Who doesn’t remember the beloved girl Allochka from “Univer”! This role in the series went to Maria Kozhevnikova. The whole country waited with bated breath to meet the beauty (then unknown to anyone) with mischievous eyes and wonderful dimples on her cheeks. The question of who Maria Kozhevnikova’s husband was worried the entire male population of the country. Therefore, interest in the girl grew by leaps and bounds.
As it turned out, in addition to natural beauty, her parents gifted the girl with a persistent character and incredible hard work.
Despite the fact that Masha’s dad, a famous hockey player, intended his daughter to be an athlete, she showed character and chose an activity she liked. The girl dreamed about the stage since childhood and after graduating from school she took her documents to the theater school.
Little secrets
Maria Kozhevnikova is always in shape; not a single paparazzi has yet managed to capture her without makeup or at home. However, the girl’s personal life is always under the gun of cameras. She is very modest by nature. Maria Kozhevnikova protects secrets from the public. She never talks about personal topics, and prefers to laugh off direct or provocative questions.
The number of fans fascinated by her beauty is growing, but the girl did not strive (until recently) to get closer and advertise her novels. The public attributed to her a passionate relationship with Vitaly Gogunsky - Kuzya from the same “Univer”. There was also talk that he was the husband of Maria Kozhevnikova. But no one could say with conviction that this is so. Idle fiction, caused by a lack of information, even connected the young star with Putin himself.
So, his name is Evgeniy
And recently Maria introduced her common-law husband, Evgeniy, to the public
Vasilyeva. As it turned out, the young man has nothing to do with show business; he is a specialist in the field of real estate sales, as well as computer technology. Journalists have long suspected that Kozhevnikova had a close friend, but no one has seen him yet. The gala party in honor of the 35th Moscow International Festival tore off all the veils of secrecy - the couple proudly paraded in the banquet hall. Maria looked happy and constantly held hands with her boyfriend. Journalists, of course, rushed to ask questions. And Maria, who was restrained in her statements about her personal life, had to admit her relationship and talk about her intention to soon walk down the aisle with her lover. It turned out that the couple had been living in a civil marriage for a year. They met at a friends birthday party and have not been separated since then. The future husband of Maria Kozhevnikova turned out to be a tall, imposing man, looking at his chosen one with adoration.
Maria Kozhevnikova is on the verge of divorce
The pregnant actress is trying her best to save her marriage for the sake of her children.
As soon as the Univer star crossed the threshold of the State Duma in December 2011 and became a deputy, her personal life was banned. Masha hid her pregnancy from fans until the very end (in January 14th, the actress gave birth to her son Vanya). She didn’t say a word about the wedding. And she still does not appear in public with her chosen one Evgeny VASILIEV. KOZHEVNIKOVA has prepared routine answers to questions from journalists.
At the end of autumn, knowledgeable people leaked information to the party that not everything was going smoothly in the beauty’s personal life. So he keeps quiet, they say.
The romantic relationship between Masha and Zhenya did not begin immediately. As Kozhevnikova herself blabbed, they met three years ago in the company of mutual friends. Then they talked on the phone for three months and only then began to meet, and soon live together. True, the couple was first caught by the paparazzi only at a banquet at the Moscow Film Festival in June 2013.
“My beloved is far from public: he is a specialist in the field of IT technologies, but now he is engaged in real estate,” Maria introduced her chosen one to her friends. - I am extremely happy with him!
Kozhevnikova’s colleagues could not even imagine that just two months later the actress suddenly walked down the aisle. The wedding of Maria and Eugene took place on the Cote d'Azur in France. Only the relatives and closest bridesmaids became witnesses to the celebration, and no one from the groom’s side came at all.
“We planned to have a wedding in September and even chose a church for the wedding in the Tver region, but the filming of the film “Death Battalion,” for which I needed to shave my head, was postponed - we had to urgently change plans,” the actress gave a strange explanation.
Secret wedding
Almost two years have passed since all these intricacies. However, after that one time, no information was leaked to the press. Until recently. Photos of a wedding in Nice have appeared on the Internet. The bride in a chic white dress (who was also pregnant) looked like an unearthly beauty. True, she was alone in all the photographs, which immediately gave rise to rumors about a fake groom and questions were asked: “Was there a boy in the photo?” Maria Kozhevnikova and her husband did not post photos of themselves together due to the spouses’ reluctance to arouse idle public interest.
