Stars The widow of Sergei Bodrov gave an interview for the first time in 15 years: she said that all these years she has not had (and will not have) a single man

On September 20, 2002, a terrible tragedy occurred that shocked the entire country. During the filming of the next large-scale film “Svyaznoy”, which took place in the Karmadon Gorge, a huge glacier descended, which buried the wonderful actor, director, journalist and historian Sergei Bodrov under a layer of snow and ice. His life was short and bright, like a flash. He accomplished a lot, but even more projects, plans, ideas will remain unrealized. The wife and two children did not give any comments for 15 years after the tragedy and carefully hid their lives. And only recently did journalists manage to talk with Bodrov’s widow and find out how his family lives now.

The life story of Sergei Bodrov

Sergei Sergeevich Bodrov, the son of the famous film director Sergei Bodrov Sr., was born on December 27, 1971 in Moscow. The actor’s mother was an art critic, so the whole family has a direct connection to creativity. Parents often worked long hours. As a child, Sergei was often left alone with himself, and he was excellent at coping with loneliness. As a child, Sergei dreamed of becoming an actor, but his father dissuaded him, because, according to his parent, the boy was too calm for this profession. In his youth, Sergei had strange dreams of becoming a garbage man so that he could drive around the city in an orange car, and thoughts about cinema did not arise at all in those years.

Sergei graduated from a Moscow secondary school in a class with a focus on the French language. His teachers recall that the guy was moderately eccentric and sometimes restless, but at the same time he never did dirty tricks. Bodrov was prepared for work from an early age, since weekly he and his class visited the Udarnitsa factory, where the children packed sweets. Naturally, the money received from labor was not distributed to schoolchildren. All funds were collected by the school in order to organize excursions for children.

After graduating from school, Bodrov Jr. expressed a desire to enter VGIK, but his famous father explained to Sergei that there must be a special passion for cinema, and not just a desire to learn. In his youth, the young man had no feelings for cinema, much less passion, so he entered the history department of Moscow State University. The younger Bodrov's classmates considered the guy lucky because of his father's fame. But the presence of a star dad never affected the manifestation of Sergei’s talent. Bodrov graduated from University with honors, after which he entered graduate school. Then he planned to become a librarian or museum worker.

Sergei Bodrov Jr.’s debut on cinema screens took place in 1989, when he took part in the filming of his father’s film “Freedom is Paradise.” His hero was a young brawler who sat in the same cell with the main character. For a short story, a young man with a shaved head was really needed. The actors refused to shave for such an insignificant role, and the only one Bodrov Sr. was able to persuade or force was his own son.

As a student, Sergei Bodrov tried his hand at filming the film “Prisoner of the Caucasus,” where he ended up quite by accident: the father took his son with him to Dagestan to film the film. Bodrov Jr. was ready to do any job, but he was awarded one of the main roles. The film was successful, it was celebrated at the Cannes Film Festival, the film received awards at various festivals: in Sochi, Karlovy Vary and Sydney.

With his performance, the non-professional actor impressed even Oleg Menshikov, his co-star in the film. The film crew was surprised to note that the young guy, who had never studied acting, played better and more convincingly than a master of his craft. Then Bodrov Jr. received his first prize for best acting debut. In addition, the actor received several prizes for the best role and became a laureate of the 1997 State Prize of the Russian Federation in the field of literature and art.

The acting world and fame fell on the young man quite suddenly. Bodrov Jr. himself did not consider himself an actor and was ready to constantly repeat to the press that he was not an artist. He did not study acting, and acting on camera was not a profession for him; he considered it an act.

In 1996, Sergei took part in the television program “Vzglyad”, but not as a guest, but as a presenter and co-author, where he remained for four whole years. Afterwards, the actor had very fond memories and the feeling that he had learned a good long-term lesson.

In 1996, Bodrov was lucky enough to meet Alexey Balabanov at a festival in Sochi, who brought him to the STV studio. At that moment they were just working on the cult film “Brother”, where Bodrov Jr. played the role of Danila. The film caused discontent in the media, as, in their opinion, the film is infested with racism. At the same time, opposite accusations were also heard; critics considered the film to be Russophobic, aimed only at Western viewers and showing the native country in an unattractive light. However, Russian fans perceived this work differently. At the festival in Sochi, “Brother” received the Grand Prix. Danila became an idol for millions of television viewers. The film also received enough recognition abroad and won several awards at the Chicago festival.

