On a fine July day in Moscow, in 1975, a girl was born into the family of a geologist and a teacher.

Yulia's mother taught her a lot, instilling in her a love of literature. It is known that already at a young age the future actress was interested in Dostoevsky and Turgenev. To prevent the girl from turning down the “slippery” path of acting, her mother suggested that after the ninth grade she go to a pedagogical school. Yulia dutifully entered, and during her internship she even worked as a primary school teacher. But I didn’t feel my calling in this. One day she disobeys her mother and goes to preparatory courses at the Moscow Art Theater, where after them she successfully entered, ending up on a course with Oleg Tabakov. “As soon as you sit down to eat, there’s nothing left to eat!” the actress joked. Well, my husband, actor Alexey Aptovtsev, who tried himself in the restaurant business in his youth, almost sabotaged Yulina’s entire well-thought-out diet!
