Seryabkina amazed Nagiyev with her luxurious cleavage

Olga Seryabkina: “It was impossible not to fall in love with Nagiyev”

The karaoke comedy “The Best Day” recently premiered in cinemas across the country. Olga Seryabkina played one of the main roles in it. Her partner was the famous TV presenter and actor Dmitry Nagiyev. According to the plot, the heroine of the lead singer of SEREBRO turned out to be an insidious seductress who is not easy to resist. In life it turned out differently - Olga herself succumbed to Dmitry’s charm. Seryabkina spoke in an exclusive interview with StarHit about how her relationship with Nagiyev developed on the set, as well as why her maternal instinct is still silent.

— Olya, I’ve read several of your interviews... It seems that you’ve already been asked about everything in the world. What questions would you most like to hear from a journalist?

When I'm being interviewed, I'm interested in what questions they'll ask me and what they want to know about me. I like questions related to music and creativity. There are practically no questions that I would not like to answer.

- It’s not very good, of course, to remind a girl of her age, but, nevertheless, you’re already 30... Is maternal instinct still silent? Don’t you want to leave the stage, get married, have children?

I take age calmly, because the most important thing in life is to be harmonious and relevant. If you are relevant, then it doesn’t matter how old you are. Many women are chasing age and want to do everything at once. I am sure that everything will happen in my life as soon as I really want it. I love children very much, I get along with them, but the maternal instinct is still really silent. But I have two godsons and one nephew.

— Do you often fall in love?

I am a rather amorous person, I am often inspired by people. I can single out a man for some quality - appearance, charisma, intelligence, style. Based on this, I can be inspired every day. But until one person leaves my heart, I will not be able to truly fall in love with another.

— What external and internal qualities should a man have for you to look at him and decide: “That’s it, I’m leaving show business, I’ll cook borscht!”? Is this even possible?

I do not know what will happen. I can admit that someday I will finish my current activities... But it’s unlikely. I can imagine it in theory, but not in practice. My activity is not “I’m a star, I work in show business.” I write lyrics, I write poetry, I make music. I don't do this to boost my ego. I do this because I have something to say. When I stop feeling this, then I may change my type of activity.

— By the way, are you a good cook? What is your signature dish?

I really can cook. In general, I can do everything. If you let me out into the garden beds in May, then in August you will get a big harvest from potatoes to tomatoes and cucumbers. I love to cook and my dishes are all signature. I like to make casserole with meat and casserole with cottage cheese. As a child, I often experimented and now I know very well which ingredients should not be mixed. I fed all my unsuccessful culinary attempts as a child to my brother.

— On stage you have a very frank image. Has your man ever set conditions: for a longer skirt, lower heels, less daring makeup? How do you generally feel about patriarchy in the family or do you think there should be equality?

There must be a strong man with me, otherwise I will begin to twist ropes out of him. And I know how to twist them. I accept patriarchy, I believe that this is the ideal model in the family. In my family there was a principle of equal relations, everything was harmonious. If mom said no, then dad will not cross, and vice versa. I had a relationship at the beginning of the group SEREBRO, there was no popularity yet. And during the shooting of the Song#1 video, he put a lot of pressure on me, he was not satisfied with my image, although then our outfits were less provocative. Our relationship could not continue and could not exist. There should be no place for mistrust, jealousy, or uncertainty in a relationship. If the other half gives an ultimatum, then something is going wrong in the relationship, they are doomed.

- Everyone says that Maxim Fadeev in the group established such conditions that there would be no shura-mur... Where do these rumors about an enslaving contract come from?

It’s not just about Maxim, it’s probably about all producers. There is an opinion that they are all some kind of Karabasy-Barabasy, but this is not so... For example, I didn’t read my contract, it ended at some point, for some time I was without a contract. I don't know when it starts, when it ends. If I have any questions regarding the contract, I will contact Max directly. As for his personal life, Makim treats it very respectfully, and it’s up to us to decide whether to tell him about our relationship or not. Max does not suit us with biased interrogations.

