The reality show “Dom-2” started airing a decade and a half ago, and during this time hundreds of participants from different parts of Russia and other countries have passed through the project. Some young men and women stayed on the TV project for no more than a few days, but there were also those who lived in the “clearing” for years, found their soulmate, had children and are to this day grateful to the creators of the show for their family happiness. However, unfortunately, some participants in the television production are no longer alive, and in this article we will tell you how their destinies turned out after the project, and why they left in the prime of life.
Oksana Aplekaeva, 31 years old – killed by her lover
An attractive blonde named Oksana Aplekaeva came to the project in 2004 and quickly managed to win the attention and favor of the audience. Despite the fact that the girl spent less than three months on the show, her fans continued to follow the girl’s life even after she left the perimeter. Having gained a certain popularity thanks to the TV show, and having a suitable figure and appearance, Oksana decided to build a career in the modeling business. She starred in clothing and lingerie catalogs, took part in fashion shows from time to time, and also gave interviews and willingly communicated with fans. However, there were other rumors about the girl; according to some reports, the blonde worked part-time as an escort, and it was this occupation that brought her the main income. Oksana's life was tragically cut short in September 2008. The body of a 31-year-old girl with signs of violence was found on the side of the Riga-Moscow highway. Quite quickly, law enforcement officers managed to establish the identity of the killer; he turned out to be the girl’s 38-year-old previously convicted lover. Allegedly, the model “rewarded” the man with a sexually transmitted disease, and when he found out about it, he became furious.
Kristina Kalinina, 22 years old – multiple organ failure
Before joining the television set, young Kristina Kalinina, in search of fame, managed to appear in some other reality shows. In particular, she appeared on the rating project “Hunger”, thanks to which she gained some fame. This pretty brunette came to the TV show in the spring of 2006, and at that time she was officially married and raising a young daughter. However, having a family did not become an obstacle for Christina, because she did not go to the show for love, but wanting to increase her popularity and gain new fans. But the girl’s real marital status was revealed almost immediately, which is why other project participants reacted extremely negatively to the new girl and made every effort to drive her out of the perimeter as quickly as possible. Kalinina managed to stay on the show for only a couple of weeks, after which she was eliminated by voting. The girl herself did not expect such an outcome, so her expulsion from the project turned into severe stress for her, which, in turn, resulted in a deep and protracted depression. Against the background of nervous exhaustion, Christina developed multiple organ failure, her kidneys began to fail, and she also developed serious problems with her heart and other internal organs. She was no longer able to regain her health, and died a little more than a year after leaving the project. In the last months of her life, the girl’s weight dropped to critical. Kalinina did not live to see her 23rd birthday for only about two weeks. Her little daughter Victoria was two and a half years old at that time; her father and grandmother are raising the girl.
Oksana Korneva “Kesha”, 23 years old – died in an accident
And this bright and cheerful girl came to the project in 2004, and was one of its first participants; at that time she was 19 years old, and she immediately captivated the audience with her extraordinary appearance and shocking behavior. She spent about two months at the television production site. Oksana Korneva had a funny nickname “Kesha”, and almost no one called her by her name. Most of all, the girl was remembered for her unhealthy, almost fanatical love for participant May Abrikosov. However, despite all her efforts, she failed to gain the guy’s attention and sympathy and Oksana left the project. A few years later, the girl died in a car accident. According to information that appeared in the press, Korneva, in the company of her close friend and her boyfriend, tried to cross the Garden Ring in the wrong place, violated the rules, and their car was crushed by a minibus. Oksana’s friend and her young man died instantly at the scene of the accident, but the former “House-2” star was taken to the hospital in serious condition, but despite all the efforts of doctors, the 23-year-old girl died several hours later without regaining consciousness .
