The childhood of Ruslan Bely
Ruslan Viktorovich Bely, a future humorist and stand-up comedian, was born in the capital of the Czech Republic at the end of December 1979. Ruslan's father belonged to the military, so their family was fixed in one place for a short time.
Young Ruslan Bely
The future actor lived in Prague for 11 years - most of his childhood, and then he and his family left the capital of the Czech Republic and moved to a smaller town in Poland called Leginc.
His family moved to Russia four years later, to a small provincial town in the Voronezh region - Bobrov. In 1997, Ruslan graduated from local school No. 4.
Although earlier, due to frequent moves and changes of cities, he constantly had problems with grades. He graduated from school in the city of Bobrov as an excellent student, with a silver medal.

Childhood and youth
Ruslan Viktorovich Bely was born in December 1979 in Prague, where the father of the future artist was serving in the military at that time. Ruslan's family moved from place to place many times, depending on which unit the head of the family was ordered to relocate to.
Ruslan began his studies in Prague, after the 5th grade he lived and studied in the Polish city of Legnica, and after another 4 years he and his family returned to the town of Bobrov, Voronezh region. Of course, frequent changes of place of residence could have a negative impact on academic success, but nevertheless the young man graduated from school without any problems and even received a silver medal.
Ruslan Bely in his youth. First stand-ups
Already while studying at school, the artistic inclinations of the future showman began to appear. After graduating from school, Ruslan Bely continues his studies at the Military Aviation Engineering University, intending to build a biography of a career officer with at least the shoulder straps of a colonel.
The beginning of the career of Ruslan Bely
The fate of Ruslan, who grew up in a military family, was predetermined. His father insisted on his profession so that his son would follow the beaten path. Therefore, the young man entered the Voronezh Military Aviation Engineering University in 1997. After graduating from a higher institution and receiving a diploma, Ruslan, to the delight of his father, signed a contract and began serving for the good of his homeland in the army.
Ruslan Bely performed in KVN
But his youthful hobbies and desire to reveal himself as an artist did not let him go. While studying and then serving in the army, he tried his hand at KVN and could no longer imagine his life without it. He became the captain of the Voronezh team “Seventh Heaven” at his university.
Together with his team, Ruslan Bely won the annual KVN music festival “Voting KiViN” in Jurmala. So for the first time he received recognition and love from the audience.
During his service, Ruslan Viktorovich was first awarded the rank of senior lieutenant, and, subsequently, captain. He was also awarded the medal “For Distinction in Military Service.”

38-year-old Comedy Club star Ruslan Bely insulted the residents of Bashkiria by calling the national hero Salavat Yulaev “a bandit and a robber.” In addition, he allowed himself to joke about how the Bashkir language sounds, and suspected the local population of alcoholism. Bely’s performance as part of the “Comedian in the City” project provoked heated discussions on the Internet. Many found Ruslan’s jokes inappropriate and demanded a public apology from him.
The Comedy Club star found himself at the center of a scandal due to an inappropriate joke
The hashtag #salavatnebandit was launched on the Internet, and the World Kurultai of Bashkirs sent a complaint to the Prosecutor General’s Office, demanding that Bely be prosecuted under Article 282 “Inciting hatred or enmity,” and prepared an appeal to the management of TNT. The matter did not end there. 400 people demanded to turn off TNT broadcasting on the territory of Bashkortostan, while a group of activists - strong guys from the Tarkhan fighting team - went to Ulyanovsk, where Bely then went. The comedian hid from the young people, so they had to talk to his director. What was discussed is not reported.
“There were some conditions during the meeting. I hope that Ruslan Bely himself and his director will fulfill these conditions. I think this is mandatory. And they must complete them by April 21, 2020. So far these are the results. We expect action from them,” they said on social networks.
If the demands were not met, the guys threatened to disrupt the Comedy Club star’s performances in other cities of Russia. Apparently, Bely will apologize for his speech in the near future. The same promise was given to one of the Bashkir activists who came to the TNT office in Moscow for investigation. Ruslan Gataullin told reporters that he was unable to communicate with the channel’s management, but representatives of the television company promised to look into the current situation.
“There is a person who deals with this issue. But he's not in the office. The secretary said that the issue was being resolved and there would be an apology. I think they don't want to meet. Maybe they are afraid. Because immediately after our call, two people in uniform came. Two policemen. Maybe they were looking for us. But the TNT secretary said that there would be an apology,” the activist shared with reporters.
