Biography
Our heroine is a businesswoman famous throughout Russia, with a large fortune behind her. During her successful career, the girl managed to show herself in her activities and achieved the maximum in each. In addition, Olga is a mother of many children, raising three children and dreams of a fourth. The whole country is watching and worrying about her private life; who will become the new suitor of the millionaire from Rublyovka? Only thanks to her strong and firm character was she able to achieve unprecedented success, but not only in the business field, but also in the world of cinema and television.
On June 12, 1973, our heroine was born in a small provincial town, far from metropolitan life. According to the latest news, her parents occupied simple positions and working specialties, far from business and creative activities. But this did not stop her from developing her talents as an entrepreneur, which began to manifest themselves in her childhood. In her youth, she was no different from her peers and led the simple lifestyle of a Soviet schoolchild.
In her youth, the girl began to show determination and strong character, and got used to achieving her goals. After school, for a long time she could not choose a further field of activity. But after some time I decided to apply to the University for a creative specialty. As a result, after a couple of years of hard training, a new actress and television announcer emerged.
She didn’t have to sit without work for a long time; the girl was invited to television. She was approved for the role of host in a program about the restaurant business, where she assessed various establishments and compiled their ratings. After that, our heroine began working in the “Shop on the Sofa” program, where she tried to convince viewers to purchase this or that product.
In one of her interviews, she talked about belts made of dog hair, which she had to advertise throughout the country. At that moment, the girl understood that this was not her path and, if she did not get out, she would be stuck in this swamp forever. However, such work gave her many useful skills - persuasion and trading. After this, she decides to connect her life with the sale of real estate. From this moment, a new chapter begins in the biography of the famous businesswoman, which we will get to know later, and now let’s talk about matters of the heart.
Biography of a businesswoman
The whole country is watching the socialite: how many children the woman has, who the husband is, how she spent her youth. Everyone is curious how a simple girl achieved success and how she got rich. Olga does not like to talk about her past life, about her childhood and youth, so there is no information about the family into which she was born.
Childhood and youth
Olga was born in the provincial city of Kostroma in 1973 into a Soviet family. It is known that the woman’s parents were far from business, ordinary working people. Olga studied in high school and was no different from her classmates. She spent her childhood dreaming of a wonderful future. I read books about love and a “decent” life, went to the cinema with my friends.
Selling watermelons at the market is the first job on the path to your cherished desire. The girl earned pennies and never stopped believing that luck would be on her side. She graduated from school in her hometown and received her first higher education. With her ambitions, Olga did not want to stay in Kostroma. Immediately after graduating from the institute, she sets out to conquer Moscow. The capital welcomed the young girl cordially: Leibman entered the university at the directing department. A few years later she received her diploma and a new Olga appeared - announcer, TV presenter, actress.
The path to popularity
Even in her youth, Leibman knew what she wanted from life: success, wealth, a wealthy husband and children. After graduating from a Moscow university, the future businesswoman was invited to host a program about the restaurant business. She talked about establishments and selected the best ones based on ratings.
Olga Leibman with her eldest daughter
Then she was invited to the famous TV show “Shop on the Sofa.” Olga improved her persuasion skills by offering to buy various products. Leibman was not enthusiastic about this kind of work, but she understood that a start had been made and she had to move on. In 2007, a young girl appeared on big movie screens, where she starred in the film “Male Intuition,” which was successful.
The next step towards her dream was the Vidi vici modeling agency, where she starred for simple clothing catalogs, but she wanted more. Unable to cope with his ambitions, Leibman decides to associate himself with the sale of real estate. After a short time, she realized that the chosen path was the most correct.
First success
Having become an elite realtor, Leibman plunged headlong into the luxurious life. She was the first to offer various VIPs to buy housing on Rublyovka. The talented girl selected mansions, taking into account all the wishes of her clients. Thanks to her responsiveness and attentiveness, as well as her unsurpassed gift of persuasion, Leibman became famous throughout secular society. A stable and decent income appeared. Her client base grew exponentially every day. This bore fruit - the woman bought her first mansion, filled with designer items and expensive brands.
