Alexander Vladimirovich Revva was born in the city of Donetsk (Ukraine) on September 10, 1974. As he himself claims, Revva is not a real surname; it was taken by Alexander’s ancestors after moving to Ukraine from Estonia, where they previously bore the surname Erva.

By the way, until the age of 18, he also called the latter his mother and many years later claimed that it was she who taught him love and kindness. Revva's twin sister works as a translator. Alexandra's mother Lyubov Nikolaevna, artistic director of the miners' choir, was a very creative person. The woman has always had a certain “feeling” for celebrities. She worked part-time as a concert organizer; worked with Valery Meladze when he was still an unknown singer, and predicted his future popularity. A similar incident happened with Anastasia Zavorotnyuk. Alexander Revva’s mother is a very creative person. Alexander Revva’s maternal grandfather was also a unique person in his own way. During the difficult war years, he became blind, but learned to play the accordion masterfully and subsequently worked as a professor at the Donetsk Conservatory. When the children were about six years old, Lyubov Nikolaevna married again. Revva’s stepfather was Oleg Evgenievich Racheev, an employee of a metallurgical plant, whom the woman met while on vacation in Sevastopol. Revva's own father appeared in their lives one more time. Around the age of 14, Alexander seriously fell in love with a girl named Lena and told his mother about his plans for her hand in marriage. One day he came to visit her and saw there... his own father. It turned out that the man had recently married Lena’s mother. Lyubov Nikolaevna was outraged and caused a scandal for her son, forbidding him to communicate with his beloved.

In 2020, the comedy “Granny of Easy Virtue” was released, in which, according to the plot, Revva’s hero is forced to hide from persecution by dressing up as an old woman. To create the image of an elderly woman, I had to spend four hours every day on makeup.
And although “Granny of Easy Virtue” became the only Russian film that did not fail at the box office in the summer of 2020, critics spoke unflatteringly about it.
