Raisa Ryazanova: biography, personal life, family, husband, children - photo

BIOGRAPHY

Raisa Ryazanova was born in the city of Petropavlovsk, located in northern Kazakhstan. The future actress was an illegitimate child. Her father was a visiting driver, whom Raya’s mother, half-dead, found on the road and was getting out. In Michurinsk, where the man was from, his wife and six children were waiting for him. “I think that I am a child of love, and the separation of my parents was not easy for both. It became a real human drama when the war, having scattered some and brought others closer, confronted two people with a difficult solution to the eternal conflict between feeling and duty,” says the actress.

At an early age, Raya and her mother moved to the town of Ramenskoye near Moscow. After graduating from school, the girl entered the Ryazan Music College in the accordion class. After receiving her diploma, Ryazanova taught at a music school for a whole year.

Raisa loved going to the theater and could watch the same play several times. “One day I went to the Ryazan Drama Theater to see Romeo and Juliet and realized: that’s it, I’m lost! I fell in love with Romeo, went to every performance, and cried my eyes out. And it got to the point where the artists already knew me. And, in fact, I disrupted performances. That’s when the accordion player Raya firmly decided to become an actress and play Juliet, so that she could die on stage and feel Romeo sobbing over my body,” says Ryazanova. She came to Moscow and entered the Shchepkinsky School, but in September the entire course was transferred to GITIS. Raisa Ivanovna graduated from it in 1969.

Childhood and youth

Raisa Ivanovna was born on October 31, 1944 (zodiac sign - Scorpio). The first years were spent in Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan, and then mother and Raisa moved to Ramenskoye near Moscow. It is difficult to say exactly about the artist’s nationality: she does not advertise this information in the press. Childhood was difficult. The mother gave birth to a girl out of wedlock from a business driver. He was married and raised six children. The woman did not want to destroy the family.

After graduating from school, Raya entered the music and pedagogical school in Ryazan. After graduation, she taught children how to play the button accordion at a music school for a year, and in her free time she went to performances at the city drama theater. There she developed a passion for the stage. She often imagined herself in one role or another, dreaming that one day she would play Juliet.

MOVIE

Raisa Ryazanova made her screen debut in 1968, playing the main role in the television play “Gulya Queen”. After that there were roles in the films: “A Day and a Whole Life”, “Golden Horns”, “We Didn’t Go Through This…”, “Fatherlessness”, “White Bim Black Ear”, “Coming” and others.

"Moscow does not believe in tears"

Raisa’s role as Tosya Buyanova in Vladimir Menshov’s film “Moscow Doesn’t Believe in Tears” brought national fame. Her heroine in the film is the only one of the three friends who immediately found simple female happiness. After this work, the actress immediately woke up famous; people began to recognize her on the street and ask for autographs. The actress admits: “I am grateful to my luck that I played in a film that literally became a national treasure.”

To date, the actress’s filmography includes more than 200 films. Raisa Ivanovna continues to work actively, delighting viewers with new roles. She starred in the films: “Don’t go, girls, get married”, “Love”, “St. Petersburg secrets”, “Young lady-peasant”, “Lady Boss”, “Always say always”, “Groom for Barbie”, “Rails of Happiness” ", "Varenka. Test of Love”, “Betrayal”, “Family Detective”, “I Believe It or Not”, “I Will Get Married Urgently” and many others.

Movies

Raisa made her film debut in the leading role. The girl played Gulya Queen in the film of the same name. In her youth, the actress had a busy filming schedule. The main and episodic roles alternated, and her heroines were similar - simple Russian girls. The tall performer (height 175 cm) with a long braid believably embodied the proposed images on the screen.

In 1969, a Soviet feature film directed by Yuri Grigoriev, “One Day and a Whole Life,” was shot, which was released at the end of May 1970. Raisa played a woman who, during the difficult war and post-war years, raised her son alone. The role of her film child went to the artist’s son, little Dana. The boy grew up on the set, constantly following his mother, and periodically received cameo roles in different films.

In 1972, Raisa Ivanovna was invited to play the main role of Evdokia in the Soviet full-length fairy tale film “Golden Horns,” which became the last work of director Alexander Row.

Raisa Ryazanova in her youth in the film “Moscow Doesn’t Believe in Tears”
In 1978, the artist was cast in the role of Tony in the film “Moscow Doesn’t Believe in Tears.” Director Vladimir Menshov settled on two candidates - Nina Ruslanova and Raisa Ryazanova. Ryazanova was approved because her heroine turned out to be more interesting. Ruslanova was offended by the director and crew. The success of the film exceeded all expectations: it received an Oscar and many other prizes.