In 2011, another brainchild of a business woman appeared - she became a co-owner of a medical center aimed at treating diseases of the musculoskeletal system. After some time, the medical institution was on the verge of bankruptcy. Olga had to make every effort to ensure that her business continued to generate income.
Present and creative plans for the future
Leibman is the standard of wealth and luxury. One of the most influential women in Russia, who built a business bit by bit. Looking at her, you understand where the money comes from, her entire fortune is the fruit of hard work. The MeraMed Clinic (Olga is the full and sole founder) is a real medical association, which has branches in Moscow, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.

The institution not only provides assistance in restoring musculoskeletal functions, but also sells prosthetics and auxiliary accessories. The list of services includes rejuvenating procedures and individual diet techniques. The latter were developed from Olga’s own experience (before losing weight, her weight was about 90 kg). She has developed her own nutrition system, which she successfully promotes on Instagram. Conducts weight loss marathons and helps everyone lose weight.
Olga is a frequent guest on various television shows. She is invited to programs as experts. Working with luxury real estate also does not stand still. The businesswoman continues to sell houses on Rublyovka and other prestigious areas of Moscow. He does not talk about plans for the future; he prefers to keep them secret.
Personal life of a businesswoman
Little is known about Olga’s private life, which is hidden behind a thick curtain. She diligently hides relationships with loved ones, her children and lovers from the public eye in order to avoid envy and indignation from viewers. Her first love, which turned the girl’s head, was with a young and famous football player, he played for the Dynamo sports club. At that time, lovers were only interested in trips abroad; she liked to learn new things and conquer unknown countries.
The husband’s salary at that time was about 20 or 30 thousand dollars, which was quite enough for a happy existence. Olga idolized her husband and currently remembers him with warm feelings. After some time, their family was replenished and a healthy daughter was born.
But over time, conflict situations began to arise in the young family, and each time the atmosphere became more and more tense. The wife is tired of her husband’s constant traveling and business trips. She had to cope with all household chores on her own. Soon the marriage burst like a balloon. The lovers filed for divorce and went down different paths.
Soon a new gentleman appeared in her life and stole her heart. The beloved's name was Vladimir, he was a successful businessman from America. In 2009, the future spouses met. The meeting took place in a prestigious restaurant in the capital of Russia. The man could not resist the beauty and asked permission to sit at the same table with Olga and she did not mind. Thus, a dialogue arose between them, they communicated in a relaxed atmosphere for two hours. But then the time came to part. The next morning, the businesswoman found a huge bouquet of roses in front of her door with a note from yesterday’s acquaintance.
Thus, a bright romance began between them, five months later they decided to legalize their relationship, Olga got married. This marriage helped her make significant progress in her business. What particularly attracted her to her new husband was his romantic soul and kind heart. During this period, she had to move to America for a couple of years, where she and her husband developed business in various directions. The man helped his wife in every endeavor, and as a result, she made significant progress in her entrepreneurial endeavor.
Soon two more children were born into the family, and our heroine became a happy mother of many children. But the family idyll was in for a serious blow. In 2012, Olga received information that her husband had become addicted to drugs, which did not suit the girl. For several months, she tried to bring her husband to a frank conversation and dot all the i's, but he was not going to agree. Every day he became increasingly withdrawn into himself and moved away from his loved ones. Gradually, the hearth began to turn into mourning.
The spouse’s bad habit began to lead to serious problems in the business. Olga tried as best she could to keep her husband’s business afloat, but all attempts were in vain. As a result, business, like family life, went into cracks. The previously happy lovers became complete strangers and filed for divorce.
This breakup dealt a strong blow to her inner balance, and she was not seen in public for a long time. But thanks to her strong character and patience, she managed to survive the downfall of fate and confidently stand on her feet again.
