But after completing her first year, Veronica unexpectedly becomes interested in another technology - cartoon production. She becomes a student in an experimental course. The girl is going to learn two specialties at once - director-animator and production designer. During the three years of study, Nika Belotserkovskaya was considered one of the brightest and most talented students in the course taught by the famous production designer Yuri Norshtein. But even here the girl did not reach the finish line - she dropped out of the course without receiving a diploma. She found her calling only a few years later.

Nika Belotserkovskaya

Nika Belotserkovskaya’s work biography began in 1993. She becomes the director of a company that sells securities and owns a dozen large stores. Two years later, Belotserkovskaya founded an agency specializing in outdoor advertising. Two years later, Nika sells her business and works in one of the production centers of regional television.

In 2003, Nika Belotserkovskaya worked on the publication of the Sobaka.ru magazine. Soon she buys two more publications and a website, but after the birth of her third child she transfers control to a top manager.

Useful tips

In addition to the Belotserskovskaya diet, buy sea bath salts and body cream. This will keep the skin elastic. Many people recommend going to the bathhouse - this way toxins are removed faster.

Belonika strongly recommends reducing the amount of oil in dishes to a minimum. Food should be cooked by steaming or in the oven and in a double boiler. Vegetable soup, in her opinion, is a great option for everyday food while following this diet.

Nika advises drinking a glass of warm water with lemon every morning on an empty stomach. First, of course, you need to consult a doctor. Especially if you have high acidity.

Ideally, the intervals between meals should be about five hours, and the last meal should occur about 4 hours before bedtime, no later than 19:00.

Nika Belotserkovskaya’s diet implies a plentiful drinking regimen, which should be at least two liters per day. And we must not forget to move - at least forty minutes a day at a brisk pace.

Creation

In 2009, Nika Belotserkovskaya finally set foot on the road leading to her calling - cooking. This year she is starting her culinary blog on LiveJournal. It soon becomes one of the top ten domestic pages on the platform.

Nika Belotserkovskaya

As Belotserkovskaya says, she inherited her culinary talent from her Odessa grandmother, who worked at a meat processing plant all her life. Nika spent all her summer holidays at school in Odessa. These were the happiest days in the girl’s life, which she compares to heaven and calls “well-fed happiness.” Belotserkovskaya says that her holidays with her grandmother smelled of baking with vanilla.

As Veronica got older, she began writing down her grandmother’s favorite recipes for herself. And they came in handy for her in adulthood. At first, Nika shared some of them on her blog, and in March 2010 she presented them in her first cookbook called “Recipes.” Excellently illustrated with photographs of mouth-watering recipes, the publication had a huge circulation and was instantly sold out.

Inspired by the success of Nika Belotserkovskaya, she immediately prepared a second book, which she called “Diets.” As the name suggests, the second culinary collection includes exclusively dietary and healthy dishes. Interestingly, most of the recipes for his books and the beautiful illustrations for them, made by the author himself, first appeared on Veronica’s blog, which turned out to be a wonderful promotional advertisement and an excellent commercial move.

Nika used her own diet and lost weight quickly. The photographs of the writer before and after losing weight show a huge difference: Belotserkovskaya lost about 25 kilograms. The blogger’s current weight is 53 kg with a height of 173 cm.

Nika herself laughs when she is asked how she lost weight, and suggests asking how she gained weight. After all, Veronica, whom many remember as a buxom eater, was an athlete for a long time and constantly adhered to a healthy diet. Veronica willingly shares not only the secrets of her diet, which she described in detail in the book, but also honestly tells reporters about her appearance and makeup. According to the writer, St. Petersburg makeup artist Elena Krygina taught her how to apply makeup.

Veronica did not stop at two editions. Seeing the success and demand of the first editions, she immediately took up the next ones. Soon a culinary collection of Italian cuisine recipes appeared. In order to find and select the best and most accessible recipes, Nika Belotserkovskaya traveled through Tuscany and other regions of the Apennine Peninsula. Translator and colleague Ella Martino traveled with her. The joint work was called “Taste of Tuscany”. Following this, another book was published, this time with recipes for French cuisine, “About Food. About wine. Provence."

Nika transferred the copyright to “Taste of Tuscany” to Ella Martino. The fact is that soon after the release of the collection, Martino filed a complaint against Belotserkovskaya, accusing her of plagiarism. She replied that all the dishes were prepared in her kitchen, the food was paid for with money from the Belotserkovsky family, and even the silverware and dishes were used. The scandal calmed down, but the copyright still went to the Italian chef.

In 2011, in a French town called Egolier, Nika Belotserkovskaya opened her culinary school. All classes take place in an old hotel with a vintage interior.

Belotserkovskaya’s frequent guest in France is her best friend Ksenia Sobchak.

In 2014, Nika released her sixth cookbook, “#meat,” which became the writer’s first book to be accompanied by video versions of the recipes. The filming of the video was supervised by Elena Spirina, the blogger’s regular collaborator during the creation of Veronica’s video projects.

In 2020, the writer released two books at once: “#pastapasta” and “Everything under the Christmas tree.”

Nutrition rules

According to reviews from those who have used the diet, you will not see very quick results. This long-term program triggers the correct course of processes in the body, so it makes no sense to expect lightning-fast results. But after 2-3 weeks, when the kilograms begin to “melt”, weight loss will no longer be stopped. After all, metabolism will acquire a certain speed.

The diet includes three meals a day and two small snacks. Your portions should be small. Eat slowly, focused and calmly, drink plenty of water between meals - up to 3 liters.

You should drink a glass of water 30 minutes before meals. At the same time, drinking water during meals is unacceptable. As soon as you feel full, you need to finish your meal. You should avoid eating raw fruits and vegetables in the evening.

Everyone who followed this regime is advised to move more: walk after eating, walk quickly for half an hour, run or ride a bike every day.

Personal life

Veronica's current marriage to Boris Belotserkovsky is the fifth in a row. Of all the previous husbands, the name of Yan Antonyshev, a musician and singer from the group “Old Town,” is known. For some time, Nika bore his last name and gave birth to her first child from Ian.

In a marriage with multimillionaire Belotserkovsky (according to Forbes, one of the richest people), two common sons were born. The husband has two children from a previous marriage. Thus, the Belotserkovsky family has five sons. This marriage is considered strong and happy. And although Nika admits that she is very dependent on her husband, his democratic and without a shadow of authoritarian character allows her to feel comfortable. Everyone in this union has their own territory.

The couple have a villa in the south of France and live there for six months, and the rest of the time in Russia.

As the press knows, Andrei and Veronica are good friends, and the seductive video, to which Nika even attached the hashtag “where Natasha is looking,” was just a joke.