The character Sergei has been accused more than once of being too simple and primitive. The actor himself admitted this, but in defense of his hero he answered the press that the world is still quite immersed in chaos, and sometimes you just need characters who will express seemingly obvious and fundamental things and will defend these things.

The filmography of Sergei Bodrov Jr. continued to grow with the advent of the work “Stringer,” but both the film and the role came out unconvincing, and then “East-West,” which told about a persistent athlete. Both films can hardly be called those that gave significant cinematic births to the actor’s treasury. By 2000, the long-awaited premiere of the film “Brother 2” took place. Like the previous part, the work was seriously criticized, but this did not prevent the film from becoming a cult again. The country literally went crazy for Danila. Almost immediately, a computer game based on the film, a documentary about the creation of “Brother 2” and collections of soundtracks for the film were released; concerts consisting of songs for the film were given several times at the largest venues in the capital.

Most of the film was shot in the USA: in Chicago, New York and Pittsburgh. There were many funny incidents associated with this. As the actor admitted, the most difficult thing for him, a graduate of Moscow State University and a cultural expert, was talking to Americans in crooked high school English. In addition, the Russian film crew has amazed their American colleagues more than once. According to the plot, the main characters needed a home-made weapon, which the prop masters could not provide, and then the Russian operator made such a necessary home-made weapon in a few minutes. Later, the Russians persuaded the border guards to put the real strain in Danila’s passport.

In 2001, Sergei again starred in Bodrov Sr.’s film “Let’s Do It Quickly,” also in the USA, but this time in California. Sergei played the security guard of a Russian businessman.

Almost all films with Sergei Bodrov Jr. were directed by his father, but the younger Bodrov also had his own directorial works. But one day the developing actor began writing his script for the first film “Sisters”, in which he himself played a cameo role. Bodrov conducted auditions for the main roles on his own, talking with various applicants for a month. There were a lot of people interested; a line of about three hundred girls lined up every day. Sergei chose Oksana Akinshina and Katya Gorina, which opened the way for the girls to cinema.

Bodrov wanted to find simple and sincere young actresses who would not strive to please the actor, and certainly would not turn out to be enthusiastic fans. That is why he was attracted by the daring and impudent Akinshina, who dreamed of being a model, not an actress, and came to the audition only because of the agency’s requirements. For Oksana, Sergei Bodrov became a mentor in acting.

The film is about two girls who are being hunted because of their father's criminal life. The film received recognition as the best debut. Sergei told the press that he really enjoyed directing films, creating and developing his own world, Bodrov Jr. promised fans to continue making their own films. But “Sisters” became Bodrov Jr.’s only directorial work.

In 2001, Sergei played in Balabanov’s film “War,” which was filmed in Chechnya and the North Caucasus. Almost immediately after the premiere, the film was awarded the Golden Rose prize. Then Bodrov Jr. received the Nika Prize. In the same year, the actor played in the film “Bear Kiss,” which was released a year later.

In 2001, Sergei tried himself as a TV presenter of the “The Last Hero” project. The essence of the TV show was that 16 people found themselves on a desert island and had to compete in various competitions and tasks. Bodrov commented on what was happening.

The story of Olga - the daughter of Sergei Bodrov Jr.

Sergei Bodrov Jr. has been gone for almost seventeen years. And to this day his name does not fade in the memory of millions of Russians. The audience knows Sergei from the cult films “Brother”, “Brother 2”, “Sisters”. It is worth noting that the Bodrov dynasty continues to delight the audience of Soviet cinema with young talents.

Now the children of everyone’s favorite actor are already adults. His son Alexander is already 16 years old, and his daughter Olga is 20.

New Generation

The girl graduated from school with a gold medal and entered GITIS. From a little girl, Olga grew into a real beauty. Many people notice that the girl looks more and more like her father every day.

It is worth noting that the similarity is not only external. Teachers at GITIS and her eminent grandfather consider her very talented and predict a grandiose career in cinema. Olga does not like to attract attention to herself at all. An interview with a girl is very rare. But it is known that the young actress did not advertise her last name at all when entering GITIS.

The commission learned that the girl was from a distinguished family only at the last exam, when the decision to enroll the applicant in the course of Leonid Kheifetz’s workshop was made.