Vengeful Ksyusha
Golden child
As a child, Ksenia studied ballet at the Mariinsky Theater and painting at the Hermitage. Probably nothing could be more prestigious in Russia. She studied at a school with in-depth study of the English language. Later she transferred and graduated from school at the Russian State Pedagogical University named after A.I. Herzen. (one of the leading universities in the Russian Federation) In 1998, she entered the Faculty of International Relations of St. Petersburg State University.
In 2001, after the death of her beloved father, Ksenia moved to Moscow and, as a representative of the golden youth should, transferred to the Faculty of International Relations of MGIMO.
In 2002, she received a bachelor's degree and entered the master's program at the Faculty of Political Science at MGIMO. Even then, Ksyusha was mainly favored by two admirers: the famous politician and millionaire Umar Dzhabrailov and oilman Vyacheslav Leibman. Sobchak and Umar Leibman
Newspapers wrote that the young girl could not choose between two suitors, but all the evidence leads to the fact that Ksyusha had a rather serious relationship with Leibman. Ksenia’s father even knew him. The lovers allegedly separated and reconciled several times. Then he was vice-president of St. Petersburg, which owns several oil terminals, tankers and is engaged in oil transshipment. During the next reconciliation, Leibman handed Ksyusha the keys to a brand new Mercedes. Ksenia lived in Leibman’s apartment on Frunzenskaya Embankment. In 2002, Ksenia suddenly became widely known thanks to a scandal in the press. The capital police department received a statement from Ksenia that she had been robbed of $600,000. The thieves drilled out the lock cylinder in the metal door of the apartment at 54 Frunzenskaya Embankment. They took away everything earned by the back-breaking labor of her father, mother Lyudmila Narusova and Ksyusha’s fans, including which consisted of Vyacheslav Leibman. The list of stolen goods was mesmerizing: a necklace made of black pearls, a watch studded with diamonds, gold jewelry... The cost of what was stolen from poor Ksyusha, according to her words, was estimated at 600 thousand dollars (18 million rubles). The press immediately burst out with sarcastic comments, calculating that if you divide the entire amount by the number of residents of St. Petersburg, you get 4 rubles per person. Lyudmila Narusova stood up for her daughter, saying in one of her interviews that it was not the Ksyushins that were stolen, but her own jewelry, which she gave to her daughter to wear, but not worth 18 million, but “an order of magnitude less.” Her friend Vyacheslav Leibman also stood up for the girl, who took everything upon himself: he said that he had given her the gold and diamonds. And the cost of the stolen goods, they say, is also greatly inflated: not 600, but only some 200 thousand dollars. And they have nothing to do with Sobchak’s so-called “millions”, since he never had any millions.
Rumor has it that Slava Leibman was the classic youngest son of the three classic sons described in all Russian fairy tales. The son of a rich father, while the older brothers, who were engaged in the oil loading business in St. Petersburg, were transferring oil and making money from it, the younger one wasted the money. His first great love was Ksenia Sobchak.
I don’t know how true this is, but they wrote that Ksyusha’s father did not leave anything as a dowry for the girl after his death.
After meeting with Leibman, he presented Ksyusha with jewelry and clothes. In one of his interviews, Leibman said: “Ksyusha’s dad always told me - don’t spoil her, and he himself gave her every little thing so as not to spoil her with greed.” When Ksyusha entered MGIMO, Leibman followed her to Moscow. In 2002, Leibman decided to become a media mogul and create a good, decent newspaper. Some say that the older brothers chipped in and bought Vyacheslav from Yegor Yakovlev the famous Moscow weekly Obshchaya Gazeta for $3 million. Other sources write that the sale of Obshchaya Gazeta began with the acquaintance of the newspaper’s editor-in-chief Yegor Yakovlev with a certain wealthy gentleman. Which turned out to be none other than the same Vyacheslav Leibman, Ksenia Sobchak’s boyfriend. And it was allegedly Lyudmila Narusova who introduced the businessman and newspaperman. Vyacheslav immediately closed the Obshchaya Gazeta and soon the Konservator newspaper appeared. If you believe the first option, it was reported that the brothers allegedly allocated one million dollars to the youngest for the first time and strictly punished him: to spend 200 thousand dollars a month on a newspaper, and no more than 100 thousand on his personal life. Nastenka
During this period, Anastasia Volochkova, after her relationship with the famous sports philanthropist Anzori Aksentiev, met Lyudmila Narusova, the mother of Ksenia Sobchak.
