Prokhor, we have already heard enough stories and speculation about the relationship that connected you with Larisa Kopenkina. What happened and what is happening between you now?
I guess now I’ve come to the point where I need to take off my mask and tell people how it really was. All these lies, which were created by me out of stupidity and because of advertising contracts, led to tragedy. Today I am in such devastation that the world has become black and white and I can no longer exist in this lie and legend that we have created.
Why did you need this marriage?
Understand, I was born into an ordinary worker-peasant family, and, of course, all my life I dreamed of breaking out of it. I dreamed of becoming an artist and did everything to achieve this. But money rules the world, and it has always passed me by. I'm not a businessman, I'm an artist. And yes, I don’t know how to make money the way many people my age do. We met Larisa in 2013. There was no lie in this. Everything was as I told you before. But unexpectedly, our appearance together caused an incredible response in the press, and then we thought: why not take advantage of this opportunity? I will explain. By that time, I was offered to become the advertising face of a very expensive property in Turkey, its cost is about 150 million euros. The complex is being built by Turks, and these are very serious people who have nothing to do with show business. For a certain percentage of sales, I had to advertise this object. And the construction company entered into exactly the same exclusive contract with the MIEL real estate agency, where Larisa Kopenkina works.
Larisa has never been a millionaire, she is an ordinary realtor. Understand, there were no millions. She lives in an ordinary area of Moscow in a two-room apartment.

Judging by your photos on social networks, it’s hard not to call your life luxurious - villas, the sea, constant holidays with friends.
Yes, I have beautiful photos on social networks, but these are all my friends’ dachas. I have never had such millions. I live a fairly modest life. So this is not about me. I have always lived on the money I earned. People wanted to see the fairy tale, and Larisa and I showed it. But then this fairy tale turned into a real nightmare for me. People began to pour slop on me and openly call me names. I have been brought to a point where I am literally standing over an abyss. Larisa got the hang of it and became a heroine, but it’s all a lie and fiction.
I consider this marriage one of the most important mistakes in my life.
Your mother seemed to be against your union with Larisa, right?
Yes. And so, first of all, I would like to apologize to my mother for not listening to her. Our marriage was real. We really concluded it on paper, but at some point all this began to destroy me. And now I consider this marriage one of the most important mistakes in my life.
Judging by your reaction, the divorce that Larisa demonstrated in one of the talk shows came as a surprise to you.
Partly. We had an agreement that we were getting a divorce. We submitted the documents together. But when she gave evidence on the set and presented everything as if she had done it herself, I honestly admit I was shocked. No amount of money, no matter how big, is worth this. Now we are simply drowning in gossip and fiction.