Ksenia Sobchak immediately made barbs about this. To which I received an answer from the wife of a famous hockey player and friend of the Kozhevnikov family. Lada Fetisova claims that she was present at the wedding and knows Evgeniy very well and considers him and Masha an ideal couple. She says that Maria Kozhevnikova’s husband is exactly the person with whom the girl will be happy. Fetisov himself, a friend of Maria’s father, the famous hockey player Alexander Kozhevnikov, very closely follows the fate of his protégé. After all, when it was necessary to find a youth representative in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, he immediately remembered his friend’s daughter and recommended her.
Maria Kozhevnikova: biography, personal life
From the age of 4, the girl was sent to rhythmic gymnastics, where she showed good results, becoming a master of sports. However, the grown-up girl’s height and physique did not somewhat meet the standards of a gymnast, so she decided to leave her sports career.
Creative nature, excellent external data and innate artistry allowed Maria to enter GITIS the first time and in 2006 receive a diploma as an actress in the pop department.
For some time, Kozhevnikova was invited to act only occasionally. These are the series “Rublyovka Live”, “Gift of God”, “Heartbreakers” and others.
However, in 2008, Masha was finally lucky; she was offered one of the main roles in the youth sitcom “Univer”. Several seasons of the series made Kozhevnikova a recognizable beauty known throughout the country.
In 2009, the girl was offered to appear in the fashion gloss Playboy, where she risked appearing completely naked. There was no end to fans.
In 2011, Maria radically changed direction, joining the youth movement of the United Russia party, from which she was nominated as a deputy of the State Duma of the sixth convocation. At the same time, the activist becomes a member of the board of trustees of one of the regional orphanages.
At the same time, the star’s personal life is developing. In 2008, a social event dedicated to “Univer” was held in Chelyabinsk, which was attended by the actors of the series.
On it, Kozhevnikova meets Ilya Mitelman, president. The young people develop a whirlwind romance, which a year later leads to an application for marriage.
But the wedding is not destined to take place. The potential husband turned out to be furiously jealous. Therefore, Maria breaks off the relationship.
The beauty was not free for long. Already in 2010, a businessman, a member of the management team of the Manege complex, applied for her hand and heart.
A wedding celebration is planned for next year, which also was not destined to take place. However, everything happens for the better. After all, Maria soon meets her destiny and true love.
Kozhevnikova family
Masha was born into an intelligent family, where there were many famous names.
Grandfather is a war veteran, Major General Valentin Nikolaevich Trofimov.
Mom - Margarita Valentinovna, English teacher, daughter of a general.
Maria has an older brother, Andrei, 4 years apart. He was a hockey player in the second team of masters, but a serious injury did not allow him to continue his sports career. Now he is engaged in real estate, he is married.
Maria's parents separated when she was in college. In the new family, the father had a daughter, Ekaterina, Masha’s younger half-sister. They didn't communicate for a long time, but are now very friendly.
Who is Maria Kozhevnikova's husband?
The husband of the actress and ex-State Duma deputy is a person far from publicity, show business and cinema.
There is practically no information about her husband, except for those facts that Maria herself gives out in portions.
Maria hid her husband’s face for a long time, but when the first publications came out, readers’ comments also appeared. Many identified their neighbor, who left his wife and two children in Tver for Kozhevnikova.
By the way, this happened simultaneously with Maria’s nomination as a deputy. The date of the painting had to be accelerated, since at that time she was already pregnant.
At Maria's wedding there were only relatives and friends of the bride; no one was present from her husband's side. However, the Nice stamp is not recognized as an official document in Russia. Be that as it may, the main thing is that the young people are happy.
What is the name of Kozhevnikova’s wife?
Where do Kozhevnikova live with her husband?
Previously, the family lived in Moscow in winter to make it easier to get to work. In the summer they rented a dacha near Tver.
Now Maria and her husband rent a good-quality house with a wonderful garden near Moscow, where they live with her mother and children.
Date of birth of Maria's husband
What does Kozhevnikova’s husband, Evgeny Vasiliev, do?
According to Maria, he is an IT specialist, but is now involved in real estate. According to other sources, the man works in construction.
Photo with husband and children
The eldest son, Ivan, was born on January 19, 2014, the middle one, Maxim, was born on January 26, 2020, the youngest was Vasily, and Maria gave it to her husband on July 20, 2020.
