More details about the life and work of the young actress Korshunova are described in this article.
Talented representatives of the Korshunov dynasty

Claudia's grandfather, Viktor Ivanovich Korshunov, plays at the Maly Theater and has been its director since 1995. He starred in the feature films “General Shubnikov’s Corps” and “On Thin Ice.” Alexander Korshunov, Claudia’s father, also works at the Maly Theater. But he is not only busy with theatrical activities. My father was involved in the films “Can’t Say Goodbye” and “Double Tap”. The artist’s mother, Olga Leonova, is a production designer at the Sfera Theater. It is not surprising that a talented child was born into such a creative family.

Klavdiya Korshunova: “Values change with age”
Klavdiya Korshunova, the favorite actress of film critics and Nikolai Khomerika, as well as the rising star of Sovremennik, became the heroine of a fashion photo shoot for InStyle magazine.
The girl tried on the hottest spring trends, and at the same time talked about how she didn’t want to become an actress, what kind of car she drove in college, and what she thought about Los Angeles (that’s where, by the way, the fashion shoot took place). By the way, the project “Dubrovsky” is scheduled for release in 2013, in which Claudia will play the main role, and her partner will be... Danila Kozlovsky. This story is about two young people (she is a diligent student, he is a successful businessman), whose fathers' quarrel plunges them into the abyss of Pushkin's passions. We envy our heroine, and, while waiting for the premiere, we look at her latest set.
About choosing a path
When I was in school, I wanted to become a lawyer or diplomat. I told my parents - they worked in the theater: “I won’t be an artist! What kind of life is this? It’s impossible to even make a decent living!
About the first car
After college I drove a “kopek” car. This is simply fantastic freedom! For example, a traffic police officer stops me for some kind of violation and says: “Now I’ll rent a license plate.” I say: “Come on! I’ll leave it for you right here!” And immediately: “Oh, no, better take it!”
About secular society
I don't feel very comfortable in society. Small talk is not really a conversation, a conversation about nothing. It’s difficult for me to support him, because such easy communication is always based on small, harmless lies. And most importantly: the affection of another person may not be a sincere impulse, but a manifestation of secularism. It’s terrible when a person kisses you, hugs you, and two minutes later he has forgotten about you.
About criticism
The opinion of the audience is important to me, because I work for people, I share my soul and heart with them. I read reviews of my work. Once I had a difficult period, I just gave up. At this time, I read a positive review on one of the popular sites. Its author does not even assume that I still remember his last name - his kind word was so important to me then.
About the reluctance to conquer Hollywood and thoughts about motherhood
When I found myself in Los Angeles for this photo shoot, I thought: God, I’m 28 years old! I probably won’t do any incredible things again. But she could, for example, at the age of 20 go to America and try to achieve something there. But with age, values change. Of course, I don’t completely abandon this idea, but I think: do I really need Hollywood? Is it worth fighting for? Or are there more important things to do - for example, becoming a mother? The more friends I have with children, the more often I think about this. I feel this need more and more.