— You recently vacationed in Bali. What kind of vacation do you prefer: a quiet, secluded one or a noisy one with dancing until the morning?

I prefer a secluded holiday, definitely. My life is already busy, so during my vacation I want to relax and do nothing.

— Your stage image and the way you are in life – how many differences are there?

There are practically no differences in the images. I'm just calmer in life. Everything that is normal about me is a little more concentrated on stage. I never try to pretend to be someone I am not.

— I read that your dad is a military man. Were you brought up strictly? Any specific case, please remember, when you really really wanted something, but your parents forbade it?

I was brought up in strictness. My dad is really a military man, like my grandfather and great-grandfather. Dad and I were best friends, and, oddly enough, the strictest member of the family was mom. My mother forbade me to paint my nails until the ninth grade.

— Have you had any quarrels with your parents on this basis? During adolescence, for example?

I almost didn’t quarrel with my parents, my adolescence proceeded calmly, I didn’t create scenes or scandals. I have been very active since childhood, but I channeled my energy into sports and studies, and did not go on strike at home.

— How do parents generally feel about candid photo shoots and your songs now?

My parents are very proud of me and support me in absolutely everything.

— At what stage of development is the Molly project now? What surprises are you preparing for your fans?

We make music, but not as actively as MOLLY fans would like. But I still have a job in the SEREBRO group and I try to distribute my energy wisely. But a little later I will pay even more attention to my solo project, and more new tracks will be released.

— The girls in the group weren’t jealous that you had your own solo project?

At some point, several songs had been written and they were not suitable for the repertoire of the SEREBRO group, so everyone understood in advance that these songs were for a separate project. The girls have never been jealous, but on the contrary, they support me and my project MOLLY in every possible way.

— Whose idea was this anyway: yours or Maxim Alexandrovich’s?

This became clear to everyone on some non-verbal level. So it was collectively decided to create the MOLLY project.

— The girl trio, they say, is a storehouse of conflicts and grievances. How are things going in your group? What can you quarrel about? Were there any fights?

The SEREBRO group changed its composition, things happened differently. I am not a conflict person. I can be hot-tempered and emotional, but I am easy-going. And I always try to resolve the conflict. What is happening now in the SEREBRO group is visible to the naked eye, because you cannot deceive the viewer. And in our group now there is simply an amazing atmosphere.

— Dasha has been working in the group for a long time, but Polina is relatively new. When a new person comes to the team, everyone is usually very wary of him. You quickly became friends; did you feel at first that Polina was a “stranger”?

Dasha and Polina came to the group 9 months apart. When a person comes, you immediately either accept the person emotionally or not, but deep communication arises over time. At first, everyone treated each other with respect, and later we really warmed to each other.

— People have already asked a lot about cinema... Have you ever thought about pursuing a career as an actress? Have there been any offers from directors, perhaps?

After the film “The Best Day”, there were no new offers, but I know that critics wrote good things about me and that’s nice. I will not forget that first of all I am a singer, but if I am offered a role in some truly interesting project, I will be happy to repeat my acting experience.

— To be honest, I never had time to watch “The Best Day.” Is it fashionable now to say what message a picture conveys to the viewer?

Message is a subjective concept. You need to watch this film and you will understand everything yourself. If you asked me as a director, I would tell you what message was embedded in this film... On my own behalf, I will only say that the film “The Best Day” is an incredibly kind, interesting movie and is definitely worth watching.

— Why did you agree to take part in this project?

I agreed to this role because I liked the script and my heroine. On one hand, this role was close to me, on the other hand, Alina Shepot and I are completely different. It was very interesting for me to try to combine these two heroines.

— I heard that all of Dmitry Nagiyev’s partners are instantly fascinated by him. What was it like for you on the same set with him?

I'm not an exception. Dima is very charming and it was impossible not to fall in love with him. I felt very comfortable working with him and he helped me a lot on set.

— Did you feel a lack of experience working in films?

