Childhood and adolescence
Kaley Christine Cuoco was born on November 30, 1985 in the small California town of Camarillo, a northern suburb of Los Angeles. Father, Gary Carmine Cuoco, of Italian descent, first worked as a fireman and then got a job as a broker in a real estate agency. Her mother, Anne Lane Wingate, came from a family of English emigrants, and was involved in housekeeping and raising her daughters (Kayley has a younger sister, Brianna, known for her participation in the fifth season of the show “The Voice”).

Kayley grew up as an active, willful and independent girl, and from an early age she was accustomed to achieving her goals and persistently pursuing her goals. Her parents believed that with such a character she would achieve good success in sports, and enrolled their 3-year-old daughter in the tennis section. Their expectations were met, and Kaylie very soon began to demonstrate excellent results. Already in her teens, she traveled all over America, participating in all kinds of tennis tournaments, and seriously planned to connect her future life with big-time sports.

At the same time, the girl studied at an acting school, attended castings and auditions, and starred in commercials. Biography
Kaley Christine Cuoco was born on November 30, 1985 in Camarillo, in the family of an Italian, a broker in the real estate agency Gary Carmine Cuoco, and an English emigrant, Anne Lane Wingate, a housewife. At the age of eight months, Kaley made her debut in front of the cameras, starring in a children's toy commercial. But, nevertheless, at the age of three, her parents sent her to the tennis section. They considered it necessary to develop in the child not only acting abilities, but also physical endurance. As a result, at the age of six she received an invitation to shoot an advertisement dedicated to Barbie dolls. The girl from the commercial was noticed. She received an offer to participate in the plays “Annie” and “Fiddler on the Roof.” Kaylie managed to take part in performances and demonstrate excellent results in tennis. She even thought about connecting her life with big-time sports. But the world of cinema, nevertheless, turned out to be a priority.
First roles
In 1992, the girl received a small role in the series “Quicksand” with Donald Sutherland and from that moment began to appear quite regularly in television series.

In 1995, she appeared on screen in the fantasy thriller “Virtuosity” with Denzel Washington in the title role, and two years later she appeared in the comedy melodrama “Portrait of Perfection” with Jennifer Aniston. Due to her busy filming and training schedule, Kaley often missed school, so her parents decided to homeschool her. At the age of 16 she received a certificate as an external student.

Of course, combining study, sports, filming and personal life was incredibly difficult, but Kaley received incomparable pleasure from acting. The need to manage time minute by minute taught her responsibility, the ability to enjoy even small victories and turn a blind eye to failures.
In 2002, the girl decided to move away from sports and completely switch to cinematic activities due to the fact that she was offered the main role in the series “8 Simple Rules,” which was published from 2002 to 2005 and made the young actress famous throughout America. This work became her first serious step to the height of fame and revealed Cuoco's comedic potential.

In 2004, Kaley was involved in four television projects at once, and a year later she played the young witch Billie Jenkins in the popular TV series Charmed. An offer soon followed that made her a real star. Of course, the young starlet was also invited to serious dramas, but Kaley was not ready for an 18-hour working day with complete dedication, which is a mandatory requirement for such projects.
"The Big Bang Theory"
In 2007, Warner Brothers Television began filming the comedy series “The Big Bang Theory” about the lives of two young physicists who are completely divorced from reality and, because of this, constantly find themselves in funny situations. Kayley was entrusted with the role of their neighbor, the blond waitress Penny, a girl who is a little stupid, but full of worldly wisdom and incredibly seductive. One of the neighbors, Leonard, immediately falls in love with Penny, but, of course, he doesn’t know how to properly care for women. And the second neighbor, Sheldon, is completely afraid of women. But all three have something to learn from each other.

The official premiere of the sitcom took place in the fall of 2007, and it immediately became clear that the series was doomed to huge success and a phenomenally long life. Thanks to her participation in “TBV,” Cuoco became one of the highest paid television actresses in the United States. Already in 2010, she earned about 200 thousand dollars per episode, and by 2017 her fee grew to a million dollars per episode. "The Big Bang Theory" season 11. Best moments
Career
Kaley Cuoco first appeared in front of television cameras at the age of 8 months - she starred in an advertisement for children's toys. At the age of 6, she was invited to film again. This time, Kaylie appeared in advertising stories dedicated to Barbie dolls, and soon began participating in theatrical productions of the plays Annie and Fiddler on the Roof. She played tennis professionally and dreamed of becoming a famous athlete. But, just for fun, I went with friends to an acting studio. In 2002, she was offered one of the main roles in the comedy series “8 Simple Rules for My Teenage Daughter’s Friend.” In 2005, Kaylee landed the role of Billy in the final season of Charmed.
In 2007, she began starring in one of the main roles in the series “The Big Bang Theory,” which later became one of the most watched series on American television. She also starred in one of the episodes of the TV series “Escape”.
On September 11-12, 2010, during a riding lesson, I fell from my horse and broke my leg. While examining the injury at the hospital, the surgeon said that amputation of the leg might be one of the possible options. Fortunately, it didn’t come to that, but she couldn’t take part in the filming of the next two episodes of “The Big Bang Theory,” so they had to change the script. In the next few episodes, the script was also changed so that the cast on the leg was not noticeable. According to Kayley, her leg was hidden in much the same way as actresses from TV series usually “hide” their pregnancy. Instead of her usual role as a waitress, she played the role of a bartender behind the counter in these episodes.[2] Since 2020, she has been ranked second in Forbes' annual ranking of "Highest Paid Television Actresses"[3][4].
Other projects
Despite the fact that the actress reached such heights in her career that most of her colleagues never dreamed of, she did not intend to become a hostage to one role and continued to try herself in other genres. In 2011, she played one of the leading roles in the children's fantasy “Riot of the Eared Ones,” in which live characters interacted on screen with animated characters.