The children are very different. The firstborn is a copy of his mother, he is creative, loves to sing and dance, is interested in astronomy, knows the planets, and loves going to the planetarium.
The middle son, on the contrary, is just like his dad; he is interested in cars, prefabricated toys, and construction sets. It’s immediately obvious, as Masha says, that she is a child of a technical mindset.
The younger Vasily is still too young to make any predictions.
Perfect couple
The young couple have long tested their feelings, having lived in a civil marriage for almost two years, and are now preparing to become happy parents of a baby. Evgeny Vasiliev, the husband of Maria Kozhevnikova, is a successful businessman. He has his own construction company. The young man adores his wife and showers her with gifts. He supports Maria’s career in everything and even approved of the girl’s bold step to shave her head on camera (this was what had to be done according to the script of the film “Death Battalion”). It is worth noting that Kozhevnikova suits everything. Even such an extravagant new hairstyle gave the actress even more charm.
Vanechka
Maria Kozhevnikova and Evgeny Vasiliev hid the birth of their son from the press until the last moment. However, two months after this, the slightly plumper, but unusually prettier Maria told reporters about the birth of a boy, whom she and her husband named Ivan. It was also said that the baby was healthy and very cheerful. And they named him Ivan because, according to Kozhevnikova, he himself chose this name.
The young mother returned to work within a couple of months after the baby was born. However, she builds her schedule in accordance with the needs of the baby. Maria wants to be constantly nearby and enjoy every new day. Happy, having learned the joy of motherhood, Masha decided not to stop at one child and is already dreaming of giving Vanechka a brother or sister.
Maria Kozhevnikova, her husband Evgeniy and their little son live in a beautiful country house with a wonderful garden, which the head of the family tends himself. This hobby of his made the surrounding area truly a paradise.
Maria Kozhevnikova: “Next to my husband I feel like I’m behind a stone wall”
HELLO! presents the first shooting of Maria Kozhevnikova with her husband Evgeny Vasiliev and children Vanya and Maxim. In an interview, the actress summed up the personal results of 2020 and talked about her family.
Last year, Maria Kozhevnikova had to resign as a deputy: she did not get into the State Duma in the elections. Of course, Maria was upset. But, as an incorrigible optimist, I immediately found positive aspects in this: now I can devote more time to home, children and my beloved husband.
Until now, Evgeny Vasiliev has not appeared on the pages of the media, but everything secret sooner or later becomes clear. And sometimes this does not require scandals, intrigues and investigations. Evgeny agreed to take part in our photo shoot with unexpected ease, and it turned out that he felt completely natural in front of the lens. Perhaps because the shooting took place in his and Masha’s house, in a familiar environment. But we had to decorate the apartment for the New Year much earlier than usual. The youngest members of the family, Vanya and Maxim, were especially happy about this.
For a long time, your family life was a closed topic for the press. Last year, for the first time, you decided to show your children in a photo shoot for the cover of HELLO!. Now the time has come to “declassify” my husband. What was the reason for this decision?
There was no such decision. Even at the dawn of our relationship, Zhenya told me: “Masha, I want to warn you: all these photo shoots and glossy magazines are not my thing.” He doesn't like to be seen. Zhenya is very rational, and if he does not see the point in any action, then it is almost impossible to persuade him to do so. There was a moment when he himself suggested that I do a general photo shoot. At that time, the yellow press “painted” all the men within a radius of five meters to me. My husband saw how unpleasant this was for me and wanted to help. I understood that he was doing this only for my peace of mind. And she abandoned this idea. But now the time has come when he no longer needs to overcome himself. We have been together for quite a long time, and he began to relate to publicity a little differently. I'm probably used to it. And now, when I told him that there was an offer to do a New Year’s shoot for HELLO!, he unexpectedly replied: “Okay, go ahead.” It was very important for me not to put pressure on him in this matter. I want Zhenya to be happy with me and not feel the slightest discomfort.
Evgeny Vasiliev and Maria Kozhevnikova
Almost nothing is known about Evgeniy. Tell me, what is he like?