The widow of the St. Petersburg mayor introduces her daughter to Volochkova in the hope that she will teach her wandering daughter some sense. The girls turned out to be worthy of each other. Just a few months after they met, Nastya makes a mistake that Ksenia will remember for the next 10 years. Volochkova is taken away from Sobchak by Leibman. How exactly this happened is unknown. After Ksyusha, he undertook to support the ballerina, who turned out to be twice as expensive as Sobchak’s daughter. By the New Year, the Konservator newspaper unexpectedly lost half its weight, and then closed down completely. He began showering Nastya with gifts and, they say, even proposed, but this wedding, in turn, was ruined by Sobchak. Leibman simply could not be in society with Volochkova. Everywhere they went, Ksyusha appeared and they even rumored that she poured wine on Volochkova. Nastya could not stand such a war and announced the impossibility of further life together. — Nastya, tell me, did Ksenia Sobchak really throw out wine on you? — This happened more than once, and it happened under some incredible circumstances: at a beauty contest, when I was a member of the Miss Russia jury. One day before meeting with Versace in one of the restaurants. Of course, I read a lot and I know what words she says, what attacks she makes against me. I can't understand the reasons for this. To be honest, behind this I see the same people who are behind this whole situation. Apparently, they are looking for ill-wishers or scandalous individuals who can shed dirt on me. […]© “MK-Boulevard”, 12/27/2004 “Do not judge, lest you be judged”
Everyone knows what happens in the next few years.
Ksenia found new boyfriends and suitors. The romance between Volochkova and Leibman has long been overgrown with mold, but Ksenia has never forgiven the ballerina for her betrayal. Exposing her ex-girlfriend, Ksenia more than once mentioned in interviews Volochkova’s affair with Suleiman Kerimov, who was married. An affair with Suleiman Kerimov, for example.
Who knew about this? — Oligarchs are more your topic.
You are friends with them. - I'm friends with them.
But I don't sleep. — Now I can already say: yes, Suleiman Kerimov was in my life.
After we broke up, I didn’t mention his name in any interview. But not because I'm hiding something. We had a great time, I was in love with this man. “Didn’t the fact that he was married stop you?”
“This didn’t stop Kerimov; our relationship did not contradict his life principles.
Soon, Ksenia, as they say, found herself in a situation in her shoes. It is unknown where exactly she met State Duma deputy Sergei Kapkov, but something suggests that it was during that period when she was friends with TV presenter Ekaterina Grinchevskaya. Grinchevskaya, Kapkov’s wife, soon received the prefix “ex” because Kapkov started an affair with Sobchak. But apparently Ksenia is from the category of those people who see a speck in someone else’s eye, but do not notice a log in their own.
Third husband Kirill Yakovlev
More recently, the name of our heroine’s new lover became known; his name is Kirill Yakovlev. A whirlwind romance began between them and they soon got married. Many were surprised by the age of Olga’s husband; her lover is seventeen years younger than the girl. The difference in social status and earnings does not bother her either. The chosen one works in law enforcement agencies and protects officials, and is also interested in fitness.
Little is known about him; the guy is originally from Novokuznetsk, and moved to Moscow relatively recently. The lovers met on social networks; he wrote messages to her for several months, and she ignored them, but one day she decided to answer. Eventually, they came face to face and sparks flew between them. Joint photos immediately appeared on the social network Instagram.
