Ksenia Vladimirovna Sukhinova was born on August 26, 1987 (zodiac sign - Virgo) in northern Nizhnevartovsk. The father and mother of the future model worked in the oil and gas industry and continue their careers to this day. Subsequently, the daughter decided to follow in the footsteps of her parents.

Ksenia herself associates success in such different areas with wise upbringing in the family. In an interview, the girl recalls that her parents focused their efforts on developing her strong character. They did not force their daughter to do anything against her will, but if the daughter chose a direction, they demanded an adult and meaningful approach.

After graduating from high school, Ksenia entered the Tyumen Oil and Gas University. She became a certified engineer in the field of technological computer science.

Ksenia’s parents work in the oil industry: her father, Vladimir Gavrilovich, is an operator of technological installations, her mother, Natalya Aleksandrovna, works in the metrological service of an oil service enterprise[3]. Has a grandmother who lives in Tyumen[4].
Competitions
Of course, it was impossible not to notice Sukhinova’s dazzling beauty. Possessing ideal parameters (height 1.78 m, weight 50 kg, 84-60-91), young Sukhinova repeatedly received offers to work as a model and participate in beauty contests. Each time the girl responded with a polite refusal, choosing her studies as a priority, until she received an offer to participate in the Miss Oil and Gas beauty contest. At this competition, Ksyusha took second place. The victory marked the start of the model’s creative biography.
From that moment on, the girl cast aside doubts that it was possible to combine studying at the institute and preparing for serious competitions. The parents didn't mind either. At the age of 18, Sukhinova first won the title of winner in the Tyumen “Miss Image 2005”. This victory inspired Ksenia, and during the competition she was surrounded by beauty industry workers who convinced Sukhinova of the possibility of building a career as a model.

By the will of fate, Ksenia ended up in the Point modeling agency, where the aspiring model soon received an offer to participate in shows at Milan Fashion Week. The start of her international career was rapid: soon after Italy, Sukhinova was invited to the French capital, but circumstances turned out differently.
At this time, preparations began for the main beauty festival of the country - “Miss Russia 2007”. At the risk of losing success in Europe, Ksenia still decides to participate in the competition. But the most difficult thing for the Russian woman was English lessons. On New Year's Eve 2008, she received the coveted crown from the hands of last year's winner Tatyana Kotova and was declared the most beautiful girl in Russia.
Exhaustive preparations began for Miss World, which was to take place a year later in South Africa. During this time, Ksenia had to perfect her appearance, prepare dresses and swimsuits and learn English in order to adequately represent the country at the most prestigious beauty contest in the world.
The colossal efforts were not wasted, and in December 2008, Sukhinova, wearing a luxurious blue dress from Yudashkin, accepted congratulations on her victory. She became the second Russian woman in history to win Miss World (the first was Yulia Kurochkina in 1992).

As required by regulations, Ksyusha spent the entire next year on charitable activities, traveling to thirty countries, and then began collaborating with the Yudashkin fashion house. The most beautiful girl in the world was born in Nizhnevartovsk on August 26, 1987. At school I got only B's and A's. The teachers remembered her as a very well-mannered, distinguished girl. Ksyusha was also actively involved in sports. The Russian queen has an adult level in biathlon - she dreamed of becoming a champion. She also did swimming, rhythmic gymnastics, ballroom dancing, athletics...

In May 2009, Ksenia was the face of the annual Eurovision music competition, which was held in Moscow from May 12 to 16, 2009. On posters and video cards, Ksenia represented all 42 countries participating in the competition. During the photo shoot, Ksenia had to change more than 40 make-ups and hairstyles. Filming took place over four days[5]. On August 21, 2009, in Australia, Sukhinova took part in a photo shoot for the Variety Bash charity event[5]. “We wanted participants to be able to see the image of their country, embodied by a beautiful Russian girl. Thanks to certain efforts of the stylists and makeup artists of this project, Ksenia became like girls from different European countries - she was blonde, brunette, brown-haired, dark-skinned, white-skinned,” Ernst said in a message posted on the Channel One website.
On December 12, 2009, in Johannesburg, South Africa, Ksenia handed over the Miss World crown to Gibraltarian Kayana Aldorino. The art director of the filming was Julia Restoin-Roitfeld, daughter of Carine Roitfeld, the stylist was Julia von Bohm, the photographer was Paola Cudaski[5].
In 2011, TGNGU University presented Ksenia with a certificate of awarding the status of winner of the all-Russian competition “Constellation of Oil and Gas”, dedicated to the 55th anniversary of TII-Tyumen State Oil and Gas University “for outstanding contribution to strengthening the image of Tyumen Oil and Gas University, the development of cultural relations and international cooperation.” Sukhinova was also included in the register of honorary university graduates[5]. Sukhinova also took part in the 10th annual Flower Ball (Bal des Fleurs) on the Cote d'Azur, at the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild[5].
