Childhood and youth

Little is known about the biography of Anton Filipenko. The future theater and film actor was born on August 20, 1985 in the Far East, in the city of Khabarovsk, but then moved to the west. The artist also prefers not to talk about his family.

The young man graduated from art school, loved to sculpt, and drew well. As a result, the young man graduated from the architectural institute in Khabarovsk. Then Anton moved to Moscow, where he worked as an architect for a year. But his career didn’t work out: the guy was laid off.

In 2008, Filipenko made his debut on television, then he played a cameo role in the TV series “Liteiny”. I graduated from art school, I liked to sculpt, and I was also good at drawing. I thought - where to go? And I decided that architecture was a profitable topic, masculine and interesting. So in Khabarovsk I graduated from the architectural institute, after which I moved to Moscow and worked here for a year as an architect. But then the crisis happened and I was laid off. To be honest, I was a so-so architect.

I wanted constant movement, development, and my friend Dima Chebotarev, an actor, advised me to enter the theater school. I myself wanted to go into directing, but I had to take a lot of tests and seriously prepare. But it was easier to enter the acting department. So I went to the St. Petersburg State Academy of Theater Arts."

On April 27, 2020, a new video for the rock band “Leningrad” with the song “Ecstasy”, directed by Anna Parmas, appeared on YouTube. The ten-minute video is a real mini-movie, starring Anton Filipenko and Svetlana Khodchenkova. Within a day, the video received more than two million views, which brought Anton even greater popularity.

To get a role in the extravagant video, the aspiring actor had to go through a casting. According to Anton, there were many people who wanted to be in Sergei Shnurov’s video, but preference was given to him.

Filipenko plays Vitalik in Ecstasy, who works in a car repair shop as a mechanic. But one day, a rich girl comes to the workshop in an expensive car and confuses the guy with her classmate Stas, and Vitaly takes advantage of this.

The video contains many explicit scenes, so the video is restricted to 18+. The work in the video became the debut in the actor’s filmography. According to Anton, he will not appear in Shnurov’s videos if he does not like the script.

One of the main roles was played by Anton in the melodrama “The Happy Gray Mouse”. In the film, the artist got the character Sergei Vinogradov, who works as an artist.

The plot of the film is built around the nurse Natasha. The girl lives alone in a large apartment, which she inherited from her parents. The relatives themselves died in a car accident. Natalya’s son was also in the car with them. Out of grief, the girl’s husband Victor began to drink and eventually went to prison for manslaughter. After the incident, the husband immediately filed for divorce, and Natasha was left alone.

One day, a girl saves a young colleague, Yulia, from the harassment of the manager. The nurses become friends, and Natalya invites Yulia to stay with her. At the same time, Victor returns from the zone, regretting the break with his wife. But the girl had already met her beloved man - the artist Sergei, who jumped out from under the wheels of her car.

Then the artist appeared in one of the leading roles in the series “Girls Don’t Give Up,” which started on the STS TV channel in May 2018. The man got a character named Edward. On the set, Filipenko met with Lyubov Tolkalina.

Another important role appeared in the artist’s arsenal after filming in the military mini-series “Black Pea Jackets.”

In July, Filipenko played one of the central roles in the film “Tanks”. The action of the film took place in the period before the German attack on Russia. At the same time, engineer Mikhail Koshkin developed a prototype of the innovative T-34 tank. To prove the uniqueness of the car and show its strengths, the engineer and his team set off on their own to Moscow. But soon the off-road run turns into a race in which the group must prove their skills and the professional suitability of the tank.

Viewers will also see their favorite artist in the series “More than a Coach.” Filipenko again got one of the main roles.

The multi-part film is about a man who has been commenting on football near the TV all his life. But one fine day, the Russian Football Federation decided to make a man the head coach of the country's national team. The actor himself had conflicting impressions from working with Shnurov and Leningrad. Once he even stated in an interview that he would refuse another similar project if he did not like the script.

Maturity: film career and prospects

Anton himself calls Nikita Shishkin from the mystical series “Moon”, filmed for the STS channel, his first leading role. To celebrate, the actor spent his entire fee for the film: he visited Goa, decided to move closer to the center... and the money ran out.