But fans and journalists were not left alone by the significant difference in the financial situation of the two lovers: she is a princess from an expensive castle, and Kirill is a simple guy without much savings. Rumors began to circulate that he was with her only for the sake of money. These guesses were finally shattered after the broadcast of the program “Actually,” where Kirill and Olga became the main characters of the revelation.
Using a lie detector, the presenters tried to find out whether the young man really loved Leibman? As it turns out, this is absolutely true. But a girl came to the program and said that she was pregnant with Kirill’s child. It turned out that this was a lie, and the ex deliberately put a spoke in the wheels of the lovers and took revenge on them in every possible way. Now they lead a life together and periodically appear together on various projects and public events.
Vyacheslav Leibman left the Leningrad region without a lake
Oh, the love of high-ranking citizens for loud parties. So St. Petersburg is not lagging behind, ex-municipal deputy of the Priozersky district Vyacheslav Leibman threw a holiday on the captured Utkonos Lake.
Biography
Vyacheslav Leibman was born in the city of St. Petersburg, then called Leningrad, in 1970 in a beautiful autumn season - September 17. His mother, Yaroshevskaya Raisa Ivanovna, a geologist by education and profession, went on expeditionary working tours every summer. The boy’s father is Alexander Yakovlevich Leibman, a front-line soldier, a native resident of the northern capital and a communications engineer by training. During the war (1941-1945), Alexander Yakovlevich had the opportunity to command the Katyusha battery. Well, in peacetime, Vyacheslav’s father worked as the head of one of the Leningrad construction and installation departments. Vyacheslav spent his childhood in St. Petersburg, and here he went to school. Father Vyacheslav Alexander Yakovlevich has 4 sons: from his first marriage (Evgeniy and Vladimir) and from the second (Yakov and Vyacheslav).
What is Vyacheslav Leibman famous for?
The businessman gained wide fame thanks to his affair with Ksenia Sobchak. The relationship was serious; Vyacheslav Leibman was already vice-president of EKO-Holding, which was involved in oil transshipment. Ksenia lived in Vyacheslav’s apartment located on Frunzenskaya Embankment. Vyacheslav spoiled the girl with gifts, and once on the day of reconciliation he even bought her a brand new Mercedes. But the romance ended because of another show business star, Anastasia Volochkova, who took the man away from a relationship with a socialite.
What about business?
Naturally, high-profile scandals and novels are not what Vyacheslav Leibman makes a living. Together with his brother Evgeniy, who worked as a ship mechanic for a long time, they organized the export of timber from Russia to Sweden. Since the port infrastructure in St. Petersburg was far from being in the best condition, the brothers had to take care of refueling the dry cargo ship themselves to ensure smooth transportation. And then the business took off, since other business competitors simply did not have the opportunity to refuel ships.
Having quickly found their bearings, brothers Evgeniy and Vyacheslav Leibman immediately retrained into bunkering.
The enterprise began to expand by recruiting partners, but not from outside, but by joining the remaining brothers - Yakov and Vladimir. The business continued to remain within the family. This allowed the brothers to acquire fuel terminals and then a tanker fleet. After the opening of a network of additional divisions, the activity extended even to Scandinavia and the Netherlands.
Business scandals
Vyacheslav Leibman turned out to be not such an honest entrepreneur. Back in 2005, the conflict surfaced in the media. Vyacheslav Leibman agreed to acquire the Ural-Siberian Legal Society CJSC, which actually controlled Tulspirt LLC and Tulaspirtprom LLC, one of the largest alcohol factories in Russia. The deal was completed through Mercury Alcohol LLC, where Mr. Leibman himself is listed as a director.
The amount of the transaction between Mercury Spirit and USYUO was supposed to be 15 million dollars, of which 10 million (286 million rubles) were to go to the sellers at a time. Indeed, on the day of the transaction, Leibman handed over to the sellers promissory notes of Sberbank of Russia OJSC in the amount of 143 million 550 thousand rubles, and all the documents were signed, and he actually received control of the largest alcohol association in Central Russia.
