Childhood

Ira was born in the Ural city of Chelyabinsk on March 29, 1976. Her maiden name was Glazko. The girl was born into an ordinary Soviet family: her mother worked as a draftsman, her father was a military officer.

As a child, Irina, like many girls, dreamed of becoming an actress. While studying at school, she attended a theater group at a local cultural center. Although among her classmates she was known as timid and timid, she was especially shy when she was called to the board.

But most of all in life, little Ira wanted to be a figure skater; she loved watching figure skating competitions on TV. Irina went to the city skating rink with her friends, learning the moves and steps herself, but when her dad took her to the section, the girl was not accepted, they said it was too late. At home, she then sobbed bitterly, her parents consoled her as best they could. Ira remembers well how his father then said: “Let these be the most bitter tears of your life.”

Childhood and youth

From a very early age, Irina had great artistry and, like many girls her age, dreamed of becoming an actress. But the girl did not want to act in films; she was drawn to theatrical performances. It was for this purpose that little Ira was taken to the theater group of the Chelyabinsk House of Creativity.

In childhood

Ira also wanted to learn figure skating - after school she went to the skating rink and learned all kinds of figures on her own. But they didn’t take her to the figure skating section, since the girl’s age was inappropriate - only very young children were taken there. But Irina’s life turned out completely differently, and she had to give up her dream of becoming an artist.

Immediately after graduating from school, Irina married her first husband and gave birth to a daughter, Marina, from him. However, the first marriage was unsuccessful - the husband's passion for drugs and alcohol destroyed their marriage. As a result, the marriage broke up, and young Ira was forced to raise her little daughter on her own.

It was necessary to get money from somewhere to support the family. Therefore, again putting aside her desire to become a theater actress, at the age of 21 Irina got a job as a waitress at the Malachite restaurant. It was there that her first meeting with Mikhail Krug took place, which changed the girl’s life forever.

Youth and first marriage

At school, Irina fell head over heels in love with a boy from her senior class. Youthful love was mutual, and then it seemed to both of them that it would last a lifetime.

Almost immediately after the prom, Ira became pregnant, she and her beloved went to the registry office, registered their relationship, and soon their daughter Marina was born.

After the birth of her daughter, Irina entered a trade college, which at that time was considered prestigious, and after graduation she got a job in a central department store in the youth fashion department. A small, thin and pretty girl was often sent to advertise cars that were sold on the ground floor of the department store. But neither in the youth department, nor next to expensive foreign cars, Ira did not feel happy about her chosen profession; she was not interested in it.

Irina’s husband was educated as a dental technician, and she saw this as some kind of sign of fate, because it was not without reason that since childhood she had a special passion and respect for this profession.

But the husband became addicted to drugs, and under their influence, not a trace remained of the kind and cheerful guy. He became angry, unbalanced, plus infidelity and alcohol addiction were added to everything.

For a long time, Ira tried to get her husband out, return him to normal life, felt sorry for him and forgave everything. But when he swung at a woman with a knife, that was the limit. Thank God it didn't get into trouble. According to Irina herself, she could forgive if her husband decided to go on a spree, turned off his phone and did not come home to spend the night; she would treat him endlessly if he drank; but when it became scary to live next to him, she put an end to it until the child was left an orphan.

By that time, Irina’s parents had divorced; during the divorce, her father left her mother a one-room apartment. When my mother got married a second time, she moved to her new husband, and the apartment was empty. Ira moved there with her little daughter.

The salary that Irina received at the department store was meager; it was not enough to feed herself and her daughter. The ex-husband did not pay alimony. A neighbor next door, observing how hard it was for a young woman with a child, offered to place her in the most prestigious restaurant in the city of Chelyabinsk, “Malachite,” where she herself worked. Ira understood that this establishment, called “the box” in local circles, could not just be entered from the street. But the neighbor really put in a good word for her, and Irina was hired, but first she had to take a waitress course.

Personal life

The marriage union turned out to be shaky, and the couple soon separated. Irina faced difficulties - she needed to work and earn money for her child. She became a waitress and worked in a city bar. Then the girl was 21 years old.

