It is only known that the popular chansonnier is happily married. In 2011, Alexei Bryantsev’s beloved gave the singer a long-awaited daughter. However, journalists were unable to find out the details of this marriage, nor the names of Bryantsev’s daughter and wife.

About the childhood and youth of Alexey Bryantsev

Rumors are constantly being circulated in the media that “Alexey Bryantsev” is not his real name and surname, and he himself smiles slyly when asked about this and does not give an exact answer. Maybe this mystery is an advertising technique used at the beginning of a career, and now there is no point in replaying the intrigue? But there is no secret regarding the middle name; the artist does not hide the fact that his father’s name is Matvey. So, in a completely simple Soviet family in 1984, a boy was born (we will talk about him as Alexei), who in less than twenty years will begin to conquer the stage.

Voronezh is not just the singer’s birthplace: in every interview he speaks with tenderness about the city - “my beloved small homeland.” He continues to live there to this day, despite a busy touring schedule and trips across the country. Voronezh secondary school, parallel to it - a music school for piano and accordion. The boy did not shine with any special talents at school, although in some biographies they write: “vocal abilities manifested themselves early.” He himself, reading something like this, smiles: “Well, he sang, and not bad, but he didn’t really like music school, he finished it almost through force, so as not to upset his parents.”

By the way, already being popular, Bryantsev said an interesting thing about studying at a music school. They sent him there at the age of six, right after he started middle school, and he believes that his parents were in a hurry. According to him, he was too young then to realize the need for musical education. “Somehow I thought about it and realized: if I had entered a music institution at the age of fifteen, it would have been more useful for me, I would have studied with pleasure and learned a lot more,” the singer said in an interview.

After receiving the certificate, a natural question arose - where to apply. The young man’s mother and father (especially, the singer said, his mother insisted on this) advised him to apply to a technical university where there was a military department. They insisted on this not at all because their son “wouldn’t cope” with the army - Alexey was by that time a strong, healthy guy who went in for sports. According to the parents, it was necessary to study and not lose two years to serve in the army. The profession, again in the opinion of dad and mom, was supposed to give the young man a stable future: at that time, neither Alexey nor his relatives thought at all about his future musical career.

In parallel with his studies at the academy, Bryantsev tried to go into business and opened a cafe: at that time it was very popular. At first, things worked out well, but the guy probably didn’t have any business sense, and the fast food establishment threatened to turn into an unprofitable one. Alexey handed over the “reins of power” to his mother, and she is still doing this successfully. And suddenly, suddenly, after graduating from high school, the young man thought - why not take up music, specifically vocals? His deep, low voice naturally pushed him towards songs in the “chanson” style.

Childhood and adolescence

Alexey was born in 1984 in the city of Voronezh. His father and mother have nothing to do with the music world, doing ordinary things. His parents tried to develop the future singer comprehensively: in addition to studying at school, he studied accordion and piano at a music school for seven years, and also painted. In addition, the boy had to attend football and karate sections. Constantly busy, Alexey hardly found time for friends, dreaming of playing “war games” with them. But the future performer did not have to take vocal lessons, despite the fact that he had good vocal abilities.

In the ninth grade, the young man’s voice “broke”, as a result of which a chic “velvet baritone” appeared. However, after graduating from school, he did not even think about a musical career, although he loved to sing and played the guitar well. Having chosen the specialty of oil and gas engineer, Bryantsev began studying at the Polytechnic Institute in his city. During his student years, he opened his own business - a fast food cafe. At first he was interested, but soon the profitable business began to bring losses. His mother continued to run the business and is still doing it at the moment.

Beginning of a musical career

He auditioned not for anyone, but for Alexey Bryantsev himself, the so-called “father and founder” of the Butyrka project. The experienced producer immediately saw the great potential of the namesake, but at the same time Bryantsev Sr. warned Alexey: now chanson is at the peak of popularity, and performing in the same style means there is a chance of getting lost in a huge crowd of similar performers. Quite recently, the legendary Mikhail Krug passed away, and Alexey’s voice was almost the same as his, only lower - this similarity also “slowed down” the release of the young artist’s first songs.