But the sellers' joy was short-lived. It quickly became clear that the bills handed over by Leibman turned out to be counterfeit (the fact of forgery was established by a forensic examination). The “thrown away” sellers tried to restore the status quo, regaining control over the enterprises.
But it was not there. It turns out that even before committing the scam, Vyacheslav Leibman enlisted the support of influential people from security and law enforcement agencies. And as soon as the victims tried to return their funds, they were reminded that they could end up in a pre-trial detention center at any moment. However, a criminal case was nevertheless opened against Leibman under Article 151, Part 2, Clause “a” of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and under Article 159, Part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. But let's get back to everyday life.
What's wrong with Platypus Lake?
It’s simple, the forest area has been turned into the personal park of the oligarch Leibman, and the lake is now “its own” swimming pool. In front of the fence there is an information board “Spawning Lake. Fishing is prohibited” and information that the lake is leased for fish farming. True, the photo from the quadcopter clearly shows that drainage ditches have been dug along the greenhouses, through which it is clearly not food for the fish.
Apparently, the Leibman brothers were simply tired of the bustle of the city. After all, there are now several houses on the shore of the lake, although businessmen have only registered one for cadastral registration. Yes, and oligarch Leibman is not going to comment on anything, and in order to prevent concerned citizens and journalists from pestering him, an information board was hung up, which states that “Platypus Lake is leased from Phoenix Group CJSC on the basis of agreement No. 181-LO/RV -p dated 10/06/2015 for fish farming purposes. According to Art. 8, 9, 12 FZ-148 dated July 2, 2013, the owner has the right to prohibit fishing.” But oligarch Leibman is not interested in the rest; the main cover for raising agriculture exists and is good.
What does a business woman do?
Our heroine tried herself in different areas of activity; her enterprising mindset helped her build her business literally out of thin air. At first, after graduating from university, she worked part-time on television as a couch shop presenter. In addition, in her youth she had to trade in a simple city market. But what happened, how did such serious metamorphoses occur in a short period? The whole secret lies in great diligence and hard work.
Our heroine’s first and serious business was selecting luxury real estate for wealthy clients. It was in this business that she was able to quickly take off and significantly increase her wealth. Later, her mansion became an ideal example of prestigious housing for her clients. Every square meter is filled with an element of luxury. The furnishings include ancient furniture from the sheikhs, gilded dishes, and a grand piano with ivory keys.
In 2007, our heroine makes her film debut. She got a role in the melodramatic film “Male Intuition.” Here she showed her talents in all their glory. The girl was able to once again prove that she is talented in many areas of activity. Currently, its main profit comes from the sale and rental of luxury real estate. The dimensions of her palace are 1200 square meters, and the car is valued at one million euros.
In 2011, her second husband helped her organize a medical business. As a result, she became the founder of the private clinic MeraMed. But soon this business suffered serious setbacks due to the drug addiction of Vladimir’s husband. Olga had to invest a huge amount of effort and energy to keep the business afloat.
New girlfriend
Many are interested in what the essence of the conflict between Ksenia Sobchak and Anastasia Volochkova is. And the reason for this was Vyacheslav Leibman. Ksenia’s mother herself introduced her daughter to Nastya Volochkova, and if she had known in advance how all this would turn out, she would hardly have done it. And then she simply wanted that, having the refined, well-mannered and well-mannered Nastya as a friend, her daughter would adopt a sweet girlish coquetry and, perhaps, even become a little like Turgenev’s young lady. But all people are different; they cannot fit into one mold. Ksenia had her pros and cons, and she hated being like someone else. But Vyacheslav Leibman almost immediately switched to the beautiful and easy-to-communicate Nastya.
