for Lay's chips. Then he worked on the comedy project “Dear Transfer,” which also added to his fans. It was this project that a year later was transformed into “6 frames,” which began airing on the STS channel. This is how Andrei Kaikov became a star of Russian television. The plot of the project is simple: six actors act out various humorous scenes. They only last a few minutes, but viewers really enjoy every little story.

At the beginning of the 2000s, Kaykov increasingly starred in a variety of cinematic projects. Of course, leading roles in his filmography are very rare, but the importance of each character has become much higher.

The most famous films with his participation are “Rzhevsky against Napoleon”, “All inclusive”, “Nobody Knows about Sex 2”. A notable role was his participation in the twelfth and thirteenth seasons of the series “Streets of Broken Lanterns”, where Andrei was invited to play senior lieutenant Lev Glushko.

Biography of Andrey Kaykov

The biography of Andrei Kaykov began on December 25, 1971. As you know, Andrei grew up as a very active and active child, preferring street games. Since the boy was actively interested in theater from early childhood, his father enrolled the heir in a theater club. After graduating from a general education institution, the young man tried to enroll in several theater universities in the capital of Russia. However, these attempts were unsuccessful. Only in 1990 did the guy manage to become a student at Shchepka.

Already in 1994, Kaikov was enrolled in the troupe of the Taganka Actors' Theater, where he works to this day. Among his theatrical works are such productions as “A Very Simple Story”, “We Got into a Trap”, “Air Force”, etc. Andrei also takes part in children's plays: “Two Baba Yagas”, “The Little Humpbacked Horse”, “ Ivan Tsarevich".

The artist got his first film role in the film Limita. Later, Andrei appeared in such films as “The Frenchman”, “Desired”, “Soldiers”, etc. The comedy show “Six Frames” brought the actor the greatest fame. In 2011, Kaikov joined the filming of another famous comedy series “Voronin”. Among the artist’s latest works, one can note the American-Russian project “Moscow-2017”, the comedy film “Tumbler-2”, as well as “Peace to your home!”

Andrey Kaykov during filming

In 2018, Andrei Kaykov starred in the supporting role of a poet in the comedy film “Dancing on Heights.” The same year the film was released on television. The musical project is about a young dancer who uploads a video of his personal dance performance to the Internet. The dancer simultaneously receives the condemnation of his neighbors and the admiration of his fans.

Currently, the artist continues to act in films and also actively performs on the theater stage. According to Andrei himself, no matter how many roles the actor plays, he still has room to develop further.

Film work

Actor Andrei Kaikov gained wide fame and popularity among viewers after working in films. Since 1992, he regularly receives invitations from directors to star in films. The main genres of films where the actor stars are melodrama, drama, and comedy.

In total, Andrei Kaykov played 45 roles in films. The first of them were mostly episodic. The main roles were played in the films “On Betrayal”, “About Him”, “Streets of Broken Lanterns” and others.

Now the actor is busy filming several more films – “Sea. Mountains. Expanded clay", "The Wizard of the Emerald City", "Orlova and Alexandrov".

Way to success

Andrei Albertovich Kaykov had to go through a difficult path to recognition from the audience and quiet family happiness.
He did not enter the Shchepkin Theater School the first time; he was married for the third time, which was preceded by two unsuccessful attempts to start a family. He also did not come to material well-being immediately; he had to change jobs from bartender to assembler, sometimes even go hungry and spend the night in a theater room without windows. It is not surprising that the popular actor today is extremely sensitive to his family and his own home. If you try to find a photo of Andrei Kaykov with his wife Lyudmila, it will be difficult to do this on the Internet: his wife does not like publicity, does not have accounts on social networks and does not publish photos on them.

Kaikov did not immediately become a popular actor. Andrey was born in Bryansk in 1997, into an intelligent family: his mother was a librarian, his father ran a puppet theater. The future actor grew up surrounded by books and mastered many classic works since childhood. This helped him find himself when his father invited him to participate in the Fakel theater and literary club.

If it were not for classes in this club, perhaps Kaikov could have become the surgeon he wanted to become. However, he decided to try his hand at acting. His first attempt to enroll in a theater school failed, but later, during a performance of “Torch” in Kaluga, he was noticed by university teachers and offered to enroll in Moscow. This is what Kaikov did in 1990.
