Masha Politova came to the Dom-2 project for the first time at the age of 18. A young, sassy girl. Very emotional and explosive. Inconsistent in judgment, impulsive - she quickly flared up and conflicted with others. I stayed on the TV set for several weeks and left.
Then she returned twice more, but she never became the star of the project. But she was remembered by the audience for her strange antics. The girl not only constantly sang, but also periodically fell into a “musical trance”, when she did not hear or see anything around and seemed to disconnect from this world. She said that she believed in an afterlife and talked about the transmigration of souls. Even then, many suspected that Masha was not all right mentally...
After leaving the project, Politova worked briefly in a glossy magazine, then as a model and makeup artist. She gained a lot of weight, then, having fallen in love, she fanatically lost weight - in a very short time she lost 30 kilograms... Few people remembered about the ex-participant of “House-2” when in early December the guy with whom she lived wrote on social networks that Masha had left and disappeared. She had no reason to slam the door; they were not quarreling. Maria left her phone in the apartment, and Artem immediately sounded the alarm. He even had to publicly declare that his girlfriend was seriously ill and might be insane.
“Masha has bipolar disorder with depressive moments,” Artem was nervous. – She took antidepressants. All the pills from the house disappeared. The worst thing is that once, even before meeting me, Masha, in a conversation with a friend, described this version of events: she takes medications and goes somewhere in the forest. We need to look for her urgently!
Death of Maria Politova
Artem Shanurov reported on social networks that his partner was missing. He claimed that he had not seen Maria Politova since December 4, 2017. She left home without taking her phone with her.
The search for Politova lasted seven days. It was suggested that she would leave for Murmansk to visit her ex-fiancé, who was in the colony.
Artem Shanurov complained about the inaction of the police and volunteers joined the search.
The girl was “found” in the Moscow region - dead. Maria Politova was found sitting near the fence of a private house. The body was covered with snow. According to unconfirmed information, pills and alcohol were found next to her.

According to the preliminary version of the investigation, Politova committed suicide. This version is supported by Artem Shanurov. He claims that the girl had previously talked about wanting to commit suicide by taking a large dose of medications, and then go into the forest.
A preliminary examination indicates that Politova died from intoxication with inhibitors through elevated alkaloids. This happened due to the simultaneous use of antidepressants and alcohol. The girl’s blood pressure jumped sharply, which her body could not cope with.
Politova had previously wanted to commit suicide more than once. The media talk about at least 6 suicide attempts.
TABLETS AND BOTTLE OF RUM
Friends were worried: Masha’s psyche was very unstable, it was unknown what she might do. Moreover, the girl had already attempted suicide - some counted three, some counted as many as six. Politova could fall into psychosis over any little thing; anxious and obsessive thoughts were her constant companions. For example, in the winter, Masha could not calmly walk down the street; within a couple of minutes she was overcome by panic. “I’m terribly afraid of the cold and can freeze almost to death, even if it’s two steps to the metro,” Politova explained why she moves around the city only by car.
The police were processing all versions of her disappearance. I was inclined to believe that Maria had gone on a date with her former lover, who is in prison in the Murmansk region - before her disappearance, Masha looked for plane tickets on websites, and also took out a loan from the bank.
But she never made it to prison. Politova's body was found on her grandfather's property. Why she came to the unheated dacha, which is empty at this time of year, still remains a mystery.
Doctors suggest that a mixture of alcohol and potent drugs provoked a sharp drop in Maria’s blood pressure. Apparently, the girl lost consciousness on the street, not having time to get home, and froze to death - just as she was afraid. Next to her, they say, lay an almost empty bottle of rum...