Zhenya is a businessman and specialist in the field of IT technologies. He is far from creative, but I value his opinion very much. I can praise him for a very long time, but the most important thing is that I love him madly and for the first time in my life I feel like I’m behind a stone wall. Moreover, I don’t hide behind it, I just know that it exists. And this knowledge gives me freedom. Thanks to my husband, I became more relaxed, got rid of some minor fears - for example, when I simply punctured a tire on the road and had no one to call. I’m used to the fact that in difficult situations, everyone, on the contrary, calls me and asks for help. I come and sort everything out. But I myself have never felt such a rear behind my back. With the appearance of Zhenya in my life, I gradually realized that now I have a “wall” that will always protect.
In the fall you celebrated your third wedding anniversary. How did you celebrate this date?
No, they didn’t mention it at all. I had a crazy schedule back then; the election campaign was going on in August-September. I wasn’t even in Moscow that day. And besides, we don’t have such family traditions - perhaps because we already try to live every day as a holiday. Zhenya can give me flowers for no reason; at night we sometimes suddenly go to the cinema or a restaurant. My husband taught me this. I’m used to putting off life - a good, happy one, the one you dream about - until later. And now we need to work a little more. I am always running some kind of run, an endless long distance, where there is no finish line. Zhenya prefers running short distances. He knows how to take breaks. I remember his words well: “Masha, life goes on. And we must live today, not tomorrow.” I accept his worldview more and more, I like it.

Maria Kozhevnikova with her husband Evgeny Vasiliev and sons Vanya and Maxim
How are the roles distributed in your family now? Eugene seems to have a strong influence on you.
At least this happens unnoticed by me. We must give our husband his due; he behaves wisely and gently. Doesn’t tell me: “You must!” - does not issue ultimatums. But those around me notice changes in me. Especially my mother, who lives with us.
And how do they manifest themselves?
In everything. I have become much more compliant, although by nature I am a rather uncompromising and principled person. Being an athlete, I always see a goal and clearly go towards it. Someone once described me as “a man in a skirt.” Zhenya taught me wisdom, patience, and gentleness that I did not possess before. He showed that it is better to be not a stone, but water. It’s easier to achieve a result - to give in somewhere, to remain silent. My husband is not exactly an unquestioned authority for me, but I really listen to him.
What about children? Do they listen to dad?
Children listen to me. (Smiles.) They know: it will be as mom said. I don't follow their lead. For example, if they ask their grandmother for candy, they will beg until she agrees. But if I say that it’s no longer possible, they calmly go to play. And dad for them is synonymous with joy and celebration in the house. They really like to play pranks together, Zhenya allows pranks that I don’t allow them.
On the occasion of the New Year, you take stock - what has changed in your life this year?
There are a lot of changes, primarily in my professional activities. Elections to the State Duma took place, where I was third on the list of regional group No. 19 from the Vologda region. But only the first two candidates received mandates. I treat this as a kind of test that I need to go through. I have had quite a lot of such stories - when it seems that everything didn’t work out, it means that life is over. She perceived her parents’ divorce and some of her creative failures in a similar way. But over time, it became clear that all these are just stages that are needed to work on oneself, to grow. Some doors close, some open.
What do you plan to devote your free time to?
Firstly, it gave me the opportunity to focus on my family. Secondly, I will do what I did. After all, the main resource for a politician is people. I have more than 3.5 million subscribers on social networks, and this is no less powerful a tool than the powers of a deputy. And finally, cinema. I agreed to star in a very interesting and important project for me. This is a unique story of a mass escape from the Sobibor concentration camp during World War II, which became possible thanks to the feat of the Soviet officer Alexander Pechersky. He is played by Konstantin Khabensky.
What is your role?
I play a Polish Jew. This is a real woman who was actually in that concentration camp and escaped. She's still alive. At first I had a desire to meet her in order to play as documentary as possible. But Kostya and I thought and decided to make a collective image. About Khabensky I can say that for the first time in my life I saw a genius in the creative profession. It is a great success to meet such a person on your way.
I read that in addition to everything, you also became a student at the Vologda Dairy Academy. Why should you study? It’s so far from home, it’s so difficult.
It's really not easy. But I have been working on food security for more than three years and I know a lot. That’s why I decided to get a specialized education. This topic is extremely interesting to me, it really captivated me. As a result, my entire family lives by certain rules regarding our diet and food choices. Several other families of our friends follow them. Moreover, many of my subscribers take them as a guide to action.