A difficult period in the actor’s biography began during the era of perestroika. Actresses of her type turned out to be unclaimed. The lull lasted until the 2000s - the era of TV series. Oddly enough, for Raisa Ryazanova this period became a salvation. The woman began to often act in serial films.

During her film career, Raisa Ryazanova formed acting duets with other famous Soviet performers. Most of all, the artist starred with Yuri Nazarov, Mikhail Zhigalov, Alexander Chislov and Lev Durov.

In 2020, with her participation, the premiere of the series “My Other People’s Life” took place. This is a melodrama about a woman who lost her beloved job and family and barely survived a car accident. The main roles in the film were played by Elena Polyanskaya and Roman Polyansky. Raisa Ivanovna turned into a supporting heroine.

Another new product from the actress is her role in the detective drama “Galka and Gamayun”, where Irina Pegova and Anna Snatkina starred with her.

PERSONAL LIFE

Raisa Ryazanova was married to her classmate Yuri Perov. In 1969, the couple had a son, Danila. However, the family life of Raisa and Yuri did not work out, and soon after the birth of their son, the couple filed for divorce. The actress admits: “I honestly told my husband that I had fallen in love and we needed to leave. This was the first time when everything trembled and trembled in me. I'm happy that this happened in my life. And everyone understood how I felt.”

The actress spoke in detail about her personal life in an interview with Boris Korchevnikov in the program “The Fate of a Man.”

The son of Raisa Ryazanova did not dare to leave the family for his mistress

Actor Danila Perov died at 51, like his father

The only son of People’s Artist Raisa Ryazanova, who played the painter Tosya in the Oscar-winning film “Moscow Doesn’t Believe in Tears,” suddenly died on the night of January 22 – a blood clot broke loose. Danila Perov was also an artist: he served in the “Commonwealth of Taganka Actors” theater, acted in films and TV series, including the popular ones - “Always Say Always”, “Turetsky March”, “Univer”, “Web”, “Hotel” "Eleon"

In the film by Vladimir Menshov, Ryazanova played the role of the happiest of three provincial girlfriends. Her shy and unpretentious Antonina married a simple worker for love, gave birth to three sons and lived modestly but happily in the capital. The actress herself failed to repeat this path.

Raya was an illegitimate child: her mother, a woman from the village, had a daughter from a visiting driver who had a wife and six children. After graduating from school and a music school in the accordion class, Ryazanova realized that her calling was acting. She entered GITIS, where she fell in love with classmate Yuri Perov - and soon became his wife.

Raisa Ryazanova felt ill at her son's coffin

At the Taganka Actors' Community Theater they said goodbye to 51-year-old actor Danila Perov, the only son of the star of the film “Moscow Doesn't Believe in Tears,” People's Artist of Russia Raisa Ryazanova. Danila suddenly died in his sleep due to a detached blood clot.

“We lived only a few years,” said Raisa Ivanovna. — We got married in our second year, and in our fourth year Danila was born. I went to film and fell in love. She arrived and told Yura: “That’s it, I love you and I can’t live like this anymore.” He persuaded me to stay. There was no betrayal as such. But I insisted on a divorce. The husband then started his own family. Now he is no longer alive (he died at the age of 51 from a heart attack. - I.S. ) And with that love of mine it lasted ten years. And then it was as if it was over.

Danila became the only support for a single elderly mother who recently celebrated her 75th birthday. He followed in her footsteps, but never hid behind his relationship. His son Andrei, the grandson of Raisa Ivanovna, did not boast of his stellar roots either. Having also received an artist's diploma, he began to play with his father on the same stage at the Taganka Actors' Commonwealth Theater.

Last year, Danila Perov celebrated his pearl wedding with his wife Alena - 30 years of marriage.

“Danya’s wife doesn’t seem to be an actress, she never appeared in our circle,” Perov’s theater colleague Irina Pomerantseva . — Dani some time ago developed a close relationship with our actress Katya Afrikantova . They loved each other very much, but he had a family and a son, who always came first. And mother Raisa Ivanovna would never have allowed Dana to get a divorce. A most talented and kind person, he died suddenly at home after the performance - a blood clot broke loose. He died at the same age as his father - at 51. Perhaps he didn’t even realize that he had gone to heaven. Horror! He was a very good son and father.

At the farewell ceremony, Raisa Ryazanova could barely stand on her feet, choked with sobs, drank sedatives by the handful, and her grandson and daughter-in-law fanned her.

“I’m not saying goodbye to you, father,” said 30-year-old Andrei, standing at the coffin. - I know that sooner or later we will meet. Now for the rest of my life I will have to cope without your wisdom and support.

Danila Perov was buried at the Troekurovsky cemetery, next to the grave of singer Yulia Nachalova .

