Childhood and adolescence

Unfortunately, they separated when little Anya turned one year old. Grandma Lelya, an actress at the Malaya Bronnaya Theater, and Aunt Tanya, a ballerina at the Bolshoi Theater, helped raise the girl. Sometimes my grandfather, also an actor, joined the educational process.
Anna spent her entire childhood behind the scenes, watching the actors play and absorbing the magical atmosphere of the theater, and in the evenings she took part in home gatherings, where representatives of the capital's creative elite gathered.

The grandmother really wanted her beloved Anechka to become an actress, and even took the baby on stage several times in various performances. So, as a very little girl, she took part in the production of “Marriage”, and later appeared on stage in performances at the Stanislavsky Theater (“Cyrano de Bergerac”, “Noah and His Sons”). However, the aunt insisted that the girl take up ballet, having discovered that her niece had excellent abilities.
The girl was not accepted into the Moscow Choreographic School, but she was easily accepted into the famous Vaganovka in St. Petersburg, where she studied for four years. Anya showed great promise and was in good standing with the teachers when she made the unexpected decision to leave the school. Excessive physical exertion and constant fasting took their toll, due to which she became anemic for the rest of her life.

But the mother could not come to terms with her daughter’s act, and enrolled her in a folk dance school at the Igor Moiseev ensemble, from which Anna successfully graduated. And although she never became a great dancer, her choreographic skills were very useful to her in her future profession.

I can walk around the city all day with a small bag or clutch: everything always fits in my bag. But I love big ones too! I can’t part with the large black Balenciaga bag: it’s soft and has beautiful handles.
I feel comfortable in heels of any height. But the nose must be round. Miu Miu, Sergio Rossi and Salvatore Ferragamo have such shoes.

Actor career
Having received a school certificate, Yakunina decided to enroll in a theater school and became a student at GITIS. She studied on the course of Boris Gavrilovich Golubovsky. After graduating from the institute in 1990, the girl was accepted into the troupe of the Satyricon theater, where she served for the next thirteen years.

Anna was involved in leading performances, went on tour with the theater and even participated in the entertainment program “Satyricon Show”, with which young actresses performed on cruise ships to earn extra money.
Relations with the artistic director of “Satyricon” Konstantin Raikin deteriorated during Yakunina’s second pregnancy. Raikin harbored a grudge against her and for six years after leaving maternity leave he did not give her serious roles.
Therefore, when in 2003 Mark Zakharov, impressed by her performance of Kukushkina in the production of “Apartment House,” invited her to move to Lenkom, Anna did not think twice and has never regretted her decision.