Attitude to career

It is curious that Olga Bodrova does not consider the projects released during her studies to be a great success. The student says that only those films in which she appears as an accomplished adult actress will become real work. But now it’s too early to talk about success and special talent.

More recently, it became known that Sergei Bodrov Sr. offered Olga a role in a film about designer Mikhail Kalashnikov. In one of the interviews, the director noted that he wanted to help film the film about the great Russian designer. After all, almost every Russian knows about the Kalashnikov assault rifle, but few are familiar with the history of its creation.

And practically nothing is known about the life and fate of Mikhail Kalashnikov. Sergei Bodrov Sr. also noted that he has very talented and promising grandchildren. And once upon a time he was completely against his son connecting his life with cinema.

However, now the director has decided to make an exception for his talented granddaughter.

First role in a big movie

In the film “Kalashnikov” Olga received a cameo role. Interestingly, there were rumors about a sequel to the film “Brother,” but the director was against filming.

Sergei Bodrov Sr. is also known for his films “Mongol”, “Prisoner of the Caucasus”, “The Frenchman”, “Sisters” and many others.

It's so great that sometimes children strive to develop and continue the work of their parents. After all, a fresh look always benefits proven things.

Tragedy in the Karmadon Gorge

Sergei Bodrov went missing in 2002 at the age of 30. This year, according to plan, filming of the second film by Sergei Bodrov Jr., “The Messenger,” began. The plot of the film was a philosophical and mystical story of two friends. In the film, Bodrov was supposed to act as the main character, screenwriter and director. In September, the film crew filmed several episodes in the Caucasus. On September 20, the film crew moved to the Karmadon Gorge. Filming had to be postponed for several hours, as the group could not wait for the transport to go up.

After some time, the decision was made to return to the city. At the same time, the Kolka glacier began to break off in the mountains, on which a block of ice had previously fallen. A stream of stones and a huge boulder covered the entire film crew, led by Sergei Bodrov Jr. For several months, rescuers tried to find the bodies, and relatives of the victims continued to search for their relatives until February 2004.

More than a hundred people are still considered missing. The body of Bodrov Jr. was also not found.

In 2008, workers laying a pipeline accidentally found a car with human remains. This discovery excited fans of the actor, but tests showed that the body did not belong to anyone from the film crew. Despite the fact that the probability of Sergei Bodrov’s death is incredibly high, many people still do not want to believe in his death.

Sergei left a huge mark on cinema and culture in general. In memory of him, many iconic rock bands wrote more than one song. Documentary films and books try to illuminate the life of the actor, show his creative and life views. In 2016, Bodrov’s fans began raising funds for a life-size monument to “Brother Danila,” the most famous image of Sergei. The signature to the sculpture should be one of the most memorable phrases of the film “Brother”: “I think there is strength in truth.” As the organizers of the gathering comment, the monument will be a tribute not only to Sergei Bodrov Jr., but also to a unique hero, the like of whom has not been seen in Russian cinema for more than a decade.

The grown-up children of Sergei Bodrov: what they look like and what they do

Almost 18 years ago, a terrible tragedy occurred that shocked many people. During the filming of the film “The Messenger,” which took place in the Karmadon Gorge, a glacier melted. He took the lives of almost all participants in the filming process, including the outstanding actor Sergei Bodrov Jr. At that time, he was at the peak of his career, and almost every film he starred in was successful. It would seem that Sergei will delight us with his creativity for a long time, but unfortunately life decreed otherwise.

Despite such an early departure, the actor left behind a significant legacy. And he still has a large army of fans. But many are wondering what happened to his children? And will they follow in the footsteps of their famous father?

The actor’s son, Alexander, is currently 17 years old. But at such a young age, he has already decided on his future profession - he dreams of following in the footsteps of his outstanding grandfather, Sergei Bodrov Sr., who is a world-famous film director.

Olga, Sergei’s eldest daughter, decided to become an actress. And to achieve her goal, she absolutely did not use family connections, but entered GITIS, participating in the general competition, along with thousands of candidates. Then no one even guessed who Olga really was. After her admission, information about her star relatives became known.

Olga is a very modest girl; she never manipulates those around her with her late father. This topic is very painful for her. Now she is completely immersed in her studies and devotes maximum time to it. Perhaps in a few years we will hear about her as an actress. Like brother Alexander, she does not often appear in the media, not considering herself a person deserving close attention.

