Viktor Logvinov proposed creating a new Federal Agency to develop hundreds of billions of rubles

Biography

Viktor Loginov was born on the outskirts of the Siberian city of Kemerovo. His parents worked at defense enterprises in the city: his father was an electrician, and his mother was an apparatus worker and a shift supervisor. The boy grew up as an active child, spent his free time on the street, and also read a lot, practiced sambo, judo, and attended various clubs at the local Palace of Pioneers. As the actor himself admits, his passion for theater began with his passion for girls. After the 8th grade, the young man decided to enter a fashionable gymnasium: “And so my friend and I are looking at the enrollment lists for the history and law class: boy-boy-boy-girl. And theatrical: girl-girl-girl-boy. Of course, we went where there were more girls!” So he ended up in a theater and literature class.

Victor was inclined towards acting since childhood, organized theatrical performances for friends, and also loved adventures and was sure that he would not find them anywhere more than at a theater university. At the age of 17, Loginov left his hometown and entered the Yekaterinburg State Theater Institute, specializing in drama and film actor.

At the same time, the young man got married and worked as a driver, miner, rescuer, and tour guide to support his family: “When my daughter was born, I had to feed my family, but working in the theater didn’t bring me any money. Therefore, I had to temporarily change my profession: I was indeed a miner, a mine rescuer, a tour guide, and a teacher in a social shelter. But as soon as the opportunity arose, I studied. So, in 1995 I graduated from LGITMiK (workshop of I.P. Vladimirov), in 2001 from the State Academy of Culture and Art in Kemerovo, and in 2004 from the Yekaterinburg Theater Institute, workshop of V. Marchenko.”

Later, Victor was a radio DJ, art director of a nightclub, and TV presenter at RTR-Ural. Loginov admits that his best years passed in Yekaterinburg. And it was this city that became his second home.

Childhood and youth

Victor was born on February 13, 1975 on the outskirts of Kemerovo. His acting talent was evident from school age, when he staged performances for classmates and neighbors. And the guy also loved adventures. One day, while idly walking through the city center with a friend, Loginov saw an advertisement for enrollment in a fashionable gymnasium.

The actor recalled how he analyzed student lists. Mostly boys studied in the history and law class, and girls studied in the theater class. Of course, it was worth going to the second one. Then Victor’s first love overtook him. If the affair with classmate Kristina had ended in marriage, Loginov would never have left Kemerovo.

However, at the age of 17, the young man moved to Yekaterinburg, entered the correspondence department of the theater institute and at the same time the Comedy and Drama Theater, worked at the Yekaterinburg Academic and Chamber Theater at the Ural Writers Museum.

Victor Loginov in his youth (on the right) and Mikhail Boyarsky
Soon Victor moved to St. Petersburg, a family appeared, money was needed, and his studies faded into the background. The man had to work as a driver, rescuer, climber, tour guide, radio DJ, art director in a nightclub, and host presentations and television programs. Loginov received the coveted diploma of a professional artist only in 2004.

In December 2016, the already popular actor himself became a participant in the TV show. In the “Secret for a Million” studio, Victor shared far from cheerful moments from his personal life; Lera Kudryavtseva brought him to tears with her questions. As viewers learned, Loginov’s parents suffered from alcoholism, and the screen star, who first tried mash at the age of 6, had direct prospects of following in their footsteps. With all due respect to his father and mother, Victor considers his older brother Zhenya to be his main mentor in life.

The worst blow the actor suffered was not even the tragic death of his mother. Evgeniy died at the age of 37 as a result of a stroke. Loginov takes care of his widow Svetlana, his nephews Alexey and Ruslan are like eldest sons, hope and support.

Cinema

At the age of 30, Viktor Loginov was noticed in the preliminary castings of the new sitcom “Happy Together”.

"Happy together"

The actor decided to move to Moscow and here he was finally selected for one of the main roles - Gena Bukin, the father of the Bukin family. Victor had to radically change his image, because before that he wore an earring in his ear and long hair, which he collected in a ponytail: “It all happened by chance... At that time I had long hair, a Spanish beard, an earring in my ear, and I didn’t fit in at all.” image of Gena Bukin. The decision to go to the casting of “Happy Together” arose completely intuitively. But I have always believed that our profession depends on chance: being in the right place at the right time with the right people. There are a lot of talented actors who are simply unlucky. And in this situation, everything coincided for me - a random call, a random visit...”

