Mara Baghdasaryan on Instagram and VKontakte: photos and videos

Whose daughter is Mara Baghdasaryan, her biography

Some time ago there was information on the World Wide Web that Mara Baghdasaryan is the daughter of a certain prosecutor. This “duck” was started by the girl herself. Our heroine allegedly wanted her numerous ill-wishers to “get behind her.”

Who are Mary's parents?

The legend was soon debunked, but journalists still found out the details of who Mary Baghdasaryan’s parents were. The girl’s father and mother came to Russia back in the late 80s from Azerbaijan. They are Armenians by nationality, so they were actually in Russia as refugees. Very little is known about our heroine's mother. It seems that she does not live with Mara's father. The reasons for this are unknown. Journalists once managed to take a photograph of Mara with a woman who was presumably her mother.

The Meat King's Daughter

It is well known that the girl was given the opportunity to live in grand style by her father. Thanks to him, Mara Baghdasaryan enjoys luxury cars worth several hundred thousand dollars. So, in more detail: Mary’s dad, Elmar Baghdasaryan, is a major businessman, owner of the company for the production and wholesale trade of exclusive meat products “Nuchar”. Elmar grew up in a family of teachers and managed to build a successful business himself. But the daughter of the meat king, Mara, is already known for other merits.

Childhood and youth

Mara was born in 1993, her parents are divorced. Each time she indicates the city of birth is different: either Nizhny Tagil or Grozny. One thing is known - the street racer now lives in Moscow. Whose daughter she is became known a long time ago: her father came out of the shadows after Mary’s arrest. This is Elmar Elmirovich Bagdasaryan, owner of the largest meat processing company Nuchar LLC.

The entrepreneur started from scratch, as he himself grew up in an intelligent family of teachers, and his grandfather worked as a judge. According to her father, in the late 80s, the girl’s parents moved to Moscow from Azerbaijan. They are Armenians by nationality, so the move turned out to be a necessity.

New racing videos of street racer Mara Bagdasaryan

Mara Baghdasaryan attracted wide public attention and the attention of law enforcement agencies by videotaping her “exploits.” 240 km/h on the median in Moscow is just one example. Driving through the streets at high speed, ignoring the rules, is a common thing for Mara Baghdasaryan. Dozens of fines, detentions, and community service do not stop a girl from breaking the law. Apparently, the offender has no real sentence for this yet.

Accident on Kutuzovsky

Back in the fall of 2020, Mara Baghdasaryan was involved in a major accident on Kutuzovsky Avenue. The driver of a BMW X5, which also carried four passengers, lost control, hit a passing car and crashed into an oncoming car. As a result of the accident, the owner of the BMW and a married couple from another car died. The incident was notable not only for its grave consequences, but also for the fact that representatives of the so-called “golden youth” were riding in the car of the person responsible for the accident. Among them is Mara Baghdasaryan.

Mara was detained again

Once again, Mara was at the police station on another matter, about six months after the incident described above, riding in the company of the son of the vice president of Lukoil, Ruslan Shamsuarov. The young people did not obey the traffic police inspectors’ request to stop and began to walk away from the police car, filmed it all on camera, and mocked the law enforcement officers.

Mara Baghdasaryan was deprived of her rights for life?

Mara Baghdasaryan has so many traffic police violations that her father is already refusing to pay the fines. The total amount is huge; it has long since exceeded the 1 million ruble mark. Elmar Baghdasaryan defends his daughter as best he can, blaming his daughter’s bad company and the desire of government functionaries to make a show trial for all the problems. However, numerous proceedings came to a logical conclusion - Mara was sentenced to correctional labor and life imprisonment. In depriving the girl of the right to drive a car for life, the court was guided by the results of medical examinations, which prohibit the girl from driving a car.

Scandals and accidents Baghdasaryan

2015

Mara began to get into scandal after scandal. First came traffic police fines for speeding.