Ruslan Bely himself refrains from commenting on what happened. According to journalists, the comedian hung up when he heard what was going on. During his speech in Ulyanovsk, Ruslan refrained from humor, which angered the Bashkirs. Once Bely did allow himself to joke about the city, but in a harmless context. The Comedy Club star asked if there were spectators in the hall with more than 10 thousand subscribers. No one responded, and Bely said that he loves cities where there are no bloggers.

Ruslan Bely and work on the TNT channel
The TNT television channel invited Ruslan to the new show “Laughter without Rules,” which was launched on a popular entertainment channel. True, the artist accepted the invitation only the third time, fearing defeat, he refused to participate. The same fear forced him to carefully work out his jokes and prepare humorous sketches, which allowed him to become a favorite from his first performances and win the main prize.
Ruslan Bely – Comedy Club
He spent all the money on purchasing real estate in his hometown of Voronezh. But winning such a serious project helped rethink his life: Ruslan decided to leave the army and radically change his life. He decided to do what he did best - make people laugh. Ruslan Bely himself says that he sees his purpose in this profession.
After successfully participating in the show “Laughter without Rules,” Ruslan was invited to the TNT channel and his further career was associated with many television projects.
Ruslan Bely. The theory of the origin of men and women In 2006, he appeared in a cameo role in the popular series “Happy Together,” the 4th season of which was airing on the channel at that time. His acting career did not end there - 6 years later he was invited to perform a cameo in the TV series “Univer. New dorm."
He also often performed as part of the Comedy Club television project, and stand-up became the main style of his performances. Here he worked with famous residents of the show Ilya Sobolev, Alexey Smirnov and Anton Ivanov. All together they participated in the filming of the video “Nuances” by the Trinity group.
“We saw Ruslan. But he quickly disappeared somewhere.”
— Dinar, how do you evaluate the Ufa performance of Ruslan Bely?
“I took his speech negatively, it really hurt me and even offended me. In his stand-up he touched not only Salavat Yulaev, but also mocked my native language, our girls were ridiculed... Jokes aside, but there must be some measure, subordination. Moreover, he is a guest. We, the Bashkirs, have a saying: “Gunaҡ bulң - tynak bul” (literally: “If you are a guest, then be modest”). And Salavat Yulaev is the person who has been an example of courage for me since childhood, an example of a real man. When I was growing up, this hero was always a standard for me to strive for. Probably, not only for me, but also for boys from many Bashkir families, he was the ideal of masculinity. Our people had a lot of warriors. But it was only thanks to Salavat Yulaev that I learned that we had many worthy heroes who accomplished great feats.
— How did you come up with the idea to go to Ulyanovsk and talk to a comedian?
— At first, we (and not only us) on the Internet demanded an apology from him. There were a thousand comments on his Instagram, then they wrote in private messages and contacted his concert director. We were waiting for an answer because the public was agitated. But there was no reaction. Meanwhile, republican newspapers and then federal publications began to write about this. We contacted TNT and the director, but they refused to comment on the situation. Then the idea came to just go and meet Bely. At that time he had a concert in Ulyanovsk, so we went. That's where they found him.
— Did I understand correctly that you didn’t catch the showman himself?
- We saw him. But the conversation itself did not come. He quickly disappeared somewhere. Only then were we able to meet with his concert director Alexey. Although Ruslan Bely should have been there instead.
— Still, what demands did you put forward to Alexey?
— We spoke in the presence of law enforcement officials. They were probably scared anyway. This was their condition - the presence of security forces at the meeting. Their second condition is that after the conversation we immediately leave the city. We accomplished all of this. Our conditions were as follows: firstly, we wanted to see Ruslan himself during the conversation, but his director came instead; secondly, the TNT channel must apologize by the 21st. We need their reaction to happen as quickly as possible, because this not only concerns us personally, but is also important for the entire republic. Now, on all social networks, my feed and personal mail are filled with questions: “How are you?”, “What’s the situation?” The other guys have the same thing. All day long they call from the media, just ordinary people asking. But the situation still remains tense.

Personal life of Ruslan Bely
The personal life of the comedian and presenter is shrouded in mystery, and the details are unknown. Ruslan himself assures that there is simply nothing to talk about. He has practically no free time, the whole day is scheduled, and there is nothing left for a serious relationship. Working on his own show and participating in many projects takes a lot of energy and time, and he spends rare moments of rest with his friends.
Ruslan Bely is not married
The press wrote about Ruslan’s affair with his colleague and girlfriend Yulia Akhmedova, but the comedian denies this information.