INTERVIEW

About working on the set

“I starred with Mark Semenovich Donskoy, who stood at the origins of cinema and was one of the first directors of the Gorky Studio. We were filming a film where I played the wife of a revolutionary, a peasant woman. I had to fly into the classroom and shout: “There’s a strike, and you’re sitting here.” I wasn't 30 yet. And he, already gray-haired, showed me how to fly, how to breathe, how to speak, how to stutter. Nowadays directors don't teach. You give them hints. It’s convenient with me: I don’t have to talk to you several times. And cameramen love me, because I don’t have to explain that I shouldn’t look into the camera, I can feel the light, I know when my nose is already in the shadows. And I'm keeping an eye on this. But young people don’t follow, so there’s a second, third take. And if I’m in the frame with them, I have to take the rap so many times. Therefore, when I play with such a “daughter-granddaughter”, I slowly turn her towards the camera. To remove at least something. Then the operator comes up: “Raisa Ivanovna, thank you!” Nowadays there are generally more takes in cinema than in Soviet times - because they themselves don’t know what they want. They'll make about ten of them, so there's plenty to choose from. But miracles don't happen. When all ten eyes are empty, you can’t choose.”

Oh happiness

“It’s small, it’s mine, it’s endless - this is my dacha, this is my land, this is my work - this is my happiness. There I rest, gain vitality and health. Well, isn’t this happiness?”

Love for the married modest Tosya. Raisa Ryazanova and her two passionate novels

Raisa was born in Kazakhstan, out of wedlock, to a simple village woman who had beauty and feminine charm and almost stole the young driver, who already had six children, from the family. However, she decided not to interfere in other people’s affairs and gave birth to a girl, expecting nothing from her father.

In order not to be an eyesore to the failed gentleman, the woman with a very small daughter in her arms moves to Ramenskoye near Moscow, where Raisa graduated from school.

She wanted to give her daughter the best and, although she did not have any special passion for art, she rooted for Raechka’s hobbies with all her might, helped her in any way she could and tirelessly believed in the little girl’s talents.

The girl became interested in music and after school went to Ryazan to enter a music school. She studied accordion, and after graduation she stayed in Ryazan and began teaching.

Romeo

film “A Day and a Whole Life” (1969)

Meanwhile, Romeo and Juliet was staged at the Ryazan Drama Theater. At first sight, Raisa fell in love with the artist who played Romeo. I went to the performance every day, each time sincerely mourning the death of my hero at the end.

Soon the actors noticed Raya and began to laugh at her naivety. Romeo almost disrupted the ending of the performance, unable to contain the surge of laughter every time his gaze fell on the sobbing Ryazanova again.

She was embarrassed to communicate with him, experiencing sacred awe of the actor. But every day she followed on his heels when he hurried home after the performance. One day, his beloved's hat fell off, and the bald head of the romantic handsome man was revealed to the eyes of the girl in love. He turned out to be old, and up close, without makeup, he was not at all handsome!

Immediately the girl decided to take revenge on the scoundrel. For what? To this day she doesn’t know. I decided then: I will also become an artist! I will also play on stage and prove to him that I am no worse!

Ryazanova’s lively character never allowed her to doubt her abilities, so she firmly decided: she had to go to GITIS!

Theatrical

film “Gulya Koroleva” (1968)

She didn’t even think then that she was rushing off to Moscow itself, where there was a queue of applicants for theater universities. No support in the form of tutors, no patronage in the examination committee - pure improvisation.

“I am Raya Ryazanova from Ryazan,” the applicant began her program and amazed the strict teachers with the image of a simple, cheerful girl from the outback. On the second round I got worried and forgot the monologue. She retold in her own words what she remembered - she gossiped, in general, what came to mind...

Having looked at the other applicants and realizing that many had already chosen their role, were brilliantly prepared and were not applying for the first time, Raisa Ivanovna lost heart. She went to look at the lists of applicants only to make sure that she was not there. But I was wrong. Ryazanova was enrolled in GITIS the first time.

Not believing in her happiness, Raisa plunged headlong into her studies. I sat in the library until late, carefully doing all the exercises. One day, a new teacher came to the course, whose mission was to show young, untouched students “real life.”

Real life

film “Looking for a Man” (1973)

We read with him those lyrics by Mayakovsky that contain obscenity, and for the next lesson he ordered us to be divided into pairs and prepare a scene with kisses. Raya, a sweet village girl with a feminine upbringing, only blushed and tried to step aside. Classmates attacked the new student, Yurka Perov. A handsome man who had just returned from the army and was enrolled in their course.

And he had his eye on the modest Raya. I decided to hit on her, but also shyly, without pressure. He politely offered his hand as he got off the tram, and once brought her to visit and gave her coffee and the first cigarette in Raisa’s life. The actress admits: she still hasn’t been able to quit this habit!