The father paid more than a million rubles in fine for his daughter. But that was only the beginning. In 2020, the girl was in a car accident in which 3 people died, and Mara herself lay in a coma for three weeks. Although it was not Mara who was driving, she and her friends then took part in street racing. After leaving the hospital, Mara began to move forward. In 2020, a video appeared online where Mara and her friend Ruslan Shamsuarov (son of the vice president of Lukoil) drove a Geledvagen around Moscow at night.

Then she received 10 days of arrest. She was released early, allegedly for health reasons - the family’s lawyers did a good job.

2017

In 2020, another scandal occurred. The race was broadcast live, where Maara was speeding along the median. This story repeated itself, but when the speeding driver made dangerous maneuvers on the road. During her arrest, Mara Baghdasaryan insulted law enforcement officers.

After all these stories, Mara and her father Elmar Baghdasaryan became “stars” of online publications and television shows. To avoid a serious punishment, which includes imprisonment for up to 5 years, her lawyers presented documents in court according to which the street racer is not guilty of anything - she has a mental illness.

For speeding, she was deprived of her driver's license for life and sentenced to correctional labor. She spent them in Tula in the public library, where she did simple work. And this story taught the street racer nothing. A little later, Maara was already detained driving without a driver's license. At the next trial, Mara hides her face from photographers.

The behavior of street racers was discussed in the news and various talk shows. Dad Elmar Baghdasaryan always protects his child. And as it turned out, he is no longer able to influence his daughter, but continues to pay for lawyers and new luxury cars.

And here is another scandal again - Mara Baghdasaryan is fighting for her driver’s license, she wants to drive again, but this time legally. Now her lawyers are collecting certificates allowing her to drive. Mara has already gone through all the authorities and they say that the outrageous racer even sent a letter to the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin. to restore your driver's license. Netizens claim that lawyers will be able to get her rights returned and then there will be no way around further victims.

How to find the real page of Mara Bagdasaryan on VKontakte and Instagram

There is so much attention to the street racer that savvy social network users did not fail to take advantage of it. In terms of the number of fake pages, Mara Baghdasaryan can compete with the superstars of show business. However, on real pages on Instagram and Vkontakte, Mara has her own show.

Videos and photos that will not leave you indifferent

What ordinary users of social networks can see on the pages of a major racer will certainly cause conflicting feelings: admiration, interest on the one hand, indignation, envy on the other. Expensive cars, disparaging comments, luxurious life. With her shocking actions, captured on video and photos, Mara turns on society.

Driving at top speed, playing checkers on the road, taking selfies with traffic police officers - all this adds to the scandalousness of our heroine.

The tragedy on Kutuzovsky and other “achievements” of the racer

Driving at maximum speeds is unsafe even on sports tracks when cars are driven by professional athletes. What can we say about the frantic driving of inexperienced youth along the busy streets of the metropolis? Mara Mersovodova regularly became the culprit of road accidents of varying severity.

The worst incident happened in October 2020 on Kutuzovsky Avenue in the capital. The BMW X5, which, in addition to Mara, contained two more representatives of the “golden youth”, collided with a Range Rover. As a result of the accident, three people died, and the racer herself was seriously injured. Bagdasaryan’s lawyers proved that the car was driven by BMW owner Mark Halperin, and the girl was in the passenger seat.

The fatal tragedy, as well as a twenty-hour surgical operation followed by a three-week coma and long rehabilitation, did not become a lesson for the young street racer, and already in May 2016 she again stirred up the Internet space with another prank. In the company of major friends, among whom was the son of Lukoil vice-president Ruslan Shamsuarov, Mara, driving a Mercedes Gelendvagen, took part in a “pursuit race” with a police crew. While fleeing through the capital's streets from the guardians of the law, the cheerful company violated more than a dozen traffic rules. Naturally swearing, the young people conducted a live video broadcast of what was happening on the Internet.

The violators were detained. For hooligan actions they faced up to five years in prison, but as a result of the common efforts of influential parents, the children escaped with 15 days of detention and fines.

Mara Baghdasaryan in a swimsuit and naked

Mara willingly demonstrates all the “improvements” on the Internet. A series of intimate photographs appeared on Mara’s pages on social networks back in January of this year. Photos in swimsuits are the most harmless. In separate photographs, naked Mara Baghdasaryan poses openly in the shower.

