Igor was born on December 18, 1983. Kaliningrad became his homeland. Even as a child, Stam decided that he should connect his biography with acting. As a schoolboy, he studied in a theater club, and in parallel with his studies in high school, he attended an acting studio at the House of Officers.
The creative potential of the aspiring actor was obvious. The boy was helped by a mentor who recommended him to the head of a local theater troupe.
