Chris, whose full name is Christopher Robert Evans, was born in Sudbury, Massachusetts, on June 13, 1981. Chris's mother was a dancer, and his father worked as a dentist. The actor’s attractive appearance is the result of a mixture of Irish and Italian genes.

Since childhood, Christopher dreamed of becoming an actor, and when he graduated from high school in 1999, he left for New York to begin making his dream come true.

The young man began attending various castings, and at one of them Chris was approved for a small role in the TV series “Beginners.” This work was followed by a series of episodic roles. Of course, to bring the super hero look to life, Chris had to work hard to ensure his body looked perfect on camera. It is not surprising that after the film was released to the general public, many athletes became interested in Chris Evans’ training. Since the actor is naturally thin and bony, he did not do a single cardio workout during the entire preparation for the film - “Otherwise I would have simply disappeared,” says Chris. Since the actor was shown mainly from the waist up, he focused on carefully pumping up the pectoral muscles, biceps, triceps and trapezius.

To achieve the desired result, the actor worked in the gym every day for two hours, of course, under the guidance of a trainer. The training would not have given results without a diet - Chris included raw vegetables, turkey, and chicken in his diet. As for “chemistry,” to the actor’s credit, he did not take any anabolic supplements, only protein shakes, bars and amino acids.

Since Chris is a fairly versatile actor, he tries not to get hung up on one image, so in 2011 the comedy “How Much Do You Have?” was released, where he was accompanied by Anna Faris. The image of a romantic, ideal guy in this film was 100% successful for Chris.