Olga in the program “Actually” with Shepelev
Our heroine is a frequent guest of popular television shows; she did not avoid appearing in the program “Actually,” which is broadcast on Channel One. Moreover, Olga visited the studio twice. The first case was to solve a girl’s family problems. It turned out that after becoming a millionaire, she completely forgot about her relatives. Her brother came to the project, who allegedly knows the secret of the origin of her youngest daughter from businessman Vladimir.
The program perfectly depicted the difference in the financial status of the characters, showed the huge palace of a socialite and the dilapidated house of her brother. The relative insisted that Olga gave birth to a girl not from her legal husband, but from a simple welder. As a result, the lie detector prevented the extortion attempt; it turned out that the man had invented everything with the goal of extorting money from Leibman. The second filming in the project described Olga's new young husband Kirill, who was accused of cheating on his wife.
Success did not come quite from where expected
Other carriers appeared to have ongoing, intractable problems refueling their ships. Based on their facilities, the brothers tried their best to help their colleagues, providing bunkering services at their request. The results of the financial balance sheet for the first quarter revealed some interesting facts: the export of timber (their main activity) turned out to be unprofitable, but the side services of bunkering, oddly enough, not only turned into a profit, but also offset losses in the timber trade. Having quickly found their bearings, brothers Evgeniy and Vyacheslav Leibman immediately retrained into bunkering.

Olga was able to develop her own program. At that time, she headed the MeraMed clinic, where plastic surgeons and nutritionists worked. She watched new guests many times as they melted before her eyes. Gradually, the girl was able to develop her own system for every day.
The task is simple - you need to eat in small portions and many times a day. The course lasts only 21 days, but after that it is advisable to continue this way of eating. This does not disrupt metabolic processes and does not affect health. The businesswoman herself was able to lose 16 kilograms in just three months. Now her height and weight are 163 cm and 54 kg, respectively. How old is 45 years old?
Olga Leibman is a truly talented woman who, due to her strong-willed character, was able to independently achieve enormous success in the business field. Now she is recognizable thanks to her participation in many television projects and her role in films. Do not forget that she is a wonderful mother and is raising three children.
Eat and lose weight with Olga Leibman
Everyone, without exception, dreams of a beautiful, toned body. But even more, people want to see the cherished numbers on the scales without exhausting themselves with strict diets. At the same time, many are convinced that the path to an ideal figure lies through fasting and grueling training. But nutritionist and successful businesswoman Olga Leibman destroyed all these stereotypes by developing her own unique weight loss system. Do you want to eat every hour and lose 5-7 kg in just 21 days? Do you think this is impossible? I thought so myself until I tried this amazing system on myself. And I can say with confidence that it really works. So, do you want to lose weight? Then Olga will tell you how to do it easily and correctly.
– Olga, tell us a little about yourself. Share with readers what kind of education you have, hobbies, and how your career began.
– I am an actress and television announcer by training. At one time she worked on television and ran a restaurant rating. Paradoxically, I told people where they could eat delicious food. Later I started doing business. I had the largest modeling agency in Moscow, Vidi vici. Since I worked with models, I myself had to always stay in shape. Agree, you cannot be the owner of a modeling agency and weigh 90 kg.
In fact, I tried myself in completely different areas. I was engaged in a business related to construction. She was the owner and manager of a hotel. I had a huge restaurant called Caprice. I didn’t even bypass the dance business. I also spent some time managing call centers. Of course, I had partners everywhere. But my biggest project was related to medicine. Together with two partners, I owned my own medical company. This is the largest medical association. We had several medical centers in Moscow, as well as clinics in Odessa, Kyiv, Almaty and other cities.
Together with my husband, we ran several types of businesses in the USA. Especially for this we had to move to America for a while. I lived in the USA for 2 years, where I gained very valuable experience.
– How did you manage to develop your own beauty recipe and develop your own weight loss program?
