Even in those years, he decided for himself that he would grow up and become an actor. After school, he entered the Vladivostok Pedagogical Institute of Arts, where he studied at the acting department. During the entrance exams, Yuri read Vasily Tyorkin.

The builder of the dock for "Admiral Kuznetsov" complained to the Prosecutor General's Office

Work on two stages of repairs had to be carried out simultaneously so that on the planned date - June 2021 - the cruiser could embark on the so-called one-time docking, Yevtushenko explained. That is, the ship will enter an unfinished dock, where bottom-side fittings, propellers and shafts will be installed. Then the cruiser will leave the dock, specialists will complete repairs on the water, and the contractor will complete the construction, the owner of I.I.S. indicated.

Now “Zvezdochka” wants to terminate the contract with I.I.S., but this will shift the deadline for docking the cruiser to 2022 or even 2023, which “will cause financial damage and harm to the defense capability of the state,” says Yevtushenko’s letter to the Prosecutor General’s Office. According to him, I.I.S. equipment is still at the construction site. (35 units of equipment out of the original 53), while just mobilizing the equipment will take another contractor several months. He asks the Prosecutor General's Office to check the customer and the construction site and prohibit Zvezdochka from terminating this contract.

Why do we need a new dry dock in Murmansk?

In 2020, the cruiser Admiral Kuznetsov returned from a cruise to Syria, and in 2020 she underwent long-term repairs until 2022. Contract for 86 billion rubles. "Zvezdochka" was received for the modernization of the ship. At first, the ship was repaired on the PD-50 floating dock at the 82nd ship repair facility, but in October 2020 the floating dock sank, and there was nowhere to repair ships of such a large displacement. Then it was decided to combine two chambers of the Zvezdochka dock in order to get one large dock and modernize it.

During the flooding of the dock, a tower crane with a lifting capacity of 50 tons fell on the cruiser, and in December 2020, a fire occurred in the power compartment, which, according to the head of USC Alexei Rakhmanov, will delay the repair time for another five to six months. But Zvezdochka will deliver the repaired ship to the fleet, as planned, in 2022, Rakhmanov said on April 3, 2020 (quoted by Interfax).

How USC responds to complaints

USC accused the contractor himself of missing the deadlines. The company submitted the documentation for the first stage four months after the conclusion of the contract, the documentation for the second stage is being approved and will be sent to Glavgosexpertiza, a USC representative said. The work is paid on time, he claims.

The head of USC estimated the damage from the fire on the Admiral Kuznetsov at ₽500 million Society

I.I.S. “objectively fails to cope with the project,” says a representative of the corporation. Construction is being delayed due to a significant deterioration in the financial situation of the contractor, who has recently received financial claims from previous customers, he explains.

At the end of last year, Rakhmanov said in an interview with Kommersant that USC was dissatisfied with the pace of work at the construction site. According to him, the corporation was partly forced to work with I.I.S., since “three giants, construction companies well known in the Russian market, refused to participate in this risky project for them.”

The head of the USC did not see critical damage to the Admiral Kuznetsov Society

Now USC plans to change the contractor in order to meet the docking deadlines of the Admiral Kuznetsov in 2021, explains a representative of the corporation. On April 3, Zvezdochka notified I.I.S. about termination of the contract and is now analyzing proposals from other contractors.

What is I.I.S known for?

Yevtushenko created I.I.S. 13 years ago in St. Petersburg, the company built more than 100 hydraulic structures. Revenue I.I.S. in 2014–2018 did not exceed 2.7 billion rubles. in year.

In 2020, Yevtushenko discussed the sale of 50% of I.I.S. (part of Rosatom), the businessman said. The idea was to get a guaranteed order worth 386 billion rubles. until 2030 for work on the Northern Sea Route. President Vladimir Putin ordered to increase cargo traffic along the NSR to 80 million tons per year, and Rosatom was appointed responsible. But to complete this task, a large amount of dredging work needs to be done, and I.I.S. There is both technology and competence for this, says Yevtushenko. The deal did not take place; the representative of Rosatom’s subsidiary did not answer RBC’s questions on the merits.

Then the owner of I.I.S. proposed to the government to create a national player on the basis of his company to carry out dredging work in the northern ports. The project included the construction of at least 15 ships, including at USC shipyards. Since 2013, the state has spent more than $1 billion on dredging, but the money went to foreign companies, Yevtushenko argued.