The producer and his protégé were afraid that the release of similar songs would cause negativity among Krug’s fans. After his death, there were many attempts to pass off something as songs he wrote, but he supposedly did not have time to make them public, and all these projects failed one after another with scandal. And yet, the temptation to develop another successful project was great, and Bryantsev Sr. wrote a test song - “Hello, baby!” The composition was composed “in connection” with the voice of the young singer, but Bryantsev Sr. at the same time tried his best to make it in a style different from the “Krugov” style.

A pilot disc was recorded, where Bryantsev performed the song together with the lead singer of the group “Patsanka” Lena Kasyanova. By a lucky coincidence, a few days after recording the test disc, Bryantsev Sr. met Irina Krug, who had come there on tour, in Voronezh. A disc with a song was playing in the car they were driving, and Mikhail Krug’s widow became interested in the composition, offering her participation to the producer. The female vocals were rewritten, and in the new version the single “Hello, baby!” appeared on the radio.

Fame and songs sung with Irina Krug

Alexey Bryantsev’s moment of glory came when the performer began collaborating with his famous namesake. Bryantsev Sr. (according to unconfirmed information, a distant relative of the singer) took upon himself the formation of the repertoire. The noble sound of the singer's voice required an appropriate frame. The song “Hello, Baby!” was written as the starting song. According to the producer's idea, it had to be performed as a duet with a woman. All that remained was to select a candidate.

Unexpectedly, Mikhail Krug’s widow, Irina, responded to the offer. As fate would have it, the timbre of Bryantsev’s voice was practically no different from the vocals of the popular chansonnier, who died untimely. Of course, there were difficulties: it is unknown how the public would react to the appearance of the “second Circle”. But luck also paid for all the costs and justified the risk of bringing an unknown performer to the stage. Alexey Bryantsev’s collaboration with Irina continued, allowing him to record another album in 2010, “If It weren’t for You.”

Favorite, recognizable compositions were heard on radio broadcasts and at concerts. Listeners often order the songs “I Miss Your Eyes”, “Come to Me in a Dream”, “Favorite Look”. Bryantsev made a name for himself as a performer and began to develop creatively. He was increasingly invited to concerts and theme nights. The young performer's career quickly took off.

Success, recognition from the public and ascent to the musical Olympus

This happened in 2006, and almost instantly the voice of Alexey Bryantsev became recognizable among chanson lovers. By that time, listeners were already tired of the “thieves’ smoky” style, and fans of chanson began to miss the beautiful, truly masculine voice. According to producer Alexey, the young singer “sat on the bench for a reason.” His low baritone, combined with his attractive appearance, had the effect of an explosion, as his voice did not match the appearance of “yesterday’s student, now a young office clerk,” as the artist’s journalists dubbed him.

At first, this even irritated the singer and his manager: Bryantsev Sr. was openly declared that on the cover of the discs he was not the person who sings the songs, well, the young man cannot sing like that! And the album, which included 12 songs in a duet with Irina Krug (the same name as their first song), was a huge success. In 2007, when the disc was released, it already became clear that fame awaited the artist. Alexey, who freely recorded songs, was still embarrassed to give concerts, and the producer also did not rush the young man. He understood that he had natural abilities, but his low voice did not allow him to hit high notes; serious work with a vocal teacher was required.

Alexey’s lack of serious musical education also had an effect, but hard work and vocal lessons yielded results, and soon a fairly large group of fans was pleased with the release of the new disc “If It Weren’t for You.” And then the anniversary of the “Chanson” radio station arrived, and Bryantsev was invited to a concert on this occasion at the “Ukraine” palace in Kyiv. According to the artist, it was a kind of “crossing the Rubicon”: from a singer who was known only by his voice, he was supposed to become “alive” at this concert. Finally, the doubters were convinced that it was he, and not a middle-aged man (as some thought), who performed these soulful songs.

