Elena Kondratyuk

Biography

Elena Konstantinovna was born in Lvov on November 17, 1970. The deputy is a candidate of historical sciences and works for the benefit of media freedom not only for his own reasons, but also based on the experience of his husband, Alexander Bogutsky. She has repeatedly appeared in Focus magazine’s ranking in the category “100 Most Influential Women of Ukraine.” In addition to her excellent education and active work in Parliament, it is difficult to find incriminating evidence or violations with Elena. She holds the position of Secretary of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Freedom of Expression of the Media, but her team’s initiatives are not often accepted by our deputies, therefore it is difficult to evaluate the deputy’s work as effective at this stage. Author of 91 bills of the Verkhovna Rada. She was an active participant in Euromaidan and helped establish media connections between the Euromaidan Headquarters and the media.

Childhood and youth

People's Artist of Russia Olga Drozdova was born on April 1 in the seaside city of Nakhodka. For the girl’s father, sea captain Boris Fedorovich Drozdov, the birth of his daughter was a long-awaited gift.

On her father’s side, Olga came from an impoverished noble family, and on her mother’s side, from a family of wealthy gypsies. It seemed that with such ancestors, the girl simply could not help but grow up to be a beauty, but as a child, the future star of Russian cinema, by her own admission, was an ugly duckling. She borrowed expensive foundation from her mother, which her father brought her from business trips abroad, to cover up her teenage acne.

Getting rid of skin problems was the girl’s main dream. I didn’t even think about becoming an actress.

For the first time, the future celebrity saw the work of professional actors on stage when the Khabarovsk Drama Theater came on tour to her native Nakhodka. Returning home after the performance, Olga announced to her parents that she would be an actress. She said this so confidently that her parents were seriously frightened. Mom saw her daughter as a future primary school teacher, but here it is. The daughter was allowed to sing and ballroom dance in the hope that she would indulge herself and change her mind. But Drozdova did not change her mind.

Tragedy interfered with the plans for the life of the future star. When Olga was 15 years old, her father died. Life has become difficult not only morally, but also financially. Drozdova had previously earned her own pocket money for fun, but now the girl was forced to look for work by necessity. She washed floors and trimmed bushes. While still at school, she got a work book with the entry “landscape worker”.

Part-time work did not prevent the hardworking girl from finishing school with a gold medal. There were no universities in Nakhodka. At the insistence of her mother, the artist went to receive higher education in Vladivostok. The future actress easily entered the Vladivostok Institute of Arts, but suddenly left it.

One day, together with her classmates, she decided on a desperate adventure - to fly to Sverdlovsk to enter the theater school there. Already at the airport, Olga discovered that she was flying alone to implement a common bold idea, the others were scared. The brave girl entered the Sverdlovsk Theater on her first try. The famous Russian theater and film director, actor, and since 2009, also Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, took her to his course.

In Sverdlovsk, Olga, without even studying for 2 years, was already acting in films and rehearsing the main roles in two theaters at once, but this was not enough for the actress. Moscow beckoned her. Drozdova did not enter the Shchukin Theater School. The selection committee persuaded the actress to return to Sverdlovsk, predicting her great acting fame there, honorary titles and leading roles. But the daughter of a sea captain was not used to retreating.

Failure in “Pike” only fueled Olga’s pride, and she entered the Shchepkin Theater School on Vladimir Safronov’s course.

Career

Elena Konstantinovna has an excellent track record; her work in the Verkhovna Rada can be called exemplary, if not for several details of her work with bills.

There is very little information about the deputy’s career before 2007, except for her work at Sovetnik PR Agency LLC as general director. Appearing out of nowhere, Elena began to rapidly gain momentum in the development of her deputy position.

Kondratyuk came into politics with the “Reforms and Order” party. And in the same 2007, Elena began her collaboration with Yulia Tymoshenko. At that time she was far from occupying the first place in the party.

in 2012, Kondratyuk again entered Parliament with the Batkivshchyna party, and worked until 2014 as a Member of the Verkhovna Rada on issues of freedom of speech. Also in 2012, she became a deputy member of the delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

In 2014, Kondratyuk was elected No. 18 to the Verkhovna Rada, where she successfully entered under the banner of the Batkivshchyna party. In the same year, she became secretary of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information Policy.