Mara Baghdasaryan: the most complete guide to the life of a lawless woman behind the wheel

“Mara Baghdasaryan entered the list of the 100 most mentioned women in Russia, but the reason for this was not her best deeds.” This quote is from the speech of state prosecutor Alexander Rybak at the court hearings in a criminal case about the use of a fake sick leave by a racer. The name of the “golden” offender flashes in news feeds almost every day after the so-called “Gelendvagen race” in May 2020.

Mara 049 – this is the “call sign” the girl assigned to herself based on the number of her Mercedes. @049mara is a girl’s public account on Instagram.

Another page @mara063 is hidden from the public eye.

The owner of the virtual album writes that photos from this profile are available only to her friends. The girl is registered on social networks under different nicknames and surnames. For example, VKontakte has a profile for Mara Mersovodova. Due to confusion with the surname, for a long time the public was in the dark about who the father of the most famous traffic violator in Russia really is, and why the reckless driver gets away with everything.

Mary's father, Elmar Baghdasaryan, the owner of a meat processing plant, appeared in court several times and even tried to reason with his daughter. But even the intensive care ward into which Mara Baghdasaryan ended up after an accident on Kutuzovsky Prospekt on October 3, 2015 did not force the girl to give up shocking rides through the streets of the capital.

Emergency experience

The street racer herself claims that there were only four accidents in her life, and in all cases she was the injured party. However, in January 2020, information appeared in the media about an accident four years ago, which was provoked by the famous offender herself. Details of the collision between two expensive foreign cars surfaced after the insurance company filed a claim for 2 million rubles against Mary Baghdasaryan.

In 2013, a racer in her Nissan GTR crashed into the car of a pregnant motorist who was stopped at a red light. According to the victim, doctors had to fight for the child’s life, and her SUV was declared illiquid by insurers.

Two years later, Mara’s own life was in the balance. She and three friends were driving a BMW X5, which flew into the oncoming lane. In this accident, three cars were destroyed, one of which burned down. Three died, including two of Baghdasaryan’s friends. Investigators identified the girl’s surviving acquaintance as the culprit, and he was sentenced to three years in a general regime colony.

Mara flew out of the car. She was taken to the hospital with severe injuries. The doctors literally had to put the girl back together piece by piece. A dangerous head injury, numerous fractures are the consequences of a car accident, which still make themselves felt. True, the racer remembers them only at trial, when she needs to avoid serious punishment, but not on the road. Despite the pins in her leg, the street racer continues to tempt fate.

“The same Gelendvagen”

Eight months after the accident on Kutuzovsky Prospekt, the girl again attracted the attention of the whole country. The video, which her friends broadcast on the Internet, later formed the basis of a criminal case about insulting government officials and threatening the lives of traffic inspectors. The company filmed its morning drive through the center of Moscow with police crews on its tail using a mobile phone.

“We’ll pull them in a straight line,” this is perhaps the longest phrase in the monologue of the video author, which does not contain obscene words. The youth were confident that the power of the German SUV would be enough to break away from pursuit. The overtaking patrol cars caused sincere bewilderment among the “golden” children. The recording was interrupted when the driver pulled into the park. Those traveling in the car hoped to escape on foot, but the police stopped them.

Video of the chase on YouTube

Abduvahob Majidov was driving. Later, the court will acquit the young man of all charges brought against him. The Mercedes belonged to the son of Lukoil vice-president Ruslan Shamsuarov. Six months later, he was found guilty of insulting law enforcement officers, and his car was confiscated. Mary Baghdasaryan’s third friend, Viktor Uskov, was also punished.

The girl appeared in the criminal case only as a witness. But in the end, disobedience to the police resulted in 10 days in a special detention center for administrative detainees.

New fines

No sooner had the investigation into the “Gelendvagen racing” ended than Mara Baghdasaryan got into history again. The police spotted her car on the sidewalk on Leninsky Prospekt. The offender was checked against the database: it turned out that the owner of the car had 16 unpaid fines.

