Actor Alexander Feklistov was born in the city of Leningrad, in 1955, on December 7. Alexander went to school in 1963. His and his brother's parents raised him in strictness, instilled a love of order from childhood and taught him to maintain discipline. The father wanted his sons to master the exact sciences and made sure that they read the relevant literature. Having matured, Alexander's brother became a programmer, while Alexander Feklistov himself became an actor. The family was initially against Alexander’s profession, especially his father, but then, tired of fighting with their son’s opinion, they left him to decide everything for himself. Alexander Vasilievich Feklistov was born in December 1955 in Leningrad. The father of the future actor was a military man, so the family moved often. Since childhood, Alexander’s favorite pastime was visiting cinemas. The boy re-read all the literature about theater and cinema that came into his field of vision, since his mother worked as a librarian. Alexander dreamed of becoming a popular actor and from a young age he worked towards this goal.

In high school, Feklistov got a job in the studio at the puppet theater of Vyacheslav Spesivtsev. For 6 years, Alexander studied and worked in this theater. Realizing that this peak had been conquered, the young actor went to look for a more prestigious place. Feklistov visited many theaters in the capital, but was politely refused everywhere. Then the young man decided to enter a theater university in Moscow.
I managed to get in only on the second try. Alexander becomes a student at the famous Moscow Art Theater School and takes the course of the famous Oleg Efremov. What a happiness the young actor was when Alexander learned that he would study acting from his favorite actor Andrei Myagkov.

Alexandra's mother was born in Ivanovo and received her education at a textile college. And later she worked as a technical engineer. And Alexander’s father was born in Donetsk and was a military man. His parents met at the end of the war, and it so happened that fate prepared a meeting for them in the city of Klaipeda. Then they moved to Leningrad, where Alexander’s father independently completed the school curriculum, which the outbreak of war did not allow him to master at school. And then he entered the Budyonny Academy of Communications, in the city of Leningrad. They often hosted friends and colleagues, front-line soldiers, at their home. Alexander Feklistov remembers all these warm meetings and gatherings very well.
Student years of Alexander Feklistov
The acting life of Alexander Feklistov began in the 70s of the last century. By a lucky chance, he ended up working at the theater studio of Vyacheslav Spesivtsev. He worked in this studio for 6 years. Also in the period 1975–1977. he combined work and study at the Moscow Pedagogical Institute at the Faculty of Defectology.
After he left Spesivtsev, for a whole year he could not get into any theater university in Moscow. Everyone refused him admission. Thanks to the persistence and patience of the future actor, a year later he finally got into the Moscow Art Theater School. The mentor of his course was Oleg Efremov. He invested a lot in his players. Alexander Feklistov graduated from this school in 1982.
Education
The boy continued to be interested in acting, so he was sent to the studio of Vyacheslav Spesivtsev. Alexander was so inspired that he worked tirelessly throughout his six years of study. As the actor recalls, it was in this place that his career began.
In 1975-1977 Feklistov Alexander Vasilyevich decided to get a pedagogical education, which he immediately did. Alexander was quickly accepted into the Moscow Pedagogical University, where he studied defectology. What was the reason for choosing such a narrow specialty? Defectology has always attracted Feklistov, since his desire to help sick children turned out to be even stronger than his love for the theater. However, he soon returned to acting. After graduation, Feklistov decided to find a more prestigious theater or enter an acting university, but everywhere he heard only refusals. Alexander was quickly losing confidence in his own abilities and was already in despair, but at the last moment he was able to enter the Moscow Art Theater studio. He stood out among his students, always trying to be the best and find his own special approach to roles. For such diligence, immediately after graduating from the Moscow Art Theater, he was accepted into the Moscow Academic Art Theater.

In 1989, Alexander Feklistov moved to the Chelovek studio. Here he did not stay long and after a couple of years, with his allies, he founded the 5th Moscow Art Theater studio. Then he worked in various theaters. These included:

- Theatrical agency "Bogis", where the actor worked in 1993.
- The Art Theater, which Alexander came to in 1997.
In 2001, Alexander Feklistov left the troupe of the Art Theater.
Theater
In 1982, the future actor graduated from the Moscow Art Theater School. The young artist was immediately enrolled in the troupe of the capital's artistic academic theater. At first, Alexander appeared in small roles, then the actor was entrusted with the main ones.

The most striking and notable performances in which Feklistov played, theatergoers call the productions “Pickwick Club”, “Ball by Candlelight”, “Days of the Turbins”, “Look Back When Leaving” and others. In “The Pickwick Club,” Feklistov played Samuel Pickwick, the president of the Pickwick Club, and in “Days of the Turbins,” he played Myshlaevsky.
Throughout his career, the artist often played in enterprise productions, appearing on the stage of various capital theaters. Feklistov quickly became famous in the theater community.