The path to popularity

Bryantsev was unable to find a job in his specialty - after the collapse of the USSR, the industry gradually faded away. The young man felt a craving for music, and as a student he often played the guitar and sang. The choice fell on a recording studio, where the young man worked for some time.

In 2000, Alexey decided to audition for his fellow countryman and distant relative, the namesake producer. Alexey Ivanovich Bryantsev was amazed by the guy’s vocal abilities and his artistry. He decided to save such talent and sent his student to classes with a vocal teacher.

Mikhail Krug died in 2002. Other chanson performers immediately began to inherit his style of singing. Alexey Bryantsev had the most similar voice to the legend’s vocals. But the producer decided not to leave the talented young man to the mercy of critics. He hid its capabilities for several more years, and then wrote a song specifically for Alexey’s timbre.

The composition also included a female part. Demo version of the song “Hello, baby!” was recorded with Elena Kasyanova. However, Mikhail Krug’s widow Irina heard the song and wanted to sing it with the young performer. In 2006, the duet of Irina and Alexey began to be heard on radio stations in Russia and Ukraine.

Later, a video appeared with a recording of a selection of songs in a duet with Irina Krug, which was viewed and listened to more than 24 million times.

Alexey Bryantsev and his pop activities now

Joint performances with Irina Krug and the release of the third joint album “New and Best” in 2013 brought the singer popularity throughout the country. On radio "Chanson" songs from the discs were played continuously, he turned into a real star. Attempts were made to record Mikhail Krug’s songs, but Alexey and his namesake producer realized: they didn’t sound good! The voice and style are similar, but Mikhail’s performance style cannot be copied, it turns out to be a fake.

Already recognizable in his duet with Irina Krug, the artist realized: it was time to go out to the audience with solo concerts. Test performances in Russian cities showed that Bryantsev was “ripe” to perform on his own. This is how Alexey recalled the feelings he experienced at the first concerts:

“When I came to Kyiv for the anniversary of Radio Chanson, my legs gave way from horror. It wouldn’t have been scary: Uspenskaya, Tokarev, Medyanik, real mastodons of style, stood nearby! And when I went on stage alone, there was almost no nervousness at the second concert.”

Tyumen, Kurgan, Tula, Saratov, Penza - it’s impossible to list all the cities where Bryantsev performed with constant success. “Come back to us again, we are waiting!” – fans of the artist later wrote on his social networks. By the way, Bryantsev immediately determined for himself that he would not “hang out” on the Internet in his accounts. Actually, from the very beginning these accounts were created not by him, but by the administration: “They are offended at me, like this, they write to me, but I don’t answer. All the information is posted and communication is carried out by specially trained people, not me,” he says in an interview. He believes that there is no point in devoting too much time to this, it is better to communicate with the audience live.

But at concerts, or rather after them, he will never refuse to give an autograph, take selfies with fans (or fans), or answer questions. He even asks the audience to come to his dressing room later and speak out if they have any comments. Bryantsev gratefully accepts gifts from people, but he does not like expensive gifts, but something original, made with his own hands and with soul. For example, he keeps his portrait at home in a pencil, which was given to him in Tula. He also remembered a set of pillows with his portrait and a guitar made from candy.

But in his native Voronezh, Alexey Bryantsev is not a frequent guest on the music scene. He asks his fellow countrymen not to be offended because he gives concerts in this city no more than once a year. “All my relatives and close friends come, and I have terrible nerves to sing in front of them, it’s just agony. I understand that I am still far from perfect, although I am popular, and I am openly afraid of their honest criticism,” this is how the singer explains this paradox.

He was invited to talk shows many times, but the producer and administrators were given orders: not to even report such invitations, to refuse without explanation. He didn’t even go to the project dedicated to Mikhail Krug and later said: “Many appeared there for the sake of PR, but such advertising has a downside, you can alienate people with one word.” The singer also does not act in films and does not plan, although there were such proposals: “I don’t want to get into the area where I am a complete non-professional.”