Loginov about his character: “The prototype of Gena Bukin is the hero of the American version of the series “Married... with Children.” As for Gennady’s personal qualities, for all his shortcomings he is truly a wonderful family man. He has lived with his wife for sixteen years and loves her as on her wedding day. Gena had a lot of chances to leave the family, but he always chose Dasha (Natalia Bochkareva) and the lifestyle to which he was attached with all his soul...

If I were Gena Bukin, I would love Dasha and, of course, live with her. As for whether I would like to have such a family... You see, our series is an enchanting comedy, and in real life such relationships simply do not exist in their pure form. But, perhaps, in a certain sense, I like the Bukins, because they are always together and, despite all their strife and discord, they love each other, they are ready to stand up for the family. They always have something going on, and they find it interesting to live.

Gennady Bukin and I are completely different people. I am a more impulsive, more emotional person. Although, in my opinion, there is a part of Bukin hidden in every normal man, it’s just that not everyone dares to demonstrate it. Gena is a good father: his children are dressed, have shoes, they have a home. Whining is just his kind of mask. He says, “Why should I do this? I don't want!" But he still does it. The fact that I have been playing this role for several years now naturally has an impact on me. For example, I once caught myself sitting in front of the TV and holding my thumb, like Gena, in the waistband of my trousers. It was very funny. And at the same time I thought: “Lord, is Bukin really me?!” No!" So, the imprint, the trace of the role remains, but I hope that this will not last a lifetime.”

There is even a monument to the hero of the famous series in Yekaterinburg. A huge man with a shoe in his hand decorates one of the city streets. And a sign appeared: rubbing the toe of a shoe for good luck. Despite such popularity, the actor still distances himself from his serial role: “In general, I strictly differentiate the filming process and my life behind the scenes. Otherwise, you might just go crazy. For twelve hours, six days a week, on the set they tell me “Gena, Gena...”, and he is a loser, a loser, and so on. Viktor Loginov is a completely different person. After the command “Stop, engine!” The shooting day is over! I immediately forget what was written in the script.”

According to Victor, working in the series is an unimaginable training: “Here feelings and emotions are at their limit. If you smile - with all your mouth, if you are sad - you twitch your lips and eyebrows. In general, you grimace. And working in the series is an opportunity to become known to the mass public and grow further...”

From 2006 to 2012, Loginov almost continuously starred in this project, and also managed to work in several more films, mainly playing comedy roles: “Ensign Shmatko, or E-mine” (Vovchik), “My Favorite Witch” (Babaev), “Univer” (Gennady Bukin), “Maskvichi” (main role), “The Last Secret of the Master” (Fedor Karavaev).

Then the artist starred in the fantastic detective story “Kill Drozd”, worked in the voice acting of Vitaly Mukhametzyanov’s interesting animated project “Parrot Club”, played in the melodrama “Love on Four Wheels”, in the comedy “Ciao, Federico!”, in the series “Women in Love” and "Heirs".

Viktor Loginov: “To feed my family, I went to the mine”

Cosmo So, you found yourself in this city? Victor Absolutely! I had a good time here, so I can definitely say: I love Yekaterinburg! I know every street, every stone. This is my second hometown.

Cosmo
Are there any material values left here? An anchor in the form of an apartment or a car? Victor No, it turns out I didn’t gain anything valuable here.
Even I am still registered in my father’s Siberian apartment. Dad under no circumstances wants me to change it. And for God’s sake, so be it, because I can register in any other city. Yes, you can’t call me a person who clings to material values. Because a self-sufficient person is one who goes through life with his head held high. Cosmo Yeah, and penniless! Victor Why are you penniless? A simply formed personality is able to earn enough to, for example, rent a house.

Cosmo So you currently have a rented apartment in Moscow? Victor Yes. Although, I admit, I have thoughts about buying my own apartment. But, on the other hand, this is an anchor that will hold me. What I don't strive for. It will happen that the series will end, and I will find myself unclaimed as an actor, I will easily return to Yekaterinburg. It's better than getting lost in Moscow. In general, I don’t feel the capital very well: the work schedule is too rigidly planned. Pavilion - studio. Filming – rehearsals. I’m not going to complain: this is exactly the life I chose for myself. I think if you don’t like it, go to the forest, pick mushrooms and berries, enjoy the birdsong, if that’s close to you. It will be your choice.

