Famous people are extravagant, they think outside the box, and their actions often surprise the public. The castle of Galkin and Pugacheva became a reason for discussion in the press and social networks.
According to the comedian, this was his childhood dream; he often saw the house in his dreams and retained the details in his memory. The choice of location was spontaneous. An ordinary hill in the village seemed attractive to Maxim, and he decided to start construction.
Where is the castle
The architectural object is located in a village with the “speaking” name Gryaz, this is the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region. The area used for construction was one hectare. The building has 6 floors, equipped with an elevator and underground parking. Several servants' houses, a greenhouse and a winter garden found their place on the territory. The cost of the structure inside and outside cost Galkin a tidy sum - 40 million euros.
The architectural project is quite unusual. The main requirement of the customer was expressiveness. Maxim wanted to demonstrate individuality, so several styles were combined during development. The top of the hill is crowned by a Victorian-style castle, the entrance to which is decorated with a sculptural composition of gargoyles and dragons.
Photos of the castle inside and out
The entrance to the castle is “guarded” by a knight: according to Alla Pugacheva, this is their keeper of the house. The silver-plated copper armor is an antique, 19th-century copy of the armor of Henry II, and was bought by Maxim Galkin himself.
In this photo you can see in detail a wooden carved panel with knightly symbols, bought by Maxim Galkin in an antique store.
The fireplace room and the formal dining room are combined. All holidays are held in this room. It is very spacious and the ceiling height is four meters.
This is a photo of Maxim Galkin's office, through which you can get to his bedroom. The study features carved Victorian chairs with leopard print upholstery.
Alla Pugacheva has her own wing in the castle, with a boudoir where pastel colors predominate and there are art deco elements. The furniture was ordered from craftsmen from Italy. By the way, on one of the websites journalists found a similar mirror: its price is about 300,000 rubles. The floor is covered with rosewood parquet.
This is the Diva's bathroom in Italian marble. The bathtub stands on gilded legs. It can cost about 400,000 rubles. Pay attention to the mosaic panel: it was made by domestic specialists for 150,000 rubles per 1 sq.m.
The pool is made in Chinese style. Of course, the path to it is not easy: you need to go down into an underground passage, go to a separate building, where it is located. Every day little Lisa swims in this pool with a personal trainer.
There is also a spa center with a jacuzzi: Alla Pugacheva spends a lot of time here.

What style is the interior decorated in?
The interior decoration of the house is made in a classic style; accordingly, the furnishings of the living quarters are represented mainly by the Victorian style. The large living room on the ground floor is ready for reception. The center of the room is occupied by an oak table. The fireplace composition creates a special coziness. The space is illuminated by a Murano glass chandelier worthy of royal residences.
The designers worked hard to distribute the usable area taking into account the wishes of the star couple. The family mansion provides: a guest wing, a smoking room, a fireplace room, offices, children's rooms and numerous dressing rooms. A visit to the house will be quite exciting for antique lovers. Decorative elements and some of the furniture are true works of art.
Caring for your home requires regular investment. Considering that the mansion is located in a village, the service personnel have to be sent from the capital. Cooks, maids, a gardener and numerous security guards live on site. Maxim prefers to choose servants among foreigners, for example, the maids are Filipino girls who will not be able to tell journalists about the life of the spouses.
On the top floor of the country residence there is a master bedroom. The room is decorated in Italian style. Access to the sixth floor is simplified by an elevator, and for those who want to take a walk, there is a staircase made to order by the best cabinetmakers. A separate room was created for Alla, decorated according to her taste preferences. The singer prefers red shades in the interior.
One of the most significant investments in interior decoration was the kitchen. It is equipped with the latest technology and cost Maxim 700 thousand euros. Stained glass windows, luxury curtains, wallpaper from the latest collections, as well as other materials for finishing work were generally expensive.
Maxim feels especially proud when talking about the library. Shelves for storing literature were made by hand to order. The huge room is filled with the artist’s favorite books. Having chosen a secluded place to live, located far from popular areas, the couple did not leave the local residents unattended. They helped install gas and water and built a playground.
Today, the villagers affectionately call their neighbors on the hill Pugalkins, and Alla, for her help in various matters, is a benefactor.
Knight's castle of Maxim and his princess
The star couple lives there to this day.
In general, Maxim dreamed of his personal castle since childhood, having read stories about valiant knights of the Middle Ages. He says that he even saw in a dream what this castle should be like. And one day I saw in real life the very place from the dream - a hill in a seemingly unremarkable village with the strange name Gryaz.
Maxim immediately decided that this is where he wants to live. It took seven years to realize his childhood dream. During this period, Pugacheva and Galkin had already begun to live together, so the construction plan for the palace had to be changed slightly, adding a female half to the castle.
