Natalya was always drawn to creative professions - as a child she saw herself as a ballerina, then she wanted to become an actress, but her mother insisted that her daughter get a more serious profession, so after graduating from school, Chernyavskaya came to Moscow and entered the Institute of Light Industry to become an artist -fashion designer.
But, despite the promise made to her mother, she studied at the university for only two months, and then applied to the acting department of the Russian Academy of Theater Arts (GITIS) and successfully passed the entrance tests. Immediately after graduating from university (A. Borodin's workshop) in 1993, the actress was accepted into the troupe of RAMT (Russian Academic Youth Theater), where she serves to this day. In addition, she worked for eight years - from 1997 to 2004 - at Meteo-TV and conducted weather forecasts on the TV channels TVC, ORT, TV-6 and NTV.
