The final song “New Hit,” according to music critic Alexei Mazhaev, “unexpectedly corresponds to the title and shows what success Decl can achieve by crossing hip-hop with funk and boldly changing proportions”[15].

The world is multifaceted. There are so many interesting things happening that life is not enough for everything. So I'm going to live at least 450 years. An ambulance was called, doctors arrived within five minutes and carried out resuscitation measures for half an hour, including adrenaline injections, but this did not help: the rapper died of cardiac arrest (according to preliminary data) even before their arrival[23][24]. His father, producer Alexander Tolmatsky, announced the artist’s death on Facebook[25].

The last post on Decl’s Instagram was his own painting, painted with acrylic on canvas, the inscription on it reads: “RIP RGB”, and in the caption to the work there is an explanation: conspiracy theory collection (collection of conspiracy theories)[26]. Based on earlier interviews and Decl’s recordings, many fans publicly expressed their disbelief on the Internet in the death of their idol[27].

Kirill Tolmatsky (Decl) in childhood

At the family council, it was decided that our hero should go to study at one of the best Swiss universities. It was there that he became interested in rap music. This happened on a subconscious level. The future rapper's roommate was the son of the Zambian President. He listened to rap tunes for several hours every day. Unbeknownst to himself, Kirill fell in love with this music. But the guy understood when he returned to his homeland.

In the late 90s, the young man began to take up breakdancing. He wrote several rap tunes. Kirill also changed himself externally. From that time on, he could always be seen with dreadlocks. The celebrity did not rest on his laurels for a long time. He immediately recorded the next music album, which was also met with great interest by numerous music lovers. Professionals also noted this work of the artist, presenting him with a large number of awards. For example, Kirill was awarded the Golden Gramophone Award.

The audience did not wait long for the next album, only 2 years. But this was Decl’s new work. Here he not only wrote the words and music, but also became a sound engineer and producer.

In his youth, the young man led a rather dissolute life. He often took part in orgies involving large numbers of women. Women of easy virtue were also present at these parties. The rapper himself does not like to remember this period. He said that he was young and very stupid.

At the beginning of the 2000s, the personal life of Kirill Tolmatsky (Decl) underwent significant changes. The rapper met his beloved wife, with whom he registered a marriage soon after the first meeting. Decl has repeatedly said in many of his interviews that his wife is a real guardian angel for him. She had a significant influence on the views of the popular rap artist.

Family of Kirill Tolmatsky (Decla)

The family of Kirill Tolmatsky (Decl) is terribly worried about the passing of their son, husband and father. This can be judged by the posts posted on the Instagram page. The man’s parents, wife and friends said goodbye to Kirill and wished him eternal peace.

Family of Kirill Tolmatsky (Decla)

The singer met his wife in 2003. She significantly influenced the star’s views. It was thanks to her that Kirill, by his own admission, reconsidered his life position.

The rapper's pride was his only son. The celebrity dreamed of becoming the father of a daughter, but this desire remained unfulfilled.

The singer's father worked as a disc jockey in one of the capital's entertainment centers in the 80s. In 1987, he became one of the first producers in the Soviet Union. In the early 90s, it was Alexander Yakovlevich who decided that his first-born would continue his studies in Switzerland. In 2005, the man founded a new radio channel, and from that time on it was possible to listen to new compositions by our hero. Currently, Tolmatsky is the general producer of one of the Russian television channels. At the beginning of the 2000s, the artist’s father left the family. This was a terrible blow for Kirill. For a long time, the rapper did not communicate with the man, considering him a traitor. Only in 2020 did close people make peace. The artist's father was the first to report the death of his son.

Children of Kirill Tolmatsky (Decla)

The celebrity called his original songs his children. Each of them meant a lot to Kirill. Through his creativity, he talked about everything that impressed him. Young people listen to the same songs that were written in the early 2000s. As one of the professional critics put it, at this time Kirill wrote what was close to the young people of that time. Almost 20 years have passed since then, but the tastes of young people have not changed. But few even of his most devoted fans understand the artist’s new songs.

The last album, which was released in 2020, contained songs about fellow rappers. The man says in his songs that few rappers bring good to the masses. He encourages listeners to distinguish such artists and ignore their work.