Now the estate occupies about three thousand square meters. It’s not even worth talking about designer renovations, exclusive furniture and expensive antiques.
The castle where the star family lives even has secret rooms and underground passages. Probably only the owners and the architects Anatoly Golev and Vera Gorlitsyna know its full layout - they were the ones who built the Galkin estate.
Other real estate of the star couple
The castle in the Moscow region is not the only property owned by the star couple. Over decades of work, Alla Borisovna acquired several apartments, houses and even towers:
- In 1972-74, the singer lived at the intersection of Academician Scriabin and 4th Novokuzminskaya streets.
- From 1974 until the end of the 80s, Alla lived in a small one-room apartment on Veshnyakovskaya. Subsequently, the property became the property of Diva's brother.
- The first large apartment, consisting of 4 separate rooms, was located on the first Tverskaya street, building 7. This living space now belongs to the singer’s daughter.
- The marriage to Kirkorov was marked by the purchase of a seven-room, two-story penthouse. The comfortable living space on Zemlyanoy Val was left as an inheritance to his life partner.
- Filippovsky Lane is memorable for Alla for two events. Christina’s ex-husband gave the singer living space, and then her life together with Maxim began.
- The singer’s favorite country residence near the Istra Reservoir was purchased in the early 90s.
In addition to official sources, there are unconfirmed versions about foreign real estate properties owned by Pugacheva:
- Two hotel towers in Miami, each 30 stories high.
- Modest apartment in northern Israel.
- Cottage in Bulgaria, near Varna.
Alla Borisovna does not react to idle gossip and does not comment. There is no confirmed information about Maxim’s other properties. Perhaps having fulfilled his dream, the comedian has calmed down and is no longer interested in real estate. At the moment, famous parents and their children live in a new house and feel great.
“Violation of the rule of law”: the prosecutor’s office may take care of Galkin and Pugacheva’s castle
The prosecutor's office may soon take over the castle of Maxim Galkin and Alla Pugacheva in the village of Gryaz near Moscow. Lawyer Yaroslav Mikhailov pointed out violations of the law during the construction of the mansion.
The Kirov lawyer contacted the prosecutor's office of the Moscow region. The man demanded an investigation into the legality of the construction of a mansion in the village of Gryaz, which belongs to Maxim Galkin and Alla Pugacheva.
“The prosecutor’s office of the Moscow region will check the legality of the violation of the law during the construction by Mr. Galkin Maxim Aleksandrovich in the village of Gryaz, Odintsovo district, of a castle-mansion, which exceeds three above-ground floors and the permissible height of 20 meters,” said Yaroslav Mikhailov.
The lawyer believes that during the construction of the famous castle in the village of Gryaz, Russian legislation was violated.
“The questions are not for Galkin, who is a star, but for officials who ignore the violation of the law by the “star” of our stage,” Mikhailov said on his VKontakte page.
TV presenter Maxim Galkin himself and his wife Alla Pugacheva have not yet commented on the scandal flaring up around their castle.
Recently, eyewitnesses filmed Alla Pugacheva at the Rizhsky station. The Russian pop diva was able to drive up to the train along the platform in a luxurious luxury car without any problems.
Like oh, several cars drove along the platform at once. In one of them were the singer’s children along with their nannies. In addition, the artist’s wife, Maxim Galkin, could also be seen. Together with her children and husband, the singer went to Riga in a personal carriage with a mahogany bed and a bathroom with a jacuzzi.
Many network users were outraged that Alla Pugacheva, accompanied by several cars at once, drove along the platform.
“It’s funny how the president is seen off,” “How did the car end up on the platform? So it is possible? Or can you do anything for money?”, “Will they also take her to the gates of Hell in a Maybach?”, “To the platform by car? So, is everyone allowed?”, “They drove me straight to the platform... the laws are not written,” netizens are surprised.
At the same time, many stars spoke out in her defense. Thus, the family of Ilya Reznik accused Pugacheva’s critics of “harassment” and “provocation.” “What mortal sins did “our everything” commit? <…> Is she young and healthy like these singers who demand cars at the ramp, who have done nothing for the USSR, for Russia, like Alla Borisovna? <…> You, who write about this little thing, will never have such nationwide love as Alla Borisovna. It's simple envy. The sin is yours. It turns out that there is such a feeling, an emotion. Ilyusha and I don’t have this gene at all,” said Ilya Reznik’s wife Irina.
The composer’s wife called on the “killer journalists” to “repent of their sins.” “I won’t react to your every word now. But every day I pray for the health of Alla Borisovna, that she is in Ilya’s destiny <...> And you, envious people, I simply advise you to go to church,” concluded Ilya Reznik’s wife.