The childhood and youth of Ruslan Bely
His father served in the Czech Soviet Socialist Republic in 1979, which is why Prague became Ruslan’s homeland. Until the fifth grade, Ruslan lived with his family in the Czech Republic, but after that, due to family circumstances, they were brought to the city of Legnica, in Poland. And only four years later the whole family moved to Russia, to the provincial town of Bobrov. Ruslan Bely, whose biography is now of interest to many, already showed talent as an artist and comedian during his school years. Even then, as a teenager, he was a regular participant in amateur performances, participated in all concerts, was the soul of the class and the soul of the company of friends, which changed quite often due to moves. Frequent moves, naturally, left their mark on Ruslan’s school performance and his relationships with peers, but this only strengthened Ruslan’s character, and he graduated from school with a silver medal.
Ruslan Bely today
Ruslan always wanted to create his own project, and 2013 was the year of his debut. The channel released a new humorous show, “Stand Up,” in which the artist not only performed independently in his usual style, but also became its creative producer. This television project became, in its own way, unique on TNT and quickly gained the necessary ratings, viewer love and popularity.
Ruslan Bely and Standup
After two seasons, it became clear that the show could go beyond television. A “Stand Up Festival” was organized, which took place on the “Moscow-Hall” stage. Any groups and artists could perform at this international show, free of charge, the only requirement was to submit an application in advance.
The actor undoubtedly considers his own show to be his main achievement. According to Ruslan, his own path in the acting field was not easy, but he wants to give everyone a chance to perform on stage as a comedian.
StandUp. Ruslan Bely - About citizenship and tolerance Now Ruslan Bely is one of the most popular comedy artists on the TNT channel, a participant and host of many popular comedy shows. He appeared in such popular channel TV projects as “Killer League”, “Killer Night”, “Comedy Battle”.
Moreover, Ruslan Bely can not only be seen on TV or on the Internet, but also in some popular magazines and even heard on the radio. There, Bely is a frequent guest on the “BiguDi” program on DFM radio. I read jokes on Russian radio a couple of times.
Ruslan Bely and Yulia Akhmedova are just friends
Despite the fact that Ruslan spends almost all of his time working, his colleagues and friends speak of him as a wonderful person, always ready to help in a difficult situation.
Ruslan Bely now
Ruslan, Yulia Akhmedova, Timur Karginov and another co-owner have a common business - the StandUp Store Moscow restobar. The participants together invested 30 million rubles in it. Bely explained that this place was needed in order to practice jokes, as they say, on one’s own territory. Visitors to the establishment can listen to live performances by comedians while in the bar and even try to perform on stage for a fee. Ruslan Bely said in an interview that he has not hosted weddings for several years now, because he considers his material unsuitable for the relevant events. Also, the comedian practically does not host corporate events today. Concerts are enough for him. You can learn more about the comedian’s views in a large, frank interview with Yuri Dudu. In particular, from this conversation you can find out: how Bely treats representatives of sexual minorities, whether Ruslan gets depressed, where the ugliest girls are in Europe, etc.
The interview with Irina Shikhman was no less interesting: for example, Bely takes “open” relationships quite easily:
“Social networks are full of “keyboard heroes”
— April 21 has passed. That is, neither TNT, nor the director, nor Bely have apologized yet?
- Yes. Today the guys also called TNT, but they said: they say, in the process, a statement (with an apology - editor's note).
) is getting ready.
— Are any steps being taken to speed up the process?
- For now, I can not say it. It's hard to talk about this at all.
— You talked in Ulyanovsk, recorded the famous video. How many people supported you?
— Our post on social networks (with video, — editor’s note)
) were reposted by groups of many public organizations, including the World Kurultai of Bashkirs and other public associations. They called us a lot. We didn't sleep for more than a day and a half. When I woke up, I noticed that my phone had never had so many missed calls. There weren’t so many even when I was returning to Ufa from the European Championships. They wrote a lot in personal messages, then they supported me on the street when we met. They even wanted to give discounts to some of the guys in the store; they said they recognized them. I observed that people wrote and posted our post on Caucasian social networks. There was support in the Dagestan groups: “Bashkirs, we are with you.” There was also a reaction from the Chechen, Ingush, and Kazakh guys. Bashkirs from other regions spoke positively about us - Orenburg, Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk and Samara. We ourselves did not expect that the noise would be so strong.
— Did anyone criticize you for such a gesture in Ulyanovsk?
- Naturally. But I see criticism only in comments on social networks. But so far no one has heard criticism directly to our faces.
- Probably they are afraid?
— You see, there are a lot of “keyboard heroes” on social networks.
— Tell me, did law enforcement agencies call you later and demand an explanation?
— There was nothing like this in Ufa.
— Do you watch
Comedy Club yourself?
— I don’t watch TV at all. But we have guys who watch the channel’s projects, the same stand-ups. But if I watch anything, it’s some fights on Match TV or something related to wrestling.
