I DID NOT GIVE BORN - TO THE ARMY!
“All women who have not given birth to a child before the age of 23 will have to serve military service. A woman's destiny is motherhood. If she consciously neglects the gift that was given to her by nature and the Lord, then why shouldn’t she go to serve? And the fact that she “has not yet met great love” is an excuse in favor of the poor. A woman either wants to have children or she doesn’t. If he wants, then finding a spouse is a simple matter, but if he doesn’t want to, then maybe he’ll meet someone in the army.”
Yes, this quote belongs to Deputy Milonov. Who recently had a baby girl. Already the sixth child in the family. Three sons, three daughters - the score is even. The youngest was named Pelageya.
However, this is not all news for the uninitiated, which, of course, is the majority. It turns out that three of the six children of 44-year-old Milonov are adopted: 5-year-old Peter, 3-year-old Evdokia and 1.5-year-old Ilya. And in this matter - adoption - the deputy has his own strict and rigorous principles.
Firstly, he and his wife, like ordinary Russians, simply write an application and are expecting a child. Secondly, they take children up to six months old - it is important for spouses that the child is raised in a family from infancy. And thirdly, they are not looking for, as they say, “their” baby - they are not at all concerned about genetics. “Education can correct all shortcomings,” says the deputy’s wife.
By the way, the wife of the people’s choice went to the maternity hospital for the first time when she was already over 30. That is, according to Milonov, at 23 she certainly should have joined the army. And there, perhaps, I would have met a completely different groom...
Childhood and youth of Vitaly Milonov
Vitaly Milonov first saw the world on January 23, 1974, and it happened in the city on the Neva. The boy's father, Valentin Nikolaevich, was a naval officer and served in the navy, and his mother, Tatyana Evgenievna, taught at a local school. Milonov is Russian by nationality.
Vitaly is a late child; he appeared in the family when his mother reached 37 years of age. Perhaps it was for this reason that the parents loved their only child very much and tried to pamper him in every possible way. The boy did not really like school and brought mostly satisfactory grades from there. He simply lived and enjoyed what his parents gave him.
Education
After graduating from a secondary school, Milonov wanted to follow the example of Valentin Nikolaevich and become a military man. The young man’s dream was not destined to come true; he was unable to become a student at a military school because he did not pass the medical examination for health reasons.
Vitaly tried to become a student at Leningrad State University, enrolling in the specialty “philology,” but with his marks on the school report card, this was also a failed option.
The politician nevertheless received a diploma of higher education, and in a rather prestigious place. Vitaly was able to enter and graduate from the North-Western Academy of Public Administration under the President of the country. He became the owner of a diploma in the direction of “state and municipal management”. The biography states that the future politician received his higher education at the age of 32.
It is interesting that, in addition to a secular education, Milonov also became the owner of a spiritual one. It is known from the media that the man studied at St. Tikhon's Christian University. The future politician also tried to study at the theological academy of the Russian Christian Church in St. Petersburg, but he was expelled in 2020.
During this period, the seminarian combined the post of a Duma deputy, which made it very difficult to fully devote time to studying. As a result, due to active legislative work, Milonov had to miss the summer session. There is an opinion that he was simply not released from work. A little later, information appeared online that the politician promised that he would certainly continue his studies in the capital, but when this would happen is unknown.
KNOWLEDGE IS A WEAKNESS!
“A woman should not be smarter than her husband. She should be submissive, economical, caring and helpful, and not lower male self-esteem with her unnecessary knowledge. A man should feel that he is the head of the family, then he will want to take care of this family.”
The personal life of a deputy is a closely guarded secret. It is clear that Vitaly Milonov protects his wife from prying eyes. So who is she, Mrs. Milonova?
So, her name is Eva Liburkina. The woman was born in the small town of Balti, in Moldova. She is a philosopher by education and graduated from St. Petersburg University. That is, in theory, he has a lot of knowledge that is “unnecessary” for family life. Although, perhaps, Eva is so wise that she tries “not to lower the male self-esteem” of her husband.
As they say, now the mother of six children has immersed herself in housework and is not even thinking about any public activity. But that's today. And once upon a time, at the dawn of her foggy youth, Eva was engaged in active social work.
There is evidence that in 2000, when the girl worked as the press secretary of the Young Christian Democrats organization, and Milonov was the leader of the Moscow Christian Democratic Movement, both of them, scary to say, were detained at rallies and taken to the police station.
On the Internet you can find an interesting photo: young Eva is standing in the center of St. Petersburg with a large poster in her hands that says: “Shame on communist necrophiles!” Although, according to the logic of her husband, at that time she should have given birth to children, and not dealt with all sorts of nonsense.
St. Petersburg FBK spoke about Milonov's dacha
Sukharev said that Milonov’s country house is located in the village of Strelna, Leningrad Region. According to the documents, the oppositionist claims, the house is “an unfinished construction project.” The plot on which the dacha stands is 1.1 thousand square meters. The property was registered in 2008. According to Sukharev, the estimated cost of one hundred square meters of land in this area is 500 thousand rubles. Thus, the head of the fund’s department calculated that the deputy’s plot should cost about 5.5 million rubles.