And he asked me to marry him by chance and unexpectedly, and she just as accidentally and unexpectedly agreed. The wedding took place in costumes from the university costume shop, and after the feast the relatives left them alone. The first wedding night for lovers really turned out to be the first.

A year later, the young couple had a son, Danya. There was no time for academic leave, so the kid graduated from GITIS with his student parents. While they were rehearsing the graduation performance, the carriage stood behind the scenes under the supervision of one or another of his friends - not involved in the stage.

When he grew up, the son followed in the footsteps of his parents and became an actor. Raisa Ivanovna is not surprised by this - who else?

Treason

film "Arriving" (1977)

After the theater, Raisa Ryazanova herself went to get a job at the theater, but the actress was not accepted into the first one she visited. Fortunately, by that time she had already started acting in films, and she remained there, every now and then involved in one role or another.

On one of these film shoots, I met a married director, whose name I never spoke, but whose affair I never hid.

Passion flared up on set. She immediately felt that this man could turn out to be fatal, the love of her life. The actress was so captivated by the world of new emotions generously presented by this adult and wise man that for a moment she forgot both that she was married and about her little son.

When she and the director were alone for the first time, he asked her if she would marry him. And Raisa immediately answered: “What about Yura then?!” The lover was shocked and never asked Raya this question again.

Returning after filming, Raisa immediately told her husband everything and filed for divorce. In vain he asked her not to make a final decision, to think. Yura was ready to forgive his charming and honest wife, and believed that her easy affair would not happen again. But the actress will more than once call the decade following those shootings the happiest of her life.

Only on "you"

film “Love” (1991)

The romance continued in Moscow. With the married director, the already divorced Raya wandered around the capital, talked for a long time about everything in the world, looked enthusiastically into the eyes and spoke to her beloved only on “you”.

It was as if he was engaged in her education - delicately and unobtrusively introducing her into the cinematic circle, making a real metropolitan actress out of a village simpleton. He never divorced, preferring to live a double life, especially since Raisa was not jealous of him, never tried to find a meeting with her beloved, but only gratefully accepted his advances.

When the romance just began, they were as if without air, could not do without each other and met every day. Then - every other day, a couple of times a week and, finally, very rarely. Ten years later, he stopped calling Raisa Ivanovna, and she easily let go of her beloved.

Raisa Ivanovna never married again and did not talk about her novels. Today, the actress thanks fate for her wonderful son, daughter-in-law and grandson, and also for her suddenly fulfilled dream. Ryazanova had already turned 60 when she was suddenly invited to the theater. She refused for a long time, explaining that she graduated from GITIS 40 years ago, and did not know herself at all as a theater actress. But at Tabakerka they didn’t want to know anything: she was the one they needed!

This is how Raisa Ivanovna first appeared on stage, remembering her Romeo. The actress is also often called for age-appropriate roles in films and TV series. She is in demand and completely happy.

Film work

Her film debut was her role in the film “Gulya Queen” in 1967. She starred there while still studying at GITIS. This film is an adaptation of the play “The Fourth Height”, authored by Elena Ilyina. Then there were successful roles in a number of films. Raisa played Katerina in “Passing Through Moscow,” the girl Evdokia in “Golden Horns,” Alexei’s mother in one of the most popular Soviet films “White Bim, Black Ear,” and in many other films.

However, her most famous role was in the domestic film masterpiece, awarded an Oscar, called “Moscow Doesn’t Believe in Tears.”

In this film, she reincarnated as a girl named Tonya, who was the best friend of the main character. The most famous actresses of Soviet cinema were nominated for the role of Tony, for example, Nina Ruslanova, Lyudmila Zaitseva, but the director was delighted with the image of Raisa Ryazanova, so he took her. As the actress herself recalls, Nina Ruslanova was very offended by the director of the movie “Moscow Doesn’t Believe in Tears” and by herself for playing this role. But nothing could be done - Raisa was approved for the role of Tony.

After working in this film, the famous actress Raisa became a laureate of the USSR State Prize. After that, she starred in the movie “Front Behind Enemy Lines,” and also played the sister of the main character in the film “Traffic Inspector.”

When the difficult era of the 1990s began in the country, filming became less frequent, and Raisa appeared less and less on television screens. When the crisis overtook all areas of her activity, Ryazanova rented out her apartment and sometimes ran a profitable private cab service. During this time, she learned to drive a car perfectly, and in 2003 she even received the “Auto Lady” award, after which she became the best driver in Russia among women.

At the beginning of the 21st century, her acting career resumed, Raisa tried a different role - an actress in TV series. She appears in such multi-part projects as:

  • "Firefighters";
  • "Another life";
  • "Always say always";