By that time, the court was already preparing to consider another five dozen cases of overdue administrative protocols. Mary's favorite violations are multiple speeding and driving in a designated lane. By the end of November, the rude driver had 595 hours of compulsory work and 24 days in a special detention center in her portfolio.

At the beginning of January, police again sent Mare Baghdasaryan to a pile of cases of overdue fines. The street racer's debt to the state grows with every meeting.

Optional work

The November court provided Mara with the position of janitor in the management company. But the lawyer brought certificates: for health reasons, the girl cannot take revenge on the streets. She supposedly has epilepsy. This is what will let the racer down in the future. The alternative turned out to be more than gentle - working with documentation. When journalists visited the Zhilishchnik State Budgetary Institution together with the executive inspection, Mara Baghdasaryan mockingly and demonstratively shifted papers from one pile to another.

But in January the racer skipped work for the first time. One missed day cost her 15 days of freedom. After her release, she regularly visited the management company for a whole week and a half, but then again did not show up at the office. This became a point of no return, which a month later resulted in the first conviction in the life of certified lawyer Mara Baghdasaryan.

The version of the investigation differed somewhat from the story told by the accused at trial. According to Mara, she felt bad and began looking for medical centers on the Internet in the hope of resting for a few days and returning to serving her sentence. On one of the sites she found a man who introduced himself as a doctor, asked in detail about the symptoms and agreed to issue a sick leave. The fact that the certificate would be given to her not at the clinic, but at the metro station, did not bother the “patient” at all.

The next day Bagdasaryan took the paper to work. The deception was revealed when employees of the criminal-executive inspection began to check the document. It turned out that the sick leave was printed on an offset printer and had nothing to do with clinic No. 68.

The guilty plea provided the defendant with the right to a special procedure for the consideration of the case in court. The advantage of this process was the limitation of punishment - only 2/3 of the maximum sanction of Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Minus - the defendant does not have the right to reclassify the case.

The lawyer suggested that the client be given her favorite punishment - a fine. Confirmation that the accused would pay it was a certificate from the bank. The prosecutor spoke out against it: according to him, it would not be Mara who would actually pay, but her father. And this is unlikely to be a lesson for the girl.

“I asked for 320 hours of compulsory work. This is exactly the punishment that Mara Baghdasaryan did not want to carry out. I think it will be fair and proportionate if she returns to exactly this punishment,” prosecutor Alexander Rybak said in court.

But Themis decided otherwise: Mara Magdasaryan was sentenced to a year of correctional labor. She has the right to take them to the place of her main duty (if one appears) and even receive money for it. The state will withhold 15% of the convicted person’s salary.

Last resort

And so, the Savelovsky District Court deprived the speed lover of the most valuable thing - her driver's license, for life. Well, since the offender is supposedly so sick that she can’t even work, then driving a car is definitely contraindicated for her.

The prosecutor's office recalled to the street racer the very certificates that the lawyers brought to spare their client from correctional labor. According to the hospital extract, the girl suffered a seizure - a consequence of the accident in 2020. And this is a direct indication of deprivation of rights.

The offender’s father, however, immediately stated that his daughter somehow made a dramatic recovery and was unexpectedly healed. At least enough for driving

“We went to the doctors, conducted an examination, did an ECG, she is healthy. It was always about pneumonia, I didn’t even know that she was diagnosed with epilepsy. I assure you that she does not have any epilepsy, I ask you to send her to the commission. - said Elmar Baghdasaryan.

This truth differs from the testimony of the traffic police officers who witnessed that very convulsive seizure.

Experts really predict: the epic with Mara Baghdasaryan is not over yet. If a girl receives citizenship of a country whose driver’s license is valid in Russia and manages to pass a medical examination in this country, she will be able to get behind the wheel again legally. So, perhaps, you should be patient and wait with trepidation for new tricks from the scandalous auto boorish woman.

