For five years in a row, I went to Sochi in the spring - it was there that the final of the football competition between children from orphanages and boarding schools took place. But I got to “Rose” once, the year before last, and, unfortunately, only to the middle - to the Mountain Olympic Village. Besides, I went in the spring, but I really wanted to see how everything happens there in the winter, how it is a full-fledged ski resort, what the pros and cons are,” Nizovskaya shared.
The actress skied for the second time. The first was in Austria, when Seraphima went there with her eldest son Hector for the New Year holidays. But the artist did not have very pleasant memories of this trip. The emotions from relaxing and skiing were spoiled by bad weather conditions.

“Every day there was a terrible snowstorm, the sun never came out. On that trip, I had a complete feeling that there was a struggle going on - with myself, with the elements, in order to fit into equipment, climb the mountains, ride, keep my face... At the same time, it’s surprising that Hector really liked it. He had long wanted to go skiing, and saw absolutely no obstacles around him; every day I got up, got dressed, walked... I didn’t recognize my son, who was lazy and not very athletic by nature! I myself am not a very good skater; at some point she simply stood in the middle of the mountain and said: “I won’t go any further and that’s it!” At that moment I had a real panic - how to get down? I wanted to scream: “That’s it, take me away from here on a sleigh!” This time everything was fine. Weather, sun, atmosphere! I am allergic to cold, but here the climate is comfortable: quite warm, temperature -2. Just what you need! My son liked it too, only he said: “Not enough!”
Relieving fatigue and complete relaxation turns out to be a difficult task. You can soak in the bath endlessly and relieve stress in the spa. But avid travelers prefer short-term trips. By the way, even psychologists have confirmed the benefits for the body of a short vacation lasting no more than three days. The actress also told us about what her dream vacation is.
“We live and work in Moscow, so there are no options - we need to quickly get into the working rhythm. No one will ask: “Maybe you need to exhale, tune in?” There is no such. As soon as you leave the airport, you immediately get down to business. It’s good that there was an opportunity for at least three days to escape from the cycle of business and worries, to relax a little.
Sometimes it's difficult to stay energetic and focused throughout the workday - often, in the evening, there is a decline in productivity. And it becomes interesting: where can we get the much-needed energy for work?
“I struggle with fatigue while lying down. In order to recover, I need to either go somewhere, or just lie down for a day in a closed room, when no one is bothering you, where there is a book or a good movie nearby. This is how I recover. Children are also very good at balancing. After all, there are almost always some matters related to them,” the actress shares.
Social networks have become an integral part of our lives, becoming an integral part of the World Wide Web. One can argue about the benefits or harms of such communication for a long time, but the fact remains that many are now absorbed in virtual communication. Doctors believe that such resources can control the consciousness of weak individuals. Scientists believe that from 5% to 10% of network users can be classified as Internet addicts. Such people often begin to confuse where reality is and where virtuality is, starting to live with dreams and problems of networks. But Serafima Nizovskaya takes this calmly and asserts: likes are not the main thing!
“Instagram came to me quite late; for a long time I did not understand this social network. At first, the audience that viewed the page was quite young, 13-17 years old. Then, due to some rather pointed posts of mine, the audience changed. Now she is more mature, no one swears about my bad habits, some candid photographs or sharp statements. In fact, I’m not particularly active, I don’t post posts or stories every day, I don’t blog, talking about every step of my life. Besides, sometimes it’s just a waste of time. You’re sitting in good company, discussing important things, there’s a good atmosphere around, and I think it’s incorrect to take out your phone at this moment and say, “Now I’ll shoot a story.” There are too many people now who put their lives on public display. I'm definitely not one of them. Sons also disapprove of social networks; many times you need to ask permission to remove them, expose them, especially the youngest, who is almost always against it. I'm sure not everything needs to be shown. I am completely calm about likes, which are important now. In fact, they don’t give you anything if you don’t blog and don’t make money from advertising. But for this you need to choose your direction, be a beauty blogger, a fitness blogger, and so on. And most importantly, develop in this. But I absolutely don’t want to join the ranks of beauty bloggers,” notes Serafima.
In the modern world, it sometimes seems that it is impossible to live without a mobile phone. If a person is without it, it may seem that he is cut off from friends, from family, from the whole world and what is happening. However, actress Nizovskaya is sure: she can live without a phone!
