“Bachelor” Andrey wants to live with a predicted girl

Biography of a talented surgeon

The young man was born on September 6, 1984 in Moscow. From an early age, he began to realize that he wanted to continue his family's dynasty and also become a surgeon. To realize his goals, he entered the Pirogov Russian State Medical University after school. It was in this institution that he received a diploma of higher medical education. The next stage in his life, he continued his residency and postgraduate studies, which he took at the Petrovsky Russian Scientific Center for Surgery.

As soon as Andrey received his plastic surgery certificate, he began to study the basics of laser medicine in surgery. And after graduating from university, he and his colleagues founded the European standard NAOMI clinic. Around 2007, the talented surgeon managed to obtain an academic degree from the Moscow School of Business, the field of study was related to medical business management. A little later, he managed to gain a foothold as a promising surgeon and successful businessman. Iskornev also became the general director of the branch of the NAOMI clinic, which is located in Moscow.

Iskornev underwent medical practice in the best medical institutions in Europe and the United States of America. To date, he has become the owner of two branches, which are located in Kazan and Moscow.

Andrey is an amazing specialist, because he performs many operations with his own hands. Moreover, they come in varying complexity. His clients were many famous personalities of the national stage and not only.

For his own activities, he received recognition from the public and government agencies. Has many awards. At the international “Grace” award, Andrey won in the “Professional of the Beauty and Health Industry” category. His specialization includes operations on rejuvenation, reconstruction of the face and neck, lipofilling, contour plastic surgery, scar plastic surgery, and laser surgery. He himself admits that the most popular operation today is cheek reduction.

How coronavirus will affect plastic surgery

Every sector of the economy is reacting to the COVID-19 pandemic - Kommersant Style has collected the opinions of experts on what is happening now in plastic surgery and cosmetology and how this area of healthcare will change in the new reality.

Dr. Michel Pfulg

, plastic surgeon, founder of the Laclinic-Montreux clinic

“Like most countries in the world, Swiss health authorities have adhered to WHO and EU recommendations as part of the COVID-19 pandemic. Elective surgical procedures at Laclinic-Montreux were unfortunately prohibited and we ceased operations for six weeks. We had to close Laclinic for almost two months, and from March 17 to April 26, our medical activities were completely stopped.

Since we were able to reopen the clinic on April 26, but many institutions had not yet opened or their employees were working from home, patients immediately began to look for an opportunity to undergo surgery in order to use the quarantine period for post-operative rehabilitation. Thus, the clinic resumed its activities immediately, but mainly for local Swiss patients or expats living in Switzerland. Due to closed borders, we have lost foreign clients, which is more than 50% of the total. Therefore, for institutions like ours with a large proportion of foreign clients, the negative financial impact can be significant.

We expect a return to normal life as before the pandemic, and I don't think the pandemic will have a big impact on people's behavior towards plastic surgery or aesthetic medicine.

Perhaps the need for aesthetics will decrease for a while due to decreased purchasing power or financial losses due to the coronavirus. I believe in a quick return to “normal” life when our authorities come out of this political hysteria, and I don’t think the needs will change significantly. The most popular interventions will remain breast surgery, facial cosmetic surgery (facelift and blepharoplasty), rhinoplasty, liposuction and hair transplant surgery for men.

As for requests for aesthetic medicine (fillers and Botox), their demand, in my opinion, will never stop - this sector continues to grow actively, no matter what.”

Andrey Iskornev

, plastic surgeon, Platinental Clinic

“The coronavirus situation has shown that medicine is being digitalized. To minimize all risks, we have completely transferred initial consultations online, and this turned out to be very convenient for both the doctor and the patient. Plastic surgery is an area of medicine where physical contact for an initial consultation is not always necessary. If we are talking about facial plastic surgery and the patient lives far away, then in order to decide on a preliminary plan for the operation, it is enough to communicate via video call. At such a consultation, we can also collect the patient’s medical history and guide the patient according to the plan of preoperative tests. Thus, a fully examined patient enters the clinic. We discuss the operation plan again immediately before the start and work.

In the postoperative period, after removal of sutures, it is also convenient to monitor the condition of patients online, make the necessary appointments and give recommendations. Plus, we can see right away if you need to come for an in-person examination.

Of the popular procedures, the main hits now are the methods of temporal (temporal) lifting in the category of patients 35+, Hollywood neck plastic surgery combined with mini-SMAS lifting in patients 40+, and reverse facelift using facial microimplants.

Reverse lifting is a kind of Bentley of aesthetic surgery, as this operation requires special skill. All incisions in this case are made inside the mouth, and the implants are manually ground with a special bur with diamond grinding tips to give an individual shape. This operation allows you to tighten the middle zone of the face, the lower third, and improve the overall appearance of the face due to fine work with proportions.