But his clips turn out wonderful! True, not everyone perceives them exactly as clips, because they are shot in the style of a video sequence: Alexey believes that this is more suitable for chanson. The composition “At a Distance of Love,” which appeared on the Internet in April 2018, is about to gain two million views, and Bryantsev’s first video, “I Miss Your Eyes” (recorded in 2013), already has more than thirteen million views. An artist is often asked the question: since you don’t want to act in films, then maybe you’ll go beyond the boundaries of chanson, sing something pop, or take up opera, but your voice allows it? But Bryantsev remains faithful to the genre where he won success: according to him, chanson has no boundaries, it’s just good music.

Alexey explains this adherence to principles by the fact that at the beginning of the collaboration with Bryantsev Sr., a lot of work was done until they “made friends with the voice with the arrangement” - his words. And in general, the artist clearly separates his work from the work of the producer: “I am not bothered by complete dependence on the namesake. We are both adults, everyone should know their place and do their job. I don’t meddle in his affairs, because I’m sure he’s a professional and won’t allow any mistakes.” They found each other creatively and are not going to change the scheme, in which there is one producer, one songwriter and one arranger, that is, Bryantsev Sr.

In March, a large tour of Alexey Bryantsev called “Happiness is Unlimited” started. The artist plans to devote April 2019 to visiting cities where he has already given concerts, and they are waiting for him there (judging by the posts on his social networks) with great impatience. These are Tyumen, Kurgan, Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg, and the singer plans to complete his trips around Russia on April 13 in Tula, where he is especially loved - he has performed there four times already.

First performances and solo career

And to audition, he went to his famous namesake - a chanson-style songwriter, music producer and creator of the Butyrka group. In some media you can find information that they are distant relatives. Perhaps this played a major role in their successful cooperation.

After Bryantsev Sr. heard the velvety voice of his younger namesake, he did not doubt for a second that the young man would achieve success and invited him to record several songs. What struck the creator of the Butyrka group most of all was the discrepancy between an adult male voice and Alexei’s youthful appearance. He was the first to note the similarity of his timbre with the voice of the legendary Mikhail Krug.

It cannot be said that such timbre similarity brought only positive results. On the one hand, the young man could not help but be flattered that he was being compared to the master of the genre, on the other hand, after the death of Krug, so many imitators appeared that it was very easy to get lost in this crowd and never find your own signature style. Of course, Alexey was not happy with this outcome, and he began to search for his own path in this genre.

A good repertoire was needed to get to the top, and Alexey Sr. took on this. The first song for the young talent was a composition called “Hello, Baby!” According to the producer's idea, it was to be performed in a duet with a female voice. Initially, it was planned to offer participation in the duet to Elena Kasyanova, then already a popular singer in the chanson style. But fate decreed differently, and quite unexpectedly, the widow of Mikhail Krug, Irina, took over the women’s party. This turning point can be considered the beginning of Alexey Bryantsev’s successful creative career.

About personal life

Very modest, well-mannered, discreet, Alexey is a “closed secret” in terms of his personal life. He not only tours with big concerts, but also performs at corporate events, and has never been noticed in indecent behavior or flirting with the opposite sex. Here’s what a fan wrote about him on VK: “I recently served Bryantsev’s team, I work in the restaurant where the banquet was held. Often artists of this genre are show-offs, rude, treat the staff as second-class citizens, and allow themselves to be pestered. I will say about this team - the most cultured, pleasant and well-mannered people!”