At the moment, Elena Konstantinovna is going to run for the Verkhovna Rada at No. 5 on the list of Tymoshenko’s party.

She became the author of 91 bills, 21 of which became laws.

Movies

If in the theater Drozdova’s acting talent was immediately recognized, then the path to the heights of the cinematic Olympus turned out to be thorny and long. Olga began acting in films back in Sverdlovsk. Her debut was the episodic role of Lida in Vladimir Laptev’s film “Daring Trouble - the Beginning.”

Olga Drozdova in the TV series “Queen Margot”

In 1992, Olga Drozdova got the main role in the adventure melodrama “Alice and the Bukinist”, where the main male character is represented by her future husband Dmitry Pevtsov. In 1996, the future spouses worked together again, this time on the set of the series “Queen Margot”. Olga plays Henry of Navarre's lover, Charlotte de Sauve.

Drozdova even starred in an erotic film. Olga played a prostitute in the controversial film “Daughters of Happiness” by Hungarian director Márta Mészáros. Viewers' opinions were divided into diametrically opposed ones: the Moscow film festival "Faces of Love" called this film "disgusting porn", and at the Polish festival in Gdynia Drozdova was awarded a special prize for this work.

The TV series “” and “Stop on Demand” brought Olga the love of TV viewers, where she played decisive, strong-willed women.

The actress initially wanted to refuse the role in Gangster Petersburg, believing that crime dramas were not her genre at all, but after reading the script, she realized that she would have something to play here, and she was not mistaken. And to get used to the role in “Stop on Demand,” Olga came to practice in the real office of a large company.

Olga Drozdova in the series “Stop on Demand”

In 2002, Drozdova played a young girl in the film “Alexander Pushkin”. He played the role of the poet. And in 2004, the actress embodied the image of a sophisticated fashion legend in the film of the same name.

In 2020, the artist celebrated her 50th birthday, but she keeps herself in excellent shape and maintains a “fighting” weight of 60 kg for her height of 170 cm. And if earlier Olga could afford to appear in a photograph in a swimsuit, today her status as a star and teacher does not allow her to do this. But the artist’s arsenal includes elegant and sometimes playful outfits.

According to Drozdova herself, the secret of youth lies in the correct daily routine and kickboxing. But she categorically denies the presence of plastic surgery on her face. However, according to rumors, the actress more than once turned to the services of plastic surgeons and did, in particular, a face lift, eyelid lift, and lip lipofilling.

Drozdova rarely favors journalists and appears on screen anywhere other than film roles. However, in the anniversary year, the actress made an exception and became a guest of two Channel One projects at once - “SMAC” and “Alone with Everyone”.

In 2020, Drozdova was awarded the title “People’s Artist of the Russian Federation.”

In 2016, she participated in the filming of a film about the Ryazan governor. In the film "", released a year later, the actress played the wife of Prince Yuri of Ryazan (). Today this is the latest project in the artist’s filmography.

Declaration

Elena’s total income for the past year almost reaches 2 million UAH.

The family owns a plot of land with a total of 5470 m2 and an apartment of 82.8 m2. This distribution of real estate is a strange fact, but on the other hand, many deputies in the Verkhovna Rada do not have housing at all.

The deputy registered two vehicles, a 2010 BMW and a 2014 Mazda.

Despite the fact that the deputy, compared with other government officials, has fairly average amounts in her declaration, she allows herself to dress in branded suits and loves to wear accessories from world designers.

Compromising evidence

Deputy Elena Kondratyuk carefully hides from the public not only her career, but also family details. Living with the creator of media information, Elena knows what rumors and gossip are and how to hide them.

In 2020, journalists noticed the people’s deputy’s love for expensive accessories. This find was a bag worth 66 thousand UAH at the time of publication of the article. Of course, Elena did not limit herself to one bag from one famous brand and even indicated in her declaration that she owns several expensive accessories.

The appearance of Elena Kondratyuk with expensive accessories

Elena is prohibited from entering the Russian Federation due to her anti-Russian position.

Despite this, Kondratyuk is a lobbyist for a project that reduces the number of Ukrainian-language songs in the media. This bill made it possible to reduce the amount of Ukrainian music played on air and set favorable conditions for those stations that could not afford to introduce Ukrainian songs under existing quotas.

