Kirill Dytsevich - biography, personal life, films and TV series

Biography

“Acting is a dream for each of us. So you watch films and think how cool it would be to act in them. However, I never thought about acting as a profession,” Kirill Dytsevich says to himself.

He was born into an ordinary Belarusian family. At school he enjoyed performing and took part in holiday and theater productions. And after graduating from school, he entered the Polytechnic University, where he studied microelectronics.

As a hobby, Kirill created music and recorded short videos with friends. One day, Vladimir Andreevich Mishchanchuk, dean of the acting department of the Belarusian Academy of Arts, looked into their university assembly hall, looking for a room to stage a graduation performance, and noticed Kirill.

“After Vladimir Mishchanchuk said that I should go to theater school, I was faced with a choice: finish my studies and get a diploma or give up everything... In life you have to make sacrifices and take risks, so I decided: I’ll try,” the actor shares. And, having completed three courses at the Polytechnic, he transferred to the theater.

In 2014, Kirill Dytsevich won the Mister Belarus competition, after which he became one of the most popular young actors. According to him, the decision to take part in the competition was spontaneous; he was advised to try himself by an acting teacher from the Belarusian State Academy of Arts.

“I wanted to get the experience of communicating with people, presenting myself, perhaps competing too... An actor needs to be among people. And the more such “auditions” happen in his life, the easier it will be during real film auditions,” the actor commented on his participation in the competition.

Childhood and youth of Kirill Dytsevich

The future actor was born on December 21, 1992 in the small town of Bereza in the Brest region (southwestern region of Belarus). Kirill grew up as the only child in a family of employees of a large bank. The boy’s mother is an economist by training, his father is a retired military man.

His parents always supported Kirill’s creative aspirations, trying with all their might to channel his irrepressible activity and curiosity into a peaceful direction. At Berezovsky school No. 2, the boy very soon became a local amateur star. He energetically participated in the activities of all available clubs and sections, was involved in many student performances, and attended driving courses.

It is not surprising that after graduating from school, the young man entered the Belarusian State Academy of Arts on his first try. However, to do this, he had to leave his hometown and move to the capital Minsk.

In 2014, the country's first male beauty contest was held in Belarus. Kirill Dytsevich, always open to new impressions, is one of the first to apply for participation. The jury members noted this bright and artistic young man during the qualifying round. And later, the viewers of the project, on whom the final decision depended, unconditionally vote for Kirill. Thus, easily beating really strong rivals, Dytsevich becomes the first holder of the title “Mr. Belarus” in the country.

As the actor himself later admitted in an interview, he had to work hard to win. The last month before the competition was devoted to intensive training in the gym. Thanks to this, the young man achieved a more prominent and impressive figure. The result was worth the effort - the competition brought some fame and opened the door to new creative perspectives.

Kirill himself considers participation in this project a most useful experience. Here, for the first time, he had the opportunity to test himself in stressful situations, in front of camera lenses, and practice important skills for the acting profession.

An equally pleasant bonus was the reward for the winner - a vacation trip to Paris. The young man visited there with his mother Nina Vladimirovna, who actively supported her son throughout all the competitive stages.

Having thus become a fairly recognizable figure, after the victory Dytsevich was invited to one of the central television channels of Belarus (ONT). Here he worked for some time as the host of the musical project “Evenings in the Mir Castle”.

However, the energetic young man very soon became cramped in his native country. Having received a diploma from the Belarusian Academy of Arts in 2016, Dytsevich decides to move to Moscow.

In Russia, the aspiring actor very soon finds a place in the troupe of the Moscow Theater named after Alexander Pushkin. Here Kirill played Claudio in a production of Shakespeare's play "Measure for Measure" (directed by Declan Donnellan). No less successfully he played the role of Mariano in the play “The Great Magic”.

Cinema

Kirill Dytsevich made his film debut in 2013. This year he played in several films, including the main role in the melodrama “Under the Sign of the Moon.”

In 2015, another film was released where the actor played the main character - “For the Sake of Love I Can Do Anything.” In 2017, he had two main roles at once: in the detective story “The One Who Doesn’t Sleep” and in the melodrama “The Good Guy.”

Gradually, the actor began to assume the role of a cute hero-lover from melodramas. He himself says about this: “I’m very afraid to remain an eternal “hero-lover.” Because in our profession, texture is everything. Especially if you are young and if no one is behind you. But we must be aware that someday I will come to the point when I will be able to choose what and how to play. But for this you need to wait out the time when you have to take on what is offered, so that you will simply be remembered.”

In April 2019, the action-packed drama “On the Edge” was released on the Rossiya TV channel, where Kirill played one of his most striking characters - Ruslan, a terrorist recruiter.

Personal life of Kirill Dytsevich

In interviews, Mr. Belarus often admits that he first fell in love at the age of 15. However, since then his heart remained free for a very long time. This is probably explained by Kirill’s high demands on his potential chosen one. A beloved woman, according to him, should not only be sweet and feminine, but also have such important qualities as kindness, creativity and feminine wisdom. At the same time, the external data of the beloved is far from the most important for the actor.

Persistent rumors about Kirill’s various romantic interests constantly appear on social networks and the media. For a long time, the actor was credited with a love affair with Christina Kazinskaya, who worked with him in a duet in the project “For the Sake of Love I Can Do Anything.” Then information appeared about the actor’s new romance with the popular singer from Ukraine Tina Karol. The rumors were confirmed by photographs from many different events where the couple appeared together.

In the summer of 2017, the scandalous Russian actress and singer Nastasya Samburskaya posted a joint photo online with Kirill and the laconic caption “married.” The news had a great effect among fans, although many were sure that this was just another prank from the outrageous Nastasya. And so it turned out.

However, the story had an equally unexpected continuation - in November of the same year, Dytsevich and Samburskaya actually got married. Nastasya announced this on social networks, attaching a wedding photo in a provocative black dress.

However, after a few months the couple separated. Fans of both were able to learn about this from the same social networks, from where all joint photographs and posts of the newlyweds were quickly deleted.

The reason for the divorce, oddly enough, was a harmless interview with Kirill’s mother. Despite the fact that her mother-in-law spoke very positively about Nastya, the actress took this interview very painfully, since she did not give any permission to it. Kirill Dytsevich was forced to leave his family after a noisy scandal.

Currently, the actor admits that he is too busy working on new exciting projects and self-improvement. He has no time for new romantic relationships. However, Kirill has repeatedly expressed in interviews the hope that someday he will have a new real muse.
