When Santa was still a very little girl, her parents divorced, but her father still did not stop taking care of his daughter. He instilled in her his culture and taught her values. She also has a sister on her mother’s side, who always supports her in everything.

After school, on the instructions of her mother, the future singer went to the Faculty of Law of the Kyiv National University named after T. Shevchenko, although she did not have a particular love for science. Studying seemed completely boring to her, so it was decided to do something more interesting at the same time.

Modeling career

Few people know, but the future performer’s stellar career began with modeling. It was during my student days, when studying was not at all inspiring, that Santa walked the catwalk for the first time. This is how her work began at the Karin modeling agency, which, by the way, was very successful, because in 2006, when the model was 19 years old, she took bronze at the Miss Universe Ukraine competition.

And even though she does her best in training, it’s still not enough to go to the World Championships. Santa understood that being able to believe in one’s abilities is one of the most important qualities on the path to self-improvement, so she still went to the competition. “Until recently I thought that I wouldn’t go anywhere, but my beloved supported me and said that everything would work out. Santa Dimopoulos was born into a Ukrainian and Greek family, so from childhood she absorbed the culture of both nations equally well. But the work of a lawyer seemed incredibly boring to Santa, so soon after graduating from university she firmly decided to connect her life with the stage.

The great desire to be recognized and do what she liked did not stop Santa at anything. So, in 2009, she went to the casting of the Ukrainian television project “Star Factory-3”, produced by Konstantin Meladze. And even though she didn’t become the winner of the show, the experience she gained at the Factory was simply colossal.

At the same time, Santa became the lead singer of the group “Seventh Heaven”, recorded several tracks and even managed to star in videos for the songs “About Love” and “Stranger”. The performer still remembers with trepidation the time spent in this group. This was her first experience of serious musical activity, she experienced ups and downs, disagreements and reconciliations. However, after some time, the performer left the group of her own free will and set off to conquer new heights. She doesn’t blame anyone or be offended by anyone, she just realized that she needs to grow and develop further.

In December 2011, she became the soloist of the VIA Gra group, replacing Nadezhda Granovskaya. Her colleagues were Eva Bushmina, a finalist of the same “Star Factory-3,” and Albina Dzhanabaeva. They gave incendiary concerts, gathering a huge number of fans in the halls. In February 2012, a video clip for the touching and heartbreaking song “Hello, Mom” was released, which to date has collected almost four million views.

At the same time, the song “I Don’t Know Why” appeared on the Internet, recorded together with performer Vasily Bondarchuk. In addition to her vocal abilities, Santa showed fans her acting skills. In 2010, she starred in an advertisement for Ukrsibbank, and a year later appeared in an advertisement for the EnerGo energy drink from the Biola brand.

Despite the fact that Santa sang in a group, she was always drawn to a solo career. In October 2012, she left VIA Gra. At that time, she was already quite popular and discussed, she was published in various magazines and newspapers, and she gave numerous interviews. Having started performing as a solo artist, she received good support and even more fans. The first single was the song “When We Move” in English. The video clip was released in May 2013. Next came the songs “In Joy and Sorrow” and “Running Away.”

The first stage of Dimopoulos’s singing biography began with participation in a little-known Ukrainian group, which was called “Seventh Heaven”. The second step up was the popular TV project “Star Factory”. The Kiev resident appeared in the 3rd season of the Ukrainian show in 2009. The seriousness of the project was given by the presence of influential people on the jury - producer of Russian Radio in Ukraine Sergei Kuzin, choreographer Dmitry Kolyadenko, television producer Valentin Koval, producer of the New Channel Irina Lysenko.

Dimopoulos did not last long on the TV show and left long before the finale. Konstantin Meladze had to remember Santa in December 2011, when Nadezhda Granovskaya left VIA Gra. The Kiev resident replaced the soloist who left the band. Santa's personal life has never been hidden behind seven seals. It was discussed and articles were written about it. At the very beginning of her modeling career, she began dating actor and presenter Andrei Dzhedzhula. Their relationship developed very dynamically, and after some time the girl moved to live with him.