In addition, on Antonenko Street, near the building of the Legislative Assembly, Sukharev discovered a deputy’s apartment with an area of 107 square meters, registered in 2012 to the parliamentarian’s wife, Eva Liburkina. The cost of the apartment, according to the oppositionist, is about 10 million rubles.
Milonov’s declarations for 2010-2013 indicate that he did not earn more than 2.6 million rubles during the year. In 2012, he received only 1.5 million rubles. His wife earned 75-83 thousand rubles in 2010-2011 and 2013. In 2012, her income amounted to more than six million rubles. Over four years together, the couple earned 13 million rubles, taking into account the sold BMW 116i car and a plot of land with an area of 851 square meters with a garden house. The cost of a house in Strelna, an apartment in the center of St. Petersburg and a Ford Explorer purchased in 2013 is 16.5 million rubles.
In turn, Milonov said in an interview with ZAKS.RU that Sukharev inflated the cost of his plot in Strelna, but he refused to name the real cost. He emphasized that he does not hide where he lives. Milonov does not intend to sue Sukharev. “Then let’s see how much money he lives on, if he doesn’t officially work anywhere, and who gives him this money. I am sincerely glad that anti-corruption officials tried to find something from me, but, unfortunately, they found nothing. Because everything they cite is my officially declared property. He says that in three years I could not earn money for this, of course, I have been living in the world for 41 years. Or was it assumed that before joining the civil service I had nothing? And my wife was not the poorest then. I hand over all the real estate that I have in the form of a declaration, and this real estate is checked. And all this is posted not on the website of the Anti-Corruption Foundation, but on the website of the Legislative Assembly,” the deputy said.
In addition, Sukharev can “get slapped in the face” for “crawling on the personal page” of Milonov’s wife and publishing her photographs on his blog, the deputy noted. “Because I don’t like it when strange men crawl on my wife’s personal pages. You never know. She doesn’t post photographs for Sukharev. Or did Sukharev dress up as a girl and add himself as a friend to my wife? We need to check if Sukharev, dressed as a girl, is there,” the parliamentarian was indignant.
He added that he is not obliged to buy all the property with his annual income, since he does not have much of it. “What's wrong with that? Why don't I have the right to drive a car? I didn’t buy a Jaguar for eight million. Yes, a big family car. He didn't write my most important value. This is family. When he has four children, cats, dogs, and Boris the rabbit, then we can compete with him. In the meantime, I’m in the black,” Milonov explained.
The parliamentarian also explained why he hung the icon on the façade of the house. According to him, this is a gift from Orthodox friends. “It’s unethical for you to ask me. I want to hang a beautiful icon on the facade, everyone likes it. We made this icon ourselves, together with Orthodox friends we assembled it ourselves from mosaics. They gave it to me. They did it for six months. This is our family icon. I think that this is ethical, but writing “Charlie” in your LJ is unethical,” the deputy emphasized.
Sukharev promised to publish investigations about the dacha or apartment of an official or deputy every day for 15 days. The action was launched after the leader of the Progress Party, Alexei Navalny, was arrested for 15 days in the Moscow metro for calling for people to attend the “Spring” march on March 1.

BEAT YOUR OWN SO THAT OTHERS WILL BE AFRAID
“If a woman goes out into the street in too revealing clothes, while still smoking and drinking alcohol, she can be stoned, and this will not be considered an administrative (let alone a criminal) offense.”
This is also one of Mr. Milonov’s statements. However, apparently, the deputy’s wife does not entirely agree with him. Without a doubt, Eva is a model of morality and morality: her smooth hair is pulled back into a ponytail, her skirt is long, her sweaters are with a closed neck.
However, if you look at photographs of a woman during a summer vacation, then someone may think that she is wearing “too revealing clothes.” A sundress with a deep... even, excuse me, a very deep neckline, bare arms. Some not entirely responsible citizens even asked the question: did Vitaly Valentinovich accidentally stone his wife when he saw him in such an outfit?..
Career of Vitaly Milonov
The biography page with Milonov’s political career dates back to 1991. At that time he joined the Free Democratic Party. At that time, the co-chairs were popular oppositionists Marina Salye and Lev Ponomarev. Vitaly begins to show a craving for religion. He attends meetings held in the Evangelical Church. This behavior caused great surprise in the politician’s family, who were avid atheists.
At the same time, the man’s actions did not go unnoticed by State Duma deputy Vitaly Savitsky, and as a result, in 1994, he made Milonov his personal assistant. This is precisely what became Milonov’s ticket to politics.
Very soon Milonov becomes the founder of the Christian Democratic movement. Naturally, the politician becomes its head. This measure allows him to make himself known publicly. What can I say, he was really noticed by the world of politics due to his excessive activity.