The children of Sergei Bodrov Jr. do not use their father’s fame to achieve success, but make their way everywhere on their own. So Alexander and Olga can already be called worthy representatives of the Bodrov family, who quite possibly have a bright future ahead of them.

In our hearts, Sergei Bodrov Jr. will forever remain a multifaceted person who is able to embody any image on the screen. It is likely that he would have been able to become an equally outstanding director if not for the tragedy eighteen years ago. But the contribution that Sergei left to Russian cinema will always be remembered.

Personal life of Sergei Bodrov

The personal life of Sergei Bodrov was short-lived, but happy. Sergei was married to a colleague, with whom the actor formalized the relationship in 1997. The actor said that from the first glance at the girl he realized that they were going to be together, and instantly fell in love. His wife Svetlana Mikhailova gave Bodrov two children: first a daughter was born, and 4 years later the couple had a son. The boy was born a few weeks before the events in the Karmadon Gorge. A great tragedy took a father and husband from a happy family. Despite the fact that before meeting Sergei, Svetlana was in a long-term relationship and even married, after the actor disappeared, and even after he was declared dead, the woman did not marry again.

Olga, Sergei’s daughter, also decided to become an actress. She entered VGIK, hiding whose daughter she was in order to enroll honestly and through a competition. Contrary to the rules of the institute, she did not even give her middle name during the entrance auditions. And only at the last stage they figured out the girl.

Biography and personal life of Sergei Bodrov

The biography and personal life of Sergei Bodrov is very short and tragic. Seryozha’s birth occurred in the early 70s in the capital of the Soviet Union. Father - Sergei Bodrov (senior) is one of the best film directors. Mother - Valentina Bodrova was engaged in art and taught at Lomonosov Moscow State University. From childhood, the guy was independent. He dreamed of becoming a garbage man or fireman. The parents never spoiled their son. They believed that he should make his own way in life.

Seryozha had few friends. He liked to say that any person's best friend is himself. Our hero devoted a lot of time to reading. He could pick up an adventure novel and not lift his head from its pages. Sergei was going to follow in his father's footsteps and become a film director. But on the advice of his dad, Bodrov Jr. becomes a student at another university, where he studies the basics of history and art history. The future actor goes to the Mediterranean countries for an internship. To live in Italy, he had to earn his own money. He saved drowning people. Returning to his homeland, the young man brilliantly defends his PhD thesis in art history.

In the mid-90s, he became the host of one of the popular television programs. Since that time, he has a large number of fans who begin to observe the development of the talent’s career.

At the same time, our hero played in the film “Prisoner of the Caucasus”, after which he became one of the most popular film actors. Then there were roles in “Brother”, “Sisters”. Bodrov decided to make films. He implemented some of his plans. But more remained unsold. A tragic accident got in the way.

Shortly before his death, the film actor hosted the popular show program “The Last Hero.” In the new season of the program, Sergei was supposed to appear again, but this did not happen. At the same time, Bodrov wrote several books in which he talked about himself and his family.

During his short life, the star of Russian cinema received several prestigious prizes and awards.

In the mid-90s, the star of “Brother” met his only love. The actor said that he always knew what his future wife should be like. The novel developed rapidly. Soon a girl was born into the family, and shortly before the tragic death of our hero, the birth of a little son took place.

What is known about the life of Svetlana Bodrova

In August 1970, in an ordinary family in Kudrino near Moscow, a girl was born who was named Svetlana. Her last name was Sitina. But after graduating from school, the girl married a local policeman early and changed her to Mikhailova. Svetlana’s mother, Nina Ivanovna, still lives in the Moscow region. Local residents remember her daughter as a bright and very friendly person. Svetlana’s family life did not work out, and after the divorce, the future wife of Bodrov Jr. (photo presented in the article) went to Moscow. Here she met a man who turned out to be not the last person in the criminal world. Little is known about him. Only that his name was Mikhail, and he largely contributed to the fact that Svetlana began her career on television.

Few people know that the girl graduated from theater school (Novosibirsk) in 1991, and has participated in six projects under her belt. Svetlana also has a diploma from MIIGAiK. On television, she worked as a director of a number of programs (“Canon”, “Sharks of the Feather”).