She worked in this bar for two years. Once the famous chanson singer Mikhail Krug visited Chelyabinsk. It so happened that the “king of chanson” appeared in the establishment where the girl worked. The waitress Irina was sent to serve his table.

After talking a little with the girl, the singer invited her to work as a dresser for him, and promised her an impressive payment for her work. Irina was forced to refuse, despite the tempting nature of the offer, since she had a small child in her arms.

At a time when she had already forgotten about the offer, she received a call. The singer’s concert director approached her and again asked if she could start working. Now Irina agreed and went to Tver.

The events took place in 1999. Mikhail Krug hid the fact that he had feelings for the girl. They always communicated extremely politely and intelligently. Perhaps the famous singer looked closely at Irina before taking a bold step towards her. At that time, Krug had already been divorced for 7 years.

Unexpectedly for Irina, the singer proposed to her. He took her to his home and there announced that from now on they were one family and would live under the same roof.

Officially, Mikhail and Irina got married in 2001. There was no pathos or fuss - the couple came to the registry office in far from standard outfits. During the painting they were dressed in tracksuits.

Krug decided to adopt his wife's daughter and take care of her. Her stepfather replaced her natural father, and it was him she called dad. Jokingly, the couple also continued to address each other by their patronymic names.

The next year, another child appeared in the Krug family - a son, who was named Alexander. However, the son never managed to remember his father - the “king of chanson” was killed. Irina claims that her husband died shielding a woman from bullets. The latter eventually escaped.

The artist later said that shortly before the tragedy she foresaw it - she advised her husband to hire security, but he did not agree. On the contrary, the doors of their house were never closed, since someone always came to visit.

Shortly before the murder, Irina had a dream where she saw their house and a memorial service. She tried to find her husband among those present, but she did not succeed. When his wife told him about such a frightening dream, the husband took it all with laughter.

In November 2012, Irina was invited to give an interview for the magazine “Caravan of Stories”, in which she told all the known facts about the terrible event in her life, living together with the Circle, and the work of the famous performer. The title of the story was written as follows: “Irina Krug. With you and without you."

After the tragedy, Irina Krug’s life began to improve only in 2006. Then Irina registered her marriage again. The wedding was not magnificent - the woman and her chosen one got married and celebrated the important event in nature. Only close relatives from each side were present.

Naturally, a flurry of accusations fell from fans - they believed that Irina had betrayed the memory of their great idol. But the woman didn’t think so; during an interview before the wedding, she said that she saw Krug in a dream. The deceased singer came to her in the form of an angel.

However, the singer’s relatives were not as cruel as his fans; they understand the singer and therefore accepted her decision.

Mikhail established a good relationship with Irina’s daughter from his first marriage. And soon the couple had a common child, Alexander. But Mikhail was not destined to nurse his son. When Sashenka was 1.5 months old, his father was shot dead in his own home.

Irina recalls that a week before the tragedy she felt something was wrong. She asked her husband to hire security. But he only laughed at his wife’s request. Ira was left a widow with two children in her arms, practically without a livelihood.

Five years after the death of her second husband, Irina remained alone. She devoted herself to her career and children. But then I met Sergei Belousov and fell in love again.

Life and work with Mikhail Krug

During a meeting with Mikhail in a hotel room, he dryly informed Irina that from now on she was a member of his team as a costume designer, and her first tour to the city of Volgograd was coming.

Ira left her daughter to be raised by her mother and stepfather and flew to Moscow. Touring life began. In Tver, the Circle rented her an apartment, the salary was good, and they paid it regularly. Ira sent part of the money to her mother in Chelyabinsk, and, as soon as the opportunity arose, she rushed there to see her daughter Marinka. She kept very little money for herself, so she ate modestly and did not buy anything.

Later it turned out that Mikhail never had a costume designer on his team, and he invented this position especially for Irina, because he fell in love with her as a boy. But he was an extremely cautious person, so he checked Ira for a long time and looked closely at her.

Everyone in the team was already talking about the fact that Mikhail had chosen Ira as his beloved woman, she herself felt his gaze on her, but the matter did not go beyond a working relationship.