Cosmo You also had such a life - with mushrooms and berries? Victor In 1998, I worked in a Siberian tourist complex, leading excursions along mountain trails as an instructor. Mountaineering was also present in my life. And descent underground. He also worked as a rescuer for a paramilitary unit, and there were also emergency trips to put out fires. And I also chose these paths for myself.

Cosmo How multifaceted you are! Victor And what different roles I had in the theater! In Yekaterinburg I became one of the leading young actors; it would be a sin to complain that I was not used to the fullest. And it’s good that I tried myself in different roles. Because now there is some fear that after the series “Happy Together” the proposals will be mostly comic. Such a vulgar, stupid person. So I was invited to host a joke show on the DTV channel (it is broadcast by the Ural TV channel “Ermak.” - Ed.), I have to laugh there again.

Cosmo But do you still separate yourself from the character you play? Victor Yes, that's the point, it's not always the case. Sometimes you get so accustomed to the role that you take all attacks towards the hero personally. “Gena Bukin is stupid.” Who am I stupid? “Gena Bukin is picking her ear.” I'm not picking my ear, are you guys? Then you think: stop, I’m not Gena Bukin, I’m Vitya Loginov! True, I hope it will never happen that I will habitually put my finger in my ear when I hear on the street: “There’s Gena Bukin!”

Cosmo Do people recognize you on the street? Victor I went to see my father and daughter, and they came up to me and found out. The daughter was happy! And I said: sorry, you are confusing me with someone. My daughter was shocked: dad, why did you say that you weren’t the one who acted in the movie?! It’s not that I wasn’t ready for such a meeting. I just don't like all these looks. It's nice, but not always comfortable. I once went into a convenience store. There is a group of tipsy young people standing next to vodka and soda. One came up: “You acted in a movie. Can I shake your hand?” And it’s somehow unclear how to react to this?

Cosmo For example, you can shake hands. Victor That's what I did.

Cosmo We haven't talked about your family yet. Are you single now? Victor No, but there is a beloved woman in my life. And I officially have three children.

Cosmo ??? Victor Odin was adopted by me, I was 19 years old then. Plus two of our own. The eldest daughter is twelve. The youngest son is 4 years old, he was born in Yekaterinburg, now he lives with his mother in the Moscow region.

Cosmo In the Urals, you were an informal person with long hair and an earring in your ear. Why did you change your image? Victor On this occasion, there is a funny story about my penetration into the series. I wore my hair in a ponytail, a Spanish beard, and an earring in my ear. And he led an almost real macho lifestyle. And so the film crew of the series came to Yekaterinburg for the acting casting. No one proposed my candidacy: with my earring in my ear, I was completely unsuitable for the role of the main character. Gena Bukin works in a shoe store, he has two children, and here is this one, with a tail, a goatee, probably with a different outlook on life. And here they were selecting an actress for the role of Gena’s wife and called my girlfriend (she is also an actress). She had just gotten out of the car, and left the phone, and the receiver rang. I don’t have the habit of taking other people’s phones, but here God forced me: pick up the phone! I listen, I speak, but Ekaterina is not there, she walked away, what to say, who asks. They tell me: yes, they wanted to invite her to a screen test. I say: do you happen to need young people? Me: who are you? Victor Loginov? No, you have a beard tail there. We need ordinary men. Well, come and try it. I tried it.

Cosmo Already without a beard? Victor No, in the same form. The only thing is that I was asked to wear suit trousers and a formal shirt, which I don’t really like. In general, I passed the casting, but for a long time I walked around in the same image. And then they cut off my tail. At first I thought I’d save it for posterity, but they cut it down centimeters. I looked at myself and almost cried, but then I got used to it.

Cosmo Are your mom and dad related to the theater? Victor They are just very good people. And the theater has nothing to do with it. My father worked for many years at the plant as an electrician and my mother (she may rest in peace) as an equipment operator. These are the people closest to me. I’m so sorry that my mother didn’t live to see my success. And dad is proud of me. And lost at the same time: he doesn’t know how to react to everything that’s happening. Dad is a very gentle person and, by and large, my mother and my older brother, who is very close to me, took care of my upbringing. And dad was just nearby: he worked, every evening at the same time he appeared around the corner of our house. I wanted to live differently, more brightly or something. And I became interested in theater because I wanted to get into another life. My parents did not approve of my choice, but, thank them very much, they did not interfere.

