Chrissy Teigen as a child
The girl's father worked as an electrician, and his work often moved from site to site. The family traveled with him: during her childhood, Criss lived in Idaho, Hawaii, Seattle, and finally settled in the Californian town of Huntington Beach.
Unlike many of her peers, Christine did not dream of a biography of an actress or model. The girl saw her calling in teaching or cooking. After graduating from high school, 18-year-old Teigen began working in a surf store. It was here that the girl was noticed by a fashion photographer who introduced her to the modeling business.
Modeling career
The girl’s physical characteristics fit perfectly into the model parameters: height 174 cm, weight 57-58, volumes 94-69-89. And soon Chrissy moved to New York, where she joined the ranks of the long-legged beauties of the IMG models agency. In 2006-2007, as IGN Babe, she became a participant in the popular American television game show “Deal or No Deal”.

Personal life
In her personal life, Chrissy showed constancy unusual for many models. The girl dated her future husband, singer and actor John Legend, for 6 years. The young people met in 2007 on the set of the artist’s “Stereo” video and have not parted since then.

It is noteworthy that the couple became close due to common hobbies. The musician also has a weakness for gastronomy. His favorite activity is baking bread and experimenting with various flavors. Rumor has it that Legend won the beauty's heart with chocolate and banana flavored bread.
Every year fans made predictions for the upcoming wedding, but the couple was in no hurry to register the relationship, testing its strength. Only in 2011, Chrissy and John announced their engagement: the musician proposed to the girl in the Maldives during their joint vacation. In September 2013, the lovers got married on the picturesque island of Como in Italy. The bridesmaid was the same Brooke Decker who “wooed” Chrissy for Sports Illustrated.
Chrissy Teigen with children
In 2020, Teigen and Legend announced that after several years of unsuccessful conception they resorted to IVF and were expecting their first child. Their adorable daughter Luna Simone Stevens was born on April 14, 2020.
After the birth of the baby, the star admitted in her posts on social networks that she was experiencing postpartum depression.
“I started taking antidepressants and they helped. I started talking to family and friends - because they were waiting for an explanation, and the only way that works in such a situation is to just talk,” admitted the model and TV presenter.

However, even with this attitude, Chrissy returned to work after 4 months. And in November 2020, Teigen appeared at the American Music Awards ceremony in a long dress, the side slits of which ended almost at the armpits. The model’s shockingly revealing outfit caused heated discussions on the Internet, and the star even had to apologize for her wardrobe.
On May 17, 2020, Chrissy gave birth to her second child, son Miles Theodore Stevens, after which she stated that now everything in her life is harmonious: her husband, children and her favorite job.
Chrissy Teigen now
Now Chrissy is returning to her usual work schedule after her second birth. Her second cookbook, Cravings 2, was recently released.

The girl is waiting for new projects on TV and in the modeling field. Fans of the star are always up to date with her news, which she posts on Instagram. On this popular social network, Taigen’s life is followed by millions of people.
Was there plastic surgery?
There was, and Teigen never hid this fact. She inherited her face shape from her mother - Thai, round cheeks and slightly slanted eyes look very harmonious.
However, plastic surgeons had to work hard on the nose and lips: the nose became sorely miniature after rhinoplasty, the lips grew larger, but not by much. Years go by, but the face of the charming woman “from the glossy cover” still looks beautiful.
In 2020, immediately after the birth of her son, the model posted photos of herself in a swimsuit on Instagram. After giving birth, her figure certainly didn’t improve, but Chrissy’s fans began to respect her even more for her honesty.
It is not yet known whether the model will resort to the services of plastic surgeons to correct her sagging tummy and slightly swollen hips, and her breasts also look imperfect. Perhaps experienced massage therapists and fitness trainers with nutritionists will help bring the model’s body into the desired shape without resorting to plastic surgery.
