Olesya Yakhno was born in the city of Nemirov, Ukrainian SSR. This information is indicated in all official sources, but the woman herself in one of the interviews made a reservation that she was born in Kyiv.

The girl studied in a very ordinary school and showed good academic performance, and also actively participated in extracurricular activities. After successfully graduating from school, she entered the Kiev Institute of Journalism, the Faculty of Political Culture and Ideology. She clearly stood out among her classmates - Olesya knew how to defend her opinion competently, every now and then appealing with arguments.
After receiving her diploma, the girl decides to continue her studies and becomes a student at the Customs Academy. Yakhno successfully defends his dissertation and begins to try his hand at political science.

Studying at school was easy for the girl, judging by the fact that after receiving a certificate she entered the branch of NSU named after. Shevchenko in Kyiv, to the Institute of Journalism. She received her first profession at the Faculty of Political Culture and Ideology, and completed a master's degree at this university. In 2005, a new move up the career ladder was indirectly connected with her marriage: her husband Stanislav Belkovsky, together with Konstantin Bondarenko, founded the Institute of National Strategy of Ukraine, where Yakhno-Belkovskaya began working as deputy editor-in-chief.

At the same time, she was engaged in consulting on political issues, media management, and no matter what her detractors say, she is smart and has shown herself to be an excellent specialist. In 2000, she joined a humanitarian technology agency. On the website “Part.org.ua” Yakhno published her own articles about the political situation in the world. Having successfully worked there for 3 years, she quits due to lack of funding.
She is immediately offered a job at Ukrainian News, but Olesya Mikhailovna refuses. She begins working as an independent journalist and joins the Glavred society, where she finally gets the opportunity to fully spread her wings. Here she becomes deputy editor-in-chief.
Further, her ex-husband Alexander Belkovsky made major adjustments to Yakhno’s career. In 2005, he opened the Institute of National Strategy in Ukraine. Olesya quits and gets a job where she “grows” from a simple ordinary worker into a director. The organization was engaged in building strategies using network communication, as well as developing political decisions. Thanks to the education she received and her hard work, Olesya Mikhailovna managed to get high positions.

According to official data (as shown on Wikipedia), she married publicist Stanislav Belkovsky in 2005. The husband and wife had common interests, working at the Institute of National Strategy of Ukraine for several years.