Why is construction delayed?

The construction of the dock for the modernization of the Admiral Kuznetsov is delayed for several reasons, Valery Kireev, deputy head of the Center for Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Technology (TSTSS), which has the status of a state research center and serves as the general designer of the dry dock, told RBC.

  • Conflict between contractor and customer. Despite the lack of approved design and estimate documentation, it is already possible to carry out a large amount of work on the shore at the second stage - to equip the site, dismantle structures, etc., but there is actually no contractor at the construction site, notes Kireev.
  • The second reason is related to the increase in the planned cost of the second stage of construction. TsTSS doubled it in December 2020, says Kireev, due to the identified increased seismicity for the dry dock of 7.9 points (regular seismic maps in the region provide for 6 points). Initially, the cost of the second stage was 16 billion rubles, the new price is 33.6 billion rubles, a source close to the project told RBC. USC and the Ministry of Industry and Trade refuse to agree on a new price, explains the deputy head of the designer. Because of this, according to him, Glavgosexpertiza cannot begin checking the documentation.

In response to the request of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to reduce the cost of the project, the TsTSS proposed to abandon measures worth 5 billion rubles that are not directly related to the dry dock, but have not yet received consent from the ministry and the customer, Kireev said. According to him, the Ministry of Industry and Trade instructed the customer to hire a third-party organization to check the calculations of the central heating system. Increased seismicity has already been included in the documents for the first stage, defends the position of the TsTSS Kireev, and the accuracy of the calculations in 2020 was confirmed by scientists from the TsNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and Glavgosexpertiza.

USC is clarifying the seismicity of the construction site to optimize design solutions for the second stage in order to prevent a significant increase in the cost of the dry dock, a representative of the corporation told RBC. A representative of the Ministry of Industry and Trade declined to comment.

The beginning of Yuri Kuznetsov’s career: first roles in the theater

For several years the young actor worked in the local theater, then there was a theater in Khabarovsk and Omsk.
Kuznetsov considers these years to be a real school. Provincial theaters managed to stage up to seven or eight premieres per season, where all the actors were involved. It happened that I had to go on stage twice in a day in different performances. In such theaters, hack work is simply impossible. By profession, Kuznetsov is not only a theater actor, but also a film actor. That's exactly what it says on his diploma. He tried himself as a film actor at the age of thirty-seven, starring in “Torpedo Bombers,” where he played the hero Fomenko. Another significant film in his film career is “My Friend Ivan Lapshin,” which was directed by Alexey German. In this film, the actor played the role of the head of the regional police department.

Yuri Kuznetsov in advertising Thanks to his work in these two films, Yuri finally became famous. They often began offering him roles, although they were all minor.

Soon the talented actor was invited to the Leningrad Comedy Theater. There, over ten years, he played many roles, including “Clean Waters of Kitezh” and “Mad Money.” Yuri had to live in the theater for a year, until his family arrived in Leningrad (St. Petersburg), and he was given an apartment on the outskirts of the city. The actor left this theater in 1996. He just felt bored there, it seemed like he was suffocating.

Arriving in the northern capital, Kuznetsov began filming even more often. His heroes were policemen, bandits, unhappy lovers or noble fathers. The roles were varied, but they were always performed by very talented people, which was the reason for Yuri’s popularity.

It should be noted Kuznetsov’s work in the film “Brother”. He played the good-natured and touching “German”. Another interesting role was played by the actor in the film “Moscow Evenings.” He was a sad and thoughtful investigator.

Yuri Kuznetsov in the TV series “Cops”

When Kuznetsov received an invitation to work in the television series “Cops,” he could not even imagine that he would stay in it for many years.
He got the role of police lieutenant colonel Petrenko. It should be noted that according to the script, his hero did not have the nickname “Fly Agaric”. One of the actors accidentally “awarded” him with it as a joke. However, the screenwriters and director liked it, as a result of which this nickname was introduced into the film. Very soon the actor was not called anything other than “Fly Agaric”; even passers-by who approached the now popular artist thanked him specifically for his role as “Fly Agaric”. This series also starred Oscar Kuchera, Evgeny Dyatlov, Anastasia Melnikova, Alexander Lykov, Sergei Selin and others. A dark streak in the life of Yuri Kuznetsov At the beginning of filming, Yuri treated work as a temporary part-time job, as something short-term. But the project was very well received by the audience, so it was decided to extend it for years. The cast, according to Kuznetsov, was simply wonderful; all the guys were professional, talented actors. This was followed by filming in the same role, but the television series was already called “Streets of Broken Lanterns.” The series about the police called “Opera” also could not do without Yuri Alexandrovich.