He tries to avoid questions about his family and answers: “Why discuss my personal life? It’s more pleasant and interesting for me to talk about creativity.” True, sometimes he yields to journalists and lifts the veil of secrecy, for example, he told about his first childhood hobby: he and the girl lived in the same yard, went to kindergarten together. Then, already at the university, Alexey met the one who became his true love and wife. Bryantsev’s wife’s name is Natasha, what she does, where she works is unknown, the artist firmly adheres to the principle of not sharing family details with anyone. At a concert in Voronezh, he announced during his performance: “I can say one thing - everything is fine in my family!” The couple are raising two daughters, the eldest is already going to school, the youngest is in kindergarten.

The mysterious wife of Alexei Bryantsev

Alexey Bryantsev is an outstanding representative of Russian chanson. In addition, he is the author and performer of his own songs, mainly about love. None of the currently existing chansonniers will be able to repeat the performer’s amazing and inimitable baritone.

He fascinates all listeners: men begin to feel the strength and power in him, and girls feel tenderness and warmth. But many listeners are disappointed when they find out that their idol has been happily married for many years and is raising children with his wife.

It is not surprising that few people knew this information - after all, the man prefers not to disclose details of his personal life , and also not to post joint family photos on social networks.

Alexey Matveevich Bryantsev was born in 1984 in the city of Voronezh. But there is very little information about Bryantsev. This is somewhat surprising, because the music artist has his own website. There, the singer shared with fans the details of his own biography, audio recordings, video clips and a small number of photographs.

The man himself, talking about himself, touches only on superficial topics. He says that his whole life is completely connected with musical creativity. And he devotes his free time to his family, not his main time.

Friends and acquaintances also receive part of the time. Despite this, the man admits that he loves his family very much . However, he has to work hard and hard to provide them and himself with a happy, comfortable future.

He has a distant relative who is almost his namesake - Alexey Bryantsev. He is familiar to a fairly wide circle of people, as he is the main arranger and composer of the famous and popular group “Butyrka”, which has been delighting listeners with selected chanson for many years.

After Alexey Bryantsev Jr. graduated from a higher educational institution, he immediately went to audition for his famous distant relative. The famous producer and composer was incredibly surprised by how great and melodic the guy’s voice was.

The showman had incredible foresight, which allowed him to notice some external similarity between Alexey’s performance and the venerable chanson maestro Mikhail Krug.

At that very moment, Alexey Bryantsev Sr. made an important decision - to compose his own lyrical composition, which would be ideally suited to the delightful baritone of his distant relative and namesake. The composition was written very soon and was called “Hello, Baby.”

But the novice chansonnier did not perform it on his own; the beautiful Elena Kasyanova helped him cope with the difficult task . This duet did not become permanent, because very soon a new and completely different from the previous one was formed - the duet of Alexey Bryantsev and Irina Krug.

The first serious concert in Bryantsev’s life was the one that was tied to the celebration of the then ninth anniversary of the famous and popular radio “Chanson”, the sounds of which are always heard from the cars of mature and accomplished men. It was a very exciting and important day for the performer.

It was incredibly important for his career, because it was thanks to this concert that he became known to a wider circle of people. He admitted that he was very afraid to perform on stage , but most of all he was worried about the reaction of the audience. However, everything went fine.

The established duet of Irina Krug and Alexey Bryantsev became quite successful in the end. Their joint activity brought them such popular discs as: “Hello, Baby” (2007) and “If It weren’t for You” (2010). Both albums turned out to be very tender and, of course, about love. The musical performers worked together for quite a long time, after which in 2012 the chansonnier decided to release a solo album, which was called “Your Breath.”

Many attributed a romantic relationship to Irina and Alexei, but they personally denied these rumors.

Alexey has been happily married to one woman for several years now. The performer hides the details of his personal life better than any celebrity. For some time it was not even known what the name of his beloved was. But one day he decided to reveal some information and talked not only about his family, but also about his first love.

His first romantic interest was a girl with whom, in his very early years, he not only lived in the same yard, but also went to the same kindergarten. But he found true and serious love while studying at a higher educational institution.