Anastasia Tarasyuk, 24 years old – death due to negligence
Anastasia Tarasyuk became a participant in the reality show at the age of 19, however, the attractive young lady spent a relatively short time on the project. During her participation in the television series, Nastya tried to build a relationship with Andrei Cherkasov, and a little later she began dating Nikita Kuznetsov, however, both of her novels ended in nothing. After leaving the project, the native of Novosibirsk remained to live in Moscow, where she had numerous affairs with wealthy men. The beautiful girl tried to build a career in the modeling business, but she never achieved any serious success. Nastya became a regular at elite nightclubs, where she spent time drinking alcohol almost every day, and also became addicted to illegal drugs. She actively maintained pages on social networks, where she told her followers in detail about all the events happening in her life. Shortly before her death, the girl moved to a new apartment in an elite residential complex, located on the 19th floor. According to some reports, Anastasia met with an elderly married businessman who provided for her, however, he had no intention of getting a divorce and marrying his young mistress. The girl’s friends said that this circumstance literally drove her crazy, and she tried to forget herself with the help of alcohol and drugs. It is not known for certain what exactly happened on June 22 of last year; some suspect that Anastasia was in an inadequate state under the influence of illegal drugs and fell out of the window through negligence. There is practically no information about the girl’s family; she left her home at a young age, and did not like to talk about relatives with whom she had rather strained relations.
Peter Avsetsin, 28 years old – oncology
A good-natured and attractive young man named Peter Avsetsin came to the television production site in the mid-00s. True, he stayed on the project for only a little over two weeks, and was not particularly memorable for TV viewers. After leaving the reality show, nothing was heard about Peter either, and in October 2009 it became known that the guy had passed away after a long battle with cancer. Only his closest people knew about his illness. Everyone who knew Avsetsin speaks of him as a friendly, cheerful and kind young man. Peter was only 28 years old.
Andrey Kadetov, 23 years old – revenge murder
Andrey Kadetov came to the project in 2010, and stayed there for 212 days. The charismatic young handsome man was well remembered by television viewers and other participants in the project, however, despite his popularity, the young man was forced to leave the reality show, because it turned out that he was legally married and had a wife in his hometown. Despite the fact that Andrei assured that he and his wife had separated, he was sent outside the perimeter until he settled all the formalities and got a divorce. The tall, blue-eyed blond man had already established himself as a ladies' man on the project; he could openly flirt with any girl he liked, and often got into various unpleasant stories because of his behavior, one of which turned into a tragedy. Returning to St. Petersburg, the young man soon met a certain girl named Alexandra, in whom he became interested. Soon he invited his new friend to the dacha to spend time together, and literally a few days after that, the girl wrote a statement against him to the police, reporting rape, and began to demand money from Andrei so that she would renounce her accusations . But the guy immediately wrote a counter-statement, reporting blackmail and extortion. After this, Kadetov began to receive anonymous calls with threats of physical harm, which he wrongly did not take seriously. On a December evening in 2010, Andrei was killed at the entrance to his own house. The criminal was found quite quickly, in hot pursuit; he turned out to be a certain Yuri Zhidkov, Alexandra’s lover. The man, in a fit of rage, inflicted numerous stab wounds on Kadetov; he was sentenced to 15 years of strict regime for murder and is currently continuing to serve his sentence.
Vladimir Grechishnikov, 33 years old – leukemia
Vladimir Grechishnikov was a short-lived guest at the television set, and therefore he did not have time to be particularly remembered by either the television viewers or the rest of the participants in the reality show. The young man came to the project in the late spring of 2006, but just a week later he left it, unable to gain a foothold there. A few years later, information appeared that Vladimir was no longer alive; the cause of his death, according to his relatives, was acute leukemia.