“You can, of course, live without a mobile phone. After all, they somehow lived before! But I can’t help but admit that now this gadget contains almost everything: work, contracts, children’s chats and theater chats on WhatsApp, photographs, books, films... Sometimes you get so tired of these endless messages that you just want to turn off the phone and get some rest. from him,” the actress admits.
Modern people lead an active, often stressful, lifestyle. Day after day, tension accumulates inside, which is in no hurry to go away even on weekends. Before going to bed, obsessive thoughts haunt you. Therefore, many people practice meditation to relax.
“I’ve recently given up meditation, which I was very keen on at one time. They help well in our busy lives, especially when you are under nervous tension. Now I want to return to this practice again. I’m looking for time and opportunities for this,” says Serafima.
The actress claims: she is one of those people who cannot rent housing or live in someone else’s premises. Nizovskaya can come to the hotel to rest, but after two days she wants to return home. And now, when renovations are underway in her new apartment, Serafima, along with her sons, a dog and two cats, is forced to live with friends.
“It took me a long time to sell my two-room apartment. We had a wonderful yard, we made friends there, the atmosphere was wonderful. This was our mini world. And I decided: if it’s not for sale, then it’s not necessary. We will live where we lived, together with my godfather and other close people. But then a buyer unexpectedly appeared and I urgently needed to look for a new apartment. I looked at about twenty options and found it on the top floor, just as I had dreamed of. But, most importantly, exactly one more room, because exactly three rubles were needed: a room for me and my sons, one room at a time. They are growing and everyone needs their own space. Repairs have begun. The top floor turned out to be really the last, and it’s hard to call it an apartment, more like an attic space. The lovely people who sold me this apartment apparently forgot to tell me about it. Only after starting the renovation, I learned all the “delights” that await me in the foreseeable future. The house was built in the constructivist style; Construction began in 1933, and was commissioned in 1940. It was created by two architects at once, then others completed the construction, and as a result, everything in the house is mixed up so that there are no apartments with the same layouts and communications. Even the size of the windows in our house is different! I was very lucky with my foreman. When he entered my new apartment, he said with delight: “What a cool facility, how complicated everything is, I want to work here!” He had never had anything like this, the man admitted that he was very tired of making repairs in ordinary standard houses. And there are a lot of technical issues that need to be resolved. For example, I have three risers with water at once. For what? Neither I nor the foreman have any idea. Or, it’s cold in the apartment, the radiators don’t heat well, which means you need to change them, but at the same time understand where the incoming and outgoing connections are mixed up... Not a repair, but a complete puzzle,” the actress laughs.
Serafima Nizovskaya also shared the funny disappearance of the team that was making the roof in her new apartment.
“The roof of our house is leaking. A letter was written to the relevant services, after which a team of roofers arrived. For some time they were actively fiddling around on the roof, and then suddenly disappeared. Along with tools and roofing. They were gone for a month and a half, we had already lost all hope, when suddenly they returned again. Just some “birds of passage”! The residents of our house and I, together with them, are looking forward to what will happen next,” Nizovskaya laughs. “Will they finish our roof or disappear again?”
But despite the difficulties, Seraphima does not lose optimism. Yes, and there is no time to be bored - your favorite job awaits. The actress was happy to share her current projects.
“Currently I am involved in the fifth and sixth seasons of the series “Snoop” for Channel One. There I have a characteristic role, which I am endlessly happy about. The theater (Electrotheater “Stanislavsky” - approx.) is also active; they recently released a production of “Pinocchio” based on the play by Andrei Vishnevsky, which consists of two parts. The first performance is called “Forest”, the second “Theater”. The play includes five performances, two have been released so far, a kind of theatrical mini-series. Genre: mystery. I play one of the lead characters called Remarker." I won’t reveal all the secrets, but, in my opinion, it turned out quite interesting!”

Serafima Nizovskaya was born in the early spring of 1981 in St. Petersburg. The girl grew up in a family of philologists and creative personalities. The father took the family to theaters, operas, museums and exhibitions. My daughter was a dreamy and pleasant child, but she was incredibly shy about her unusual name. Nizovskaya even demanded that her parents and younger sister Sofia call her Lena, but only her sister succumbed to persuasion, whom she called in response by the name Zulfiya.