But the moment came when Krug could no longer endure it and came to Irina’s apartment in Tver. From that night on, he often came to see her, but as a team they did not advertise their relationship; while on tour they stayed in different hotel rooms.

Once before a concert in Moscow, in the dressing room, Mikhail joked with the backing vocalist about the residents of Chelyabinsk. Ira was struck by such conversations, and while the concert was going on, she got drunk out of grief, and then told Krug everything she thought about him. The next day, ashamed of her behavior, Irina packed her things, bought a plane ticket and got ready to fly home. Misha came to the airport for her, picked her up and brought her to his house as his mistress forever.

One day, driving past the registry office, they stopped, went in with what they were wearing, and signed. So the costume designer became Irina Viktorovna Vorobyova (this is the real name of Mikhail Krug). In the evening, friends came to them and they celebrated their wedding.

Ira began to put things in order in the huge house; she really wanted to show her husband that he had chosen a good housewife. She loved to cook for him and became a real loving and caring wife. He liked that his wife addressed him as “You” and called him Mikhail Vladimirovich. And Misha himself called his wife Irinka Viktorovna.

Mikhail had a son, Dimka, from his first marriage, who lived with his father, and Irina immediately began to treat him like her own. Ira also moved her daughter Marina to Tver, and over time the girl began to call Krug dad. Ira stopped going on tour, took care of the children and the house, and every time Misha brought her expensive dresses as a gift, which there was nowhere to wear, because they didn’t go anywhere, they were happy at home together. Then, when she became a singer, the outfits came in handy for her performances on stage.

In 2002, Irina and Mikhail had a son, Alexander.

And a month later, a terrible tragedy happened in their lives. Unknown people entered the house and first tried to kill Irina’s mother, who had come to help her daughter cope with the baby. And Mikhail Krug, who came out in response to the noise, received two bullets, from which he died the next morning in the hospital, as they passed through the abdominal cavity and tore open all the organs.

In 1994, Irina got married and a year later gave birth to a daughter, Marina. The husband was a drug addict and alcoholic, and they soon separated.

In 1999, she met Mikhail Krug and subsequently moved to Tver with her daughter. They got married in 2001, and their son Alexander was born on May 26, 2002.

After the death of Mikhail Krug, Irina married again - to businessman Sergei Belousov in 2006. From this marriage in 2013 she gave birth to a son, Andrei.

When Irina received an offer to sing Mikhail Krug’s songs, she was at first afraid of such responsibility. The widow of the king of chanson was afraid that she would not succeed, but at the same time this opportunity attracted her. But then Ira thought that in this way she could continue her husband’s work and preserve his memory.

She began to learn everything from scratch. Vika and Vadim Tsyganov helped her in many ways, they brought her to the studio, explained and showed everything.

In order to survive, provide for her children and finally get rid of the fear that constantly haunts her, Irina went on stage under the pseudonym of her husband - Krug. Previously, she always liked to sing, but when she told her husband about this, he replied: “Stay at home, I’d rather buy you karaoke.”

Now Irina tours a lot, performing her husband’s songs, and people go to her concerts. She is happy that in this way she preserves the memory of the talented singer and musician Mikhail Krug.

Her first solo album was called “The First Autumn of Separation.” Then 8 more albums were released with compositions by Irina Krug, two of which she recorded in a duet with Alexey Bryantsev. Every year she takes part in the “Chanson of the Year” festival, where she invariably becomes an award winner.

Mikhail’s family reacted positively to the singer’s choice, they supported her and did not condemn her at all.

- In Chelyabinsk. I was born there. He came to us on tour and visited a friend of mine who ran his own restaurant in the city center. Then they began to look closely at each other and get used to it. And already when we began to live together (the civil marriage lasted a year), I realized that I simply could not live without this person. Our feelings grew gradually, jealousy began to appear in me, and I realized that our relationship was much stronger than love at first sight, which is built mainly on passion.

- So you didn’t hesitate when he proposed to you?