Svetlana’s personal life before meeting Bodrov

Having learned about Mikhail’s occupation, the future wife of Bodrov Jr. decided to break off relations with him. During the filming of the “Sharks of the Feather” program, young Otar Kushanashvili became interested in her, but was met with the inaccessibility of the young woman. This only turned on the famous womanizer, and he stubbornly began to pursue the beauty he liked. Kushanashvili invited Svetlana to the Soho restaurant, where a decisive conversation took place, after which the couple began to live together. It was Otaru who was destined to withstand on his shoulders the onslaught of the criminal authority, who for a long time pursued the once beloved woman.

After a while, Svetlana Mikhailova started a serious conversation about the prospects for relations, for which Kushanashvili was not ready. Instead of proposing, he took his passion to Turkey on vacation, but this only alienated them from each other.

Fateful acquaintance

According to Kushanashvili, Svetlana was capable of falling in love either with a madman, of whom he considered himself, or with a talented one. Such a genius actor was Sergei Bodrov, the son of a famous director. In 1996, he was invited to appear on television in the “Vzglyad” program, where he began working as a presenter. A year later, fate brought Svetlana and Sergei together in Cuba, where both covered a youth festival. A spark immediately ran between them. Kushanashvili noted that after the trip the young woman’s eyes began to shine, and Bodrov Jr. himself admitted: this is the image of his beloved that already lived in his imagination.

A year later, the couple got married, but before that, the actor considered it necessary to meet with his former rival. In 10 minutes of communication, Kushanashvili saw in front of him a young man, as it seemed to him, with a child’s face, but with a huge sense of responsibility. The future wife of Bodrov Jr. met in him the real man that many women dream of. The actor’s feelings are indicated by the lines from his letters given in the article just below.

Family of Sergei Bodrov

Photos of the family can be seen in the article. The couple were happy, because over five years of marriage, both only strengthened their desire to be together. A year later their eldest daughter was born. The girl was named Olya. Until the summer of 1999, Bodrov continued to work at Vzglyad, but the main thing for him remained cinema. During his short life, he starred in 13 films and began to try himself as a screenwriter and director. His debut in a new capacity took place in “Sisters” (2001), his next creation was supposed to be “Svyaznoy”.

The expedition was planned for the summer of 2002, but was postponed due to the upcoming joyful event. Svetlana was preparing to become a mother for the second time. The decision was made by Sergei Bodrov Jr., who dreams of a son. His wife and children were most important to him. The boy's name, Alexander, was chosen by his father. Three weeks later, the film expedition still took place, but Svetlana noted that when leaving, the young director seemed sad.

Life after the disaster

The father of the idol of millions refused the inheritance so that the widow had the opportunity to raise children. The family still has a four-room apartment in Moscow, and a house in the Moscow region, in Svetlana’s homeland. The youngest son is exactly the same age as has passed since the tragedy. Alexander, like his father, is interested in history. It’s no secret that Sergei Bodrov Jr. graduated from the history department of Moscow State University. The wife and children honor the memory of their father. Their family keeps a relic - a large knitted sweater, in which the famous actor acted as Danila Bagrov.

In 2014, the eldest daughter Olya entered a theater university (workshop of Leonid Kheifetz). She has already made her film debut; the girl tried herself in a short film. The mother of the cinema star deified during her lifetime, Valentina Nikolaevna, published a book with Sergei’s dissertation. Few people know that Bodrov Jr. is a candidate of science: he wrote an excellent work on the art of the Renaissance.

Son of Sergei Bodrov - Alexander Bodrov

The son of Sergei Bodrov, Alexander Bodrov, is the baby expected by his father, born in 2002, literally a month before the tragic death of Sergei. That’s why it so happened that the boy doesn’t know his dad, who, in turn, loved him very much.

Sashenka, who is already 16 years old, has a godfather - the famous journalist Sergei Kushnerev. The man constantly takes care of the boy, devoting as much time as possible to him. Kushnerev calls the guy a “closed box,” because he, like his father, is immensely talented, but very secretive.

Goodness!

0

And Sasha really resembles his dad in many ways - he is also punctual and loves sports. He likes it when everything is in order. He also keeps many animals at home. According to Alexander himself, he has not yet fully decided on his future profession.

Family and children of Sergei Bodrov

The family and children of Sergei Bodrov are still experiencing the death of their son, husband and father. For a long time they hoped that he managed to survive that tragedy. Now the closest stars of “Brother” dream of only one thing - to find Sergei’s body and bury it.