The lack of experience was not felt at all, but on the contrary, it helped, since I was able to bring some kind of spontaneity into the picture. And even the director Zhora Kryzhovnikov told me that I should never think about studying acting, that I don’t need it and that I could make it worse.

“The Best Day” is the main film of the New Year

On December 24, the karaoke comedy “ The Best Day ” from the creators of the hit movie “Gorko!” director Zhora Kryzhovnikov and producer Timur Bekmambetov . The main role in the film - a provincial traffic police officer - will be played by Dmitry Nagiyev , who will sing in a movie for the first time.

“Nagiyev’s hero is a simple provincial character with a ridiculous haircut, not glamorous, not a bandit, physically strong - his service in the Airborne Forces was not in vain,” explains Zhora Kryzhovnikov. “He still puts on his demobilization uniform on special occasions.” It was important for us to get the shine off Dmitry Nagiyev, to convey that tan that occurs in men in their prime working on the track. When I briefly told Dmitry about Petya, this character delighted him.”

According to Nagiyev himself, he agreed to the project solely because of the director:

“Zhora Kryzhovnikov is one of the most promising Russian directors today, so I made every effort to participate in the project. And he even allowed himself to have his teeth painted over – for the first time in the history of his snow-white smile.”

However, the surprises prepared by the director for Dmitry did not end there. Already on the first day of shooting, the actor had to climb onto the roof of a three-story building in order to perform the title song for the film by Grigory Leps directly from it, and then run 2 km, carrying in his arms his partner Olga Seryabkina , the lead singer of the group “Serebro”, for whom “The Best Day" will be his debut in a big movie.

Her role - the visiting pop star Alina Shepot, who like a whirlwind burst into the relationship between Vasyutin and his fiancee - was the only one for which a casting was held. Despite the lack of film experience, the singer beat out more than a hundred professional actresses.

“We had auditions of actresses who played this role amazingly,” the director recalls. “But in life Olga turned out to be exactly the role she had to play - a real show business star, a very temperamental woman without complexes. She doesn't need to play anything! On the contrary, we tailored the role to Olga and even asked her to bring her personal belongings in order to better imagine the screen image.”

The role of Vasyutin’s bride, gas station attendant Olya, will be played by Yulia Aleksandrova , who on the first day of filming had to smash a traffic police car with an iron rod in a fit of jealousy for her character. To the delight of the film's producers, the scene was filmed in the first take, so that the prepared double car remained untouched.

Yulia Alexandrova will be accompanied by other stars of the film “Bitter!” – Sergey Lavygin and Valentina Mazunina .

People's artists Mikhail Boyarsky and Inna Churikova appeared in the film as the owners of a small roadside cafe and the parents of Petya Vasyutin (Dmitry Nagiyev). The family business is mainly run by Lyubov, but Gennady is a jack of all trades, he skillfully carves swans from old tires, but has a certain weakness for alcohol. In his youth, he was the life of the party and the best guitar singer in the area, but despite his age, he is still handsome and able to delight women. Especially for the film, Mikhail Boyarsky recorded his version of the song “Mama Lyuba” by the group SEREBRO.

“I really wanted Mikhail Sergeevich to play Petya’s father; this role was written specifically for him,” says director Zhora Kryzhovnikov . “We first met Boyarsky more than a year ago. I came to see him in St. Petersburg. Two months later I sent him the script, then we met again and discussed, and this was repeated several times - Mikhail Sergeevich is very responsible in choosing the role and in the image in which he will perform.”

Remembering his younger years, Mikhail Sergeevich selflessly fencing with skewers on the set - this is just one of the episodes of the drunken spree in which his hero Gennady embarks on together with Petya Vasyutin, his friend Valya and Alina Shepot. In her brand new jeep, the heroes go out of town, where a variety of madness awaits them, including a brawl with Tolkien fans, who will more than once regret meeting with the daring company. During the filming, which took place in the Efremovsky district of the Tula region, the actors jumped on the backs of fantasy fans, playing “elephant”, and took away their swords and shields, and to top it all off, Boyarsky’s hero forced the youth to do push-ups and himself demonstrated how to do them.