Photo of Mara Baghdasaryan and the latest news about her for today

The media does not leave the scandalous street racer alone. News about her comes out regularly, fueling interest in her life.

Is the deprivation of rights still temporary?

The latest news in the media says that Mara Baghdasaryan’s driver’s license is being returned. The Tver traffic police department has already sent a package of documents to its Moscow colleagues. Recently, the lawyer and close friend of the racer, David Kemularia, publicly demonstrated on a regular talk show a certificate confirming Mara’s suitability to drive vehicles. It is quite possible that Baghdasaryan will soon be driving legally.

Mara Baghdasaryan is today an Instagram star and a talk show

News continues to appear in the media that Mara Baghdasaryan has been detained again and again. It looks like we should expect more serious accidents involving her. Racing on Moscow streets is not uncommon today, but even experienced street racers say that what Mara does on the road does not fit into any framework and does not correspond to basic ideas of common sense.

Widespread criticism of Mara, oddly enough, gave rise to a response. The girl's behavior is not only criticized. There are those who justify and try to find reasonable explanations for the actions of the major racer. These are not only her friends “on the street,” but also people who simply consider Mara a victim of circumstances and an unhappy teenager. But Mara Baghdasaryan is no longer a teenager. The girl turned 23 years old. Her scandalous popularity is at the level of show business stars, and for many young people the racer is almost an idol, embodying a rich, luxurious life, freedom, independence, and disregard for the rules. We'll see how events develop further.

short biography

The future star of incident reports was born on November 3, 1993 in the city of Grozny, but sometimes calls Nizhny Tagil his homeland. There is very little information about the girl’s mother, but her father, on the contrary, is a fairly well-known personality in business circles - Elmar Baghdasaryan owns a large company for the production of meat products “Nuchar”. At one time, the daughter of the meat king claimed that her father was an authoritative prosecutor.

Armenians by nationality, Mary’s parents moved to Moscow from Azerbaijan in the late 80s of the last century, where the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict escalated at that time.

At the age of 13, the future racer began karting - it was this hobby that grew into a passion for uncontrolled night races.

Being fully supported by her wealthy father, the girl never worked a day in her life, with the exception of forced labor - but more on that below.

Mara Baghdasaryan promised to appeal to Putin

Moscow street racer Mara Bagdasaryan announced her intention to appeal to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a request to assist in returning her driver's license. She wrote about this on her Instagram page.

According to Bagdasaryan, last summer she was going to get a driver’s license, which she lost for traffic violations, and for this she prepared all the necessary documents and certificates, but received an “unreasonable” refusal from the commission.

At the same time, as the girl said, she was not given the commission’s conclusion. Baghdasaryan also recalled the deprivation of her father’s Russian citizenship. In her opinion, it was a conspiracy to prevent her from driving a car.

The racer said that her lawyer David Kemularia intends to appeal to Vladimir Putin with a request to conduct an investigation into the work of the authorities that refused to restore Bagdasaryan’s driver’s license, and the commission that deprived her father of citizenship.

At the beginning of this month, it was reported that Baghdasaryan’s father was deprived of his Russian passport, Kemularia spoke about this. According to the defense lawyer, Elmar Baghdasaryan was informed at the Moscow headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that, based on the results of the check, his documents were declared invalid, NSN

.

“You are considered to have not acquired citizenship of the Russian Federation in the manner prescribed by law. Passports of citizens of the Russian Federation are considered issued in violation of the established procedure,” the department said.

To resolve the situation, he was advised to obtain a temporary residence permit, a residence permit and apply for citizenship.

At the same time, the lawyer called the law enforcement decision illegal, since Bagdasaryan lived in Russia until 1991, and then automatically received a Russian passport.

“It was received automatically, and you can’t take it away, then you have to take away the passports of the whole country. This is illegal, we will challenge this decision in court,” Kemularia said.

According to him, the Bagdasaryan family will file a claim for several tens of millions of rubles.

“Now, 30 years after a person pays taxes and does everything, he is deprived of citizenship. We will go to court, we will file a claim against the Ministry of Internal Affairs for a hundred million,” the defense lawyer noted.