Another creative experiment was working in the independent arthouse film “Body’s Funeral.” In it, the actress played a drug addict mourning her untimely departed friend. For this complex dramatic role, Kayley did not receive a penny; she was simply interested in changing her role and embodying an image on the screen that was completely different from her previous works.
Is she moving too fast (again)?
Kaley Cuoco's first husband, Ryan Sweeting (pictured), moved in with her the day after they met on a blind date, she told David Letterman (via US Weekly) and he popped the question after just three months of dating. Unsurprisingly, to most, their marriage crashed and burned, with the former couple mutually deciding to end their marriage after just 21 months.
In the aftermath, Cuoco reflected on her failed marriage when she spoke to the New York Post. “A little after we got married, I started to feel like something was wrong,” she said.
At the time of this interview, she was already dating her equestrian beauty Cook, although she promised she wouldn't rush things. "I'm trying to slow this one down," she said of her relationship with Cook. “And I’m not a slow person. I just can not! I can't help it, but I want everything to be right."

Personal life of Kaley Cuoco
Like her heroine Penny, Kaylie is capable of arousing increased interest in men, she knows this and skillfully uses her charms. Her first high-profile romance happened on the set of “TBV” with partner Johnny Galecki. The lovers dated for about two years (at this time their characters in the series were also together) and tried to hide their feelings from the public. This was the reason for their breakup: the young people were tired of the atmosphere of mystery, which negated all the romance.

The actors managed to remain friends, and a year later Kaley announced her engagement to millionaire Josh Resnick, owner of a large video game production company. The wedding was not destined to take place, and Cuoco began dating actor Henry Cavill.

This romance also ended quite soon, and in 2013 the actress married tennis player Ryan Sweeting. Soon, the husband demonstrated his true self, turning out to be a gigolo, and two years later, Kaylie filed for divorce. She was then saved from serious financial losses by the marriage contract, according to which Cuoco paid her ex-husband only a small compensation for moral damage.

The girl managed to recover quite quickly from the divorce thanks to horse riding, to which she began to devote all her free time. At one of the training sessions, she met Karl Cook, a professional rider and horse breeder, and also the son of a billionaire.

Despite the fact that Karl is six years younger than Kaylie, they quickly found a common language and became husband and wife in the summer of 2020. True, their honeymoon was slightly overshadowed by Cuoco’s serious shoulder injury, due to which the girl even ended up in the hospital. But, judging by Kaley’s photo reports on Instagram, her husband was there all the time, surrounded her with care and attention, and even helped her put her hair in a ponytail. Having become the wife of a billionaire, Kaylie continues to remain a self-sufficient woman, capable of providing for her future. Back in 2004, she had her breasts enlarged and had rhinoplasty, which later helped her get on the list of the sexiest women on the planet and make a successful career in the fashion business.

Cuoco willingly appears in advertisements for the world's leading brands, and in 2014, her candid photos ended up on the Internet (accidentally or intentionally unknown), adding even more popularity to the actress. It is interesting that in the same year the actress received her own personalized star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Personal life
Like most Hollywood stars, Kaley tries not to give wide publicity to her personal life. However, despite all the efforts of the actress, some information still ends up in the press, and a public of millions of admirers has the opportunity to follow the “secret” life of the actress. Thus, journalists managed to find out that the actress’s first serious romance was with her partner in the series “The Big Bang Theory” Johnny Galecki. And although their romance lasted more than two years, photographs of them together never appeared in glossy magazines or on the pages of newspapers. Only six months later, after their relationship ended, did the star couple themselves tell reporters about them, citing the reason for the separation as the fact that they were tired of hiding from the press. Today their relationship is limited only to friendship.
Kaley Kuoku and Johnny Galecki
After Johnny Galecki, the actress had two short relationships with actor Henry Cavill and Joel Moore. In the summer of 2013, Kaley met tennis player Ryan Sweeting, who was a couple of years younger than Kuoku. Their romance was so swift and stormy that already in September of the same year the couple announced their engagement to everyone. According to rumors, about two hundred guests were invited to the wedding ceremony, and the celebration took place at a luxurious ranch in California. However, their marriage was short-lived, and the couple divorced in 2020.
Kaylie took her breakup with her husband very hard and repeatedly spoke about it to reporters. According to her, she even deleted all the photos with Ryan Sweeting from her Instagram so that nothing would remind her of him anymore. But soon after a difficult breakup with her husband, information leaked to the media that the star had started a new romance with forty-five-year-old actor Paul Blackthorne, who is known for the TV series “The Flash” and “Arrow.” However, it did not last long either.
Kaley Kuoku today
Today, Kaley is in a relationship with Karl Cook and it seems that serious changes will soon occur in her life. Recently, a photograph dated 2020 appeared on Kuoku’s Instagram, showing a gold ring with a large diamond adorning the film star’s ring finger. This photo raised many questions among fans of the actress, but to this day there has been no official statement from her about a possible marriage to Cook.
Kaley Cuoco now
By the end of 2020, the actress’s filmography includes about 30 bright and interesting works, the most significant among which is the role of Penny in “TBV”. It is already known that the last season of the sitcom will be released in 2020, and it has become obvious to the actors themselves that the series has gradually begun to become obsolete. Kayley reacted philosophically to this circumstance, and after the end of filming “TBV” she is not going to end her cinematic career and is counting on new interesting offers. Another dream of the actress is to become a high-class rider and win the Grand Prix at the World Equestrian Championships.