Svetlana Ustinenko, 49 years old – brain tumor
In addition to the young participants themselves, their parents have also often appeared on the project in recent years, and sometimes they live for years under the 24-hour sight of cameras with their children. One of these telemamas was Svetlana Ustinenko, who came to the perimeter after her daughter Aliana Gabozova to help the heiress improve relations with the parents of her lover, Alexander Gabozov. However, quite quickly Svetlana gained a foothold on the television set, became an active participant in the events that took place there, and was in no way inferior in popularity to young Aliana. But trouble happened: in the fall of 2014, while on the perimeter, the woman felt unwell and was forced to seek medical help. Her diagnosis was a real shock for the woman herself, her daughter, as well as the army of thousands of fans who followed the development of events. Svetlana was diagnosed with brain cancer, at a late stage. After the first surgery, Ustinenko also underwent a series of chemotherapy courses, and at some point she felt much better, and she had little hope of recovery. But, unfortunately, this turned out to be only a short-term relief, after which the disease returned with renewed vigor. Svetlana’s health began to rapidly deteriorate, and doctors insisted on the need for a second operation. However, the second surgical intervention became too much for the woman to bear. Ustinenko had a very difficult surgery; she could not recover from the anesthesia, became completely blind and partially lost her hearing. Aliana practically never left her mother’s side and hoped for a miracle, but, unfortunately, the efforts of doctors and the support of her family did not help Svetlana overcome the disease, and on October 14, 2016, the woman’s heart stopped. She didn't live to see her 50th birthday for several months.
Maria Politova, 30 years old – cardiac arrest due to alcohol intake and hypothermia
A flamboyant young lady named Maria Politova came to the project three times in search of love, but each time was unsuccessful. She stayed there for no more than two or three months, and was remembered mainly for her arrogant behavior and ability to piss off any person in just a few minutes. According to her family, Maria suffered from bipolar disorder for a long time and was prone to depression, for which reason she took prescription medications prescribed to her. At the beginning of December 2017, it became known that the girl had disappeared without a trace, and none of her relatives knew where she was. A version was put forward that she could have gone to the Murmansk region, where her former lover was serving his sentence in one of the colonies, whom Masha could not forget and constantly talked about him to her friends. However, unfortunately, hopes that the girl was still alive were not justified. A few days later, the lifeless body of a young woman was discovered by a passer-by in the Moscow region. Maria was found on the territory of one of the holiday villages, and, according to the investigation, she lay there for at least several days. A bottle of strong alcohol was found next to the body. Forensic experts determined that the girl was drunk and simply froze on the street on a cold December night. The cause of death was cardiac arrest due to alcohol poisoning and hypothermia.
Polina Lobanova, 20 years old – drug overdose
Young Polina Lobanova came to the project in the fall of 2017, at that time she was 19 years old. A spectacular brunette with a large number of bright tattoos managed to quickly attract the attention and interest of others, but, alas, she could not keep them, and therefore she spent only a couple of months on the reality show. In one of the episodes, the girl’s older sister Vasilisa came to the project and literally begged Polina to leave this show and not disgrace their family throughout the country. On the eve of the New Year, the girl left the television set, but outside the perimeter she could not decide what she would like to do next. On July 1 of last year, the brunette celebrated her 20th birthday, and three days later she passed away. It is reported that on the evening before the tragedy, Lobanova decided to have fun with friends in one of the nightclubs. There she drank alcoholic beverages and took illegal drugs, after which the girl felt ill. However, despite this, she refused medical help. Polina’s young man decided not to leave her alone in this state and took her to his home, and in the morning he discovered his friend’s lifeless body in his own bathroom. A young girl died from poisoning due to alcohol and drugs. But Vasilisa said that she did not believe that her younger sister could voluntarily take illegal drugs; in her opinion, someone most likely mixed them with Polina, and therefore the case could be reclassified as premeditated murder.

But Anastasia did not last long on the Dom-2 project. And then I couldn’t resist standing on the balcony of my 19th floor. The girl rented this apartment as soon as she left the show. And in the same year she was found dead under the windows of a Moscow high-rise building.
On June 22, 2020, a girl fell from a 19th floor window. She moved to this apartment, located in the Moscow residential complex “Golden Keys” on Minskaya Street, a couple of weeks before her death.
Information appeared in the media about the girl’s pregnancy from her boyfriend, who insisted on an abortion. Albert Rezin, with whom Tarasyuk dated for some time after the project, said that she suffered from depression and drank too much alcohol.

Anastasia Tarasyuk came to Dom-2 in September 2013 and immediately captivated fans with her beauty. Tarasyuk tried to evoke reciprocal sympathy from Andrei Cherkasov and Nikita Kuznetsov, which she ultimately could not achieve, and left Dom-2.