“I didn’t have time for this, and I was absolutely unprepared for such a turn of events. We were just driving past the registry office, we were late for the tour, and then he stopped the car, grabbed my hand and ran with me up the steps inside. I approached the administrator and said: “I need to sign urgently.” Everyone at the registry office was shocked, but they met us halfway. We quickly ran for champagne, stamped our passports, and he immediately called his friends: “We got married. There's a wedding in the evening."

— Do you have a big age difference?

— Sufficient — 14 years. But we didn't notice this. On the contrary, they understood each other perfectly. I have always liked older men who can teach and suggest something. It was very easy for me with Misha.

— Do you often quarrel?

- Still would! After all, everyone has shortcomings. As in any family, quarrels, of course, arose. We could quarrel even over some little things! But they quickly made up. Misha was a very strict person, quick-tempered, but he quickly moved away. Sometimes we’d have a fight, he’d leave and after a while he’d start calling. And I’m sitting at home and thinking: “I won’t answer the phone, let him suffer!” And then I can’t stand it and take it, and there’s a gentle voice: “Irinka Viktorovna, forgive me!” I told him: “And you - me!” That's how we made up. If everyone lived like us, there would be so many happy couples in the world! I felt like Cinderella in a fairy tale land.

—What did you call each other in your family?

- Only by first name and patronymic. This always surprised everyone, but it has been like this since the day we met. I got used to respect Misha, he liked it, and we decided to leave this form of communication. He also often called me “My love”...

— THEY SAY Mikhail had a very complex character. Many considered him quarrelsome, arrogant...

- Yes you! This is a stage mask! Misha on stage and in life are two different people. In front of the public, he could instantly compose himself and always appeared somehow very respectable, serious, but at home he often joked, was very kind, simple and homely. But he loved to be capricious, especially when he was sick.

— Was Michael a believer?

- Yes very. He came to faith at the age of Christ - at 33 years old. And he always tried to introduce me to the faith. He liked to repeat: “Irinka Viktorovna, you will come to this.” Now I'm trying to fast. Lasted a week. And Misha made an exception only on the road: “Travelers are allowed.” And at home I cooked him everything lean, for example turnips...

— Was he a gourmet?

— Misha loved to eat. I loved borscht. He was unpretentious in food. It happened that you cooked pasta, fried something - he was happy. He preferred meat dishes, ribs... He was a good cook himself.

— What did Mikhail like to do in his free time?

- He composed songs in one fell swoop - he scribbled the text on a piece of paper with a pencil, then came up to me with a guitar and said: “I wrote a song here...” - and immediately began to accompany himself, as if he knew the motive in advance... In rare moments of rest, we tried to go out to nature, to barbecues, sometimes his friends came to visit us. Misha tried to spend all his free time at home, loved to watch videos, and during the feast he sang “Black Raven” with everyone... And in the summer, the family of his best friend Leonid Teleshev (they also have three children) went south by car. Misha was an avid car enthusiast. And he taught me to drive.

— In one of his interviews, Mikhail once mentioned that he dreams of a “Chaika” car. Has his dream come true?

- No... He didn’t have time to buy it. He had two cars - a Mercedes and a Volkswagen, then he gave me a jeep for my birthday... And once in some city the organizers of the tour met us at the Chaika, and he literally “fell ill” with this car.

- Ira, aren’t you going to get married now?

- No, what are you talking about! The pain of losing Misha is still too strong, and now I will compare all applicants with Misha... Once he brought home a cassette with the film “April” and said: “I was filmed here. There will be time, take a look." When he was gone, I tried to do it and couldn’t - I saw him, and tears welled up in my eyes.

The first time I heard Irina Krug was in 2008. And I fell in love with the voice and the songs. Now I have almost all of Irina’s songs on my phone. The future star was born in Chelyabinsk, into a simple family of an officer and a draftswoman. Since childhood, little Ira shone with talent, studied in the theater group of the city cultural center, and dreamed of connecting her life with creativity. But the girl’s dreams were not destined to come true. Irina got married early and gave birth to a daughter. But due to her husband’s addiction to alcohol, the marriage broke up; at a fairly young age, Irina was left alone with a small child in her arms. In 1997, the future singer got a job as a waitress at the famous Chelyabinsk restaurant Malachite.