Earlier, Baghdasaryan’s daughter Mara said that her father has copies of all documents that confirm that he had Russian registration in Rostov-on-Don, which proves that at the time of the collapse of the USSR Elmar was registered in Russia.

In addition, according to Mara Bagdasaryan, her father has a military ID, which states that in August 1991 she was registered with the Rostov military registration and enlistment office, and when moving to Moscow, she was registered in the Lyublinsky district, FAN reports

.

Two weeks later, the Ministry of Internal Affairs checked the legality of Elmar Baghdasaryan’s citizenship and found no violations. The lawyer spoke about this. According to the lawyer, another check initiated by the department showed the legality of obtaining citizenship.

“Today, my client is a Russian citizen,” Kemularia said.

Bagdasaryan was one of the participants in the resonant story about the “reckless drivers on Gelandewagen”.

In May 2020, she and four other young people drove around Moscow for several hours in order to escape from the police. The driver was a citizen of Tajikistan Abduvahob Majidov, Bagdasaryan and three other young people were in the passenger seats.

Young people, in front of the police, grossly violated traffic rules, moving along Leninsky Prospekt towards the Moscow Ring Road. When law enforcement officers tried to detain them, they decided to increase the gas and accelerated to 250 km/h, trying to escape.

In addition to violating the speed limit, young people crossed double solid lanes and drove a foreign car on the lawns near the Moscow State University student dormitory.

At the same time, they broadcast what was happening on their social networks. In the recording, you can hear the participants in the “race” insulting police officers and laughing. As a result, for disobedience to law enforcement officers, young people were sentenced to community service and administrative arrests.

Baghdasaryan’s violations did not end there. She was subsequently detained for parking her car on the sidewalk. Then it became known that the girl had unpaid fines worth about a million rubles.

She was sentenced to 24 days of arrest, as well as paying a fine of 200 thousand rubles and 595 hours of compulsory labor.

Mara Baghdasaryan left the special detention center in a black Mercedes

It was a personal performance—for her. Interactive circus near the second special detention center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. On one side of the arena is a group of journalists. Microphones, cameras... “Oh, whose legs showed up there...” (trying to crawl under an iron fence). On the other - satisfied residents. They stuck to the bars and hung in clusters. There are no TVs in the cells, but then the show just arrived.

-Who are we meeting? — our photographer Volodya Velengurin lazily adjusted the lens. — There wasn’t so much press when Rutskoi was released from prison.

Today they greeted Mara from early morning, although her arrest period expired at six in the evening. In order not to get knocked out in the cold by 1:00 a.m., we had fun as best we could:

- Mara, come out! Mara, come out! - skipping at the fence. True, in a whisper.

At 17.53 a black “executive” Mercedes pulled up to the fence. Dad. He smiled at the crowd and stopped five meters from the gate. Didn't come out.

The driver of the Mercedes (aka Mary’s dad) decided not to go out to the journalists. Photo: Vladimir VELENGURIN

But they still didn’t let Mara out. This would become clear later - the bailiffs handed her documents about the need to perform mandatory work. All 595 hours ordered by the court, down to the minute. And only at 18.24 the gate of the special detention center opened and...

- Mara, Mara!

Wearing the usual fur vest, hiding behind the bailiffs' papers, the screen star jumped into her father's black Mercedes...

Hiding behind sheets of paper, Mara found herself in the interior of her father’s Mercedes in a matter of seconds. Photo: Vladimir VELENGURIN

... Mara Bagdasaryan’s next trial for overdue traffic fines is tomorrow, December 1 (let me remind you, there are 71 fines, in addition to the arrest and work as a janitor, Bagdasaryan has already been fined 139 thousand rubles). Only Mara will not come there.

“I’ll take her to the hospital, she urgently needs to be examined,” explains dad Elmar.

And after the hospital, dad will go to court. Take the rap for your Marochka.

“Majorka” Mara Baghdasaryan was detained in Moscow.

