After receiving his diploma, Anatoly was going to go on assignment to the Yaroslavl Drama Theater named after Volkov. However, I became interested in cinema and changed my plans.

— The fact that he began to actively realize himself in cinema was because his relatives and artists helped a lot, after all, connections in our world are important! - says Goryunova. - And then Galya Volchek very successfully married Tolya. For this, his ill-wishers even tried to call him a careerist, saying that marriage to a rich girl helped him quickly get a separate apartment. But no one has the right to condemn Tolya for this - agree, you don’t want to voluntarily live in disorder and poverty?! In addition, he always loved his wife - the main woman in his life - very much.

Kuznetsov met his first and only wife in one of the companies that gathered at Volchek’s apartment. As it turned out, Alexandra, or Alya, as everyone called her, was the daughter of the hero pilot Lyapidevsky, the same one who saved the Chelyuskinites from a ship covered in ice in the Arctic. When fate once again brought Alya and Tolya together, he began to look after her with even greater persistence and eventually took her to the registry office.

The actor's wife eventually graduated from the directing department of VGIK and got a job at the Film Studio.