Cosmo Have you watched the series “Married with Children”? Victor Of course. It differs from “Happy Together” in its mentality. I categorically disagreed that Gena Bukin is a shoe salesman. Well, it’s not customary in Russia to sell shoes to men! We also don’t have two-story apartments in Yekaterinburg. Although it is believed that the “second floor” was built by Gena himself in the attic, but still... And so the family is quite real. The beauty of our series is that we openly show even the most conflict situations: this is how it is in many families, why hide it! The Bukins talk through their problems and thanks to this they have lived together for 16 years.

Cosmo Could you live with one woman for 16 years? Victor My parents lived for a quarter of a century. And I... I think I could do it too. In general, family is very important to me. We came into this world naked, and we will leave naked. All that will remain are the children. It is important to leave your mark on the earth.

Personal life

Viktor Loginov is divorced three times. Victor met his first wife Natalya on Sakhalin and married the girl at the age of 19.

Loginov was not even embarrassed by their age difference: Natalya was 11 years older than Victor and was raising a son from her first marriage.

In 1995, Natalia and Victor had a daughter, who was named Anya. Loginov worked hard to feed his family.

After 7 years, the couple decided to divorce. As Victor himself said in one of his interviews, his feelings suddenly disappeared somewhere, and he realized that apart from his daughter, nothing connected him and Natalya.

After this, Victor was not alone for long: he soon met his second wife Snezhana. The relationship developed rapidly, and very quickly Victor proposed.

However, this marriage fell apart just as quickly: the lovers lived together for only 7 months, and then both realized that they were in a hurry.

In this marriage, a son, Dmitry, was born; after the divorce, the boy stayed with his mother in Yekaterinburg. In one of the interviews, Victor admitted that he regrets that after the divorce he paid practically no attention to his son.

Loginov met his third wife Olga at the “Happy Together” casting. Olga worked as a producer's assistant, and the actor immediately liked the girl.

With his wife Olga and children

Victor began to show signs of attention to the girl, but she did not respond to his advances for a long time. Soon the girl nevertheless reciprocated Victor’s feelings.

Already in January 2006, the lovers lived together, and in March Olga found out about her pregnancy. That same year, the couple had a son, Alexander, but Victor was in no hurry to formalize his relationship with Olga.

The wedding ceremony took place only in 2011, when the second child was born, who was named Ivan. In 2020, in an interview, Victor announced that he had divorced Olga.

Personal life

Viktor Loginov was married three times and has four children. “I met my first wife on Sakhalin Island. It was summer, 1994. Natasha was 11 years older than me, and she had a son, 8-year-old Max. Perhaps this would confuse someone, but these circumstances did not frighten me, 19 years old,” the 7 Days publication quotes the actor. The lovers got married and had a daughter, Anna. However, seven years later the couple divorced. Victor explained: “The feelings disappeared somewhere, and it became clear that, in principle, nothing connects us except our daughter.”

The artist was not lonely for long. He met a girl named Snezhana and quickly got married. “Our marriage with Snezhana lasted only seven months. I immediately realized that I was mistaken, I hurried: we were absolutely not suitable for each other, as if we were speaking different languages. They quickly ran away. The ex-wife and son Dima remained to live in Yekaterinburg, but Mitka, in fact, grew up without a father,” Loginov said and admitted that he still cannot forgive himself for not being able to give his son the necessary amount of attention.

The actor met his third wife Olga on the set of the series “Happy Together.” “I first saw Olya at a casting back in Yekaterinburg - she was an assistant to the American producer of the series. This girl immediately fell into my soul, I thought: “What an interesting Moscow thing,” recalls Victor. – Olya came into my life very quickly and easily. In November, filming of the series “Happy Together” began, and in January she already moved in with me. And then, in March, Olya announces that she is pregnant!” Sasha was born to them. Soon, four and a half years later, the couple had a second son, Vanya. In 2011, Loginov married Olga, with whom he lived in a civil marriage for many years.

And in 2017 it became known that the actor became a bachelor again. “There are many advantages of single life,” Loginov says and smiles. “You can, for example, sleep in your clothes, and no one will tell you anything.” But there are no less minuses. For example, I won’t know how the series “The Magnificent Century” will end. If we put aside the humor and sarcasm about this, for me divorce is a painful story. I'm not ready to say yet that I will never marry again. No, I'm unlikely to remain single. But I would like to quickly take into account all the mistakes and issues that were not resolved in previous stories. And the most important and terrible disadvantage of divorce is, of course, loneliness.”