How a girl from an intelligent “Soviet family” turned into the major girl Mara

“Komsomolskaya Pravda” looked into the peculiarities of the biography of the capital’s most famous street racer

“- Mara, boring dinner? “No, I’ve eaten enough papillons and am leaving.”

This is a post from a social network, the style and spelling are copyrighted. I don’t know what “papillons” are and I ask Yandex. Oysters. Speciale Papillon. 400 rubles apiece on average.

I have no idea how many oysters you need to eat to get full. Here's sprat in tomato - it's easy to use. It can be measured in jars, a piece - 20 rubles (details)

MEANWHILE

Upon release, “major” Mara went to a restaurant to eat oysters

Mara Baghdasaryan, better known as “Majorka” Mara, immediately after her release after 24 days of arrest, went to a restaurant. Earlier it was reported that her dad was waiting for her near the special detention center in a black Mercedes (details)

Mara Bagdasaryan's friend told why the street racer needed an ambulance

As MK managed to find out, Mara Baghdasaryan was stopped by traffic cops on Olof Palme Street on Wednesday at about 20.00. According to some reports, the young lady again drove in her Mercedes (although she was deprived of her license for life), for which she was captured. According to eyewitnesses, at the time of the arrest, the racer’s car was not started and was parked behind a barrier in a nearby yard.

As the racer’s friend Alina (name changed) said, that evening the girls were supposed to have a meeting in the house of the meat magnate, Mary’s father, Elmar Bagdasaryan. A friend of the street racer saw from afar that there was a police car on the roadway, in which Mara Baghdasaryan was sitting in the company of two officers. She could only speak through the barely open window. The proceedings dragged on for almost 2 hours, another policeman arrived at the scene and, at the request of the racer (she complained of dizziness and nausea due to a long stay in a stuffy car), Alina called an ambulance. According to the girl, four reports were drawn up against Mara and one explanation was taken. A friend of the young motorist believes that the Mercedes parked nearby does not at all mean that Mara was driving. “There is no underground parking in Bagdasaryan’s house, and the car simply might not have had enough space in the yard; besides, Mary’s dad could have put it there,” the girl said. Alina also said that her friend has been living with her in Tver for the fifth week. Mara is allegedly developing her father’s business in the region, does not drive a car and came to Moscow for work.

Information about Mara Baghdasaryan driving a vehicle without documents was confirmed at the capital’s headquarters.

— The driver did not have documents for the vehicle. Upon further inspection, it was established that the court had previously made a decision regarding Bagdasaryan to terminate her right to drive vehicles for medical reasons. On the spot, a protocol was drawn up against the driver regarding an administrative offense under Art. 12.3 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The driver was suspended from driving, the car was detained and subsequently handed over to a legal representative. The girl was invited to the state traffic police department to draw up reports against her on administrative offenses, provided for in Articles 12.7 and 19.22 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation,” said Colonel of the Internal Service Yuri Titov, acting head of the Administration and OS of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow.

Major Mara Baghdasaryan faces 12 years for defaming the police

On Tuesday, October 25, the prosecutor's office challenged the too lenient, in its opinion, sentence for the participants in the May race of the “mad Gelentvagen” in Moscow. Last week, the Gagarinsky Court of Moscow sentenced the owner of an expensive SUV, Ruslan Shamsuarov, and his friend Viktor Uskov to 300 hours of community service. Avduvahob Majidov, who was directly behind the wheel, was completely acquitted by the court.

“The sentence is illegal,” concluded ex-prosecutor of Crimea, and now State Duma deputy Natalya Poklonskaya, because “it is excessively lenient and disproportionate to the crime.” Moreover, according to Poklonskaya, the current behavior of the defendants does not indicate sincere repentance. Well, the question has been raised to a fundamental level. And he is truly principled. In general, the disproportion of the crime to the punishment, and often complete impunity for especially dangerous acts on Russian roads, instills confidence in violators.

Violation of traffic rules or “human factor” is the main cause of road accidents. Despite tougher penalties for reckless and drunk drivers, road deaths are still very high. Last year alone, 23 thousand people died in car accidents, and more than two hundred thousand were injured of varying degrees of severity.