In his youth, the popular hero met a girl named Svetlana. He never tired of telling her about his love. It was a great tragedy for the wife - the death of the actor, which her children helped her survive. The youngest son was born only a month before the tragedy with his father.

His father had a great influence on the development of the future star. The man made numerous films that became incredibly interesting. Often, despite his departure from the family, he took Sergei to filming, but the famous film director did not want an acting career for his son. Now the man says that he rejoiced at every film of his son, as if it were his own brainchild. The star's dad devotes a lot of time to his grandchildren.

The actor’s mother was involved in art. There is little information about the woman. It is known that she is ill after the tragedy with her son.

Our hero often communicated with his younger sister Asya, who was born in another marriage of her father. Now she is an adult. Does art. Asya is married and has a daughter. Recently, a woman wrote a book about her famous brother, which was published in a small print run, but became a bestseller. The second edition is currently being prepared.

Daughter of Sergei Bodrov - Olga Bodrova

The daughter of Sergei Bodrov, Olga Bodrova, is the actor’s first child. She appeared in 1998 and doesn’t remember her dad very well. But he is seriously proud that she is his daughter.

Outwardly, Olga, who is already 20, is very similar to her mother, but in character she takes after her father. Like himself, she always achieves her goals on her own. While studying at school, the girl was very active and studied well.

So Olga joined the acting department of VGIK, even on a scholarship, and this despite the fact that the number of places for girls was limited. The girl did not reveal her middle name until one of the examiners directly inquired after seeing her first and last name. According to Olga herself, she did this in memory of her dad, who wanted her daughter to continue the path he had started.

Sergei Bodrov's daughter followed in her father's footsteps and became an actress

Almost 18 years have passed since the tragic death of the famous Russian actor and director Sergei Bodrov Jr. This happened during the filming of the film, as a result of a glacier in the mountains.

The rescue operation lasted several months, but unfortunately, no one could be saved.

Later, many articles were published in the press, where friends and colleagues talked about the professional and personal life of the actor, but relatives refused to communicate on these topics and generally very rarely gave interviews.

However, recently the daughter of Sergei Bodrov spoke about herself and her plans. Now 21-year-old Olga Bodrova is studying in her last year at GITIS, where, by the way, she entered on her own. She even managed to hide the fact that she was the daughter of Sergei Bodrov, the truth only became clear during the last exam.

Now Olga plays in performances at the Academy of the Russian Theater, and recently played a cameo role in the feature film “Kalashnikov ”, produced by her grandfather, Sergei Bodrov Sr. This was the girl's debut on the big screen.

According to Olga, since childhood she loved to dance, went to the cinema and theater, was an excellent student at school, but did not plan an acting career and wanted to choose a “useful” profession. Then the craving for acting still appeared: “I started watching films, about films, watching artists, and so she realized that you need to do what you love.” The profession of an artist helps to make the world a better place and give people joy, Olga believes.

But the girl practically does not answer questions about her father; she believes that this is a personal matter only for her family.

Svetlana Bodrova now

After “Wait for Me,” Svetlana Alexandrovna tried her hand at the Federation Council TV channel, then at NTV, eventually settling on First. In 2017, she posted a trailer for the new project “Cinema Time” on her personal Facebook account, and in 2018 she worked on the video for the musical evening “The Sun Walks Along the Boulevards” at the Sovremennik Theater.

At the end of February 2019, there was a rumor that the scandalous showman Stas Baretsky (formerly a member of the Leningrad group) announced plans to encroach “on the sacred” and take on the 3rd part of the immortal “Brother”. The public's reaction was not long in coming - fans of the film organized a collection of signatures to ban filming, believing that this would desecrate the memory of both the main actor and the director.

Viktor Sukhorukov categorically refused to participate, Sergei Bodrov, the eldest, called this attempt unsuccessful, and his daughter-in-law refrained from commenting.

Children grow up without a father.

Svetlana Bodrova today works as a director in the “Wait for Me” program on Channel One.

Daughter Olga graduated from school. She managed to fulfill what her father had once only dreamed of. Olga entered VGIK, and in the budget department.

Now she is mastering the specialty “Artist of Dramatic Theater and Cinema,” where only 12 people were recruited, and only four places were intended for girls.

The competition was simply incredible, almost 1000 people per place. But Olga never said a word about who she was, and acted on a general basis. She passed the Unified State Exam in Russian with flying colors, and also completed creative tasks such as developing her own script and staging a sketch.