The mysterious death of a participant in “House-2”. Why did Maria Politova die?
The common-law husband of ex-participant of the Dom-2 program Maria Politova, Artyom Shanurov, sounded the alarm on social networks in early December. He said that his beloved does not get in touch.
— Masha disappeared on December 4. I left my phone at home. The forecasts are the worst
The police are looking, but you understand everything yourself. If anyone has any information, please contact me in a private message. Artyom. Thank you,” the young man wrote on Maria’s Instagram page.
By “worst case scenario,” he meant suicide. The girl, as Shanurov claimed, suffered from bipolar disorder. Today Maria Politova was found dead - she had lain for several days near a fence in one of the cottage villages in the Moscow region. A bottle of pills and a bottle of rum were found next to her.
The preliminary version of the death of Maria Politova is indeed suicide. According to media reports, she had previously attempted suicide six times. But it cannot be ruled out that she could have been poisoned by pills and alcohol unintentionally. Among the versions that investigators will work out are murder and incitement to suicide.
“Nobody needs you outside the perimeter”
Little is known about his biography before the project. Born in Moscow in 1987. She studied at the capital's Lyceum No. 7, where she studied English in depth. She entered the Institute of Economics and Culture at the Faculty of Psychology. Received a higher education diploma in 2008.
Maria Politova was on the project three times: from January to February 2006, then from June to September 2007, then from June 4 to June 24, 2010. Loud, bright and scandalous - that’s what Masha was remembered by the audience. She could sing and fight - in general, she fit perfectly into the atmosphere of the TV set.
At one time she was supported by Stepan Menshchikov. Another participant, Andrei Alexandrov, walked around the perimeter with a poster: “Masha Politova, get out of the project!” In response, the girl stated that she would “run over everyone here.”
She also had conflicts with the star of the television project, Alena Vodonaeva. So, Vodonaeva once liked a young man at a casting. Inga Orlova decided to compete with her. Maria also joined the “race”.
However, the girls later became friends. And when Politova was kicked out again, Vodonaeva even thought about marrying her. But no, although Politova said that she would die without a project the very next day.
— She (Vodonaeva) is a very smart, kind and decent girl. And she’s not at all the bitch that everyone thinks she is. Alena even voluntarily wanted to leave the “House”, leaving her place to me. Only true friends do this,” Politova later said.
She came three times and left with scandals. But in the end, in 2010, Maria finally left the project, having never found “eternal love” for herself. After leaving the project, Politova worked as a journalist, fashion model, and also completed makeup artist courses. She even signed a contract with the fashion house Selena, becoming the face of this company.
— I never considered myself a star! And when I went beyond the perimeter, I realized that existing fame is generally a soap bubble... When you’re on a project, they mess with you, they take you off. And no one needs you outside the perimeter,” she later said.
Since 2014, she lived with 42-year-old journalist Artyom Shanurov. Maria published many photos with him on social networks and wrote how much she loved him.
The couple fooled around and joked together. Their friends called them crazy.
The missing
Three days after it became known that Masha was missing, news appeared about her whereabouts. A number of media outlets published information that she allegedly went to a colony in the Murmansk region to visit her former prisoner lover, who had health problems.
However, Artyom quickly denied these rumors and urged not to publish such information. The man insisted that it was not true.
Later it turned out that the information about its discovery was indeed a canard. According to preliminary data, Maria Politova died about three or four days ago and spent all this time lying near the fence of one of the cottages in the Moscow region. A passerby discovered the body after noticing a woman's face emerging from under the snow.
OKSANA APLEKAEVA
The bright blonde spent just over two months on the project in 2005. There weren’t enough special stars in the sky, so she left the show and took up a modeling career. And three years later she disappeared...
Oksana's body was found by truckers 65 kilometers from Moscow - the girl's body lay on the side of the highway, carelessly thrown by branches.
The examination established that death was due to strangulation. The investigation put forward a version: the girl was raped and killed. But during a search in her apartment, they found a lot of interesting things.
Photos from orgies, notebooks with descriptions of the sexual adventures of famous people, lists with names, large sums. Aplekaeva’s diary was literally covered with entries with approximately the following content: “August 15. Rublevka. Oligarch's birthday. 18 girls."
Investigators decided that Oksana ran an escort - she supplied girls to the rich for pleasure. There were two main versions of the murder. The first is that Aplekaeva was killed accidentally in a fit of passion during sadomasochistic games. Second: she crossed someone’s path by collecting compromising sex evidence and arranging blackmail.
They searched for witnesses and clues for three months. They asked friends. But they all, as one, avoided testifying, as if they were afraid of someone. The killer was never found. The investigation was stopped. 31-year-old Oksana was buried in her native Ufa. No one came from “House-2” to say goodbye to her.
ANDREY KADETOV
A handsome blue-eyed guy from St. Petersburg spent a little less than a year in “House-2”, then returned home.
In December 2010, as usual, he went out for a walk in the evening with his dog. A guy was attacked near the entrance. "Help! They are killing! – Kadetov shouted heart-rendingly. People passed by, but the neighbors chose not to interfere. 14 deep stab wounds: the murder was committed with extreme cruelty.
It seemed that the former participant of “House-2” was dealt with by a maniac or psychopath. This was the original version.
But then law enforcement officers picked up the trail. They found out that the young man often had affairs with different girls and got into unpleasant situations. One of them led to a tragic outcome.
It turned out that a month before his death, Andrei was relaxing with friends at the dacha. A few days later, a certain Alexandra wrote a statement of rape against him and began to extort money. Moreover, the investigator allegedly joined her and asked Andrey for 150 thousand rubles to close the case. Kadetov turned to the CSS and agreed to participate in a special operation - to hand over the marked money to a werewolf in uniform. But I didn’t have time. The day before, he was attacked on the street by the former lover of that same girl - the unbalanced Yuri Zhidkov decided to avenge the honor of his scolded friend and thereby earn forgiveness. He confessed to everything, was sentenced to 15 years and is serving his sentence in a maximum security colony.
Frostbite and stabbing: how the stars of “House-2” died
The participants of “House-2” have been living under the guns of television cameras for 15 years now. In front of millions of viewers, they build families and have children. Tragedies also happen to the stars of the project - more than 10 participants in the show passed away for various reasons.
In 2010, all fans of the show were shocked by the death of Andrei Kadetov. The handsome young blue-eyed man was a favorite of the girls, but did not have time to marry the project. At the end of 2010, a man was attacked near the entrance while he was walking his dog. The criminal inflicted 11 stab wounds on the Dom-2 star.
Kadetov's killer was found. It turned out that he was sent by the mistress of an ex-project participant. The girl extorted money from him, threatening to tell him that Kadetov allegedly raped her.
In recent years, an interesting trend has appeared at Dom-2. Along with the young participants, their parents also live on the perimeter: they help the young people sort out relationships, look after the children, and sometimes meet their love.
So Svetlana Ustinenko came to the project to help her daughter Aliana. A strong and confident blonde tried to improve her daughter’s relationship with her mother-in-law, but she often found herself at the center of scandals. After some time, Svetlana Ustinenko began to appear on screens less and less, and then disappeared completely.
It turned out that the woman was diagnosed with brain cancer. Surgeries and chemotherapy courses did not produce results. Svetlana Ustinenko died in 2016 at the age of 49.
In 2020, Maria Politova passed away - the pretty brunette became a participant three times, but was never able to build a relationship with anyone. Already on the project, the girl did strange things and, as StarHit writes, suffered from bipolar disorder.

