So, in April 2016, the comedian’s assistant became the owner of an apartment on Lesnaya Street (north of the Garden Ring) - it was a two-room apartment with an area of 77.5 square meters. The cadastral value of the apartment, which was located near the artist’s office, exceeds 19.5 million rubles.
Two years later, Brukhunova got a second apartment. In size it is almost three times larger than the first one (232 “squares”), located on Trubetskoy Street (in Khamovniki). According to the cadastre, the property, including a parking space, is valued at 77.6 million rubles.