How will you study? You will have to be away from your children for a long time.
I have a full-time and part-time course of study. I will attend classes whenever possible, and the rest of the time I will study remotely. The prospect of being separated from your family for a long time, even in thoughts, is completely unacceptable. Recently I was filming in Vilnius, and I talked to the children on Viber 30 times a day. I have a connection with them that I can’t explain. This is how people breathe, this is how I should see and feel my boys. Keep them in sight at all times. Only then do I feel good, only then am I whole. Children are a part of me, like an arm or a leg. I'm a little crazy mom in this regard.
With your workload, it is probably difficult to find time for everything.
Yes, but still there is no desire to entrust the upbringing of children to a nanny. With the birth of Vanya, my mother moved in with us. She took upon herself everything related to grocery shopping and cooking. Now I don't even go near the kitchen. (Laughs.) Margarita Valentinovna simply won’t let me in, even if I really want to. Mom believes that only she can properly wash an apple and peel a cucumber! And I’m more involved in raising children. We have achieved significant success with them. The eldest, Vanya, at less than three years old, knows the flags of different countries, all the planets. He really likes English; it is clear that his son has great abilities in languages. So the idea arose to send Vanya to a Chinese language school at the age of three. Someone in the family must know Chinese! (Laughs.) But Tyaba is of a completely different type. He would like cars...
Our youngest son, Maxim. Vanya named him that at birth, and the name stuck in the family. I am probably very lucky: there is practically no competition or conflict between my sons. They have completely different areas of interest, so children rarely quarrel even over toys. These are two parallel lines that do not intersect. One child is my copy, the second is my husband’s copy. Vanya loves everything related to creativity. He needs an audience, he is very sociable. I am the spitting image, even externally! Maxim is interested in technology, cars, everything that can be assembled and disassembled. He is a boy of his own mind, he does not need spectators. We try to instill a sense of brotherhood in our sons. As a child, I myself did not have a warm relationship with my brother; there was a constant war between us. Therefore, I really want our children to grow up friendly and support each other.
How did your mother fit into your already established family? Few people get along with their parents.
Yes you are right. And I am very grateful to my husband for being able to accept my mother. He understands that she is a great help and support for me. I can’t leave my children with nannies, no matter how well I treat them. It is very important that the boys have a loved one next to them. I would not be able to work either mentally or physically if it weren’t for Margosha—that’s what we affectionately call my mother. And Zhenya knows this.
Maria Kozhevnikova with her husband and sons
Was there a period of character development?
Probably not. In our family there is a clear understanding that we do everything for the children. Our house is subordinate to our sons. Everything is tailored to their schedule, their interests and needs. We all work for this - my husband, my mother, and I. Natalya Leonidovna, my mother-in-law, also often comes to help. Somehow it turned out that everyone in the family has excellent relationships. True, it happens that Zhenya and my mother spur each other on, but more as a joke than seriously. Mom manages - which Zhenya doesn’t always like, of course - to keep an eye on all of us, even him. Apparently, the genes of her scout grandfather speak in her. (Smiles.) Mom knows who her husband is talking to at the moment, where he is going and what time he arrived. But what I like about Zhenya is that he treats this with humor! Someone else in his place would probably have asked the question point blank. And Zhenya just laughs it off. To the phrase “Where have you been?” replies: “Ask your mother, she knows.” That’s right, Margosha really knows everything!
This is interesting: Why Nobody Me
What New Year traditions do you have in your family?
We always celebrate New Year in our family. It’s important to me, or rather, I need it, I just need home comfort and Olivier salad!
Olivie? This is junk food!
Yes, but I eat it without mayonnaise. And even without sausage. For everyone it’s regular, but for me it’s diet. Relatives and friends come to visit. Everything is very banal, like in 99.9 percent of Russian families: a big Christmas tree, TV, feast, gifts, joy, fresh air. We watch the fireworks or launch them ourselves. We now live outside the city. We moved specifically for the sake of our children; we are renting a house in the village. Last year the children were very small, and now, of course, Father Frost and the Snow Maiden will come to them. Vanya has already learned a couple of poems - one of them has 16 lines, and yet he is not even three years old. I'm proud of my son's success!
Where do you usually spend your January holidays?
My husband’s favorite place is a distant dacha. There is complete freedom, silence, a feeling of space and peace. There we enjoy nature and relax.