I think that in the future the industry will continue to improve drugs for the so-called cellular biorepair, and we will also do targeted surgery as the need arises. Facial surgery has become much younger in the last five to eight years due to the influence of social media. Little by little, robotic systems and cellular technologies will be included in the arsenal.”

Anton Zakharov

, leading plastic surgeon at the Institute of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetology

“In the post-quarantine period, the industry expects a drop in demand in the middle price segment, as well as in the lower, but to a lesser extent. The market for high-tech and high-cost operations will not change. This is due to the structure of attendance in the industry and the resistance of our patients to external disasters. As a rule, the premium segment survives any upheaval without major changes in planned aesthetic operations.

Also, the drop in demand is associated with a certain reorientation of goals and objectives among patients. Due to the pandemic, many are losing their jobs and sources of income, so planned operations have to be postponed indefinitely. And, of course, disruption of the transport system will continue to affect the situation. Plastic surgery is characterized by medical tourism: many people from all over the country come to Moscow to perform plastic surgery. Patients also come from the CIS countries and Europe. Most often these are our compatriots. But currently, due to the lack of travel, patients will not be able to get to their doctors. Already, difficulties have arisen regarding medical tourists from other regions of the Russian Federation and neighboring countries. This has led to a drop in plastic surgeon attendance by up to 40%.

To date, patients have been divided into two categories. The first ones canceled operations due to fears for their health or a change in priorities. Others, on the contrary, are trying to use the time of self-isolation to perform the operation and go through the rehabilitation period comfortably in such isolated conditions.

Usually during crises people lose their jobs. Then, as soon as the crisis subsides, many turn to plastic surgeons to perform operations in the rejuvenation segment in order to gain a competitive advantage in finding a new job. The same thing happened in 2008, during the crisis period: then there was a pronounced increase in the segment of anti-aging surgeries in the structure of attendance of our patients. We expect that now, since the crisis has seriously affected the labor market, there will be a similar change in the structure of demand in plastic surgery. There will be a jump in the segment of rejuvenation operations, due to the fact that many people who previously had a stable job lost it during the crisis and assume that rejuvenation operations will help them return to the profession as quickly as possible and gain advantages over other candidates. Aesthetic surgery, in addition to its other direct indications, also works towards the social adaptation of patients, which, of course, is an important factor in our work.”

Dmitry Melnikov

, plastic surgeon, Family Clinic

“Quarantine affected the overall activity in plastic surgery, the number of patients, the hours and operating conditions of clinics - it was impossible to stay away from such a global process as a pandemic. And we can definitely say that in the country as a whole, the number of plastic surgeries has decreased. But it should be noted that the impact of quarantine on the work of clinics was different in different cities and regions of our country. An important role was played by the fact that in this situation, each subject of the federation could establish its own requirements, including for the work of enterprises and organizations related to medicine and plastic surgery in particular.

In the current realities, we have adjusted the approach to examinations and consultations: a lot is now done online. Of course, in emergency cases, the patient has the right and opportunity to come to us. But if there is no rush and you just need a preliminary consultation, the patient contacts us from his home. And this is very convenient both for us and for patients.

Our experience during the quarantine period made it clear that we had clearly previously underestimated working in the format of remote communication. And it provides an opportunity to greatly save time and expand the circle of potential patients.

We can consult people who are far from us; using a demonstration of a computer screen, we can explain everything in detail, draw, model, and show a presentation. The patient immediately sees what the result of plastic surgery will look like in a particular case, the doctor can talk about hidden asymmetry, which, paradoxically, is more difficult to do in a face-to-face consultation. Another advantage of remote consultation is the fact that when uploading a photo, the patient begins to pay attention to some details that he would not have noticed without the photo. The photography is impartial and easy to work with.

As for forecasts for the future, they are very simple. It is unlikely that anything will change dramatically (or even greatly) in the field of plastic surgery after quarantine and the end of the pandemic. The same operations as before will be in demand. Breast plastic surgery, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facial surgery, and closing defects after cancer surgery will remain in the top list. But we will need to change our work from an organizational point of view, because now we already have a queue, and it is constantly growing. Therefore, we will inevitably face increased demand and must prepare for it as best we can. To give all patients due attention.

On a global scale, new trends and segments will probably not emerge and the global level of demand for plastic surgery will remain the same. Doctors will make more active use of remote consultation opportunities, but, as we all understand, operations cannot be performed online. In this sense, everything will remain as it was.”

Personal life of a bachelor

Many people know that the personal life of businessman and surgeon Andrei Iskornev changed for the better immediately after participating in the popular project “The Bachelor,” which then took place in Ukraine. But not many people know that up to this point he had to face many obstacles and misfortunes.

Many girls dream of becoming the chosen one of a handsome man and a millionaire. And this is not surprising, because the young man is a smart, intelligent, successful, attractive and wealthy man. The show participants were then ready to give everything for a couple of minutes of communication with him. They competed for his attention of their own accord. The finale of the television project was unsuccessful for many, because its final choice did not quite coincide with the desired results of the show.