Subsequently, it was she who became the first and only wife of Alexei Bryantsev. The woman's name is Natalya, but few know who she is and what she looks like. She gave her husband two wonderful girls. According to some data, it can be judged that one of them goes to school, and the second attends kindergarten.

  1. He mentioned that as a child he had a desire to become a doctor. The parents, however, tried to determine their son’s future profession - they insisted on enrolling in a technical university.
  2. Although he says that he tries to stay strictly within the framework of chanson and “not to interfere where the unprofessional is,” his rich voice seems to be asking to leave these boundaries. Music

The audition took place not with anyone, but with Alexey’s eminent namesake - Alexey Bryantsev - Sr. The fact is that Bryantsev, the eldest (as fans of chanson call the man, calling the second Alexey, respectively, “junior”) is a famous producer and songwriter of the “yard romance” style. The “Butyrka” project, a cult in narrow circles, is the brainchild of Bryantsev, the elder. According to some media reports, both Alexeys are distant relatives. Perhaps thanks to this fact, the men were united by a common musical taste.

Alexey Bryantsev and Alexey Bryantsev Sr.

Bryantsev, the elder, immediately appreciated the vocal and artistic abilities of his younger namesake. What struck the producer most was Alexei’s vocals: the young man sang in the voice of an adult man. In addition, Bryantsev Jr.’s vocals are very similar to the recognizable voice of Mikhail Krug, who also preferred music in the chanson style.

On the one hand, this fact turned out to be beneficial for the young talent - after all, comparison with a seasoned chansonnier cannot but be flattering. On the other hand, after the musician’s death, many imitators appeared, some performers simply tried to sing “to Krug’s tune,” others even passed off their recordings as the “secret” archives of the deceased bard. Bryantsev did not want to become one of these faceless singers. We had to create our own, unique style.

Alexey Bryantsev and Irina Krug

Bryantsev Sr., realizing this, begins work on the repertoire for his namesake. The first song to appear is “Hello, Baby!”. It was assumed that this song would be performed in a duet with a woman. The Bryantsevs wanted to offer this role to Elena Kasyanova, a popular chanson performer. However, circumstances turned out differently: thanks to a happy accident, Mikhail Krug’s widow, Irina Krug, agreed to the role of the singer. This is how the creative biography of Alexey Bryantsev began.

The song immediately appealed to chanson lovers. Alexey became recognizable, and the duet with the inimitable Irina helped the performer become even more famous. The creative collaboration did not end there; the performers released two joint albums: “Hello, Baby!” appeared in 2007, and three years later, in 2010, the album “If It Weren’t for You” was released. The compositions “Favorite Look”, “Come to Me in a Dream” and “I Miss Your Eyes” are still often played on radio stations dedicated to chanson music.

Alexey Bryantsev and Elena Kasyanova

The first concert to which the performer was invited was dedicated to the anniversary of the Chanson radio station. The opportunity to perform at the main event dedicated to music in this style is worth a lot. The event took place in Kyiv, in the concert hall of the Palace of Arts "Ukraine". Alexey later admitted to reporters that he was incredibly nervous before this performance: for the first time, and even at such a loud concert. However, Bryantsev managed to cope with emotions and please fans with a soulful performance.

In 2012, Alexey presented fans with another album - “Your Breath”. Both fans and strict music critics reacted favorably to this record. After the release of the album, the performer went on tour: fans wanted to hear new songs and music by Alexei Bryantsev. At the same time, the singer is also working on music videos. Alexey Bryantsev released a video version of the composition “I Miss Your Eyes” and, according to rumors, is preparing new recordings for release. In the meantime, fans create amateur videos on their own.

Particularly popular are fan videos for the songs “Unloved,” “Your Eyes,” and “I Still Love You.” Videos from Alexey Bryantsev's concerts are also loved by fans. Two years later, in 2014, Bryantsev again delights fans with new songs: the album “Thank You for Existing” is released. 2020 in Alexey Bryantsev’s career was marked by tours and performances, as well as preparations for the release of a new album, which will be released in 2020.