It is also worth noting that in 2020, despite the confrontation between Tymoshenko and Zelensky in the presidential elections, the head of the Batkivshchyna party stated that if their quota of seats in Parliament was too low, they would enter a coalition with the Servant of the People party. And Elena Kondratyuk is No. 5 in Tymoshenko’s party. Therefore, perhaps we will eventually be able to see Elena in a coalition with the President’s party.

At the moment, the ratings of Tymoshenko and her party members are not high enough to talk about a separate, effectively working team in the Verkhovna Rada.

It is worth noting that when laws were adopted, the author of which was Elena, her main opponents were representatives of the Opposition Bloc party. Whether they will this time resist all the initiatives of the people’s deputy will be known after the elections on July 21.

Elena ranks 34th in Focus magazine’s ranking of “100 Most Influential Women of Ukraine.”

Elena Kandratyuk with Irina Gerashchenko

An important observation in Elena’s career is worth noting that with number 60 on the list, she was able to get into the top five of the list, which, according to exit poll predictions, should enter Parliament in 2020 with a very high probability.

Elena has been a reliable and active participant in Euromaidan since the early days of the scandal surrounding former President Yanukovych. Thanks to her experience in working with establishing external relations, Kondratyuk successfully collaborated with the Headquarters on the Maidan and was an important link in working with the media that covered the events of 2013-2014.

As part of the inter-factional deputy association “Equal Opportunities”, Elena is involved in organizing women’s forums to attract women to public organizations, active political and social projects. Members of the parliamentary association consider it a huge problem that 75% of women civil servants in Ukraine do not have leadership positions and do not have the opportunity, due to gender discrimination, to get into positions that correspond to their education, experience and track record. Elena takes an active part in shaping public opinion about the need for women to fight for their active life position in the political and social spheres.

Also an important issue is the limitation of the possibility of military service for women in Ukraine.

Elena Kondratyuk often poses for photos with international activists and famous female politicians who empathize with Ukraine and share their experience in resolving gender issues in their countries.

It is worth noting that in her election program in 2014, Kondratyuk described as many as 34 points that she was going to implement. But she fulfilled only 3 of them. This is 9% of everything promised. It is worth remembering this percentage and taking into account that a deputy with such an active position manages to make less than 10% of his promises. How much do less pretentious candidates make? And is there any point in listening to promises from candidates that will be ignored in the future?

An interesting feature of Elena Kondratyuk’s stay in the top five of the Batkivshchyna party is that some publications suspect that Elena is connected with Pinchuk through her husband, the head of the ICTV channel. Perhaps Kondratyuk is a representative of the odious oligarch. Which would be logical, given her generally not very stellar career.

And Nna Derkach is the leading actress of the Russian troupe of the Republican Puppet Theater. This fragile girl is excellent at both virtuoso control of puppets in performances for children and bright dramatic roles in productions for adult audiences. She is talented, hardworking, determined and endlessly in love with her profession.

From writer to actress

Anya was born in Yoshkar-Ola. Her parents had nothing to do with art, but early on they realized that their eldest of three daughters was a creative and extremely independent child.

“I’ve been trying to solve my childhood problems myself since I was five years old,” recalls Anna Derkach. “The main thing for me then was not to upset my mother under any circumstances.” I also read a lot and wanted to become a writer! She wrote fairy tales and even composed one play. In the second grade, the teacher allowed me to stage a play based on my fairy tale as a congratulations on February 23! By the way, it was a puppet show. I brought all my toys from home, the girls and I built a screen, assigned roles and played. This was my first theater experience. Perhaps, it all started with him.

After school, Anna dreamed of going to St. Petersburg to study as a dramatic actress, but in the end she entered the Republican College of Culture and Art and never regretted it.

“I’ve always been lucky with teachers,” continues Anna. – Our course was taught by Tatyana Valentinovna Lyadova. She gave us a lot both as a teacher and as a person. We spent days in college, dreaming of our own studio and our own student theater.

In her fourth year, the future actress had her first acquaintance with the puppet theater: Anya was invited to take part in the play “How to Get to Bethlehem.” This work forced the girl to change her attitude towards the profession of an actor-puppeteer. Once on the other side of the ramp, she realized that puppet theater was serious.

“That was the first time I felt that the doll was a tender, trembling creature,” says Derkach. “She literally comes to life in the artist’s hands, becomes your partner, and this magic cannot be compared with anything.