Viktor Loginov spoke about the details of his personal life in the program “The Fate of a Man with Boris Korchevnikov.”

Happy together. Hostage of Gena Bukin

All his adult life he wore his hair long, pinned it in a ponytail, shaved his goatee and wore an earring in his ear. Therefore, when the film crew of the series “Happy Together” came to Yekaterinburg for the casting, Viktor Loginov was not even invited to audition. This is because his macho image did not fit in with the image of the Ural peasant Gena Bukin. However, by chance, the actor finally got to the casting and immediately became one of the main contenders for the role of the Ural peasant, and then the only one.

The actor admits that for him working in the series is an unimaginable training. This is where all feelings and emotions need to be pushed to the limit. If you smile, then with all your mouth, and if you are sad, then certainly with twitching of your eyebrows and corners of your lips. In addition, the series is a great way to become known to the mass public and gain opportunities to grow further.

For this role, Viktor Loginov radically changed his image and moved to Moscow.

However, it was his work in the sitcom “Happy Together,” where the actor was involved for six years, that brought Viktor Loginov all-Russian fame.

It is worth noting that in the sitcom “Happy Together” Viktor Loginov plays a 40-year-old Ural man, while he himself was only 31 years old at the time of the start of filming the series.

Now on Weiner Street in Yekaterinburg there is a monument to the hero of Loginov, Gene Bukin. There stands a 2.2 meter statue of a man weighing 435 kilograms with a shoe in his hand. The sculptor was Viktor Mosielev.

Interview

About childhood:

When asked by a correspondent what the actor dreamed of being as a child, he answers: “A policeman. Uncle Styopa was my favorite hero, and “Born of the Revolution” was my favorite TV series. Although I have always had a penchant for impersonations and acting. As a child, I was often left at home alone: my parents worked at a factory, and my older brother studied. And in order not to get bored, I imagined myself as King Arthur: I put sausage on the table, poured tea into a crystal vase (this was the cup I had) and greeted the imaginary knights who supposedly gathered around me.”

About the profession:

“I believe that, first of all, there should be love for your work. This also gives rise to hard work - another important component of the acting profession. Talent may or may not be there, but hard work must be present. Our profession is not easy and does not forgive much. But when you love her and approach her with all reverence, you receive the most important thing - spiritual dividends.”

“I’m embarrassed to even admit it, but I always dreamed of playing Bae. It’s like choosing between theater, television and cinema. All this is close to me, and I want to find myself and realize myself in all three manifestations. As one director said, the theater is a place where actors crawl to lick the wounds received in cinema.”

About marriage:

“Marriage is work, you need to work hard on relationships. When Sergei Dovlatov’s wife had already left for America, and he still remained in the USSR, she asked the writer: “Do you still love me?” To which he replied: “Love is for young people. For military personnel and athletes... But here everything is much more complicated. This is no longer love, but fate.” In my opinion, this phrase characterizes the relationship between a man and a woman at its best. Fate is felt in the heart."

About culinary preferences:

“You know, I lived in China for six months, took part in the filming of a television project and somehow became attached to Chinese cuisine. I love all these sweet and sour sauces and try to treat myself at least once a month. But despite my Chinese preferences, I simply cannot live without soups. And I think that I cook borscht quite well. My motto is “not a day without soup.”

About your rider:

“I have two whims. The first is a large bed and one large mattress. I fall off the small mattress. When the mattresses are moved, I fall through the cracks. I have a two-by-two mattress at home, I’m used to it. And the second whim is the bathroom. Not a shower, but a bath. If I don’t lie in hot water for an hour and a half, I’m broken.”

About collecting:

“For many years now I have been collecting volumes from the 17th–19th centuries. I love books, especially the smell of old paper. My collection is not very large, but it is regularly replenished. I also collect lighting fixtures. There are a variety of lamps, for example, the Dutch stern lantern of the 17th century, the first American electric lantern of 1910... And it all started with mine lamps. After all, I managed to work at a mine in Kuzbass, I was a miner. To be honest, I feel nostalgic for that glorious time. If they offered to go down into the mine again, I would gladly do it.”

About women:

“Well, I never complained about the lack of popularity. Yes, women love me!”

“I like smart women with beautiful eyes. Everyone knows that eyes are the mirror of the soul and from them you can learn the most important things about a person. Especially about a woman.”

Life credo:

“Do unto your neighbor as you would have people do unto you!”