[edit] Repression for images of Milonov
In November 2020, Open Russia activist from Chuvashia Dmitry Semenov was fined 1 thousand rubles. for reposting on VKontakte a photo of Milonov wearing a T-shirt “Orthodoxy or Death” (the slogan is included in the federal list of extremist materials under No. 865). Milonov himself claims that this is “a normal Orthodox slogan, and whoever does not think so is a scoundrel” and does not regard the demonstration of a photograph where he is posing with this slogan as a crime.[36]. As a result, the political activist will be deprived of the right to be elected somewhere for a year.[37] The story continued: in March 2017, Semenov was fined again: now for reposting news about how he was tried for reposting[38].
Implemented projects
Prohibition of cross-party criticism
On the eve of the elections to the Duma and Legislative Assembly, Vitaly Milonov suggested that his colleagues limit criticism of each other. That is, during the time allotted for campaigning, you cannot call for voting against someone or talk about the negative aspects of competitors. The amendments very quickly passed through all the necessary authorities and came into force six months before the elections to the Legislative Assembly.
Law on the promotion of homosexuality and pedophilia
Of course, the most famous act of Vitaly Milonov was the bill banning the propaganda of pedophilia and homosexuality among teenagers. Adopted in April of this year, it promises huge fines for publicly displaying one's non-standard orientation. The deputy spoke out many times about his dislike for the LGBT community: “It is better to be a homophobe than to be called by another word.” Even earlier, he called for gay pride parades to be prevented, declaring: “These perverts should not be marching in our city. It’s better to let them march in the forest somewhere where bears walk.” After the bill was submitted for consideration, the deputy insisted that “the main goal of gays is to satisfy their painful lust,” and their existence contradicts the Family Code of the Russian Federation.
This law directly or indirectly affected not only St. Petersburg sexual minorities, but also ordinary residents of the city. Many Western media and opinion leaders proposed boycotting St. Petersburg as a tourist destination, which could affect the city’s budget. Meanwhile, some groups and artists refused to travel to perform in protest. However, not all: Rammstein and Madonna decided to hold their shows and support the gay community, despite possible fines for the organizers of their concerts in Russia. Milonov's most vivid struggle with such artists flared up before Madonna's arrival.
Fight against migrants
Illegal migration is another front of the deputy’s struggle. In September 2011, Milonov proposed to allocate budget money for the creation of special institutions where these citizens would be kept until the authorities deported them from the country.
Books for Latvians
Vitaly Milonov considered that the rights of the Russian-speaking population abroad, mainly in the Baltic states, were being severely infringed, and decided to support the oppressed. In the spring, several trucks with books in Russian for Latvian schoolchildren left for their destination - however, at the end of the school year. The deputy did not comment on the logic of such an act at this time of year.
Stretch in honor of Putin
Before the presidential elections, several large banners with the slogan “Great Russia is the PATH AND Our Goal” (spelling preserved) appeared in the territory of Milonov’s electoral district in the Kirov region. The opposition did not like such blatant and, apparently, uncoordinated agitation. But the poster hung until Easter, after which it was replaced with a banner congratulating citizens on this religious holiday.
It is noteworthy that at first Milonov proposed making another banner the size of an entire house in honor of candidate Vladimir Putin. In it, Putin was supposed to be on a warship. The deputy's colleagues managed to dissuade him.
Barrier for gubernatorial candidates
At the end of May, when considering the bill on gubernatorial elections, Deputy Milonov proposed establishing a maximum, ten percent, entry barrier for the future head of the city. Without the required number of votes from local deputies (about 150), the candidate would not be able to stand for election. The deputy explained his initiative very simply: if there is no barrier, “bandits” and “crooks” may enter politics. And he separately reminded his colleagues: “The opposition is ready to unite with the oligarchs and push through their people. Remember how the city was called Northern Palermo. Then we only managed to dodge the bandits’ bullets.” The barrier was adopted, which greatly reduces the opportunities for independent candidates to participate in elections.
Hamburgers for the opposition
When the opposition and angry citizens gathered on St. Isaac's Square for several weeks for a spontaneous rally, Vitaly Milonov, together with several members of United Russia, decided to feed those who spent time in discussions on the benches. In bags with the United Russia logo, they brought fifty hamburgers and five two-liter bottles of Coca-Cola. Most of the participants in “#Isaakievskaya” refused to eat. Milonov later tweeted that some secretly took the hamburgers and “asked not to give them away.”
Scandals
Vitaly Milonov, a State Duma deputy, is the first in St. Petersburg to be demanded to resign not only by district voters, but also by city residents. The reason for this is a whole series of absurd laws and tricks. Andrei Demidov, head of the interregional trade union of the Teacher organization, is sure that Milonov, by proposing to test teachers for pedophilia, insults male teachers and contributes to their outflow from the field of education. And there aren’t enough of them in schools anyway.
Scientists from the St. Petersburg Union said that statements about Darwin's theory discredit not only United Russia, but also legislation in general. Several deputies appealed to the party in which Vitaly Valentinovich is a member, asking for his resignation. The reason given was derogatory statements against the Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar peoples. As a result of extravagant initiatives, a humorous song even appeared about Vitaly Valentinovich.