– For as long as I can remember, I have constantly struggled with excess weight. I have three children, so, of course, during pregnancy I gained a lot of extra pounds - about 30. I tried all possible diets, sat on only buckwheat, even took Thai pills for a long time, which only made my body worse. All this is very difficult both mentally and physically. And I realized that I’ve been dedicating my whole life to the fight against excess weight. Then I wondered if there really isn’t a system in which you can live a full life, lose weight and feel good without suffering, torment and the constant struggle for a beautiful body.
As I noted earlier, together with my partners I owned my own medical facility. And of course, we had a huge army of cosmetologists, surgeons and doctors of other specializations. Therefore, I spent many years side by side with people who were true professionals in their field and knew everything about medicine.
A huge number of patients came to our medical center, half of them came to us to treat their body, and the other half to improve their body. Of course, I was directly connected with these people, and observed how they were transformed. Some did liposuction, others underwent complex plastic surgery. In short, I collected information literally bit by bit. At the same time, I worked with a whole army of nutritionists who offered a variety of different types of diets.
As a result, I came up with a certain formula and understood one thing - the body needs to be fed a little, but often. Therefore, according to our system, we do not eat more than 300 grams and eat food every hour, so that the body does not even have time to get hungry. We eat, drink water, have a snack, or drink a hot drink. In fact, we take food 5 times a day. This is a standard scheme - breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks. For 21 days the diet is more strict.
– What happens after 21 days of the diet, how do people eat after they achieve the desired result?
– I urge everyone not to abandon my system, to eat according to the same scheme, but I force them to break the rules. The main thing is to do this on weekends - from Friday evening to Sunday evening. That is, from Monday to Friday we seem to go to work and adhere to all the nutritional rules, and on the weekend we give the body some relief.
– The system is designed for 21 days, after which relaxations are possible. Tell us which ones exactly and in what quantity, or is this issue resolved very individually?
– 21 days a new habit is formed. And practice shows that after exactly 21 days people come up to me and say; “how could I eat smoked sausage?”
Of course, later relaxation is possible and over time a person can eat absolutely everything. But what is important here is that he knows how to eat properly and combine foods. In addition, we teach everyone to take healthy vitamins and exercise. Our program is not just a diet, but a correct lifestyle, including sports and gymnastics, as well as cosmetology. We make sure to prescribe training for our team members. In other words, we completely transform a person.
Moreover, we provide great psychological support. We have personal psychologists with whom you can talk and solve any problems. Indeed, in most cases, a person gained excess weight for a reason; behind this there is pain, resentment, misunderstanding and even grief.
In our group there were girls who overcame cancer; members of our team are both nursing mothers and those who plan to become mothers. There are also men who want to get rid of their beer bellies, people with thyroid diseases who take hormones. In short, we help absolutely everyone.
– There are probably people on your team whom you are especially proud of, who managed to achieve amazing results. Tell us about them?
– I created an experimental group called “Reeds”. These are my friends who agreed to take a risk and try the weight loss system with me. And the results, of course, are amazing for everyone. For example, the best result is from Sasha Logunov, who lost 39 kg in six months. My brother-in-law got rid of 13 extra kg, my sister-in-law - from 16 kg.
Initially, everyone came to me with different wishes. Some needed to lose 5 kg, others 40. And absolutely everyone coped with the task. In general, you can lose any weight, even 100 kg, it just takes time. In just a month you can actually get rid of 5-7 kg.
– How long did it take you personally to achieve the desired numbers on the scales? And how difficult was it to stick to proper nutrition, were there any breakdowns, a desire to give up everything and eat something “forbidden”?
– I lost weight quite quickly because I pull myself together and do a forced march. I only gained a lot of weight three times, and this was due to my pregnancies. And I admit, during this period the struggle with extra pounds could drag on for up to six months. If my system had already existed 15 years ago, I would certainly have had a much more enjoyable time losing weight.
But my system helped a lot when I gained excess weight and weighed 70 kg. And in just 3 months I lost 16 kg and got into shape. And so far the weight has not increased because I continue to adhere to this type of diet.
I have never had any breakdowns, because the system is so unique that you don’t even have time to feel hungry.
