Sergey Lazarev: “My children were carried by different surrogate mothers”
36-year-old Sergei Lazarev surprised fans with the admission that he has been raising his daughter Anna for a year now. The singer hid the fact that his 5-year-old son Nikita has a sister. Lazarev shared her revelations in the “Secret to a Million” program.

For two and a half years, Lazarev hid the birth of his son. And exactly one year - the birth of their daughter Anna. Both times, the singer’s children were carried by surrogate mothers. I spend as much time as I can with him. I fly back from tours and go straight to him, I spend all my holidays with him. Either work or my son takes up my time. I can't do it any other way. If I linger somewhere, my conscience gnaws at me - it feels like a child is waiting for me right now. And this is gnawing and gnawing... Absolute parental instinct, which is very clearly developed in me..."

Lazarev said that the news of the birth of his daughter is a delusional invention of journalists, who always know better what is happening in the lives of artists than they themselves. Sergei was even surprised why, the press wrote about the birth of his daughter, and not immediately twins.
- “I’m walking around, choosing meat for the barbecue and then bang - daughter! Why not twins? The press again knows better what is happening in the lives of artists! How people like to make up things about my personal life ,” said the artist.
Later, to confirm his words, Lazarev even published photographs of the very kebab for which he chose the meat.
Well, it must be said that not all fans believed the singer’s words, because he hid the news of Nikita’s birth from them. This means that they cannot be sure that this time Sergei is not lying.