These shots circulated on the Internet for six months. And almost the whole country was waiting to see how the story of the May race in the Mercedes-Benz Gelandewagen would end. Then a group of tipsy friends decided to take a ride around Moscow. The reckless drivers defiantly violated traffic rules and started racing with the police. Everything that happened was filmed and broadcast on the Internet.

And so a trial took place over Shamsuarov, Majidov and Uskov. Charges: insult and threat of violence against government officials. Shamsuarov appeared in court with a retinue of lawyers and security guards. Majidov arrived in a foreign car with beautiful license plates. Everyone, as one, came without things. No one noticed any remorse on their faces. Result: three hundred hours of correctional labor. Mercedes-Benz Gelandewagen goes to the state. This despite the fact that the prosecutor's office asked for two years in prison.

“We insisted that there is a charge under two articles, plus the second is a threat to life, including in relation to law enforcement officers. The court considered this guilt unproven, we categorically disagree with this,” says Alexander Kurennoy, official representative of the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office.

Former colleagues were supported by State Duma deputy Natalya Poklonskaya: “Here they drive around in cars and show with their image such a protest to the established rules, laws, in the end. They disregard the lives of other people, including our loved ones, plus a sentence that is not proportionate to the crime committed, the public danger that arose as a result of this crime.”

“They haven’t improved” - this is Poklonskaya about Mara Bagdasaryan. She was also in the Gelentvagen, but she is a witness in the case. Even after the scandal, the girl did not change her driving style. The video shows her silver foreign car. And accusations of corruption appeared against the police on social networks on behalf of Baghdasaryan: “You wanted to imprison a group of young people simply because you wanted to profit? The amount is 500 thousand dollars. Did you name that many times when you wanted to hush up the matter?”

This information is now being checked by the Police Internal Security Service. If the accusations are not confirmed, the slanderer faces twelve years in prison. For chaos on the roads, especially, prison. This is what the relatives of those injured in road accidents think.

Marina Dzhanelidze's husband died because of street racers. Koba worked as a taxi driver, driving a client. A powerful foreign car flew towards him from the oncoming lane at a speed of two hundred and twenty. Its driver was playing checkers and lost control. Six died.

Since the beginning of the year, 14 thousand people have died in road accidents. This week alone, seven people became victims of an accident on the Don highway in the Moscow region. On the same day, in the Moscow region, a car hit and killed three people on the side of the road. It was a miracle that no one was hurt by the autocrat from Ufa, Anvar Sukhov. Sukhov loves, as they say, to “teach” other drivers. Once he demanded to give way to him, he signaled not just anyone, but the chief state inspector of the republic.

But this silver Porsche without license plates is being searched all over Russia. Its owner was dubbed the “ghost rider.” Perhaps it was he who provoked the terrible accident in the Moscow region. According to eyewitnesses: he flew into a small car at an exorbitant speed. Her driver, Svetlana Odintsova, tried to avoid the collision and drove under the car transporter. Her six-year-old son died, Svetlana herself was three months pregnant and lost her child. Moreover, the blame for the accident is now on her.

In order to prevent such accidents and detain the reckless driver in time, a new system is being introduced this week. She calls a pit stop. Based on the operation of photo and video cameras. There are about a thousand of these in Moscow. The sensor is instantly triggered if the driver exceeds the speed limit by sixty kilometers per hour.

The camera can calculate the likely route of the reckless driver. Transmits a signal to the nearest post, which is likely to be in the rider's path. The inspector's laptop displays an image of the car and its speed. The violator must be stopped within 120 seconds. If speeding is recorded by a camera, the driver will simply receive a fine. Now, if an inspector stops a racer using the same camera, and he does, then the compiled protocol will be sent to court. The driver will most likely remain without a license.

Mara Baghdarsaryan is expected in court next week. She has 51 unpaid fines. Shamsuarov, Majidov and Uskov will have to appear in the meeting room again. The prosecutor's office plans to ensure that the group of reckless drivers ends up behind bars.
