Perhaps the reason for this need for creativity was my family: when I entered a music school for piano class, my dad and I played music almost every evening (he played guitar), and my mother sat and listened. My brother also played along on the guitar - these were the kind of musical evenings we had. She loved performing in front of guests on a stool, unlike many other children. It even seemed to me that they were coming to us just to see my next show! And the rest of the time I wrote poetry. I remember the very first one - about the war: naive, of course, but very tragic.
Many people think that experienced singers on stage stop worrying - this is not so.
My team consists of healthy, brutal, tattooed men who have always played underground, and even they worry and rehearse before each performance.
Because, having played even a thousand concerts, you can forget the words of your song, for example. And I want to do everything as best as possible. Now I am actively resuming my work activities after a long break - I knew that it would not be easy, but there are people nearby who help me a lot, both morally and physically. Therefore, we have many plans ahead.
About little joys and training with a stroller
I had health problems, so I had to stop training for a long time. Now this is a daily routine for me: I think that a person should devote at least an hour a day to physical activity and sports. It's not that much! And even young mothers should not complain about lack of time. I raised my first daughter until she was a year old on my own, without a nanny, and at times it felt like I hadn’t brushed my hair in a week, let alone worked out. And then I somehow got used to it, played sports near the stroller: I took dumbbells and did simple exercises. The child fell asleep - devote time to yourself!
I have been involved in sports since childhood, in theory I know everything about proper nutrition, but, of course, I “sink” at night. You know, night comes and a hungry man wakes up.
I have to remind myself more often that not everything is healthy. For example, many years ago I could afford to completely exclude white bread, sauces such as mayonnaise, and seasonings from my diet. Now I allow myself this, but with one condition - the products must be natural, home-made.
Due to my busy schedule, I only have time to cook breakfast now. We have such a children's diet - everything is like in kindergarten! Buckwheat with milk, oatmeal with water, scrambled eggs, cheesecakes or pancakes - everything is simple and loved by my family and friends. Fortunately, my children seemed to immediately understand that there should be a limit to everything. Even my youngest daughter, who is four years old, understands that you can’t eat sweets every day. Diets are also extreme; if I go on a diet, I’ll kill everyone around me!
About the rules of raising children and finding a nanny
I am not a strict mother, but my children know that if I said “no”, then there can be no discussions. They can persuade the nanny, but there are issues that only the mother can decide. At one time I had thoughts that I could devote more time to my children. It is rather some kind of complex that appears along with the maternal instinct. Then I realized that if I worked somewhere in an office and left home early in the morning and returned when the children were already asleep, it would be even worse. Fortunately, I have a schedule that I can more or less regulate.
And a nanny helps me, but finding a good one is incredibly difficult. Once, after working with a man for many years, I suddenly found out what he was doing - the world simply collapsed.

In our free time from work, my daughters and I attend various children's events and performances. I don’t really like collecting creams and lotions... And I know that men also don’t like it when the entire shelf in the bathroom is littered with cosmetics! Everyone told me how good it suits me, how cute I look. But I never managed to get used to this color. I still want to return to my natural red color - it perfectly reflects my character.