From behind the screen to the proscenium

But even after such a bright discovery, Anna was in no hurry to give up her dream of becoming a dramatic actress and after graduating from college she went to work in the Russian theater in Bugulma. But there she was overcome by a sudden blues, the salvation from which was a quick return to her native Yoshkar-Ola.

Here again the puppet theater opened its doors to Anya, and the young actress joined the troupe, full of hope and determination to thoroughly master the profession.

“Our artist Viktor Semenovich Golovanov did a lot of puppeteering with me,” recalls Anna Derkach. – Thanks to him for his patience and skill. At first it was very difficult. Physically. Cane puppets are the heaviest, puppets are also difficult. My fingers and back were going numb! Due to my inexperience, sometimes it seemed like I could throw the doll. But here the partners came to the rescue. Partners in a puppet theater are the most important thing, without them you can’t go anywhere. The cane may get tangled or snagged. The help of colleagues is invaluable. You can learn to control a doll throughout your life.

It was this desire that brought Anna to the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts, from which she graduated as a certified puppet theater actress. Although Derkach has not lost interest in dramatic productions either.

“In St. Petersburg I saw the play “Beautiful is Far Away,” says Anna. “I really wanted it to be staged in our theater.” At that time, our troupe had several drama actors with their first education, the theater management also liked my idea, so everything turned out well, and “The Beautiful is Far Away” became the first dramatic performance in the puppet theater. That was great! I am for universal theater!

Without mysticism and fear

In terms of versatility, the puppet theater in the republic has no equal yet. Therefore, it is not surprising that it is on his stage that “Jacques and His Servant” and “The Prozorovs. Epitaph", "Pannochka". And it is not surprising that actress Anna Derkach plays one of the main roles in each of them.

“All my heroines are very different,” Anna shares. – But I try to understand, justify, and regret each of them, in the end. Without this, the role will not work. I feel sorry for Irina from “The Prozorovs” for her inability to love; I feel sorry for Pannochka because love could have saved her, but it didn’t. My characters are ambiguous, emotional figures, requiring enormous energy expenditure from me, as an actress. About “Pannochka” I would also like to say that I have no mysticism, no fears, no superstitions associated with the performance! I am a believer, so I am not superstitious.

After each such performance, Anya definitely needs a “day of silence”, during which she communicates little and listens to music a lot. Relatives have long known that at this time it is better not to pester her with questions. Just like when working on a new role. As the artist says to herself, she has a rough character.

“When I’m in a creative process,” confirms Anna, “I should only be in it!” When he’s not there, I start directing my life myself. I love freedom and giving freedom to my loved ones. It’s difficult with me, but it’s interesting (laughs - author’s note).

).

Anya can have difficulties with herself, but she always finds something to do that helps her cope with internal problems. This is how children's theater studios appeared in her life. It was teaching that brought Derkach back to the student bench. And this is again the St. Petersburg Academy of Arts, only now the directing department.

Anna calls herself a happy person. He does what he loves, never regrets anything, dreams of new interesting jobs, but at the same time remains a modest person who does not suffer from star fever.

“In ordinary life, I always want to be invisible,” Anna Derkach summed up our conversation. “But I really want to be understood.”

TV projects

The actor became a welcome guest not only in film projects, but also in various programs. In the early 2000s, Dmitry Pevtsov took part in the 2nd season of the project “The Last Hero” as a presenter. The reality show was filmed in Malaysia, the winner received a prize of 3 million rubles.

In 2020, he became a participant in the first edition of the circus show “Without Insurance,” but left the project. The artist himself had enough athletic training for risky performances (with a height of 185 cm, Pevtsov’s weight, thanks to regular training, does not exceed 80 kg), but Dmitry was unpleasantly surprised by the unprofessionalism of the show organizers.

Pevtsov pointed out that there was no doctor on the set, constant confusion reigned, and inexperienced stars began to perform dangerous stunts immediately at a height above human height.

Dmitry Pevtsov in the circus show “Without Insurance”

In 2020, Dmitry starred in a new video for MTS advertising. The video clip was dedicated to a review of the company's new mobile application. Repeatedly, the actor became the hero of popular programs such as “My Hero”, “Evening Urgant”, “Life Line”.