Filmography

Yuri's activity in cinema begins in 1973, with a small role in the film “One among Strangers, a Stranger among Ones” (Nikita Mikhalkov). But the following roles were already in 1983. The films “Torpedo Bombers” and “My Friend Ivan Lapshin” brought popularity and demand to the best supporting actor. He was invited to play criminals and police officers, unhappy lovers and noble fathers, reliable friends and dangerous enemies.

The films in which Yuri starred became in demand in the USSR: “Heart of a Dog”, “Burnt Sun”, “Cold Summer of '53...”, “Special Forces Squad”, “I Hate You” and many others.

During the crisis of the 90s, Yuri did not remain without work. He continued to be invited to act in films (the film “Genius”, “Defector”, “Over Dark Water”, “Brother” and others). He always played the role very accurately, competently and reliably, which touched lovers of Russian cinema.

Since 1997, Yuri has brilliantly played Lieutenant Colonel “Amanita” in the TV series “Streets of Broken Lanterns.” It was this series that brought Yuri a new round of popularity. Yuri’s participation in the filming of “Cops” lasted until 2003, but the nickname “Amanita” haunts the artist to this day.

Yuri played similar roles in the series “Opera. Chronicles of the Homicide Department” and “Liteiny, 4”, “Resort Police”.

But the actor did not limit himself only to police television series. He shows the religious brother Victor in the films "Kamikaze Diary", Stepanych ("Games of the Moths"), huntsman Obrubkov ("Boar"), the itinerant artist Vasily ("Moscow Yard"), Archbishop Kurtsev ("Peculiarities of National Hunting in Winter" ) and Oslyabin in “Peculiarities of National Policy”. The actor's filmography includes more than 100 films.

In 2007, Yuri voiced Antipka in the cartoon “Ilya Muromets and the Nightingale the Robber.”

During my film career, Yuri will be able to work on the same set with many famous artists: Oleg Basilashvili, Alexander Abdulov, Nikolai Eremenko Sr., etc.

New films by Yuri Kuznetsov

Time passed, and the actor decided not to play in crime series anymore.
As Kuznetsov says, he’s tired of playing catch-up shooters. From an acting point of view, such work simply became uninteresting to him. Initially, the “Streets of Broken Lanterns” project was conceived and developed by Alexander Kapitsa. They started making quality films, but then everything changed a lot. At first the episode was filmed in seven days, then in six, and so on. Among his latest works in big cinema, Yuri Alexandrovich liked his work with Pavel Lungin in his film “The Tsar”. Kuznetsov played Malyuta Skuratov there, coping with the role perfectly. The image he created does not frighten the viewer. His Malyuta is a professional, the creator of the power structure under the tsar, but not an evil maniac.

Movies

Yuri Kuznetsov made his film debut in 1973 in the legendary Eastern film “A Friend Among Strangers, a Stranger Among Our Own.” The actor had to wait almost 10 years for his next role in the military drama “Torpedo Bombers,” but the wait was not in vain. This film was soon followed by another famous film - the drama “My Friend Ivan Lapshin”.

In the 80s, the actor was in demand in Soviet cinema. The artist’s filmography included films that would become popular in the USSR: the philosophical and satirical comedy “Heart of a Dog,” the action film “Burnt Sun,” and the historical film “The Adventures of Quentin Dorward, Archer of the Royal Guard.” Subsequently, the actor participates in the filming of the social drama “Cold Summer of '53...”, the military-historical film “Special Forces Unit” and the melodrama “I Hate You”.

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Yuri Kuznetsov did not lose his position in cinema, like most of his colleagues. Yuri Kuznetsov, together with Alexander Abdulov, stars in the detective story “Genius”, with Nikolai Eremenko Sr. in the socio-psychological thriller “Defector”, and also with Vladimir Ilyin in the melodrama “Over Dark Water”. The press has repeatedly reported that during the filming of the cult action movie “Brother,” Yuri Kuznetsov even had to film with real homeless people. The actor got into character so much that the tramps believed that the artist really belonged to him and lived on the street. Now fans of Russian cinema will recognize Yuri Alexandrovich’s photo.