On the show, he chose the simplest, but also the most cheerful, witty and wise girl, Anna Kozyr. She happened to become the life partner of a young and promising man. But the miracle never happened, because after some time the guys broke up, although they managed to maintain friendly relations. Now they support each other in many endeavors.

a slightly more serious relationship with another participant in the television project - Yana Stanishevskaya . With the beauty, he experienced not only falling in love, but also true love and passion. True, they had to face not only pleasant moments, but also sad ones.

At a certain stage of the relationship, the girl admitted to the guy that she was expecting a child. Then Andrei received this news with incredible joy. He was one hundred percent ready to become a father and raise a child with his beloved girl. He was so happy about this news that he began to choose children's things, accessories, a stroller and even a crib.

A terrible drama happened to Yana, she lost her baby. Andrey had to face a similar problem for the first time, he could not come to terms with it and took this news very hard. At that moment, when the young man was trying to cope with trouble, Irina Skorikova supported him in this. Most likely, this was not at all friendly support on her part. The beauty did not hide the fact that she liked Andrei.

She herself wrote to the young man. Andrei did not push her away, he reciprocated. At first they communicated, and a little later they established themselves as romantic partners. Several years ago they celebrated their anniversary - they had been dating for more than a year, during which time the relationship had not lost its romance and only became stronger. And the most beautiful thing is that the girl gave the guy a baby. This is her child - a sweet little boy. But this relationship also came to an end.

It should immediately be noted that in March 2020, Andrei experienced a breakup with Irina Skorikova. After that, he went to his former lover, Irena. It is surprising that young people had romantic relationships during their student years. They even worked together for a while. The girl admits that she does not feel jealous of her lover at all. I'm confident in him.

“Bachelor” Andrey wants to live with a predicted girl

The hero of the show “The Bachelor” and the two girls who fought for his heart in the finale spoke about life after the project.

The finale of the third “Bachelor” turned out to be passionate - before giving the ring to the shy Anya, Andrei Iskornev admitted that he had sex with the characteristic Yana, saying, “dear, you know, they date some and marry others.” Anya forgave, and the bachelor burst into tears when he had to say goodbye to Yana...

Bachelor Andrey: “Even having chosen Anya, I communicate closely with three”

“The choice was not easy. I wanted to cry, which I did. Why Anya? No matter how interesting it is to ride a roller coaster, I want to build a life together with a decent and predictable girl. I don’t want to remake a person who has already formed preferences and has experience of failed relationships. It’s easier for me with Anya, but whether there will be a wedding depends on what kind of relationship we will have without cameras.”

Andrey admitted to us that after the show he communicates closely with Anya, Yana and Ira. The funniest dates are associated with them: “I bungee jumped with Yana, and my trousers came apart at the seams, and with Anya, we were arrested in the Dominican Republic, and when I wanted to surprise Ira with the image of her son on the fountain, the projector broke.” Iskornev says that after the show his fees as a plastic surgeon did not change, but there were rumors that he has a wife, children and in general he is gay.

His fiancee Anya: “Now strangers are tugging and hugging me”

“I was sure that Andrei would choose me, although when I went to the casting, I didn’t even tell my family - I didn’t believe that I would pass. When I heard what they had with Yana, it was as if I had been hit on the head with something heavy. But I accepted his ring because he regrets having sex with Yana, and I can’t let him go. We understand each other perfectly, I have everything that he was looking for in girls: kindness, humor, understanding, a bit of madness. On dates with me, he relaxed, we laughed like schoolchildren. After the show, I continue to work as a music teacher at the lyceum, but it’s so unusual that now strangers pull me down and hug me on the street.”

Her rival Yana: “I’m not ashamed of a single action in the show”

“I won’t say that I spat, rubbed it and forgot. Yes, I was hurt and offended. Like any woman who managed to believe in the sincerity of his and her feelings, in their truthfulness, she also wanted simple female happiness... Parting with Andrey after the finale, we both cried... And our story continues. Andrei and Anya are an unsuitable couple and, as my intuition tells me, they have no future.”

When we asked if there were moments in the show for which Yana was ashamed, she replied: “I am not ashamed of a single action, not a single word, not a single emotion. If it all happened all over again, I would do exactly the same thing!”

Andrey in the show Secret Millionaire

In 2020, the talented surgeon became a participant in the popular Russian project on the Friday channel “Secret Millionaire”. A rich man went to the Perm region, namely to the city of Kungur. For several days he turned into a “people's blogger”, so in the image of a person in need of help he communicated with local residents, surviving on 1000 rubles.

On the final day of the project, the millionaire had to help those heroes whose stories affected him the most. For example, a man gave a million rubles to a taxi driver working with a small child; she has three children in total.
