The birth of the children of singer Alla Pugacheva and her husband, TV presenter Maxim Galkin, became one of the most discussed news earlier this week. New father Maxim Galkin, citing the experience of his brother, complained that maternity capital in Russia is very difficult, and the star couple does not yet know where to invest it.
“For example, you can spend it on improving real estate. But I feel somehow uncomfortable asking the state to improve our living conditions,” Maxim Galkin said in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda. “You can spend it on education, but you never know where I want my children to be educated.”