The next round of popularity came to the artist in 1997, when the series “Streets of Broken Lanterns” began airing on television. There, Yuri plays police lieutenant colonel Petrenko, nicknamed “Mukhomor,” the chief of a valiant brigade of operatives.

For 20 years, the mushroom nickname has not gotten rid of the artist, but the actor is not worried about this, claiming that he even likes this situation.

Later it turned out that in “Cops” the character Yuri Kuznetsov did not have any nickname, and the word “Amanita” did not appear in the script at all. This nickname stuck with Kuznetsov, since actor Sergei Selin (who played the role of “Dukalis”) jokingly called his colleague, and the creators of the film decided to use the new idea, implementing plans on the set.

It’s interesting that initially it was planned to make a couple of episodes of the film, but in the end the project lasted for many years. Kuznetsov was a participant in the series until 2003, and then played the same role in the films “Opera. Chronicles of the Homicide Department" and "Liteiny, 4".

But the actor did not limit himself only to police television series. Kuznetsov appeared in leading roles in the action film “Kamikaze Diary”, the crime drama “Moth Games”, the detective story “The Boar”, the life saga “Moscow Yard”, as well as the comedies “Peculiarities of National Hunting in Winter” and “Peculiarities of National Politics”. Another notable work of Yuri Kuznetsov was the criminal detective story “Resort Police”, in which he again played the role of an investigator.

Yuri Kuznetsov today

The actor continues to star in new and new projects. Much today depends on channels. It happens that filming of a particular series is about to begin, but then it turns out that the money has not arrived, and you have to wait for the channel’s decision.

A tragedy occurred in the life of actor Yuri Kuznetsov - his wife died

The actor is often invited to festivals, where he comes with his youngest daughter. So at a film festival called “Amur Autumn”, which took place in Blagoveshchensk, Kuznetsov was on the jury together with his daughter. “Literature and Cinema” is a Gatchina festival at which the artist handed out prizes and read Brodsky’s poems.

Personal life of Yuri Kuznetsov

The actor divorced his first wife Valentina when his daughter Natasha was already an adult.
They studied at the same institute and got married in their third year. Later they worked together in the same theater. Valentina played mainly the main roles, while Yuri played more of a supporting role, often without lines. Everything changed when they moved to Omsk. In the Omsk Theater, on the contrary, Yuri got leading roles, but his wife’s career in Omsk did not work out. The actor met his second wife in Moscow. This happened when, on one of his trips to the capital, he helped a woman from a nearby hotel room. Her son was sick and needed to be carried to a taxi. At that time, the actor was in his second month filming the film “Defector.” They have been together ever since. She fell in love with him after watching the film “Point of Return,” in which Kuznetsov played a courageous aircraft commander. The actor's wife's name was Irina. The marriage produced a daughter, Alexandra. It was 1995. Yuri and Irina got married when their daughter was six years old. Moreover, they got married in a small church.

Personal life

Yuri got married for the first time in Khabarovsk. His wife, Valentina, worked as an actress in the theater with Yuri. In their marriage, the couple had a daughter, Natalya. The family moved with Yuri from region to region. However, in 1991, in Moscow, during the filming of the film “Defector,” the actor met 36-year-old Irina, for whom he fell in love. Yuri helped the woman carry her sick son to his room, after which he realized that “I can’t just leave them.” The actor divorced his wife, leaving her all his property, and at the age of 45 he started life from scratch. In 1995, Irina and Yuri had a daughter, Alexandra. Unfortunately, in 2012, after a stroke and long-term diabetes, Irina passed away.

Tragedy in the life of Yuri Kuznetsov: the death of his wife

In the winter of 2012, Irina died after suffering a stroke.
In addition, she suffered from diabetes for a long time. Yuri Alexandrovich was left without his beloved wife, whom he always called “his happiness.” The actor has a friendly relationship with his daughter. He considers her a gift from fate. They usually spend their weekends together, attending theater premieres. Sasha starred in several episodes in those films where Yuri Alexandrovich starred. She decided that she would not become an actress, because she saw how much strength this profession takes from her father.

Yuri Alexandrovich cannot imagine life without reading. There is a large library in his office. He even goes on trips and filming with a book. He has had this love since childhood. There were almost no books in my parents' house, so I had to borrow them from the library. Throughout his life, Kuznetsov carried with him the feeling of happiness from “communication” with a book.
