Nikita Olegovich Isaev was born on November 12, 1978 in Moscow. He had four sisters and a brother, and at that time the family lived in a communal apartment. In 2011, Nikita Isaev again went into entrepreneurship. At about three in the morning, Nikita Isaev, who positioned himself as the leader of the socio-political movement “New Russia” and director of the Institute of Contemporary Economics, died on the Tambov-Moscow train.

At birth (41 years ago, in the center of Moscow) he was Nikita Olegovich Subbotkin. Isaev is the mother's surname.

Graduate (silver medal) of the prestigious Moscow school No. 325 with in-depth study of jurisprudence, which for six years was recognized by the Ministry of Education as the best school in the Russian Federation. He graduated from Moscow State Law Academy and defended his dissertation at the Russian State University for the Humanities. Already at the age of eighteen, he organized a training center for entrepreneurs “Financial House”. Further down the line: from the management of the “Young Leaders Support Fund” and the legal department of the “National Insurance Group” to the creation (at the age of twenty-five) of the insurance holding company Prime Insurance and (at the age of twenty-seven) the financial and industrial holding company Prime Group.

However, there is an opinion that “holdings that united dozens of Nikita Isaev’s Youth Business School,” affiliated with the “Nashi” movement. In 2006, he joined United Russia and began developing the investment potential of the Ivanovo region in a position in the Department of Economic Development and Trade of the regional government. In 2007, he became a laureate of the “Professional Team of the Country” project. Well, in January 2008, Yakemenko invited Nikita to become his deputy at the State Youth Committee of the Russian Federation. Then Isaev made a career in the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation (under Kozak and Basargin), rising to the rank of head of the Department of Special Programs and Territorial Development Projects. In particular, he worked on the idea of a tourist special economic zone in the North Caucasus. And at the same time - when did you have time? — Nikita was involved in the implementation of the project for Russia’s first sports reality show, “Football Academy,” which allowed him to establish warm relations with Vitaly Leontyevich Mutko and even with Roman Arkadyevich Abramovich.

For a long time, Nikita had a tender relationship with the host of “House-2” Ksenia Borodina. They were engaged and broke up in the midst of preparations for the holiday celebration. We won't go into details.

In the winter of 2011/12, Isaev said goodbye to the civil service. He had to go into nowhere for a long time in order to burst into Russian television screens in all his glory in 2020 as the founder and director of the Institute of Contemporary Economics. There was a rapid media exposure and promotion. On many TV and radio platforms, Isaev made scandalous statements, freely moving from the image of a “liberal” to the image of a “patriot”, and back. The goal is to become a deputy in the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Let’s quote the director of the Institute of Middle East Evgeniy Satanovsky, dedicated to Isaev: “Little scoundrels with bright faces, rudeness and impudence who will go anywhere.” Writer, economist, historian Nikolai Starikov, his anti-Stalin phrases in the spirit of “rhetoric of liberals” (“Do we need such “patriots” in the Duma, painfully reminiscent of liberals and even ready to outdo them in lowering the value of the national currency? Those who agree to privatize state property when will it become more expensive? And those who consider the great past of our country a “totalitarian regime”?”).

03/18/2016 Isaev registered for the United Russia primaries in the Central Administrative District of Moscow, but on March 30, Secretary of the United Russia General Council Sergei Neverov personally canceled his registration. In January 2020, having returned from the New Year holidays in New York, Miami, Mexico and the offshore Turks and Caicos archipelago, Isaev proclaimed the creation of a federal-level socio-political movement “New Russia”. The declaration of intent states: “the country needs new faces, different approaches,” “updating the political and expert elites,” “reformatting the public administration system.” The declared social base includes “a young urban protest electorate who ignored the 2016 State Duma elections”, “people with a low level of trust in state institutions, disappointed in government policy and dissatisfied with the organization of government as a whole” (hello to Navalny and Co.).

Doctors who arrived at Uzunovo station declared death - cardiovascular failure and cardiac arrest. The politician’s body was delivered to Paveletsky station,” reported the Mash Telegram channel.