On the screen, Mikhail Sergeevich appears in retro costumes from the 70s. The costume designers tried many original shirts, including those from the Mosfilm archive. For one of the scenes, Boyarsky also had to try on an old-style police uniform - Gennady at one time worked in the traffic police, so Petya Vasyutin followed in his father’s footsteps.

During the fitting, Mikhail Boyarsky helped the costume designers work on the look - it was at his suggestion that Gennady got aviator sunglasses. At the same time, the actor categorically refused to wear sneakers, which he would never wear in everyday life.

“Mikhail Sergeevich is a unique person,” continues Zhora Kryzhovnikov. – He really feels the suit - it “leads” him. He put on glasses and immediately changed psychophysically and biologically. Boyarsky is a real actor! We tried the Stroyotryad jacket and various vintage items. At Mosfilm, our artists found a shirt with horses - the same one Sergei Bondarchuk once wore. There is even a photograph where Bondarchuk is standing in this shirt on the set next to Innokenty Smoktunovsky.”

Kryzhovnikov says that he also really dreamed of working with Inna Churikova , since he is her big fan and has seen not only all the films with Inna Mikhailovna’s participation, but also her theatrical works: for the Lenkom performances - “The Seagull”, “City of Millionaires” and “Barbarian and heretic” - he went several times.

“Inna Mikhailovna is a brilliant actress whose talent uniquely combines dramatic and comic components,” says the director. – The first time we met Inna Churikova in her dressing room at the Lenkom Theater, we laughed a lot, but even then she showed very scrupulous attention to all the lines and details of her heroine. After that, we worked on her image phrase by phrase several more times, changed a lot, in particular, rewrote the scenes with Boyarsky’s participation.”

The main qualities of the heroine Inna Churikova Lyubov are sincerity, humanity, warmth, but at the same time she personifies goodness with fists: if necessary, she will not allow herself to be offended and will not go into her pocket for a word. In “The Best Day,” Inna Churikova performs “Bear’s Lullaby” from the cartoon “Umka” and the composition “Looking into the Blue Lakes.”

The mother of Petina's beloved Olya is played by Elena Yakovleva . Her heroine, Tatyana, is a respected, respectable woman, the director of a gas station, but she is not very lucky in her personal life. She secretly believes that her true love is yet to come. Sometimes she meets with a persistent boyfriend, who, however, is not very attractive to her.

“Tatiana lives the same life as 90% of women of her (and my) age,” Elena Yakovleva says about her heroine. “She has the character that makes her survive no matter what. She is a strong, strong-willed woman when it comes to doing business, but not in her personal life. I really like her tender story. I was attracted to this project by the genre of musical comedy itself, which is almost never filmed here now. I’m more than sure that something interesting will come out.”

According to the actress, she was also prompted to participate in the film by an unexpected offer to sing, something she had never done before.

“Elena Yakovleva has a unique intonation - her heroines are always very touching and humane,” explains Kryzhovnikov’s choice of actress. – The characters played by Elena Yakovleva always take everything to heart – and this is an important quality that helps us reveal Tatyana’s on-screen daughter Olya. Elena Yakovleva is an actress who can throw herself into the given circumstances with her whole body, she is not a comedian, but she has a comedic nature.”

Karaoke comedy is a new genre invented by the creators of the film “The Best Day.” Game episodes in it alternate with musical numbers created on the basis of popular karaoke hits. The musical repertoire ranges from the Factory group to Grigory Leps and Mikhail Boyarsky. Viewers will be able to sing along with the characters right in the hall during the screening: as in karaoke, some fragments of the film are accompanied by credits with lyrics.

Zhora Kryzhovnikov:

“In musical numbers, the main thing for us is not the dancing, but the songs. “The Best Day” is a story about the fact that our man sings – both in happiness and in misfortune. By what and how he sings, you can understand what is happening to him. In Russia, people are uptight, shy, often gloomy, which is why they often resort to doping in order to become happy and sing in chorus at night, preventing civilians from sleeping. Our hero was like that at the beginning, but when he became happy, he gave up doping, because when you are happy, you sing better than Caruso and Gradsky.”

