Nikita Zverev is a native Muscovite. He was born in the summer of 1973, grew up in a large and creative family. His father was involved in organizing circus tours. The “circumstances” were four children: the youngest Nikita, sister Christina and brothers Alexey and Anton. When the boy turned 12 years old, his mother sent him to a children's theater studio. In one production, the young artist got the role of a hooligan. The boy got used to the role so much that his talent was noted by the famous guest of the evening, Lydia Novitskaya, who was a colleague of Konstantin Stanislavsky.
During his school years, Zverev played the main role in the production of “About Fedot the Archer, a daring fellow.” Nikita's height was below average, so in order to look taller on stage, the boy was forced to wear boots with heels. He also often visited his father’s work, where he got to know the circus life. After graduating from school, Nikita tried himself as a clown and gymnast, but quickly realized that the circus was not for him. For some time, Zverev worked part-time as a builder and made attempts to create his own business.

After a month of classes, the student considered the level of teaching at Shchuk insufficient and decided to apply to another university. After much thought, Nikita chose the famous GITIS, where students were given a classical theater education.
At GITIS, Zverev studied in the workshop of Pyotr Naumovich Fomenko. According to the artist, this is the level he was looking for then, and even today Nikita speaks of his mentor with deep respect.

Nikita Zverev received a diploma from a theater university in 2001. During the graduation performance, Oleg Tabakov noted the performance of the young talent. The graduate gladly accepted the offer of the theatrical genius and became an artist of the Tabakerka troupe. The actor gave 5 years of his life to this theater.

Respect and gratitude towards “Tabakerka” and its director were enormous, but Nikita Zverev still left the theater so as not to be torn between two careers. This decision was not easy for him.