Anastasia Tarasyuk was a participant in “House-2” for only a month, but even in such a short period of time she was remembered by the audience for her bright appearance and relationships with the most popular men of the show.
5 years after Tarasyuk left the Dom-2 site, they started talking about her again. In the summer of 2020, a girl tragically died near her home. There is a version that she wanted to voluntarily die. Several reasons for what happened immediately appeared on the Internet: someone claimed that Anastasia was pregnant, someone hinted at her alcohol and drug addiction.
Polina Lobanova passed away a few days after her 20th birthday. It is known that a participant in “House-2” died at one of the parties. The body of the TV star was found in the bathroom. There are several versions of what happened: perhaps the girl wanted to commit suicide, or the cause of death was heart failure due to an overdose of illegal substances.

OKSANA KORNEVA
For a month and a half, the cheerful girl who loved to cook had the nickname Kesha stuck on her perimeter. She fell in love with May Abrikosov, but he was carried away by a girl named the Sun and ignored Kesha.
On Christmas night 2009, Kesha and her friends tried to run across the Garden Ring in the wrong place. A Toyota minibus flew straight at them from the tunnel under Mayakovsky Square. All three fell under the wheels and were thrown in different directions. Oksana’s boyfriend and girlfriend died on the spot, and she was taken to the hospital, where after some time Korneva died from injuries incompatible with life.
Pedestrians who flagrantly violated traffic rules were found guilty of this accident. Oksana Korneva was only 32 years old on the day of her death.
KRISTINA KALININA
Some people live on a television set for years, while others, as soon as they cross the perimeter, realize that they won’t be able to survive here for long. Christina came to Dom-2 to look for love - she wanted to create a real happy family.
At 22, she already had a three-year-old daughter, and Christina dreamed of finding her a dad. But when I got to the show, I was immediately disappointed in the project. The girl was not ready to make a scandal, fight, intrigue and wash each other’s bones. The “old people” didn’t like her. Two weeks later, Christina escaped “to freedom.”
After leaving the show, things didn’t work out for Kalinina and depression set in. Out of nervousness, she stopped eating, went hungry for weeks, and brought herself to the point of exhaustion.
A year later, the girl died from acute renal failure. Christina's little daughter remained in her grandmother's arms. Now Vika is already 10 years old.
SVETLANA USTINEKO
The mother of one of the most scandalous participants in the show, Aliana Ustinenko, came to Dom-2 at the end of 2014 to help her unreasonable daughter build a relationship with Alexander Gobozov.
But during the project, Svetlana began to feel unwell. She had a headache and fainted several times on the playground. The examination revealed something terrible – brain cancer.
The woman struggled with the tumor for two years. Two operations, chemotherapy, alternative medicine, trips to places of power - she grabbed every chance. I even consulted with Dmitry Shepelev and asked how he treated Zhanna Friske. But the miracle did not happen.
Svetlana passed away in the fall of 2020. “Mom, do you hear, I feel bad without you... I love you more than life itself, I love you like no one else... I’m always there, I feel you...” the daughter wrote on the day of her death.

Maria Politova appeared on the set of the show “Dom-2” three times - in 2006, 2007 and 2010, but never stayed there for more than 4 months.
The girl was known as a conflicted person, a brawler, who found it difficult to find a common language with her comrades, and even more so to build a loving relationship with a man.