The musical numbers in the film are staged by choreographer Oleg Glushkov (“Hipsters,” “Thaw”), who employs about 50 professional dancers, including members of Ballet Moscow.

The comedy “The Best Day” will be released on 24 , 2020 and will become the main New Year’s release of the BAZELEVS film company, which will continue the tradition of “Yolok” and “The Irony of Fate. Continuation".

Seryabkina amazed Nagiyev with her luxurious cleavage

Of the Russian songs, karaoke creator Daisuke Inoue knows only “Katyusha”

The premiere of the karaoke comedy “The Best Day” took place at the Oktyabr cinema, which was presented to the first audience by producer Timur BEKMAMBETOV, director Zhora KRYZHOVNIKOV and actors Dmitry NAGIEV, Inna CHURIKOVA, Yulia ALEXANDROVA, Olga SERYABKINA, Yan TsAPNIK, Sergei LAVIGIN and Valentina MAZUNINA . The special guest of the evening was karaoke inventor Daisuke INOUE, who flew to Russia for the first time.

“The genre of the performance requires some kind of humor, now I have to joke sparklingly, but my mind, like a pencil, was practically completely worn out during the filming of the film,” Zhora Kryzhovnikov greeted the crowded auditorium and handed the floor to Dmitry Nagiyev. In turn, the leading actor thanked his partners and the entire film crew for their work, and the numerous people present for the honor: “I don’t think that if we now take out the foils of humor, the picture will become more interesting.” What is done is done. Despite the rain, snow, and swearing, it seems to me that we accomplished something. I hope that the film will reach the people, at least we tried very hard. The first viewers greeted the film with friendly laughter and prolonged applause, and many, which was especially pleasant for the creators of the karaoke comedy, did not hesitate to sing along with the heroes during the musical numbers. The star guests of the evening were actors Vladimir Yaglych, Vyacheslav Manucharov, Denis Shvedov, Alexander Pal, Egor Koreshkov and Nikita Tarasov, actresses Ekaterina Vilkova, Ingrid Olerinskaya, Svetlana Ustinova, Anfisa Chernykh, Renata Piotrovski, Natalya Lesnikovskaya, Nina Kurpyakova and Natalya Bardo, singer Glukoza , directors Valeria Gai Germanika, Boris Khlebnikov, Leo Gabriadze and Marius Weisberg, producer Ilya Bachurin, composer Arkady Ukupnik, stylist Alexander Rogov, DJ Smash and others. As they left the cinema, they willingly shared their impressions of what they saw.

Olga SERYABKINA, Inna CHURIKOVA, Yulia ALEXANDROVA, Dmitry NAGIEV

— I really liked the film – it was fun! Most of the jokes were understandable, despite the fact that I am from a different culture. Of the Russian songs, I only know “Katyusha”, which, by the way, can be ordered in Japanese karaoke clubs. But I myself no longer sing in them, since now karaoke lovers differ little from the professionals in terms of the level of performance, and I began to feel embarrassed about my vocal abilities. So the actors in the film sing much better than me, although most of them, as far as I know, are doing it for the first time - this is the opinion of our Japanese guest Daisuke Inoue about the film. And here’s what Natalya Ionova said after watching it: “The film turned out to be truly popular.” You can laugh a lot, and even cry at the end. And of course, a special atmosphere is created by songs that the whole country knows and sings. - The film is a must watch! - says Vladimir Yaglych, - Excellent acting, wonderful musical numbers - I admit honestly, I have not received such sincere positive emotions for a long time. “I really liked the film, it’s sincere and gets into my heart, so at the end I even shed a stingy man’s tear,” admitted Yegor Koreshkov. — It seems to me that this genre will be successful in our country, and besides, it creates a New Year’s mood. Of course, I sang - how could I not sing?! These are our country’s favorite hits,” said Vyacheslav Manucharov.
